My new home has been super drafty. And my heating bills have been out of control and winter hadn’t even started yet. I sealed the windows, installed door strips, lowered the thermostat, and still had an astronomical bill. I did a bit of searching online and saw that attic insulation (or lack thereof) could be the culprit. When I purchased, the home inspector said I had less than 6in insulation in the attic. So I reached out to Bryant’s Insulation based on high recommendation from Reddit users in Indy. Chris was able to set me up with an appointment for initial inspection of what would be needed. Paul came out and explained the benefits of getting things up to code, and the type of insulation used. Gave me a very fair quote for the work and set me up to have the job done. Chris and team did the job yesterday and were quick and communicative. They got the job done, took photos and gave me a few suggestions on how to get the most efficiency out of my home. I appreciate the work!

I contacted Chris 2 weeks ago for an estimate to insulate my attic he came to my home and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Chris and his crew were at my home today at the time he told me they would be here, and got to work immediately. The insulation was blown in my attic in less than two hours, and my garage was clean after the job was done. We recently decided to add more blown-in fiber glass insulation to our attic and called two companies for quotes. Both companies showed up for appointment promptly and were professional. We received two estimates, one for taking the current insulation (about R33) to R49, the other to R60. Although Chris' estimates were more affordable but the main reason we chose Bryant's was to support small businesses. The other company has a fleet of service trucks that can be seen all around town. Chris and his crew of two showed up on time on the installation day. They first prepped the room with attic access then got going right away. This winter should be a little bit warmer thanks to Chris/Bryan's Insulation.

They were respectful of my property. I can really tell a difference in heat retention and sound deadening after the install. They're a great bunch of guys. Can't recommend them enough.

Awesome experience with the folks at Bryant’s. Our home was built in the early 1900’s and had extremely poor insulation in the attic causing an almost 10DEG temperature difference between the first and second floor. Chris and his team were in and out within an hour and by the evening, the home was a steady 70DEG on both the first and second floor. Incredible improvement by Bryant’s, and very thankful for their work!

We had a very high electric bill over this summer. Contacted Chris for a quote. Found out we had 8-10" which is about R19 but some places were just bare in attic. Didn't know this when we purchased the house last year. Had Chris and Team come out to do attic insulation (blown) - R49. They were courteous and completed everything above and beyond. Chris sealed the canned lights and exhaust fans prior to insulation. I checked the attic upon completion, saw the mounds of insulation. It took a day or so to settle. Next day, my standalone dehumidifier on 1st floor stopped running. Following day, it still was not running and yes we were going in/out of home so some humidity was expected. With the attic getting insulated, the open areas where draft or humidity that leaked in the house is reduced so much or removed completely that my dehumidifier is no longer needed. Not only that, both of my AC units are kicking on a lot less. Hoping my next months electric bill be lower.

We had Bryant's Insulation come out to fix our insulation that builder would not handle. They did a phenomenal job. Firstly they did a thorough assessment of our attic situation prior to giving a written quote. They ask for no money up front because they want you to be happy. They have their own machines (they don't go rent one) and there was not one drop of insulation for us to clean up! Also, they use fiberglass insulation which is a much more expensive product than cellulose insulation that the other companies use. You will get a receipt for a tax credit which they also explained to us.

They added insulation to our attic and garage, replaced our dryer vent in the crawl space and even recommended someone to help us with attic ventilation. Their pricing and work ethic are excellent. We had a mice infestation in our attic. They came out, cleaned up the area, and reinsulated it. In the process I asked them if there was anything I can do to help the temperature difference between my upstairs and downstairs. Chris found out my other upstairs attic was under insulated. Once he fixed the issue, our temperatures dropped 3-4 degrees. It is SO much more comfortable up there! If you are running your AC/Furnace all the time, I recommend you call Chris. Maybe you’re like me and just need more insulation!

Kris and his crew, Matt and another person arrived at 6:30 am this morning before the heat of the summer day. They were in and out in 2 hours delivering 20 inces of insulation in my attic. The before showed very little if any up there, and as a result, my air conditioner wasn't able to adequately cool the 1780 sf house. Now, my thermostat is at 77 degrees and the unit isn't having to run, but the house is nice and cool. The whole job cost 2300, bit will pay for itself in lower utility bills and less work for the hvac system.

I can say for certain that having our attic reinsulated by Bryant's Insulation was the right choice. Our upstairs which has been historically uncomfortable due to humidity in the summer months, is now a thing of the past. My only regret is not contacting them years sooner!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job with my insulation installation. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. The upstairs and downstairs are now relatively the same temperature compared to a 6 degree difference before.

Our job included sucking out all the old, matted down insulation, animal excrement and more walnuts that they'd ever seen stored in an attic. The smell alone was atrocious. They then spayed and disinfected, then laid all new insulation. Chris quoted and did the job for much less than the other guy. He and his crew were always on time, professional and kind. They were respectful of our home with the presence of our dog, careful not to let her out as they were going in and out. I was totally comfortable leaving them to work while I left for awhile. I absolutely recommend getting a quote from Chris. Our house smells better and is much cooler upstairs, thanks to these guys!

This is more involved than simply blowing in insulation. Chris and his crew were very thorough. They made certain the eaves were cleaned and installed the protective material that keeps them clear and allows the attic to breathe. They were on time and worked efficiently. Chris answered all my questions. On many projects, I prefer to use small local businesses who specialize in an area of expertise, especially when the owner is directly involved. That’s what Bryant offers.

We have a 1940’s home that had some interesting renovations in the years prior to our purchase. When it came time for us to remove and replace the attic insulation, we knew it was going to be a challenging job because our house has the original plaster ceilings with drywall ceiling built below them, so we have double ceilings throughout the house. We were also experiencing a new issue, critters were getting into our attic! I explained the entire situation to Chris, and he wasn’t phased at all. He explained what he and his team could do to help us, which included the full clean up of the attic space, a disinfectant treatment, air sealing of the entire attic space and new blown in insulation. Chris was personable and took the time to answer all of my questions, I was confident that his company was the one we wanted to use for this job. He and his crew communicated very well, showed up on time and kept the work space clean. After the removal of the old insulation from the attic space, Chris identified the reason why we were having critters in the attic. Though a permanent repair was necessary, Chris offered to make a temporary repair for no additional charge. Chris and his team went over and above! He is a caring person and it shows in the fantastic customer service we received. I have another house that needs some additional blown in insulation, I will definitely be using Chris and his crew for this job and any other projects in the future. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with this company! They came and did the estimate for new attic insulation, and walked me through what they were going to do and the cost breakdown. My house was flipped before I bought it, and the flippers did a lot of odd and unfortunate things with the attic. On the installation day, Chris encountered some surprises and walked me through how they could be addressed and the detailed cost breakdown. It required new materials, so we had to reschedule. Chris apologized for not being able to fix it then and there (which was totally understandable), and rescheduled installation for just a few days later. Fast and efficient service offered by these guys! Communication and scheduling was a breeze and all the guys were extremely professional. They took the insulation in my attic from 5 inches to 20 inches or so in less than an hour. They left everything as they found it and cleaned up after themselves. Chris even knocked a bit off the estimated price. A lot of companies want every penny they can get from you and he came back with a lower price than expected after finishing. Amazing company to use for insulation. We used them to insulate our HIGHLY under insulated attic. Chris called me back immediately after leaving a message on their site. Quoted me based on the information I gave him over the phone. On day of placement his team of three gentlemen came to the house and quickly got set up. The whole process took about 1.5 hours for our 1000 sq attic. The whole team was very professional and kind. I would 10/10 recommend this company. Amazing job. Chris and his crew were promt extremely professional in all respects, from initial estimate all the way through the blown in attic installation. When complete Chris went over the installation with pics showing the installation to the R38 as promised. No mess anywhere. I am completely satisfied with Chris's work. Highly recommend.

We had Chris and his team look at our attic insulation that was uneven and not very efficient. He not only leveled it out but we had him take it to R60. Chris and his team was professional and knowledgeable from the convenient estimate all the way through the repair, right down to the smallest detail of picking small pieces of insulation up from the floor. This was an incredible experience using Bryant’s to get my attic insulation to around an R50. Not only were they very inexpensive but the staff was very courteous and respectful. Bryant’s was able to show up a day earlier than originally estimated and once he finished he was very thorough on explaining his recommendations for new soffit vents and took pictures to show me what he had done in the attic. I am very thankful for choosing Bryant’s Insulation to do my insulation and I will recommend and use them again. My upstairs is no longer hotter than the downstairs anymore, I love seeing instantaneous results.

Chris and crew did an outstanding job of insulating our barn. On time, over and above, cleaned up after completion and courteous while on site. Will probably add a layer to the house before next winter. We’ll worth the investment and the barn stays nice and comfortable.
