Quickly repaired my glass wall fireplace about a year ago, nice guy! I called Tom today during the deep freeze, he face-timed me to diagnose and fix it remotely. Turned out I just needed new batteries (who would have thought!!!)

I had a great experience with USA Supreme Services in getting a fire table installed for my condo building. From the initial consult with Tom expressed confidence from getting the job done well right from the start. Then the selection and ordering process with Sharice was very easy. She was amazing in her level of communication throughout the process. When our original fire table arrived at the shop, they inspected it and found out it was damaged. They refused delivery and made sure they ordered another one right away. Then finally, Tom returned for an installation that was quick and easy. He made sure to walk me through the operation of the fire table and made sure I was happy before he completed the job. Highly recommend!!!

My wife came to ask him more questions and he stormed out and left. Very disappointing.<br><br>Following up after your response. As we discussed on the phone, this isn’t entirely true as your technician left before my wife got to finish her inquiry. He left immediately - he did seem frustrated as he mentioned he had many other calls to service so I will chalk it up to that.<br>But as we also discussed, I was able to call another place and they walked me thru how I could fix myself which worked.

I initially hired USA Supreme Services to clean my chimney and refurbish my 100-year-old fireplace. They came out, did the work, and were incredibly careful to make sure my home was protected from soot and dust. But old fireboxes can be difficult and the repair didn’t take.<br><br>USA Supreme Services made it right: they worked with me to identify the issues, then applied a credit for the work done towards a new gas log installation and I couldn’t be happier! I had doubts about a gas fireplace, but the set they recommended is fantastic: it produces great heat, looks like real wood, and my husband and I no longer fight over smoke filling the house from a real fire!<br><br>I highly recommend this company and strongly urge anyone fighting with a drafty old fireplace to consider gas logs!

Untrustworthy company. We had them come out because our fireplace wouldn’t turn on. They told us it needed to be serviced. After 20 minutes, I was told it was serviced and it couldn’t be fixed so it needed to be replaced for $1600. We called a different company to check USA Supreme’s work and when they came out, actually serviced the fireplace, which took 2 hours, and it now works as it should. USA Supreme was quick to give us a high quote in order to replace the entire system.

USA Supreme Services was great. They came out and assessed our chimney and made the necessary repairs very quickly. They offered competitive pricing as well. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Called to have someone come out to check my gas fireplace before the ice storm and I was told it would be $249 just to come out. I asked when that price went up and was told about a week ago. I said isn't that called price gouging? They said "no" that is our regular price all other pricing before a week ago were considered specials. Hmmmm....great timing.

They showed up quickly and repaired two gas fireplaces in just over an hour, clearly explaining the issues and the price. They answered my questions and even made sure the fireplace screen in a bedroom was moved to our living room fireplace so my kids wouldn’t risk touching a hot surface. From start to finish, they were efficient and helpful, and we’re grateful to have our fireplaces working before the freeze!

My fireplace had not been serviced in a few years and I was hesitant to use it. I made an appointment with Ryan, who was helpful in setting the appointment on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. Tom called me when he on his way, I missed the call but he shuffled his schedule and was able to still come later the same afternoon. We bought a fireplace last year which was an easy process. It stopped working so my husband called USA Supreme and they were here the next day fixing it! They honored their warranty and were extremely professional!

Came on time and was able to evalute the fireplace in a timely manner. However, was told pilot assembly is extremely expensice and it would be around 1200 to replace it. Also asked them about replacing it for a newer fireplace if one part will cost 1200 might as well get a new one. I was only sent a quote for 1600 for a new fireplace and never for repair even though as I asked for both.<br>Also was told that initial 99 would go towards repair, no mention of time limit and was told no need to rush come check out fireplaces at our store. Went to the store to discuss in person and actually get a quote for repairs, they sent me a quote for around 650 and would not add the 99 initial dollars towards it, as two weeks have passed. That quote included 500 for repair and parts and then on top of it 150 service charge. Part that was supposed to be replaced costs 85 dollars on the official fireplace. Did not appreciate being lied to from USA Supreme.

USA Supreme Services is the best! I was looking for someone to fix our fireplace prior to Thanksgiving, and they were so responsive and helpful. Ryan got Tom out here within a day, and their customer service was top notch. Tom squeezed me in, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Plus, he is a really nice guy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about their service, and I highly recommend USA Supreme Services.

Tom went above and beyond and I can tell that's his default customer service. Our gas fireplace stopped working so I called him and his guys to come out and take a look. They scheduled us within 24 hours, came out to do an assessment, and figured out what was wrong. Tom assessed the issue and came up with a more cost effective method of repair that made our fireplace look brand new! They cleaned it, added glowing embers, and added a remote control start function. He even added warranty and said to just give him a holler if we run into any problems. It felt like having a close friend or cousin helping you out. Could not more highly recommend!

However, after discussing my options and seeing their selection of products, I decided to upgrade to a new gas fireplace. The new unit is absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision.<br><br>After discovering they also offer insulation and air duct services, I hired them for these services as well. I'm especially grateful for their thoroughness, as they found mold in my air ducts and took care of it promptly. Overall a very disappointing experience. My partner and I negotiated with Ginger (owner) and even placed a deposit down for work on our house. We spoke on the phone for the work. The state of Texas also legally allows one-party consent for recording. We even signed the agreement. Next day Ginger informed us she would be canceling our contract without reasonable explanation. Despite several phone calls to her office she never called back. Money was returned to us within 3 days but very disappointing experience. Why agree to a contract then cancel? Reading the dissatisfied customers responses, I am sure ginger will say this is a fake review or “can’t find us in the system” but the truth is the truth. It will all come out eventually. Deal with her at your own risk.

I have a 20yo gas fire place that hadn't been used since Houston's freeze and blackout. I'd been meaning to get someone out to look at it, and found USA Supreme on google (or maybe yelp)...they had good reviews so I figured I'd give them a shot. Long story short, I was very, very pleased with them! They came and did an assessment within day or so of my calling, they got me a quote that evening to fix the issue and were able to return to complete the work quickly and efficiently the next day. Very pleased with their service and the guys. Definitely recommend them and if I need them again, I will definitely go back.

I am selling a home in rice military and the fireplace was not working properly during inspection. I called 5 other companies before calling supreme and no one could get me in before closing escrow. Not only was the inspection ($149) lower then other companies, but Ryan was able to work with the techs to slip me in between calls the next day which was a HUGE favor. He was very professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, the repairs I needed were extensive and I ended up spending $1,600 to get it operational, but I was was very pleased with the professionalism, communication and responsiveness of the tech Tom and the office staff to quickly fix the unit and provide all the documentation I need to close escrow on time. I recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, accommodating and reasonably priced services in Houston. 5 stars!

Man I am still in shock! Tom came and knocked my appointment out in less than 5 minutes. Was able to get both of my 1970 built fireplaces going easily. So happy!<br><br>I moved into my new home about 4 months ago. The house needed a lot of work. I had someone come out last week to clean the fireplaces and get them running. I did not want to run them until that had been done. The previous tenants did not take care of the house and I wanted to make sure everything was safe to use. The other company could not figure out how light the fireplaces and stated that the pilot system was broken. That I needed to call a repair man.<br><br>I found USA Supreme Services on Yelp and set an appointment. Tom arrived within 30 mins of calling on my appointment day. He saw the fireplace and got to work. Within 4 minutes he said come enjoy your fire. I said what? I was expecting new parts, repair, etc. Nope. He said it was an older unit and he knew how to get it running. I now have a warm living room. I then said well if you can do that then can you look at the other one. The gas knob was stuck inside of the wall and I did not want to break it. He got it turned and boom we have fire! Best money ever spent.<br><br>Super happy with the service, the timeliness of the appointment and Tom was super personable and friendly. Will definitely use them again! Excited to check out their showroom to see what upgrades I can do to the house soon!

Tom is a miracle worker. I just moved into a place with a myriad of problems. Tom came in and fixed the mold problem in my vents caused by the previous occupant running the ac without a filter. He also fixed my dishwasher, the pressure valve on my water heater, serviced my ac, fixed my bathroom fans and cleaned the air duct system. And the price was super reasonable. This company is very professional and very understanding . I have had to reschedule 2 times and each time they accommodated the request . Moving into my new home has been chaotic and ever changing has been the move in date but I know when I do finally move in Supreme Air will be the only<br>Company I use to do the duct/chimney/dryer vent cleaning !

EDIT: Scammers are apparently not affiliated with these Supreme Services. Watch out for Supreme services on Westheimer<br><br>Do not give these scam artists your business! We were quoted $200 to clean the vents, but when they got there they said it would be $125 per return on top of the $200 and another $200 to sanitize the air vents.<br><br>Worst of all, they "forgot" to turn on the AC system when they were done. We called HQ and they said the technicians would be back to fix the issue right away. It's 4 hours later and I'm writing this review in an room that's reached 98 degrees. To completely shut off someone's AC in the middle of a Houston July should be criminal. I have a 2 month old child I'm trying to keep cool<br><br>After 30 mins of waiting for their technician we called back and they had disconnected both of their service numbers. Truly disgusting people

USA Supreme installed insulation and ducts for me. They removed the old insulation, sanitized the attic and did the blow in installation and sealed all cracks and installed new ducts and vents and cleaned the AC. The Service was fantastic. Quality work and the Technicians kept me up to date on every step they were doing. They took time to show me things that others had never explained to me. It was great dealing with honest people.

I got my Fireplace cleaned. Tom did an excellent job. He was wearying his mask all the time. He is very friendly. He will answer all your questions. He also showed me how to use the gas in the fireplace. I will defiantly recommend this company.

Working with USA Supreme Air was a great experience. My AC went out while I was working out of state and my nephew was keeping house. They took me thru the entire process via phone, picture, and video start to finish. The professionalism exhibited considering my circumstances was beyond my wildest dreams. We called the company for Estimate on get thing our chimney repaired on the roof the wood around our chimney is starting to rot. Tech was 30 minutes late in arriving knocked on my door and started to walk in my house without being invited. I explained to the Tech that the chimney was on the roof that needed to be repaired I walked outside with Tom the technician. I asked him not to get on our gutters as they had recently been replaced I showed him where he could get on the roof it was at the same level that our gutters were at it was not on a peak of the roof I asked him if he had a ladder he said yes. I told him I have pictures also of the area that needs to be repaired. He asked to see the pictures asked me if I would send the pictures to him I told him I would. At no time did he get on the roof to measure Did not leave an estimate. I called that office and ask if this was normal that technician does not get on the roof to inspect what needs to be fixed. She said she would get back with me I had to call back later and she said that the technician did not have a helper with them so they're not allowed to get on the roof. Technician call back later in the day was going to come back out to look at what needed to be done. I asked if he had a helper with them and he said no but he had a different ladder to get on the roof. I told him it this time I do not want them coming back out to the house. The office as one thing and technician says something else I feel like the company has not been honest with us his wasted our time. Why would you go to someone's house and not even look at what needed to be fixed and take measurements. I just feel this caught company was very dishonest when I called in and asked why and they told me they had to have a helper and then technician called back and said he didn't have a helper. I told him not to bother him come out but thank you very much He was quite rude and then even started sending me text messages After I spoke with him on the phone.

The techs came out cleaned my ducts, chimney, and dryer vent and did a fabulous job. I called and received services the same day. I had called several other companies and no one was able to get here as fast as they could. Professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend their services.
