Edward and Ernesto came out to help me cleanup a gross mess an animal left behind on my back porch. I called so many businesses, but they were the only ones to jump in to help (even though it wasn’t technically a service they normally provide). I am immensely thankful because I just could not handle that on my own. They were at my house within an hour and a half and were super kind, pleasant, and professional. They did a detailed and thorough job, disinfected the whole area, and now my porch looks great! Thanks so much to them!

I’ve been hearing strange, scratching noises coming from my attic for a couple of nights. Restoration Attics has been great throughout this process. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. Edward was punctual, professional, and very thorough in his inspection. His recommendations for follow-up action and prevention were clear and very much appreciated. I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff. I had rats and squirls in my attic eating my electrical wiring. The staff was always on time if not early for any appointments. They had excellent communication via texts and phone calls. They were very knowledgeable and professional at all times. To resolve the problem, they installed flashing to seal my attic, painted the flashing to match, installed a game camera and traps in the attic to catch any squirls and rodents, and they came every third day to check the traps. There is also a 5-year warranty if I have any future problems. For what all they did, I feel that the cost was a good value for their service. I was very impressed.

Started off a little rocky but the office manager called me back to clear things up. When the guys came out, they were very nice and informative. They even came back and brought presents for my little ones for Christmas ❤️

James and his team have been servicing my house for almost a year now. They definitely keep the critters at Bay. They are here every 2 months for service! I live in a neighborhood with lots and lots of trees near a golf course. moved into my house had a roach problem. They made sure to go out of their way and get it taken care of. Now Under control. Then I had a Snake issue. He was one call away, as I called frantic lol he showed up 10 min later to remove the snake caught in the bug traps in my garage. I get services done every three months. The whole team is fantastic. From Roaches, to wasps, Snakes, or anything else they definitely had my back. Good company! I really highly highly recommend as someone has been using their services steadily. Don’t hesitate to get with these guys. What a fantastic company. They're really serious when they say there's a warranty on their work. They've put alot of resources in making sure my home is rodent free. They've even used cameras in my attic. The customer service is better than any home services company I've ever seen. They are a breath of fresh air in our community.

A year or so ago, the Restoration Attics team came out and handled a rather large rat infestation in my attic. Cleaned and sanatized and sealed it all. Did a fantastic job. Everyone made the process so easy. Felt comfortable working with everyone. Definitely a family feel! Then recently, I had critters find there way in again through damage on my roof. Jerrod came out, patched the hole and set traps. Problem solved!

This company has been extremely amazing through out the entire process! I reached out because I had multiple bats in my chimney, & they sent someone out to inspect the property the same day. Their costumer service was remarkable, with updates on every step of the process. I could not be happier with how they handled the whole situation. I had to get rid of the bats before my new tenants moved in to the property. I informed them about this & not only did they fix my problem but also gave me tips & advice about other small details that can prolong the life of my property. TLDR: I highly recommend this company and it was great experience overall. They're efficient and thorough. Scheduling was a breeze. When Ivan came out for the assessment he expertly located and informed me of the issues and remedy's they could offer. The price was fair so I moved forward. Eddie and Anthony were the techs that came to my house a couple of days later. It was a particularly humid day as we just had rain. Well these 2 worked their butts off and were drenched by the end. They took special care to make sure every issue was addressed thoroughly.Pro tip: If you have paint, they will finish off their work so it matches. What pros!

I live in Alvin and began to use Restoration Attics at the beginning of the year and I’m glad I did!! Not only are the girls in the office super nice, knowledgeable and helpful but so are their field employees!!! This company goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Ex:When my 3 year old granddaughter got bit by some ants after following a recent ground treatment one of the office staff girls, Stephanie sent the crew out again the next day and sent a little goodie bag with coloring pages for Isabella to help take her mind off the ant bites!! We didn’t expect anything, but that small gesture made a huge IMPACT!! This doesn’t go unnoticed! Excuse my g babies dirty foot. She was playing outside barefoot on the grass.

Had a great experience with this company. They removed an inactive birds nest for us about a year ago and then it came back this year and removed it again at no charge as they have a 5 year warranty. James the director was super helpful in explaining everything and Paul the guy who did the removal was the same. Everyone was very professional and nice!

I had a large critter that got in through a hole in my roof decking (old satellite dish pulled off in a storm) and was sealed in when the repair was done. He got very noisy for several days! This company had great ratings and they lived up to it. Not cheap, but they worked with me over a period of weeks to assure the critter and any rodents were gone. (He evidently broke out through a roof vent, that now has a cage over it, the day before my first appointment). They were methodical in checking and rebaiting traps to assure no critters remained and sealing up potential access points. They then vacuumed out all the 18 yr old insulation (and poop) and sanitized. The next week, they came back to add blown insulation back in. All members of their crew and the office staff were professional, courteous and respectful of property. I highly recommend this company.

Had a mother possum and babies holed up in my outside storage shed. Because I am a shift worker, the folks at The Restoration Attics worked with me in setting up a time to have the possums removed. When they showed up 2 days later, it was to late as the possums had moved on. Instead of charging me a show up fee, I was given some free advice on how to prevent this from happening again. Ivan was friendly and professional. If I have critter issues in the future, The Restoration Attics will be my 1st call. Highly recommended.

Best customer service, starting with Paul who diagnosed where my roof rats were getting into my attic ( new A/C line) , and closing off areas where they could be getting in, like the open areas by the corner of the garage doors. These were places that had wires but that could be easily pushed aside. They replace those with cement. Kristian recovered five rats in traps first in my attic, then one in the second time, and none the 3rd. So we know the rat problem in my attic is done. Once the rats get into your house they look for water. Previously they chewed through my dishwater line plus got into my garage and chewed through my windshield wiper fluid line, so can be extremely expensive, and at a foot long nose to tail, even my 60lb dog did nothing except let them run through his legs. Get a great company to take care o lf these guy. They will eat thru simple foam etc used around a/c line unless wire etc also included to stop them. Restoration attic is extremely knowledgeable and competent to stop these rodents, and their customer service is the best in class.

Wonderful company! Everyone so professional, knowledgeable and polite. Always on time for appointments and use shoe covers. Professionally secured our home from any future entry of “unwanted” rodents. Squirrel who had taken up residency in our attic was removed in a timely manner.

We had a bad problem with an armadillo that took up residence under the shed in our back yard. During the night he would destroy our flower beds and dig holes in the yard. He made a real mess and roamed the neighborhood at night. We called Restoration Attics and Paul came out and assessed our situation. Since the armadillo was staying under a shed that was only about 6 inches off the ground during the day, the only way to get him out so that he could be caught was to flood the hole he dug under the shed with water. It was not easy at all to catch him. He escaped several times and went into neighbor's yards and disappeared for days at a time. Paul worked with us for a period of over a month until he was finally able to catch him and give him a new home far away. The fact that Restoration Attics worked with us over such an extended time until they were successful is outstanding. They did not give up on resolving our problem. I highly recommend their service, and if we ever have similar problems, I won't hesitate to call them. It was really a pleasure working with them.

These people are absolutely amazing! We've got dogs that tracked in fleas and started investing our house. I've called i don't know how many places, these guys were the only ones that actually cares and didn't want us to sign up month to month. They just wanted to take care of the problem. It took him originally almost 3 hours and fine tooth combed our house to be sure he got everything. They weren't pushy about the payment. They are amazing and I will continue to use them!

The Restoration Attic Team did an amazing job for us and I highly recommend them to anyone with any pest or attic-related issues. These guys came out in the middle of August and spent the majority of the day in a +100F attic. These guys work hard and do good work. They were honest, thorough, and fair when evaluating the work that needed to be done to resolve our problems. We had rats and roaches in our attic. The previous homeowners hired a different team that did not do a good job and made the problem way worse. We paid for rodent exclusion and re-insulation of our entire attic. It was expensive but FAIR, their prices are competitive to other exterminators and attic guys. They were extremely professional and made the whole experience very easy. Stephanie was always considerate and accommodating to my schedule and always made sure to reach out a day or two before letting me know when their team was coming. Their team (Paul, Ivan, Eddie, Christian, Dom, and etc.) was always communicable about scheduling or changes and were always punctual. It’s been two months since they worked on our attic and there have been no signs of rodents and roaches. Hiring these guys was money well spent.

My wife and myself had a great experience with The Restoration Attics. I got a total of three estimates before I decided to go with them to fix our rats in the garage and attic problem. Restoration Attics was the last company I found after I had already gotten the other two estimates. The other two companies I tried one was kind of rude and the other lied to me about a few things. But that was the other companies. Now let’s talk about the good company. The Restoration Attics… The first time I spoke with them over the phone I got ahold of Ivan. Very pleasant person to speak with over the phone. Very knowledgeable and very patient with all the questions I had. For the initial inspection Ivan also came out. Very friendly and professional , explained everything to me, was very honest with me. My Dad worked in the pest and rodent control industry all his life until he retired, so I do have some limited knowledge about a few things with this rodent control stuff I’ve gleaned from him over the years. Everything Ivan told me checked out and he and all of his workers treated me and my wife with utmost dignity through out the whole process. Every interaction my wife and I have had with The Restoration Attics was great. Wonderful. I don’t find many companies that make me feel this calm or at peace that I’m in good hands and being taken care of. The Restoration Attics are a sterling example of integrity. It’s been a blessing to me and my family to have found this great company. I was initially nervous the first time they were going to come over to start work. But Ivan came and spoke with me before they started that day and he put my mind at ease about this matter they were taking care of for us. Kristian was the lead man at the job at my house. I don’t know where Ivan finds his workers but man, Kristian is a great guy. Professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and maintained a professional and approachable demeanor every time I interacted with him. Once exclusion was done I met Paul. He’s the gentleman that would come check for rodents after the initial phase of the work. Easy going professional great guy. He also checked up on and did some more work on some finishing details with the exclusion and did the disinfecting the attic and garage work after the rest of the work was done. He did a lot of work and did a great job. I also met Eddie, hard working, friendly young man that did lots of work around my house to install the exclusion barrier. Eddie also came over for a few follow ups after all work was done. Rats are stubborn and will keep trying to find ways in. Eddie put this great chemical around places the rats would scratch at to try and get in. The rats really hate that chemical and would go other places instead. Eddie is awesome! Any concerns I had after the work was done was also attended to promptly. Ms. Stephanie the office manager is easy to get ahold of and friendly. When the rats did make attempts to come back into our attic, The Restoration Attics were literally out here usually the next day after I reported it to them, inspecting, and finding ways to keep our home protected. Their prices are fair and competitive. They do a ton of work for what they charge. I am impressed with how much work they did for us for the price they charged. Also Ivan gave me a great warranty on the work they did. If the rats come back during the warranty, these guys will be back at no charge to me. Ivan even mailed me a warranty certificate with his name signed on it for the amount of years he had agreed upon during the estimate. These people are about integrity. They’ve definitely earned my family’s trust. Ivan initially told me they would go above and beyond what I expect when he came to offer me an estimate. He was right. They’re a small company, but I put my money on them when compared to bigger companies for the services they offer. I highly recommend you do the same.

They did a really thorough job on our our 40+ year old attic and insulation project, closing up all the entry points for rodents and even fixed an old sheet rock repair for us for free. They also cleaned out decades old stuff from the attic left by previous owners and hauled it all away. They were super communicative and always on time, kept us up to speed on what next steps were going to be, and gave a full info around what they were doing. Really respectful and excellent work!

From my “panicked” call with Stephanie setting up what an appointment to when the technician, Ivan, came to take care of our issue everyone was great! When I heard an animal thrashing around in my chimney I was terrified. I called them, Stephanie set up an appointment, Ivan showed up for an inspection and by the next morning it was fixed. Restoration attics is amazing. I called at 7 am to see if they can come out as my cats had a mouse cornered all night. Ivan came out on short notice set traps and advise to call when the mouse is trapped and a team member will come out and get the mouse. I will recommend the restoration attics to my family and friends. From Stephanie who took my call to Ivan coming out and doing the work customer service and knowledge is top tier.

This company is honest and does what they say. I had a racoon in a vacant house, they set two traps for me. They were the only company willing to go after 5 pm same day. Great service and communication.

Ivan and team at Restoration Attics were great! Super responsive and came to survey our attic within 24 hours. The team provided a clear plan to fix the problem and get the squirrels out of our attic. The crew was back at our house the next day to complete the work. Ivan and his crew are very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. All my questions and concerns were answered. They immediately came out, put traps and caught a possum in my attic on the first day. One more possum was caught a few days later. My insulation in my attic was removed, the attic was disinfected because it was contaminated with the possums waste. After a week new insulation was blown in my attic. They also closed all entry ways around my house leading under my house so no animal can crawl up to my attic again. It was a process, but every step of the way Ivan and his crew were there for me. Ivan arrived 25 minutes after I placed my service call. The whole team made this smooth and easy. Glad to see my unwanted guest taken for a ride to possum land. Lol.

We found the opossum as we let the dogs outside early in this morning. She didn’t run away, as we expected, probably because of her (seven) brand new babies. Ivan cam right away, set a trap offering her food and water. By early afternoon, she was off to her new home with her babies safe and sound. We will call them immediately should another problem arise!

The Restoration Attics staff is the best. Damion and Ivan came the time they said they would when I first called. Damon caught the possum in my shed in less than 15 minutes. He put a trap for another one and in 2 days it was caught. He was at my house in a few hours to pick it up. The service and friendliness is incredible. Stephanie called all thruout the week to check on me and the status of the cage/trap. She provides the best customer service and soothed my nerves about the possum getting out of the cage when it was shaking it and trying hard to get out. Needless to day my experience with this company was excellent. Call them. You will not be disappointed.

Last weekend I caught sight of 4 raccoons, a mama and three young pups. I requested referrals from Angi and received a prompt response from Restoration. On Monday, a baited trap was delivered and through the week 4 pickups were made totaling six raccoons, two more than I had originally spotted. This morning Ivan picked up the final group of two. I was advised to be watchful as to evidence of other Racine rather than committing to an additional week. I am very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone at Restoration, Ivan, Damien and the dispatcher Stephanie promptly responded to my calls. I’ve lived in my house 17 years and this is the first Raccoon invasion I’ve had. I’m so grateful this company turned a stressful situation into success.

I want to say how pleased I am with this company! They are very professional, prompt, and experienced. I had an issues with bad squirrels 🐿️ they came to my home and new exactly what to do and solved the issue! I am very happy with the Restoration Attics work as well as their team. Ivan, Stephanie, Damien and Christian all have such pleasant personalities. They are knowledgeable and patient when discussing your concerns, and will discuss until you’re satisfied. They sealed my house for a Bat problem inside my home and since then, I have not seen any signs of a bat. They do weekly followups and can be contacted 24/7 if a problem should arise. Their prices are reasonable. They are always on time and they provide before and after pics to confirm their work. I can now sleep peacefully.

We contracted the restoration attics to remove a vicious possum from our garage and they got there quick and hand removed the rodent!!! Highly recommend these guys!!

Amazing experience! Ivan was very polite amd professional. We called for an inspection because we were hearing a noise in out attic. We didn't need a pest removal in the end but Ivan took pictures and video to show us everything was good, which we truly appreciate that it gave us a peace of mind. In the future we will definitely call them again for our pest control needs.
