We were told at signup that we could cancel the service at any time. When we later called to cancel, we were suddenly told it was a 12-month contract. This was never explained or clearly disclosed to us.<br><br>The representative did not go over any long-term commitment, and had that been communicated upfront, we would not have agreed. When we questioned this and asked for a refund, it was refused. Now we are being told we still owe $223 plus additional charges.<br><br>This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. Clear contract terms should be explained before taking someone’s money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend White Knight Pest Control.
I hope I always have Ricky to service my house. He is friendly and -leasing and asked if I had any concerns and spoke to me before he left after doing a great job

Run as fast as you can from this company. First they trap you in a lengthy contract stating you have to be with them for a year. Everyone is very nice as long as you want to retain their services. When I called to cancel I spoke with Clarissa a customer advocate who basically implied I was offered a better deal from a different company to the point she stated “are you sure you weren’t offered a better rate from a different company” I did not I just wanted to stop services, then she was no longer nice and I suddenly had to pay for 2 more months of service that I would receive. She claimed that I didn’t pay for the first service or the last service. None of this makes any sense and her attitude was certainly not appreciated. There are so many companies you can choose from do yourself a favor a pick a different one! I have requested my invoices because the math is not mathing with the company. They just want your money no matter what!

Update to "Owners response"<br><br>Your employee, when advised in a very courteous manner, that he was trespassing on private property (we are 4+acres) he arrogantly continued going door to door, despite such. A RATIONAL, lawful and ethical person, would have ascertained factual confirmation of what I advised him, by just going to any entrance and verifying what he was apprised. Lucky for him the Glendale Police had higher priority calls, and he seemed to avert contact with such. This has not been the case in many previous regrettable situations before.<br><br>Managing businesses for over 20 years, conduct such as this speaks quite clear of not only the employee, but those superior to him. Every single one of my team/subordinates were a clear and concise example of MY values, ethics and standards, as "they were, in every aspect, a reflection of me, as their employer, to my customers."<br><br>To attempt to minimize, this situation, as you did, just exacerbates what has already been conveyed about Knight Pest Control.<br>________________________________________________________<br><br>We are a Home Owners Association.<br><br>I had a door to door solicitor come to my door from White Knight Pest Control.<br><br>I advised this male that he is on private property, and is designated so at EVERY ENTRANCE, and he is trespassing and could be cited or arrested. This piece of work completely ignored me and continued to go door to door.<br><br>The Glendale Police have been dispatched, I insisted he be arrested, issued a 'trespass warrant' at minimum.<br><br>This certainly does not shed a good light on this company's ethics, values or ability to do what's right/legal.
The worst pest control company out there. One thing I’mma let you know don’t let them tell you that there is no contract and it’s just month-to-month because that is a bunch of BS second they tell you that they’re gonna spray on the inside of your house and never do it. Don’t ask you to do it never come and change out the sticky pads. Definitely will let everyone know about this company and not to use them. I’m going to let everyone in my neighborhood also know about them. I have a son that is 21 months old and we have black widows in our house and a brand new house because White Knight pest control does not do their job at all.

Kevin did an excellent job yesterday selling the service. He answered lots of questions. Caden did the initial application and also did an excellent job. Both are intelligent gentlemen!
The technician was very nice and professional, sometime they had to come out twice a month because the problem was still existed. My complaint was the company was charged every time they came for the services other than monthly charge without notifying at front and different than what we agreed on the contract. We was billed with the large amount when we called to cancel their services . Very disappointed
Salesman will lie about pricing and how safe there inside spray is. Salesman had said with a newborn that we only needed to be out the house for 10 minutes before going back in. When exterminator comes I was told no infants can be in the house for 2 hours. He just sprayed the outside and we were still charged the price for both. Salesman are terrible and will say anything to get you to sign
My rep is definitely thorough, does not mind getting deep and dirty to get rid of any pest. He’s friendly and professional and cares about not leaving dirty prints behind if he has to come inside. 5 star
I have used White Knight for almost 10 years, and they never fail to disappoint. They are always fast and professional. We have had the pleasure of working with Andrew F. lately, and he is awesome. Very friendly and does a great job. We have never had a bad tech come out come to think of it. Highly recommend this company.
Willie was a big help. He arrived just as a party was about to start and he was able to discreetly take care of my inside requests, and the home exterior quickly and throughly without disturbing our guest. He was kind and courteous but also helpful in educating me about a new spider type that was in the yard. Thanks so much.
Tarique was great! I asked him to spray the interior & he had no issues with that. He was polite & he even pulled my stove out to spray behind there. I didn’t know there was a bunch of junk behind the stove & he was kind enough to let me know so I could sweep it up.
Jarius really did a great job. Did the entire inside of my house along with outside and the ant mounds in my back yard!! Beat service so far since having this service for two years!!

This is my second contract with this pest control company because their sales rep stated a different company name and lied about the price. If I knew it was through White Knight I NEVER would have signed up to be scammed again. I kept seeing silverfish the first contract and the same thing happened this time even with reservices. I haven't had that problem at all since I switched to someone else. Customer service is a joke. My service contract ends this month and they said that I still owe 2 monthly payments even though I won't be receiving services due to me wanting to cancel and not continue with month to month. The representative had a HORRIBLE attitude because I asked her to explain how I still owe anything. I don't see how they have as many stars as they do.
Rickey H. was awesome—very thorough and professional. We’ve had other technicians service our home before, and so far he has provided the best experience. He definitely kept me up to speed on everything, from the moment he said he was on his way to even when something out of his control came up.<br>He showed up, got right to work, and asked multiple times if there was anything else he could do for us. Response to reply: As I mentioned previously, I continued the service because it was already in place and scheduled. While I did not feel the treatment was fully effective, there may have been some benefits. I am not someone who complains when a service is not 100%, and if an issue feels manageable, I address minor gaps myself rather than escalate. Canceling solely because the pest control was not completely effective did not feel necessary or reasonable at the time. The need to cancel only became imperative once I was moving, which is a legitimate reason that was clearly discussed at the time of signup.<br><br>Your response does not address the core issue, that the information provided to me at the time of sale was inconsistent with what I am now being told. The existence of a written agreement or a claimed welcome call does not negate what was verbally communicated at the time of sale. Additionally, I reviewed my call log and the only call from your company on July 5th was a missed call. I am sharing this experience publicly, so others can make a fully informed decision before committing to you.<br><br>Original review:<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with White Knight Pest Control and feel completely misled by their sales practices.<br><br>The individual who sold me this service was named Ray, who identified himself as an area supervisor or some type of supervisor. During the sales process in July, I was very clear with Ray that my home lease ended in January and that there was a possibility I would be moving. He acknowledged this and assured me that it would not be an issue. I was explicitly told that if I moved, I could either transfer the service to my new location or, if that was not possible, I could simply call and cancel. I was told very clearly that this would not be a problem.<br>At no point did Ray disclose that there would be a cancellation fee or that I would be required to continue paying through the end of the agreement. That information was never communicated to me verbally. Had I been told that I would be financially obligated regardless of whether I moved, I would not have agreed to the service.<br><br>Now that I am moving out of Houston and no longer need pest control at all, the company is telling me I must either pay a cancellation fee or continue paying until the agreement ends. That directly contradicts what Ray told me at the time of signing. This feels dishonest and misleading, and it reflects very poorly on the company’s integrity.<br>On top of that, the actual pest control service hasn’t been as effective as I had hoped. I continued to have bugs even while treatments were being performed and ultimately had to handle the problem myself. The only reason I continued allowing their visits was because I already had them scheduled and was trying to make the best of the situation. Their service did not resolve the issue.<br><br>The way this has been handled since I tried to cancel has been hostile and unprofessional. Being told one thing by a supervisor during the initial sales process and then being held to completely different terms later is unacceptable.<br>In addition to everything else, I also want to note that one of the technicians who came out during one of the service visits was extremely disrespectful and rude. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional and dismissive, and I did not appreciate being talked to that way in my own home. I am generally very patient and tend to hold back rather than escalate situations, but when you combine rude technician behavior with ineffective service and misleading information from a supervisor, it becomes clear that this is a broader issue with how this company operates. Taken together, this experience warrants being shared so other potential customers are fully aware of what they may be dealing with before choosing this company.<br><br>I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. The pest control was ineffective, the sales tactics were VERY misleading, and when problems arise, they refuse to take responsibility. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
Jeffrey was professional and explained what he was going to do and was considerate about my merchandise and animals. I would recommend this service to anybody in my neighborhood. Just purchased home and was in the process of shopping around and was offered their service at a reasonable price. Very friendly and understanding
Be careful when you sign up with this company. The salespeople tell you there is no contract and that you can cancel the service at any time. They only ask you to have three services with them, but when you no longer need the service, they charge you more than $300 to cancel. Make sure that during the welcome call you ask very specific questions about cancellation fees.
After being screwed over by several pest control companies….I FINALLY FOUND THE ONE!<br>Rickey is the absolute best thus far!<br>Very thorough and attentive to all matters/concerns. White Knight is a scam! They were supposed to charge me bi-monthly and in 6 months I was charged 12 times. I was told since they used deceptive trade practices to get my service they would close out my account with no fees and now they are sending me a $300 cancellation fee and told me they will not let me speak with the manager who relayed this. I could dispute it if I want to. TRASH Service! And they only serviced my inside twice because two technicians lied to me and told me they could not service the inside while my daughter was pregnant. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars.
If I could leave a zero I would. Roped me in for cheap, then tried to come back a month later for more money. I canceled the appt but they showed up anyway. Told him to leave and they charged me. I called. They said they could not give my money back but could give me a credit. I said I don’t want a credit I don’t want to use your service. Said I signed a contract which I didn’t and I would get chg late fees for not paying for a service I didn’t receive and I would get charged and could not<br>Cancel my contract that I didn’t have and if I didn’t pay I would go to collections. Unbelievable. If I could give a zero I would. Don’t use them.

White Knight Pest Control is a lifesaver specifically Kevin M! First of all we, he came to our home while there was a tornado to offer his services then not only did he immediately provide the service at an AMAZING price but he was funny, courteous and professional! But to follow up he called to warn us that there may be an uptick of pest activity and there was but then he came back on Thanksgiving morning! We immediately have seen a drastic reduction and he has made himself more than available. He is truly a wonderful and professional person and White Knight Pest Control is a spectacular company because of their effective products and magnificent staff! I am now a loyal customer!
Ricky took the time to listen to my concerns, did a great job servicing my property, understanding the needs of property. He didn’t rush the job, and he was great at his job. I Would recommend that employees try to emulate his example of work. Thank you Ricky

Worked professionally with Doran Kinsey @ ORKIN. He is a Consummate Professional, Knowledgeable, Understand’s each customer need’s, and above all, Respectful. He does all my pest control with WHITE KNIGHT now because I trust him and his pest control company. They, WHITE KNIGHT, are now doing my Termite treatment. Won’t look back to get quotes from any other “big name” company. Doran Kinsey & WHITE KNIGHT for the Southern US for SURE!
So far white knight has been consistent and I have no complaints. They have treated my home 2x so far. I have had Caden and Lavar as my techs for my first 2 treatments and they were good.
White Knight has been great! I have had them come out for regular service for several months and they have taken care of all our pest control needs. Willie has been our favorite technician and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.
Craig was very professional, pleasant, informative, and accommodating to my requests. I appreciated him explaining the process to me while quickly treating the problem areas. He also arrived at the most convenient time for me which I’m very happy about. Couldn’t have been a better experience!

Rickey H. from White Knight did a fantastic job with our bimonthly spray! He was hands down the most communicative and thorough representative that we’ve had come out. I appreciated that he even sent a text 15 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way to service our home/yard. Our previous rep had not communicated that he was even coming ahead of time. He just randomly showed up to our house while we were having construction done around the exterior of our home. He was not able to complete the service due to the construction. Had I known that someone was going to be coming out, i could have let White Knight know that it was not a good day to have our bimonthly spray treatment done. I am very grateful that Rickey H. was the one to come out to do our re-spray, since service was not able to be completed with the previous rep. Rickey took his time spraying all around the perimeter of our half-acre property as well, which is something that previous reps had neglected to do previously (even though that is supposed to be included in our service every two months per our contract). Definitely felt like we got our money’s worth, as he even sprayed areas around our house twice. VERY pleased with his service and would highly recommend!

Was not on my name but under my husband's for our home. Leaving a review because after years of great service lost a loyal customer. If I could give 0 stars, I could. Very defensive, not helpful customer service. The lady claiming to be manager is extremely rude. I heard the whole conversation so no need to flip it on here with whatever lame response they will come up with.<br>They have blind faith in their technicians instead of realizing that they maybe became lazy on a Friday and failed to properly ring the doorbell or knock on the door.<br>We have front door cameras and captured the tech not attempting either. HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE TECHS RING THE DOORBELL OR KNOCK AND ASK IF OK TO COME IN. No brainer to spray INSIDE if that's what they have always been doing but this company will do anything to give a customer a hard time when there is a complaint.<br>The new company we have now that came out THE SAME DAY the White Knight tech failed is great and use stronger chemicals AND removed the spriderwebs that were outside the house.
I’ve been using this service for a few years now. They have gotten really last minute with the scheduling, so missed visits aren’t uncommon. However, this time- they didn’t even complete the service and still charged me! They normally wait to charge until they can complete the service. This really rubbed me the wrong way enough to consider cancelling. I’m disappointed as I have been using them for years now. How are you going to charge for a service you didn’t complete? Sketchy.
I’ve used several pest control companies. Very average experience overall with all of them, until White Knight. Their exterminator Rickey is the best. The most thorough service any tech has ever done at my house in 17 years! He made sure to cover every nook and cranny. He has set a new bar. Thank you White Knight for the great service!
Horrible pest control spider everywhere even brown widows. Won't let us cancel without huge charge... run do not use white knight pset control. Never sign up for 1 year commitments. Never again white knight.
Tarique was an amazing tech! Came out on a weekend which was perfect to not interfere with our work schedules. He was fast, informative and professional, taking the time to identify the ant issue and give us tips for avoiding an infestation in the future. Excellent work!
This company uses predatory business practices. I have already cancelled my service twice and yet they are still sending techs out to my house and attempting to do the service and charge me for it. On top of trying to charge me a fee just for canceling. There are cheaper and more professional companies out there then white Knight.
I told Rickey we spotted bugs in the house. He did an awesome job outside, then came in and hit the important spots. Plus Rickey gave me some tips for bug prevention in the house. Great work, Rickey!
I have needed service 4 times in the last 2 months because of how many pests I still have. I will be canceling my service. There’s spiders everywhere and it seems to be getting worse.

Jarius was very polite and let me know he was here. I was able to lock my dog door before he started. He was very thorough. He only missed one spot in the back of my house with his extended wand brush. I am still satisfied.
I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. We still had bugs/spiders, they let you know around 9pm the night before that they're coming the next day and give notice time, and trying to cancel is a nightmare by itself. Per the terms of agreement they want cancelation in in writing but when you send the notice they respond that they want you to call. After you sit on hold for a bit you get to tell the customer service rep you want to cancel they then transfer you to the "customer advocate" who then grills you like you committed a crime about why you want to cancel. When you say you just want to cancel they accuse you of finding a different company as if by hiring them you were agreeing to a lifelong commitment. Once you get fed up and direct them to cancel the little bit of fake nice they had goes out the widow. I've called twice and sent and email but to my surprise, I got an email at 8:50pm saying they'll be at my house tomorrow. I've had ticks that are easier to get rid of.
Deandrew from White Knight came out to inspect and do our routine service. Nice, professional, set up termite baits and took care of some early stage wasp nests, went around the yard. Whole 9. Good service.
White Knight only charged $1 to do my initial service, very affordable! Also shoutout to Jason for being my technician the other day, he was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond with his work! He did my garage when I forgot all about it and even helped with putting my furniture together. Thanks team!

⭐☆☆☆☆<br><br>Do Not Trust This Company<br><br>I signed a contract with White Knight Pest Control in August 2025. On September 30th, they claimed a technician completed service at my home, but no one ever came. I operate a licensed childcare business from my home and was present all day. I even confirmed through my own cameras.<br><br>When I contacted the company, I was repeatedly redirected between staff (Emma – Supervisor, Dominic, and Dorian). Instead of resolving the issue, they issued me a fraudulent invoice for services that never occurred. Only after pressing the matter did they process a refund.<br><br>Despite my written requests, the company continues to insist my account is “active” unless I call, even though I have explicitly revoked authorization. They refuse to provide written cancellation confirmation, which is unacceptable and deceptive.<br><br>I am filing formal complaints with the Texas Department of Agriculture, the Attorney General, the BBB, and the FTC.<br><br>Consumers beware: this company engages in fraudulent billing and refuses to cancel accounts without pressure.<br><br>— Kendra P.
Craig was professional. I have not had a pleasant experience (2.5 stars) with White Knight over all. Let’s see what happens in the next 7 months of my agreement. My yard guy find insect issues and resolves them. I was able to treat my other concerns between their visits.

Promt, on time, & professional. Listen to all my concerns and addressed them all patiently. All questiones replied with a solution/answer. Did not skip on any areas. Offered to make an additional open ticket for termite inspection to investigate concern he could not accommodate. Very polite, and thorough. Very valuable employee. 👌
I don't know if this is the correct white knight for Copperas cove. I was approached while out in my yard. By a salesperson that asked to do a brief inspection of my yard to see if I needed any pest control. I told him the only thing I have problems with are wasps, so he said that he could provide me service for the wasps. Told him im not interested in any contract. He stated he could do a one-time service and if I needed any additional services that it would be at an expense. But the first one would be 300 plus dollars. I told him no, thank you. He said he could break it down to maybe $125. I said no. I'm not interested then. He said, I could do it for $90. I said, okay. Cuz he was just pressuring me. I was hot just wanted to get out of the heat and get back into the house. So he said, here, I just need for you to sign your receipt. Unbeknownst to me, I was signing a contract. Their deceptive practices now their company is sending the fraudulent account to collections. After I called and spoke with the people telling them of the deceptive practices of their salespeople saying that, well, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. But you still have a balance. And I told them I was not paying anything, because I was misled and tricked into signing a contract. So you people are not getting anything from me. So watch out for people coming up to you in your yard, trying to sell you pest control contracts.
Ricky was phenomenal! He went above and beyond on his treatment visit and made sure we had everything we needed. He even left behind some new sticky traps in the garage that have caught a lot of bugs in the past week!

Absolutely fed up with White Knight Pest Control.<br><br>I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my service, and it’s been nothing but hoops, fine print, and frustration. First, I was told I’d have to pay for the remainder of my contract if I canceled early. Fine. I waited it out.<br><br>Once my contract was up, I emailed to cancel. They told me I had to call. I called and then was hit with “you need to give 30 days’ notice or pay a $90 fee.” So basically, they make it as hard as possible to cancel and keep squeezing money out of you.<br><br>The service itself? Mediocre at best. I still see spiders. I still get wasps building nests. I still had to go buy pest control products myself just to manage the problem.<br><br>Maybe they do a fine job for others, but I sure haven’t seen the results and the hassle to leave makes it even worse. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was overcharged, I’m supposed to be paying $45 a month instead I got charged $160 and when I called she said it was bc I had the white glove upgrade when I told her no I didn’t bc I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT she said “oh yeah you didn’t so you shouldn’t have gotten charged”….i don’t understand how I got charged for a service I NEVER received and when I asked for a refund I was told a manager had to call me, have a received a call? No….if this issue cannot be fixed I will be cancelling, I was told they took care of every bug and yet my house still has a major bug problem. I expected more from white knight and I am honestly extremely disappointed.
Jeff did an amazing job! He was very informative & thorough in explaining exactly what he was doing & why based on our specific issues. White Knight is also really nice in that they offer to come back out multiple times if needed at no extra charge until they are sure they have handled our specific issues completely. That kind of customer oriented satisfaction to get the job done right no matter what even if it costs them a little is really hard to find in today's society, so it was very refreshing to hear that from the salesman & technician proving that the entire company is geared towards that mindset & outlook.
My experience with White Knight Pest Control has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The sales representatives are clearly not properly trained and provide misleading information just to close a sale.<br><br>In my case, the sales rep, David A., assured me that a paste would be applied to all entry points of the home as part of the treatment. When the technician arrived, he flat out said that wasn’t true and had no idea why the sales rep would make that claim. This is not just a small misunderstanding—it’s blatant misinformation.<br><br>The re-service policy was also misrepresented. The sales team told me I could request a re-service if I continued to have pest issues, but the technician clarified that they only do a minimal “spot check” in corners, not a full service. That’s not what was promised.<br><br>On top of that, their product simply didn’t work—especially if you live in a rural or country area. Despite multiple treatments, I was still dealing with numerous ant piles, spiders, and other bugs. The service had no noticeable impact.<br><br>To make matters worse, the cancellation policy is shady and misleading. I was told I could cancel at any time, but when I attempted to do so, the company tried to charge back the “discount” that the sales rep had applied to my account. This feels deceptive and unfair.<br><br>The entire process—from sales promises to the actual results—was riddled with miscommunication, false claims, ineffective treatments, and contract fine print that was not properly explained. I would strongly caution others against signing up with White Knight Pest Control.

I volunteered to pay for my grandfather to get his house serviced. I was told it would be a 10 dollar service fee. NOTHING ELSE. The man took a picture of my card which i found to be suspicious, but disregarded. The man doing the service (not the one who i gave my card to) was extremely lazy and didn't even do much. I was extremely dissatisfied but who cares right? only 10 dollars, and it's a blessing to be able to help your grandparents. Next month. I am charged 43.30$. I quickly called and was told that i agreed to a CONTRACT and that a cancellation fee would be upwards 500 dollars (keep in mind they didn't come the month i was charged). After going back and forth with the bank AND white knight, i had to get a new card in order to stop further payments, but after looking into the matter more, I was finally sent the contract, only to find out it wasn't even my signature. I CANNOT believe this company would coax old people in order to get their money. i hope this company goes to ruin. SCAM
getting a refund has never been so difficult. was only informed of a 10 dollar service fee. guy was rude and lied about spraying places he never sprayed. next month i'm charged 40 dollars. only to be lied to and told they gave us service when no one did. this is a SCAM. not only was my money taken, but none of the products used even worked. I will tell everyone i know to stay away from this place.
Payton was awesome! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about every aspect of his job! I've had other employees service my house and he is by far the best one! I will definitely only be requesting him from now on!
We have been a White Knight customer for a few years but today, our technician Caleb did a fantastic job. He was by far the most thorough technician we have had and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed.
Rickey was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful. He didn’t just meet our expectations, he exceeded them. Every area we pointed out was addressed thoroughly and with care. He went above and beyond to ensure work done with highest standards. Overall an outstanding experience with him.

Generally White Knight does a great job, but Ricky was very personable in our service call. Was so polite and friendly to my family. I’d request him every time if I could!
Remain Cautious of this company, I don’t really write reviews but after such discerning service I want to make sure everyone understands the way this company works. First point do not sign up for a 12 month agreement and expect it to be 12 month service they charge per visit not per contract agreements in other words if you sign up for 12 month “bimonthly” contract that’s 6 visits well if you aren’t cautious they will start coming within 45 days… for me they even came less than 30 days within appointments which in turn led to them coming out for an extra visit because once again it doesn’t go by “bimonthly” as the contract states it goes by visits which is no where on the contract. This company is falsely advertising how their service agreement is supposed to work. Not to mention Laura with the customer service team was rude and unprofessional when I asked her to clear up the reason for the extra payment she could only say “because it is” and then told me “I should have denied the service” stating it’s my fault that they scheduled less than 30 days on a bimonthly contract. Then Lawsen who changed his name to Walton and Walsen during the phone call agreed with me that the contract was misleading and did not reflect what I asked for but once again it was my fault that I was not supervising the visits on a contract that I signed for bimonthly visits. All in all be very aware of this company make sure you keep a close eye on the visits they are providing; bimonthly to me means 60 days, to them it means 30-45 days and they’ll schedule them. Per White Knights customer service team it’s up to the customer to catch that and put an end to it otherwise you’ll be charged extra. To add on, I started my contract Sep 2024 so my contract was supposed to end Sep 2025 which is the 12 month term I signed up for. I called to cancel my services in August well within 30 days of my supposed to be last month of my term and white knight representatives tell me I canceled my agreement after my term ended. Remind you Sep 24 + 12 months is Sep 25. Yet I call in August to cancel my agreement and I am told I cancelled after my term finished once again because it does not go by what the agreement says but instead by visits. So if you ever come in contact with this company make sure you speak with someone who’s dealt with them before because I am positive they delete all the bad reviews and leave the good ones for a false satisfaction rating. If this review surprisingly stays on there page please read it entirely and be very aware of this companies false advertising.
Tim from White Knight Pest Control was fantastic! He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and treat our home. He explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and made sure we felt confident about the service before he left. Outstanding work and excellent customer service!
Brian was professional and very friendly. I had told sales I only wanted the garage, attic and yard serviced and Brian confirmed these choices with me before he started. He answered a few questions I had and worked very methodically. It was obvious from the start he has done this many times before. I'm very satisfied with my first service with White Knight.
Listen to my warning - do not use White Knight! They will fight you when you try to cancel the service. They also will charge you unless you give them 30 days notice. You'll be charged for services you did not receive. They will not waive these fees to keep their customers happy, and their customer service absolutely does not care if you're happy or not. I tried to cancel several times via email, phone call and text. You can't cancel unless you reach the "correct person", which is all on their timing, not their customers. I waited on the line for over 15 minutes to speak to the "correct person" and they never answered. It's not right to waste my time like this. Now i have wasted so much time and they are saying if i don't pay for the services that I DIDN'T RECEIVE, it will go to collections. I just hope this helps someone else because i know times are hard and we all don't have $110 to throw away at nothing.
Patrick our bug guy for both houses was great very informative about what’s included in each package and even gave us a better deal than the competitors out here.<br>The service we use to have wasn’t great with communication or spraying thoroughly but , ever since signing up with white knight they have been communicating every step of the way. Today Caleb came out to spray our houses he was very polite professional and thorough, he went in the parameters surrounding the house and in my garage . Thankyou Patrick for giving us a great deal

I want to start by saying that the door-to-door salesman who signed us up was very polite and professional. However, I have serious concerns about the service that followed.<br><br>We were charged $100 for a pest control visit that I’m not even sure happened. According to what I’ve been told, the technician Jamal only sprayed the front yard because he “couldn’t access the back yard.” The problem is, my fiancé and I were both home, awake, and available at the scheduled time—and we never saw or heard anyone. There was no knock, no doorbell (and our doorbell is extremely loud), and no attempt to contact us.<br><br>Now we’re being charged the full treatment price for what appears to be a partial service at best. According to another representative who visited later, Jamal should have treated the front yard, back yard, and inside (upon request). I absolutely would have requested interior treatment had anyone actually reached out.<br><br>I’ve emailed customer service with no response and called only to be told the lines were too busy. I’ve even requested truck footage to confirm if Jamal ever showed up. At this point, I feel like I’ve paid for a service that was either half-done or not done at all.<br><br>Please look into this and get back to me with a resolution. I’d like either a full refund or for the full service to be completed properly at no additional charge.
First experience with White Knight was incredible! Everyone we worked with was down to Earth and very knowledgeable about their services they offer. Laying out expectations, support when we need it most, and clear communication to answer any additional questions we have about pests even after they’re gone.<br><br>We were able to have services completed the same day we spoke with our representative for White Knight, while Massey as a competitor scheduled us out later. He is polite and collaborative. Everything I asked for, even to spray in hard to reach areas he complied with in such a kind manner. He is smart and understanding. The issue has not been resolved. Someone called me this morning and provided the same information that I have already given multiple times. It's a bad company. I've spoken to four managers, and all they talk about is money and payment.<br><br>I want to bring to your attention the issues I encountered with the service provided by this company. When they performed the service at my newly built residence, they sprayed directly onto my custom windows, which ended up costing me $350 to clean. Additionally, I am still experiencing problems with mosquitoes and other insects getting inside the house.<br><br>I have made multiple calls requesting for someone to come and inspect the windows, but each time I speak to a different manager, I receive different answers. I have even put my account on hold with the intention of cancelling the service, but it seems that they are only interested in charging me. I advise others to be cautious before using this company. I’d give 0 stars if possible. We have had so many issues with the services they provide being incomplete and trying to cancel their services after them failing to provide the service I am paying for , they wouldn’t allow it. Today a tech came and sprayed the chemicals all over my outdoor furniture, dog bed, dog toys, fire pit, bag of charcoal and grill . The ground and rug is absolutely soaked . I wouldn’t recommend them if they were Free . Don’t make the same mistake we did and listen to the salesman i the neighborhood telling us there was no contact, there was for a year .

As soon as we moved into our brand new house we started seeing field mice in our garage and panicked. Unluckily for us the White Knight Pest Control were right there on time to Exploit us. The salesperson was doing door to door marketing. I showed him the mice and he was very confident that this could be taken care of Immediately! This was back in Dec 2022, and the picture I have uploaded is Feb 2023. So mice are still there! The pest control guy put some sticky pads and baits and said this should take care of them. Clearly not. By this time I had already signed a years contract with them and was not getting the results. False promises.<br><br>After a few days, becuase of complaining another pest guy from same company showed up with a new scam. For 350$ he said he could install door tabs which would prevent the mice from coming in. I agreed even after already having paid hundreds of dollars. He went and forgot to schedule the appointment Immediately. After a few days I made an appointment myself and we were given a time but nobody showed up. When called and asked they were like, we came but nobody answered the door. Such a lie. We were home all day. And after that, even after calling 6-8 times they could not schedule a simple service of installation. Such a waste of time, energy and money.<br><br>By this time I had wasted a month and decided to break contract with them. They begged for one more chance which I did give them and they still could not schedule a simple service and send a technician. Such a Shame. I was fed up and disconnected service this time for good. After a month now I get an invoice with contract break charges and a charge for bimonthly service which never happened. This is ridiculous. Thier own bill clearly says the contract was broken in December than how can they charge me for a service in Jan which was not even performed?<br><br>A week after the ridiculous bill, now people from the company are texting and trying to scare me that if not paid this will be on my credit report. Its very unfortunate that this company does not want to accept its mistakes and only harass the customers. Very unfortunate.
