They were able to come out quickly, confirm the issue, and provide options. One of the options would not even make them money! The pricing provided was also very fair, and upfront. We LOVE an honest, straightforward company that isn’t just about the cash but people too. I HIGHLY recommend DFW Wildlife Control to get an honest, no BS solution to your issue. We will continue to use them if we have future issues.

I called several exterminators, and they all wanted payment up front with no guarantee that they would locate and dispose of the dead animal in my attic. They said that if it is located in a remote area or behind the walls, they will not be able to extract it. I decided to call Dallas-Fort Worth Wildlife Control, and I spoke with Randall. He said he will do everything possible to locate and remove the dead animal. I asked him what made him so sure he could do it, and his reply was, “Over 20 years of experience, that's how.” Randall showed up at the house, and I was not very impressed with him because he came in a t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers, and a white bucket. I asked him, “Don't you need more equipment?” he smiled and said, “This is it.”. Within minutes, he located the source of the smell, and the dead possum was in my AC ducts. Any other company would have declared that they couldn't extract the dead animal and walked away. Randall and Dallas Fort Worth Wildlife Control are not like those other companies. This is where passion and over twenty years of experience kick in, and Randall demonstrated the know-how and get-it-done attitude. He improvised with coat hangers, and when that didn't work, he used a saw cutter and gained access to the air duct and successfully removed the dead possum. I highly recommend Randall for his dedication and commitment to seeing the job done. We came home to a baby opossum lying on our garage floor, bleeding but still breathing. We called for help. Nobody answered.

This is a slightly embarrassing post but I had a rubber snake thrown on my balcony and it looked real. I had a few other folks take a look and they agreed I called DFW Wildlife control to take a look and I sent them a few pics. They responded right away to the pics and identified this was not a local snake to these parts and also said I could probably buy this at Walmart.My apartment management staff came the next day to do the feel test and sure enough it was a fake. DFW Wildlife control gave me peace of mind and felt confident what they were saying was true.

Randall was great! Super efficient, with a lot of suggestions on how to keep the snakes at bay. I can sleep at night now knowing there isn’t anything living under my house.

Super fast response: friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had a squirrel build a nest in my SUVs engine bay and give birth to three babies. Believe me when I tell you she DID NOT want to leave! Animal Control said I was on my own and two other animal removal companies said no, but Randall from Dallas Fort Worth Animal control arrived, then efficiently and humanely removed Mama Squirrel and her babies within a few minutes. When I first heard the scratching and squeaking noises coming from my attic, I knew something was wrong. After doing some research, I realized that I had a bat infestation in my attic I contacted Randall, a local wildlife removal expert, and he quickly came to assess the situation. Randall was professional and knowledgeable, and he explained the process of removing the bats from my attic in a way that put my mind at ease. Over the next few days, Randall set up humane traps and worked tirelessly to remove the bats from my attic. He also took steps to seal off any potential entry points to prevent future infestations. I had squirrel removal done from my house by Dallas Fort Worth Wildlife Control. They came out and removed the squirrel that decided to take up residence in my dryer exhaust hose. I can’t recommend them enough. They were very professional and kept me from having a squirrel loose in the house.

I mistakenly used a different company to remove a mother raccoon and baby, but the baby was left behind in my attic in sweltering heat and the original company would help no further. I called DFW Wildlife with my emergency situation and Hunter arrived quickly, saved the baby in no time and took it to a rehab. Bought a house this year and quickly learned that there were squirrels in the attic and between the first and second floor. Got a couple estimates from a few different places, but went with these guys. What I liked about them was that the person that showed up to give the estimate wasn't a sales person. They didn't try to upsell me, they told me what wasn't necessary, and the person that prepared my estimate, was the same one that did the work. The value you get for their price is excellent. It has been ~5 months since they removed the squirrels, and we haven't had any further issues.

Excellent experience! We've had raccoons and opossums in and out of our attic even in hot weather. Hunter was our tech. He inspected, we were sent all the paperwork via email, scheduled the work and have no problems to report at this time.

I had a very bad raccoon problem. A pregnant raccoon got into my attic and proceeded to have babies. Luckily for me, I called DFW Animal Control. They were priced much more reasonably than other companies and offered the same services. They sealed my house and decontaminated it and installed a one-way door. Thanks to my security camera, I was able to see the mother raccoon and six babies exit my house. After a few weeks to make sure everything was quiet, they came back and took out the door and sealed the opening. I am very happy to know they guarantee their work for annual inspections! Had rodents inside the walls of my house, you could hear them, I was kind of scary thinking they may chew power cables and cause a fire.. good thing I called dfw wildlife control as they were able to get rid of them without killing them, they just left the house and never came back!! Unfortunately we had a skunk come in through our dryer vent into our home. My husband and I caught it under a box but we didn’t want to kill it nor let it go and it come back! I had squirrels in my attic so I called Dallas Fort Worth Wildlife Control for squirrel removal. They quickly came to my home and gave me an estimate. They trapped and humanely removed the squirrel. They also-most importantly -animal proofed the squirrels entry point to keep the animals out. I highly recommend this company. They saved my attic from damage that the squirrel was causing and it could've been much worse if I had waited too long because the squirrel was starting to tear up my AC duct work.

When happen baby owl was hit my friend home at Irving.. The baby owl had broke arm then become blood clot, stoke. I search where is emergency vet I call them, I Did call different number many time And I call @ 5AM morning.. they did not help and never call back... sad baby owl is dead , my point is vet emergency fault no one help

I called thinking it was a wildlife rescue. The gentleman I spoke with was so kind and helpful. He gave me a whole list of people to call to help me find a rescue for this little baby bird we found outside our home. Very professional and excellent customer service!

I noticed noises from my attic so I called out this company to come do an inspection. They found we had rodents in the attic. They were able to put up a one-way door that allowed the animals out and not back in. They also sealed up all the other entry points. Now that my house has been animal proved I no longer hear the roof rats. They also cleaned up their mess they left behind and restored the attic back to its original condition. I called concerning a baby bird that fallen out of its nest. I live in an apartment on the 3rd floor and had no way of placing it back the nest. I googled and found this company, that gave me a lot of numbers to licensed wildlife rehabs to call. I was able to get in touch with one and the baby is now in the hands of someone who can properly take care of it. Thank you SO much!!!

Needed a snake removal, and called two other places with no answer, then I got a hold of Dallas Fort Worth Wildlife, who answered on the second ring. Told him about a snake I needed removed under the refrigerator, and he said he’d be right there and he was. Wow wow wow When he was out here, we had a concern about rodents getting into the house, he explained to me that sealing the outside of the house was the best defense against this. He explain the procedure, and showed me all of the several dozen openings on the exterior of our home that would allow rodents access. I was shocked to say the least on how many open holes he pointed out to me, with direct access inside the interior walls, and the attic. I wanted to set the appointment up immediately, he sent me a link, so I could choose my date and my time, and his crew was out here on time and did a fantastic job. The way his crew sealed this house far exceeded my expectations. I had no idea just how many wasp, and hornets had made their home inside my interior walls and attic, until the home was completely sealed, and thousands of wasps and hornets swarming the roofline without access. (Guess that was just an added bonus) If you need a snake removed, a raccoon removed, a possum removed, any rodent removed, or anything to do with Wildlife, being a nuisance in or around your home, I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, and dedication to their job. 5 STARS for sure

We found a nest of baby rabbits in our yard and while they weren’t able to help us, they provided us with multiple contacts for rehabilitations. They were exceptionally helpful and we will keep their information handy for any future needs.

May 4, 2020 I am adding an update to the below: We saw a squirrel trying to get into the house and were afraid it did. They came and checked it out for us and we are so relieved to not have to live in fear of creepy things in our attic and walls. Thank you!! This review is very overdue. I love nature but there is nothing so disconcerting as critters creeping in the wrong place. In the past two years while dealing with a both previous home and our current DFWWC has been a huge blessing. The company has been excellent at getting rid of critters, cleaning up after them, keeping them out (sealing all openings) and responding immediately with required (as needed) followup visits. Thank you Randall and team for helping keep this a home for humans and not a wildlife habitat!

I called about a poor baby possum in our backyard. They didn't try to sell me on anything, just let me know that they handle nuisance removal, and texted me a list of phone numbers for people that rehabilitate animals. I was able to get some one who knows what they are doing to come get it, and care for it.

I saw a raccoon on my roof on Sunday, they came out Tuesday afternoon and set 2 traps. The next morning there was big male raccoon in a trap. They picked him up early afternoon Wednesday. They planned to relocate him far far away! They also ensured 2 traps were re-baited and good to go. The gentlemen were friendly and professional. I hope I don't have to call again, but certainly will if needed.

I called DFW Wildlife, because an animal in my attic fell from a rafter and caused a crack in the ceiling in a bedroom. Randall found evidence of all sorts of wildlife in the attic and inspected the house which offered a lot of entries to them. He set traps for the bigger animals, and they've caught three possums and two raccoons so far. His men sealed the house so no more wildlife can get in. I bought a vacant house and noticed there was evidence of Raccoons, opossums and possibly Cats. I Called and left a message and received an immediate response. They set an appointment and arrived on the day of the appointment right on-time. They were very knowledgeable and explained the process & pricing. Our business had an opossum living under the building. During the day, it would walk around our parking lot and get under the cars of our employees. This is the best rat removal company in Fort Worth. We had roof rats in the attic and Dallas-Fort Worth wildlife control took care of the problem after many other companies failed. DFW wildlife has the Best rodent exterminators in Fort Worth Arlington or Dallas. We have used them to trap our squirrels and raccoons as well. They are very fast and efficient. A snake had managed to get itself stuck in the hole in a sprinkler control cover. It had come from our neighbor's yard into ours with the cover stuck about half way down its body. It couldn't pass through the hole, and couldn't back out of it, and seemed exhausted. Most people would have just killed it. But we called DFW Wildlife Removal. Randall came within an hour, and slowly removed the cover from the snake (along with a partially digested frog [ugh]). He put it into a barrel, and said it appeared it would be okay. Many thanks for such quick service.

Called their Arlington location for bee removal. Found a hive inside our patio facade. They were able to extract and remove the bees. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend!

We used this company for a problem with critters in our attic. Randall was professional, courteous and definitely knew his stuff. Out of all the contractors we had out to give quotes, he did the most thorough inspection and took tons of pictures to show exactly what he was talking about. While a couple contractors pointed out areas, no other contractor took pictures. They were not our cheapest quote, but neither we're they too far off other similar quotes (a couple much lower quotes were simple poison based services). We liked their "no kill" approach. Randall also did not object to my wanting to withhold part of the fee until the follow up work (removing one way door) was done. I highly recommend DFW Wildlife Control. We will be using the in the future for yearly follow up inspections.

A large rattlesnake in our neighborhood that had curled up onto our neighbor’s porch. We called and Randall dropped everything he was doing to come help us at 10:00PM on a Saturday. Give them a call for any of your pest needs, they know what their talking about, and they are honest.

My husband and I closed on our new home yesterday and discovered a large number of dead honey bees during the final walk through. I called and Randall answered. My dog had caught a baby dove and tried to kill it but had only given it a couple bites and the dove survived. He wasn't able to help because he has different services. He was however quick to provide me with resources for rehabilitation places so the dove could get taken care of. Very kind and responsive, if I ever have any pest issues I will definitely consider this business!

Shortly after purchasing our home here in Granbury we started having issues with raccoons in our attic that we were unsuccessful at gettting rid of due to holes we couldn’t see to repair ourselves. We set traps and only caught neighborhood cats. Having two small babies and two dogs in the house I decided to look for an expert to come and evict our houseguests before the attic was torn to shreds and before any other serious issues arose. I am so glad I found DFW Wildlife! Randall was honest, polite and very knowledgeable not to mention extremely prompt. He answered all my questions (even the silly ones) and came out to inspect not only the attic but the entire perimeter of our home. Having purchased an older home with nothing but woods for miles as a backyard I was worried this was going to be an extremely expensive job but when Randall finished his inspection and explained what all needed to be done he quoted us a price that was a fraction of what I was anticipating. We were put on their schedule and a couple days later a team of wonderful guys showed up to work on all the holes and potential entry ways for critters. After a few hours the team was done and the word “satisfied” doesn’t even begin to describe how pleased I am with the job they did. Every single hole (big and small), window sill and vent was repaired, our attic was fogged and treated for any potential contamination, traps were set and the next morning I woke up to the raccoon that has been driving us nuts for the last year. I called Randall first thing in the morning to let him know we had a raccoon in the trap and he said he would be out ASAP to get it and to check the other traps for us. As if i wasn’t already super pleased with the service we received, he even asked me if the animal had shade and if I felt comfortable scooting the cage into some shade if it was directly in the sunlight. As much as that raccoon upset me over the last year it did make me sad to see it scared and in the cage so I’m grateful that they care about the critters too! After a pest control company told me I had mice and wanted to put out poison all over my yard I contacted DFW Wildlife Control. They came and verified that there were no mice, then performed exclusion to be sure that nothing would get in to my house. They had done work for two of my neighbors so I knew they were trustworthy, but they exceeded expectations. And they charged less than half of what one of the big pest control companies did years ago. I recommend them highly.

DFW Wildlife Control did a great job removing honey bees from my attic last July. I was a little worried the bees might come back so I waited to post my review. But I’m still bee free thank goodness! DFW Wildlife Control charged less then half of what the 4 other companies quoted me. And did the removal without cutting holes in my house and roof, like the other companies said they’d have to do. It’s nice to know that there’s still some good companies around that have integrity and practice good business ethics. Hopefully my home will remain pest free but I will definitely use these guys again if need be!

Mice and rate problem. I interviewed 8 different companies in the DFW . I became obsessed with wanting not to just pay, but understand my problem and what I was paying for.. I had a problem 5 years ago and at the time bait station an poisoning was suggested. After making friends on the internet across the US and asking questions once I saw my problem return or really never being resolved I was ready this time around. I found DFW wild life by searching for that right company, I continue to search after looking at 8 companies. Wendell was very detailed and professional, in addition extremely knowledgeable. He was able to point out things other inspectors missed and he also provide a warranty and the biggest thing was his honesty about my situation and not making me feel pressured. Last his personality is just awesome and the price was very competitive or even better than some of the other 8 companies. I found DFW wild life on you tube. Take it from a guy that has looked in to this several hours researching. I have hired and extremely happy with DFW wildlife service. I worked with Wendell from DFW Wild Life

I called this number thinking it was a rehabilitation center, but realized it was instead wildlife control. To my surprise Randall K. provided me with many resources and I was able to this little a guy medical care and a home within 10 minutes. Thank you Randall, I appreciate your excellent customer service, even if they call the wrong number.

Last night, for the first time in my life saw a snake in my home. Scared wife, kids at home with a snake inside bath room, small one though. Called Randall and he was very prompt. Came in really quick and got the snake out. Explained in detail about that snake, he checked out my house inside and outside to make sure there are no more roaming. Extremely professional! 5 Stars. A snake got into my house yesterday and DFW Wildlife Control came to the rescue !! Professional, and efficient! they had to move furniture and a rug to find the culprit and find it they did!! They also moved all my furniture back into place perfectly!! Would use them again, although i hope I don't have to! lol Thanks for the super great experience!

Caught a baby possum in the middle of the night and didnt know what to do. Called DFWWildlife and where able to help me get all the information i needed to find a animal rehabilitation center. Great personal service! Highly recommend!

Found a baby bird in some need of attention. It's been raining and a lot cooler than usual so as you would guess it, the poor little thing is cold. Me thinking this was a rescue, decided to send them a message for help and an employee called me right away to let me know how to keep the baby bird warm. He was kind and really put my mind at ease ! These guys are very easy to work with, efficient, and professional. And, they have not hesitated with any potential warranty work. I also really appreciate the fact that, although nobody wants the rodents around, DFW Wildlife Control uses humane methods to control the situation. They're very tidy and respectful. I had a very good experience with them.

My husband and I are very pleased for having the exclusion done (8 months ago) by DFW Wildlife. We live by the lake Lewisville and mice control (followed by even worse, snakes!! 😱) has been a problem since we moved 2013. Orkin company did the exclusion 2 years ago but they failed to address all the entry points (money wasted) and our family still had to take turns picking up mice on glue pads in our walk-in attic and even snakes in our swimming pool! We decided to give DFW a try and very glad we did. DFW is also great with after service. We found couple of mice After few severe rain storms last month which might have cause the hole on the roof. I called Randall for help and (he answers the phone and not didn't get transferred to a message machine!) addressed our issue. He sent a tech and patched up the hole on the roof within a few days. They are true professionals. Sure we still keep our regular pest control service done for ants, spiders and other insects by a local company but it's nice to know that Randall is there to keep those terrifying wild invaders away! 👍🏻

My mother always had me write Thank You notes, so here is yours. I haven't seen a bee, dead or alive, since the evening of the day you came. And I've been looking. So I wanted to thank you and the guys for your expertise, quick response, and especially for your demeanor. I wasn't unnerved by your presence...just the bees. That is saying a lot when you are dealing with seniors . I always have my radar out for 'stranger danger'. You were a pleasure to have on the place. Wonder what Mother would think about electronic Thank You Notes.

A few weeks ago I realized we had squirrels in our attic. I called DFW Wildlife and they came out quickly, set up a couple traps, took care of my squirrel problem and then sealed the house. The service was outstanding, the price was fair and they even cleaned out the gutters along my roof before they left. I would highly recommend them.

It's like the guy was raised in the wild with all these critters. He knows everything about every aspect of critter life and any other wildlife for that matter - and he's a SUPER nice guy. I was talking to him and he said he goes hunting for hogs and other animals as often as he can and he always comes home with what he intended to get. He's the Critter Whisperer. :-) He also has a really great team of employees that know what they're doing too and he's obviously trained them on the finer points of wildlife control.
