Bone Dry Roofing

We have used bone dry for multiple projects over the years. I’m always satisfied with the work that they’ve done. They’re always very prompt when I have a question or a concern about the project.

-Bone Dry replaced our roof, woodwork around our windows, and our gutters. We’re so happy with the end result. Each crew was excellent with communication on ETA, work progress, and even included pics. -Ryan Jorgenson was great! He was persistent with the insurance co., worked hard on our behalf, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. -We had a few exposed areas after woodwork was done around windows that needed shingles…and with one message to Ryan a crew was back out to fix it. From the presentation of the project proposal…to the end product, Bone Dry was professional and thorough.

I work right next to the Bone Dry facility. The drivers are terrible. There’s a pedestrian crosswalk with flashing lights and the Bone Dry drivers never stop. People have almost been hit multiple times. They need to do better. Safety should be a priority.

Bone Dry is an excellent company and one that I trust. I have been using Bone Dry for several years to perform roof maintenance on my previous roof. They were always quick to respond and did great work at a good competitive price. I knew from this experience I would be using Bone Dry to install my new roof. I worked with Bone Dry Home solutions Specialist Ryan Sneed who was very knowledgeable and professional. Ryan was always available by phone, text, or email for any questions I had about the project. Ryan also gave great advice on shingle type and color and explained and showed ways to enhance the performance and appearance of the new roof. After much consultation I went with Black Onyx Duration shingles with black roof trim and white 6 inch gutters which were an upgrade from the original 4 inch gutters. The price was very competitive and was at or below other roofing estimate. Roofing installation was scheduled on a day when we had a break in the December weather. Bone Dry arrived around 7:30am. Trevor, project manager on site was great and gave constant updates by text and progress videos. He was always available for questions or advice. The Bone Dry team moved all patio furniture and put up boards and placed down tarps to protect patio and landscaping. By the end of the day and before dark they had completed installation of the roof. The roofers are very skilled and proficient at their trade. They did excellent work and the black onyx looks great. After installation everything was cleaned up and put back in its place. The crew for the gutters came out the following morning. Will was onsite project manager who kept me informed and was always available for questions. They removed old gutters and installed new ones in about 2 hours. Very skilled and proficient at their trade as well. The new roof and gutters really make the house pop! Never thought I would be excited about a roof and gutters. But the roof looks great and really adds curb appeal. It’s also nice having that piece of mind knowing you have a new roof and gutters over your head. Couldn’t be happier with the Bone Dry and their team. I would highly recommend them for your roofing and gutter project.

Bone Dry Roofing did a great job from start to finish. They installed attic insulation and replaced our soffit vents in a timely manner. The pricing was right, and the job was done by professionals.

After a long time and a series of frustrating denials from my insurance company regarding coverage for hail damage to my roof, Bone Dry that I might I might try the appraisal process and arranged a video meeting to discuss. Long story short, I received the help I needed and now have a new roof, with quality products and installation by Bone Dry. I could not be happier that I chose Bone Dry as my roofing company.

We had a problem in our attic in that when we renovated recently, the company blowing in insulation covered all of our soffit vents and didn't bring the R value to code. We didn't realize this for a couple of years where the hot summers produced a very hot attic that created condensation when the air hit the living space air. To fix this, we had 3 companies give us their ideas and an estimate. Bone Dry seemed the most knowledgeable and economically feasible. They did the work this week and they were great! They spent the day working - even going to Lowe's to get some additional baffles. They documented all of their work as they went and even built a wall around the access panel to keep the insulation in (not on their original plan). I recommend them highly without reservation!!!

I called from Bloomington with an emergency repair request due to damage to a rubber roof. Bone Dry sent down Danny Santoyo to make the necessary repairs. Danny arrived quickly and just as quickly diagnosed the issues with the roof and did a wonderful job getting a temporary fix in place. He documented the damage and repairs, sent me before and after photos, clearly explained what he had done and future steps I should consider. I cannot recommend Danny highly enough.

We hired Bone Dry Roofing to replace our carport roof because we were dealing with stagnant water on top of our carport roof attracting mosquitos and bugs. The salesman and the workers stated, "they would tapper the roof to drain the water into the gutters". Our contract also states, the water would drain into the gutters. The water is not draining into the gutters. The water is still stagnant on top of the carport roof. Bone Dry has tried on two occasions to correct the issues, but we still have stagnant water on our carport roof that's still attracting mosquitos and bugs. They damaged our siding and took pieces of our siding off our home while trying to resolve the carport roof. They continue to demand payment and the carport roof and siding is not resolved/complete. Bone Dry Roofing filed a lean on our home but the job is not complete. We now have to file this in court in order to make them complete the unfinished work at our home. I attached pictures of the remaining water after the second time they tried to resolve the issues and was not successful. I also attached the damages they caused to our siding on our home. My advice is don’t hire a roofing company for a chimney repair. My experience with Bone Dry roofing was not good. I got their estimate in April. They completed the job in October. There was a couple of days where it rained that they couldn’t do anything. They attempted to make me accept an inferior job four different times. First problem, a board they replaced split at the top and they tried caulking it and painting over it. But it’s stuck out like a sore thumb. They replaced it with another board and cut it short, apparently by an inch or so, and filled it in with caulking at the top. Then they try to replace my Dark gray shingles with a checkerboard pattern, including red shingles. Then when they replace that, but they put white shingles up there. So they had to replace them again. Then later I found a board with a nail sticking out of it. They had to come and fix that. I never knew what to expect with this company. Someone would come out and fix something and I would ask when the next person is coming and they wouldn’t know I just had to wait for a call. And when I called the office, they didn’t know either. Bone Dry Roofing is an excellent company! My salesperson Richard even helped me to pick a shingle color that would match the current one so that it would be in compliance with my HOA. They recently installed my new roof and I was impressed with their level of professionalism, and they sent me pictures throughout each step of the installation. And it was installed rather quickly. They also did a great cleanup job after the install and made sure no nails or other debris was left in my yard. They showed great respect to my property. I also appreciated that the project manager did a final inspection and sent me a video of it. My roof looks excellent and I will refer them to anyone needing a new roof.

So we knew we wanted a new roof....and Bone Dry has such a great reputation we decided to go with them! However we had no idea they did masonry work and our chimney needed some real attention! OMG it looks so good and the masonry work around the garage is excellent! Highly recommend for masonry work! Now onto the roof!!! By the way they went above and beyond keeping us informed of everything and making sure we are happy!

DO NOT USE FOR CHIMNEY SERVICES - they ran a special price for chimney sweep services last year and I assumed that service is basically a commodity (it's not). Took the tech HOURS to complete the job because he kept taking breaks in his truck. We've done plenty of chimney sweeps over the years, but never had one that took this long. The report - which took a very long time to receive - detailed thousands of dollars of repairs, specifically including Level 3 creosote build-up. For safety reasons, we opted to not have fires after the report and re-visited this year. I called Bone Dry to request another copy of the report and they said they couldn't provide it - had to be the tech. First, I know that's not true - it was definitely in their CRM system. Secondly, as expected, 2 weeks after the customer service agent saying she would have the tech send the report, it still hasn't arrived. Had The CinderBox guys out for an independent review and there was NOT level-3 creosote build-up as reported by Bone Dry. Bone Dry would have charged me $2,000 to clean level 3 creosote that didn't exist. Wondering if I should talk to the Indiana Attorney General on this one. The might be good at roofing, but they're certainly not a reputable company for chimney services.

Damian Francis is a total team asset! He came to our family home to provide an estimate on work to be done to repair a leaky roof. Wow, he’s got everything you need: able to explain complex concepts to non-experts, able and willing to shimmy into a tight attic to take photos so you know what’s needed, able to prepare and explain the estimate and all that goes into the job, and genuinely kind to boot! Bone Dry Roofing is lucky to have Damian on their team!

Our first experience with Bone Dry was when we called them out to investigate some ceiling discoloration and look for a possible leak. The worker did a thorough inspection, found that the leak was caused by a rare ice event and had resolved, recommended no services from them, and charged us nothing. After that, we knew this company was reputable and ethical and knew we would use them for future needs. When we needed a new roof as a result of storm damage, we called Bone Dry to do the replacement. Every part of our experience with Bone Dry has been easy and full of communication. They walk you through the entire process with videos and photographs of your roof and their work. There are quality-control checks upon quality-control checks to provide assurance that everything is going as planned. I highly recommend Bone Dry.

The folks at Bone Dry were excellent to deal with from start to finish. Their response to my roofing inquiry was very fast and setting up a visit from them was easy. Any rotten wood documented with pictures. and video explanation. The employees were respectful of my property. Everyone picked up nails and other debris. The whole job, roof, gutters and chimney only took a day and a half. I would definitely recommend them

Reasonable pricing for new roof and gutters. Just installed the roof today and the crew were exceptionally clean and organized. They knocked the roof out quick will be back next week to install the gutters. Couldn't be more pleased.

Beard came out in April after my home was hit by a tornado. I need a full roof repair. They committed to the work, and month after month pushed the job back due to "weather". Eventually I asked for my money back which they provided. However, now I'm left with my roof still not being repaired 5+ months after the damage.

Roof, gutters, Attic insulation, siding (including sofits and wood wrapped in aluminum). They did quality work, which I appreciate. Plenty of pictures. Won't be the cheapest around, but I approve of the workmanship and attention to detail.

Great experience, very professional. Work was completed very fast. Continual communication throughout the project, always sending pictures of the work. I also added a small job that they were willing to complete while they were here. Very happy overall experience!

I contacted Bone Dry regarding some particular places at our roof where small gaps between facia board and existing roofing could allow small critters to get in. Bryan (my point of contact) came out and talked with me, then did some inspections and took notes. He was excellent and he worked up an estimate with specific details, photos with notes, and pricing. Once we had that, a team from Bone Dry came out and worked to complete each of the items detailed by Bryan. This two member team was very courteous and professional. They talked with me and we reviewed what Bryan had documented. I watched as they performed each aspect of the work. The team worked safely and they were very professional. The person who primarily did the actual roofing work was highly skilled. He had all the tools he needed within his work belt so he did not need to keep going up and down a ladder to finish a specific portion of the work. They got the job done within a very reasonable time period, and they cleaned up after each job segment. They also wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with each step of the project (which I was). I would highly recommend Bone Dry for any roofing type project.

Bone Dry just finished installing our new roof on today. It looks great. This company is a “first class” operation from the management, to their sales rep, to the project manager on site, to the installers, and to the final inspection. Every person treated us professionally, kindly, and were very knowledgeable. They even protected many flower beds that are near the base of our home from shingles that were stripped from the roof. When they cleaned up you would never know they were here. We would highly recommend that you give them an opportunity to discuss your next project. You will be glad you did!

Several months after my roof was replaced, I decided to get insulation added to the existing 11in to bring the volume up to the recommended 17in to meet the R value of 49 for Zone 5. The procedure was done by entering the attic above the garage and crawling into other attic spaces from there. The guys from Bone Dry were hard working, cleaned up quickly and showed me through photos the finished work. Thank you. I am sure my monthly heating bill will be less this winter.

We had Bone Dry out to work on our chimney - tuck pointing, lining the interior, and installing a stainless vent for our water heater. We’re an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I’d get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I’m a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They’re good people, and did a very good job for me. I’d hire them again without a second thought.

Have used them 3 times. Initially for a roof repair after straight line winds caused damage to our original roof. Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

Bone Dry is a SUPERIOR company with a customer and service focused business model! Our roof looks fantastic and the process was painless!! We had issues with very poor service from our insurance company and Bone Dry went above and beyond to help us in that claim process. The video and helpful sales team is very hands on and knowledgeable! We could not have asked for anything more. We will remain loyal customers!!

The inspector that came out was very thorough and very nice. The crews that came out did a wonderful job and explained everything they had to do. After they were done they cleaned up everything and also put everything back that they had to move. Bone Dry Roofing will be highly recommended from us.

After coming back out to fix an issue they caused, after insurance paid them; they charged me another $1000 to do some quick updates and this is the color of shingles they put on my house. It is so sad and devestating to look at.

What an amazing company to work with!! From the initial meeting with the sales member, scheduling, replacing the roof, and final inspections all parts of the project were clearly communicated. I was receiving text messages during the replacement of the roof all day with friendly updates. The next day, they sent an inspector out to take a video and make sure everything was done perfectly! I truly appreciated the communication and friendliness throughout this process.

I cant say enough how great Bone Dry is. We have a new roof with top of the line Owens Corning shingles. New decking and new soffit all around the house. It looks amazing. I moved into a house where the roof had not been replaced in 19 years and whoever put the original roof on did a terrible job. It was rotting, leaking, animals were getting in. The price was better than others. We had Kingdom, Open Box, and Erie come out and Im more than happy we went with Bone Dry. I would do it again tomorrow but the roof has a warranty for the next 25 years so I probably will wait.

Would not recommend. Called about a month ago to setup a roof inspection for a new construction home to make sure everything was installed correctly and advised company that it was not more than a year old. Called back today after calling them this morning to ask simple question about Attic vent fans. Were not willing to answer a simple question without looking at house and providing quote. Just wanted to if they were worth it. Got a call later in the day that they want to charge me $350 dollars which was not originally discussed. Poor customer service. Won't do business with them. Though they were good company. Saw there trucks drive by my company all the time.

Bone Dry Roofing installed our roof in 2016 and did a great job. Very responsive, professional and fairly priced. Recently our house was hit by lightning and had roof and interior damage. We called Bone Dry and they came out and did a full inspection. Gary Sarmiento was very thorough, professional and explained everything in detail. Julie Watson was great keeping us informed of the job status. Luis Jarquin did a great job on the repairs. Working with Bone Dry has been a great experience. We would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing, and they will continue to be our first call.

The Bone Dry crew which replaced our old, worn out chimney was dedicated to getting the job done in one day, despite a sudden downpour. A.J. also sent photos of progress and communicated about start and finish. And Bryce, who made the deal, was very professional and communicative. We have used Bone Dry before and will again!

Bone Dry Roofing did an amazing job on my 1925 bungalow. She was in need of repairs to the original framework as well as the decking and past damage. They communicated via text with photos and explanations of what they needed to do. No surprises, just honest talk about the condition of the roof. I thought it was going to take 2-3 days. It took their crew about 6 hours to get the job done, including a new skylight. I work in the real estate business (not in sales), and everyone has told me if you want the best and can afford it, go with Bone Dry. I can be assured that for the next 25-35 years my roof will be the least of any concerns. I purchased a roof and for piece of mind for decades to come.

Had our entire roof replaced in a single day. They took care to protect all of the plants, ac units, generator, etc during the tear down process and cleaned up so that you really wouldn’t be able to tell that they were even here. Roof and flashing looks great. They replaced a few plywood sheets that were water damaged and took plenty of pictures detailing the whole process. Excellent work. Would highly recommend

Marco and his crew did an amazing job. The attention to detail was great and left the job site better than it likely was when they arrived. I had a new roof put on. After trying to contact smaller companies I was fed up with folks not getting back with me. Although these folks were likely not the least expensive, You get what you pay for. I had uninstalled a clamp on device for my gutter the day before they arrived. I never asked for it to be reinstalled nor expected them to see the device. I just wanted it out of their way. These guys even reinstalled my solar panel device without being asked. When they left, my wife noticed a piece of trash fell out of the trailer. Not sure how they noticed it but the stopped and picked it up. Awesome job. Would use again! I only attached one photo but they added this cricket to my chimney that was never there before either.

Attic leak occurred around the radon tube cap. The BD worker replaced the cap with a higher quality solution, included new shingles with the repair, and thoroughly cleaned up debris. It was obvious the worker was experienced with this type of repair. We were also pleased with "worker on the way" text messages.

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof. The other 2 roofing companies came to my house to repair our roof before Bone Dry. The other companies didn't properly repair our roof and they didn't respond after my return request. The Bone Dry team was efficient and quick. Contacts and follow ups were top notch by Jordan and Jack Pollard. The repairman, Luis Jarquin, did a good job to find the source of leak and repaired our roof. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I’d really like to give a 4.5. Bone Dry was great to work with from quoting through job completion. I was incredibly impressed with communication from the project foreman during the work. He was in touch multiple times throughout the day with updates and pictures. This was especially helpful as we were away during the work. The only issue we had was a squirrel entered the house through the open chimney at some point during the project. It was able to open the cover to the fireplace and get out to roam the house. It caused some damage that we are presently looking to get fixed. I addressed this with Bone Dry via the text thread wondering if it was standard practice to plug the open flues in some way to prevent this, but haven’t yet heard back.

Bone Dry installed my new roof in April of 2022. A resent severe storm in Indianapolis blew off one of my shingles. I called them Friday Morning and Friday Afternoon they came over and reattached the shingle. You can’t beat same day service like that. They also inspected the rest of my roof to make sure that there was no other damage. I would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. We had an active leak, the fit is in right away. From paperwork signing on a Tuesday to fitting us in that Friday. Had the flex shingle (hail resistant shingle top rated and great from insurance deduction) on hand and ready to go. This company is truly a one stop shop however can customize what fits a budget and need at whatever project your on. Thank you bone dry we are very confident we are set the next time it rains.

I want to thank Mr. Judd and his Team for doing a great job on our roof. We had a few hiccups along the way as this was a very large project but i am sticking with a 5 star review as i feel they worked with us when something came up to resolve it. The roof looks amazing and another foot of insulation added should keep us warm this winter. I will update this if we have issues later but for now i am happy with Bone Dry. Mr. Judd is very involved in this company and the community as a whole and i can appreciate that.

Over all it was a job well done, from the crew to the supervisor and Conner from the office understanding what i wanted and making it happen. It was extra work but they got it done. I started with a different company and just wasn’t happy. So i called Bone Dry after they were recommended as one of the best. I am happy i did. From start to finish i would say i am very pleased with the outcome. They left no mess and so far have not seen any stray nails, they did a great job cleaning up. Now for the siding and gutters to be installed by Bone Dry. Hope they look as great as the roof. Pics are before and after roof.

From the beginning BoneDry customer’s service was amazing. Chad Smith was the rep I worked with for my estimate. He was thorough with explaining the issues with my house and gave a lot of useful knowledge. They came highly recommended as the best in the business and I understand the hype. I called other roofing companies and BoneDry was the most reasonably priced with a great quality of work. Roofers were friendly as I had to run in and out of my house during the project.

What an amazing experience! From the estimate with Conor to the installation, everything was well communicated and they handled the job like it was their own home. The safety measures and protection of the home for removal and install was superb! They communication and photos were just above and beyond what I could have expected! The install crew was incredible! In and out in four hours including clean up and it looked beautiful! There was no signs that a new roof had just been installed! I am so grateful for the Bone Dry team and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Bone Dry was very easy to work with. Work was completed in the stated time frame. They had a supervisor on site during the whole project. They constantly uploaded photos to a link throughout the project keeping me up to date on the progress. I have worked with other roofing/Mason and Bone Dry is by far the easiest to work with and has done the best work by far.

Crew arrived on time and got right to work covering all my windows before they began removing my old roof. The supervisor sent me all off the attached pictures ,( and many more) so I was aware of the progress they were making . They did a great job of cleaning up as they went. It was a long day after they were finished we walked around the house to make sure I was happy. I’m looking forward to next week when the come back to repair my soffits and replace my gutters!

Bone Dry Roofing installed our new skylight this week. They were not only on time, but early. They did the install and everything was left clean and perfect when they were done. The true test came last evening when it poured down rain and absolutely no drips into the kitchen. If you need any work done on your home I absolutely recommend them. We believe in them so much, we are using them for two more repair jobs!

We had a tree fall on our home and called Bone Dry to come and cover it from the elements. From the person who took my call and the crew who arrived to do the work, they were all friendly and informative. They even made me laugh in a stress situation.

They did a great job repairing my chimney a little over a year ago. They got everything done in a timely manner cleaned up very well after the job and I would definitely use them again and advise others to also use them. I plan on calling them for some more work I had to get done.

We solicited quotes from six vendors and selected Bone Dry Roofing. Their quote package was very detailed, including a precise listing and brochures for all products to be used and descriptions of what to expect during the installation, and they are certified as one of Owens-Corning’s Platinum Preferred Contractors (as were two other contractors who bid on the project), which qualifies the homeowner for a much longer full no cost materials and labor warranty coverage than a non-certified vendor installing the same products. Their pricing was good, they require no money until the job is finished, and they offered a variety of easy financing options, including 12 months at zero interest. A manager did a last-step roof inspection 2 days before the job, and a walk-through video inspection after the job, which he sent me for my records. I was consulted immediately about any additional decking replacements needed to ensure a solid sub-surface. The large crew were friendly and polite, carefully relocated our patio furniture out of harm's way, spread huge industrial tarps and sheets of plywood all around the house to protect landscaping and property, and used a trailer with large inflatable wheels to carry away old materials rather than a metal dumpster that can damage concrete. The resulting roof replacement was installed with perfectly straight ridge and valley lines, our gutter guards were carefully lifted up and replaced to complete the gutter line installation, and the project manager walked the roof afterward to tighten down a few gutter guards that were missing screws. Post-installation clean-up was immaculate. Bottom line: A superb and easy hi-tech re-roofing experience exhibiting top craftsmanship with high attention to detail for a competitive price.

Bone Dry Roofing has been great to work with. We had water damage to our soffits and roof damage from raccoons. They inspected inside and out, took pictures and gave us an estimate right away. (See some of the pictures below.) They scheduled us for two-three weeks out but ended up being able to work us in within the week. The workers were quick and efficient and took and texted us pictures throughout the process. They also cleaned everything up well. All this was done in one day! The raccoons continued giving us problems, so after getting them trapped and removed Bone Dry came back to repair the roof and siding. They put a tarp up in the meantime to prevent water damage from storms. They also offered cleanup and reinstall of attic insulation from the raccoons and gave us what we needed for our insurance claim. Everyone we worked with from Bone Dry was kind, professional and respectful and, most importantly, efficient and helpful. We highly recommend them for roofing and exterior work. Give them a call.

We used Bone Dry to replace a rotted garage header and the exterior trim above the garage door as the wood got all rotted from a water leak point. An unusual occurrence for sure. They did a great job in communicating from the time of estimate to the final touch ups. The work was quick and efficient. I really liked that they took pictures at different stages of the process to prove what work was done underneath the repair. I also appreciated that when I had a concern they came out and addressed it without any pushback. I don’t think the price was the cheapest I could have gotten, but I feel they did a good job.

Great service! Polite salesman Steven came to our house to give us a quote on attic insulation. We accepted quote and approx 2 weeks later, installer James arrived on time and texted before his arrival. Both were very kind and knowledgeable. Blown insulation took only a couple hours. Seven photos were sent afterwards which was great to see the completed work and project as promised. Excellent service. Would recommend and use them again for future work if needed.

Absolutely loved working with Marvin. The interior workmanship is perfect and I do not use that word lightly. Where I took a star away was the exterior. The work was great and I have 0 complaints there. My issue was it started to rain and the crew left, which isn't a problem. The rain cleared in 30 minutes and the sun literally even came out as well around 12:30. Not a rain cloud or sprinkle in sight. I messaged and asked if they were coming back to finish the hour of work that remained and was told they were done for the day and would return the next. That was quite disappointing. I took the day off work to be here. They wasted half of my day as well. I wanted to be here to see the project finished.

I had BoneDry repair a small gap in my roof around a utility mast that a previous roofing company had done a poor job on. Bone Dry did quality work fixing the problem by installing a zipper boot, but they are pricey; $575 for an hour's work seems a bit steep. And the repairman did an incomplete clean-up job - see photos of debris left on site.

My mom passed away in August of 2023 and I discovered shortly after that some extensive damage had occurred to her roof. In the middle of my grief, feeling overwhelmed by all I had to take care of, bone dry came into my life and walked me through every step of the process with SO much patience and grace. Richard De St. Jean especially went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. Kat Brown was also especially kind and patient and very helpful in this process. It doesn’t always work out that way when things like this happen, so I am especially grateful they helped make this horribly difficult time a little less awful for me. The work was also very well done and the roof looks great. Communication was wonderful and professional. Thank you very much.

The experience of working with all of the folks at Bone Dry Roofing was top notch. Detailed photos and videos were provided for the initial inspection of the roof and then multiple photos were provided throughout the installation. I live in another state and was very well pleased working with them long distance. They made it very easy and stress free. The shingle roof - and all new decking - was replaced in less than 7 hours. Other teams of theirs will be back to replace the b pipe and the gutters next week.

(FOLLOW UP to roofing/bathroom fan fix on Nov 2023): Once the roofing work was done to my house, the bathroom fan stopped working. Upon closer inspection, I found that the vent pipe was reattached to the fan housing with screws. One of the screws went into the path of the fan blade, and thus disabled it. Once reported, a tech inspected the fan shortly after, and removed the screws to make the fan functional again until a replacement could get installed. A replacement install was scheduled a few days later. After a few technical hiccups, mainly a ground wire that appeared hot, a new fan was eventually given a proper install. Not only that, but when the bathroom GFCI outlet was apparently tripped, the tech took the time to get a replacement and installed it the same day. I commend Bone Dry for having workers that sure everything is remedied when an error occurs. Many thanks to Andrew and Austin for their work and going the extra miles! (ADDITIONAL REVIEW for roofing and furnace vent work done October 2023): Another job well done by Bone Dry! My home’s previous roof had a couple trouble spots, mainly along the chimney and furnace vent. Plus with it being at least 10 years old, I decided to have it replaced. Work was scheduled one day this month, then rescheduled a few days later due to rain. The old furnace vent/fake chimney was removed early morning by an affiliate, AirCo, since it apparently contained asbestos. That was done easily, and the furnace vent piping was all redone soon after. Once dawn rolled in, a crew of roofers got to work. While the old roof shingles and material were removed, bad wood spots were also identified, torn out and replaced. The work was all done during daylight hours, while updates and images of work progress were given periodically. The end result appears to have been done professionally and correctly. Aside from a few loose nails and flashing trimmings lying around, cleanup was well done. Many thanks to all the gentlemen at Bone Dry involved with all the recent work done to my house! (REVIEW for masonry work September 2023): Great, professional company! Last week I had work done to my chimney, both exterior and interior. On the outside, getting the crown redone was the main thing needed. Tuckpointing was done as well. All work was done in about two days. While the work was done, several updates and images came to me via text, which is much appreciated. The old cracked, thin crown from before was replaced with a strong, thick crown. Many thanks to Dave Genier for the exterior work! Interior chimney work was done as well within the same week. Tuckpointing, replacement damper, and resurfacing was much of the work involved. Like the exterior work, photos and updates were given periodically. Many thanks to Blake Mills as well for interior detail!

Marco and his crew have done a great job on my roof. They don’t just reroof a house. They make sure all of the materials needed to give shingles a solid base are stable. If it takes extra work then they do this. No exceptions. And that’s not a just admirable. That’s a craft that some have lost. And it’s a sigh of relief when you know they go the extra mile and do this with a smile. I’m thankful. Cody Aliff with Bone Dry orchestrated this and the guy’s phenomenal. He’s young and in a day that younger people find it hard to put effort into a job as hard as roofing and all of the stuff that Bone Dry offers . Well Cody does it well. All of them deserve an award. This is the BEST company I have ever dealt with. From the day the original representative, Ryan, came out, to the day that the project started and ended, with Andrew. Mine was an unusual story because I was scammed by an original roofer who took the original insurance money and ran so this project was on me. This guys went OVER and ABOVE to help me !
