Great service. The tech Kelly did an excellent service of treatment around the home and address concerns. He introduced himself and was knowledgeable.

We were told at signup that we could cancel the service at any time. When we later called to cancel, we were suddenly told it was a 12-month contract. This was never explained or clearly disclosed to us.<br><br>The representative did not go over any long-term commitment, and had that been communicated upfront, we would not have agreed. When we questioned this and asked for a refund, it was refused. Now we are being told we still owe $223 plus additional charges.<br><br>This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. Clear contract terms should be explained before taking someone’s money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend White Knight Pest Control.

He did a great job! He dug up and handled the any issue in my back yard. He offered to service inside my home but I said I would reschedule and FULLY serviced outside. I would only prefer this tech from here on out.

Great service from David. Extremely helpful and went the extra mile to treat weep holes in the brick, which he identified the source of my ant problem. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with White Knight Pest Control.<br><br>The salesman came to my house and clearly told me this was a one-year agreement and that I could cancel after one year with no fee. Based on that explanation, I signed up.<br><br>After one full year passed, I canceled the service. However, I was then charged a fee related to an “early cancellation / discount reversal,” which was never clearly explained to me at the time of sale.<br><br>What made the situation worse was the customer service. When I called to ask about the fee, I spoke with 4–5 different people who either refused to give a clear answer or kept transferring me to other phone numbers. No one took responsibility or gave a straightforward explanation.<br><br>This felt very misleading and frustrating. If there are conditions tied to a discount, they should be clearly explained upfront, not enforced after the agreement ends. Transparency and customer support were extremely poor in my experience.

Allen was the one that serviced my home. He was on time and very professional! I would love to have him service my home any time. He also took the time to made sure I understood the whole process.

He was knowledgeable and answered any questions thst I had about the products used and where he needed to spray for the best results. The company requires an annual contract, but so far, the service has made it worthwhile.

Andrew was great! He sent a text prior to arriving, and got straight to work. He was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He asked if I needed any other services than those for used and made sure all of my pest control needs were met prior to leaving. My quarterly routine service was very thorough and very helpful. This is his second time servicing my home and just like the last time he was extremely professional. He answered all my questions and made sure the job was properly done. I’ve been with this company for almost 6 years and he’s by far the best service tech I’ve had.

At the end of the service , he came to the door and asked if I had any issues. Normally there's nothing but there's been a lot of ant activity on my front porch. Of course they were gone. However I showed him the trail and he looked under all of the decorative rocks and found a tunnel. Said he was going to treat and what they take inside the nest, should get rid of them. He treated ant nest he found in the backyard as well.

While the services themselves were fine and the technicians who came out were always friendly, the issue with the company is more along the deceptive process to cancel service.<br><br>I notified White Knight I was moving out and they stated since I have a scheduled service to go ahead and cancel after that has been completed. I asked if this was an additional charge since my payments were debited bi-monthly and the rep at the time stated it wouldn't be and to just cancel after the fact. I proceeded to cancel my account and the condescending and dismissive rep proceeded to say, "Oh well of course you have to pay, you got the service."<br><br>Just be aware and to ask clarifying questions as this is a lesson learned on my end.<br><br>**Edit to the reply<br><br>Thanks for the follow up! It was mentioned 3 days prior to the service day that I wouldn't be charged for this service and I notified them I wanted to cancel that day, however she stated I should get the service anyway and I should cancel after the fact since there wouldn't have been a charge.<br><br>Just a simple tactic but lesson learned!

This company services our community and I’m sure they do a wonderful job. What I didn’t appreciate was their employee throwing their trash out in our neighborhood streets (there’s plenty of trash cans nearby in our neighborhood) and didn’t stop at 3 different stop signs. One of the stop signs was by an elementary school.<br><br>While I wish I could post this without any stars to not affect the company’s rating, I can only hope that this is a one-off situation. Employees should take pride in what they do, especially if they’re driving the company truck. I understand that White Knight Pest Control may not be able to stop what their employees are doing, but understand that the employee is a direct reflection of the company itself.<br><br>Taking pride in what you do while you’re representing your company is important, including how you treat the areas you service. This speaks volumes: are they also doing great work at the houses they service or are they also cutting corners?<br><br>Editing to add since I can’t reply to the owner’s comment:<br><br>This happened on Monday at approximately 4:40PM. We did call it in and reported it to Veronica.<br><br>While I may not have used the services, my neighbors have and spoke positively about the company. I still stand by that if an employee is being reckless while on company time and in a company vehicle, it’s not a good representation.

Nathan has been servicing my home for a while he is very polite, thorough, and professional. He takes the extra time to explain what treatments we need and points out issues we may be having with our yard. I would highly recommend him servicing your home. He does a great job!

⭐☆☆☆☆<br><br>Do Not Trust This Company<br><br>I signed a contract with White Knight Pest Control in August 2025. On September 30th, they claimed a technician completed service at my home, but no one ever came. I operate a licensed childcare business from my home and was present all day. I even confirmed through my own cameras.<br><br>When I contacted the company, I was repeatedly redirected between staff (Emma – Supervisor, Dominic, and Dorian). Instead of resolving the issue, they issued me a fraudulent invoice for services that never occurred. Only after pressing the matter did they process a refund.<br><br>Despite my written requests, the company continues to insist my account is “active” unless I call, even though I have explicitly revoked authorization. They refuse to provide written cancellation confirmation, which is unacceptable and deceptive.<br><br>I am filing formal complaints with the Texas Department of Agriculture, the Attorney General, the BBB, and the FTC.<br><br>Consumers beware: this company engages in fraudulent billing and refuses to cancel accounts without pressure.<br><br>— Kendra P.

Our family was in full blown panic mode as a result of severe ant infestion. Ants have been coming through walls, window cracks, bathroom tub seals, etcetera. This was even affecting my son's ability to sleep as ants constantly wind up in his bed even though he does not bring food in his room. We've been receiving treatment regularly (including retreatments), but the ant problem continually grew worse both inside and around the house. We've had all three types of ants in our house including fire ants, sugar ants and ghost ants. I am so thankful Jamel was the technician selected to resolve our issues. He dedicated three times the duration of the average pest control visit to methodically inspect & fill every nook and cranny on both the inside and outside of our house, plus spraying baseboards and creating, spreading custom granule mix. I was astonished by the amount of knowledge Jamel had regarding Myrmecology. I was blown away by level of care, time, effort and resources he invested to analyze details, then engineer and implement a total solution. I am so happy Jamel was here yesterday! I don't believe anyone else could have taken better care of the ant infestion we had. Jamel has my vote for the Greatest Of All Time!

White Knight is my bug company anyways, but they sent out Marvin for a in between visit at my request!!! He was very Professional, fast, and thorough!! Can’t ask for more than that. Would definitely recommend!!

I’ve tried for months to remove a name off the account. They said they needed a copy of death certificate. I supplied, then they said it was from the in correct email on the account! They text me with her name on my phone number! These people in office are crazy! The service guys are awesome, good thing they are doing a good job!

Marvin was fantastic and provided the highest caliber of service you expect when you hire a pest control company to service your home. He was knowledgeable about the issues present, mitigation measures, and products he was using to address the issues. He was highly respectful and polite, while keeping me informed of what he was doing and why. If I could specifically request Marvin for every servicing, I absolutely would.

Payton exuded 10/10 customer service. He was attentive to my concerns and assured he addressed each need prior to leaving. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for my service. I was supposed to have a managers visit on today. However, the company dropped the ball and failed to schedule that visit. Payton was not a manager but he showed me today that he should be. This guy needs a promotion or raise!

I had an excellent experience with our pest control technician, Theo Williams from the moment he arrived, he was professional and very knowledgeable. The reason for this review is due to lack of customer service that this company provides. To make a long story short we were charged $200.00 as a“ early cancellation fee” for a year contract that WE WERE NOT made aware of when the sales person came to our home, or from a phone call. The door salesmen offered a ONE TIME $20.00 spray for the inside and outside of our home as an incentive to use their company over our previous provider. The salesmen even said, which I have proof of on my ring camera, that if we liked them we could look into starting a subscription with them a few months AFTER the initial service. Once they sprayed the home and we paid for the first initial $20.00 spray, we received an email stating we had started a subscription. WE DID NOT AGREE TO ANY SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR OR AFTER THE INITIAL SERVICE. We have called customer service multiple times and at first they said “we agreed to the subscription over the phone and they have the recording.” We requested the recording and was told to wait 7-10 business days and that we recording would be sent via email or through our portal. We did just that and waited and nothing came about it. We called again and was told that the manager would have to call us back with a resolution. And to our surprise, each time we have called, it is the same story every time from them with NO FOLLOW UP. The last time I called, instead of being met with understanding and being transferred to this “manager” I was hung up on and was told that I was the one going around in circles WITH THEM?!?!!? Maybe have your manger or owner do what’s right and not have your customer service representatives taking the heat for other employee mistakes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Payton with White Knight did an excellent job with treating our property for ants. Both interior and exterior. We truly appreciate his service. He was very professional and explained things as he worked.

Payton is very kind and detail oriented. He did a fantastic job, made sure all ant piles were gone and took care of several wasps nests we had. We haven’t seen one ant inside our house since his visit!! Thank you Payton!

He removed his boots before coming in, called ahead of time and made sure to close the gate so my dog wouldn't get out. He answered my questions and explained why certain things were done. Adrian made sure all the wasp nest, mud dauber nest and spiders were removed from outside my home and inside the garage.<br>He removed a snake that was attached to a sticky board in the garage and provided education on steps, we can take to keep the insects and snakes away from our house.

Great treatment today. The coverage was amazing! Billy did not have access to the backyard and we weren’t home. He treated all that he could access and was putting his equipment away to leave when we pulled up. He was very accommodating and waited for us to unlock the gate to the backyard and completed the backyard treatment. He could have very easily said sorry and left but he didn’t and our family appreciated that very much. Thank you Billy!
