Terminix has been a total disappointment for me in the past several months. I had never had issues in the past with them (not of this magnitude at least). This time, though, due to a sales rep that did not provide me with the right information when signing me up for service, I am now over a barrel paying out almost two times what I should have been paying, and Terminix has washed their hands of it and won’t correct it. Won’t even call me back. I can’t get a call or response from anyone in management. I guess it doesn’t matter to them as a business - they got paid already by SMAC. If I do not pay SMAC bc of an error Terminix made - that will destroy my credit and creditworthiness, not Terminix. This has been a very stressful and hard time for me all around. It just seems like you can’t trust ppl to do the right thing. I also had a conversation with the tech that does my three-month maintenance service. He was supposed to have a chat with the sales consultant that signed me up for these two services. That was three or so weeks ago. And I still haven’t heard anything.

The technician showed up, do the work on a day that it was raining. He was able to block some of my weep holes, and put some traps in my attic, said he would be back the next day to check the traps and completethe remaining work. It has now been 2 weeks, he has not been back to complete the job or check the traps. I have messaged these sales rep multiple times with no response. I have called the office multiple times to discuss the matter, and I'm told someone will call me back which has not yet happened.<br>They charged me $2500 for a fraction of the work and no communication.<br>Would I recommend them? Not no, but, but hell, no.

Brandon is very good at what he does and know the property . He takes care of what he needs to on property and cares about the service he gives.

Great customer service from Mack Blackshear, he’s very kind and gets the job done efficiently!

Showed up on the 15th, scheduled service for the 17th- they never showed up. Called and rescheduled for the 25th, again, never showed up. Called and spoke with the operations manager, John Grice, who assured me they would be out the 31st. Guess what? NEVER SHOWED UP. I can’t even rate their service but if you have an emergency like I do. I would probably go with a different company.

We received a debt collector letter to pay several bills and your name is listed as creditor . we canceled the service since you did not deliver and despite several calls, you apologized and stated you were unable to get a hold of your tech who was supposed to spray the property, so we canceled . Your billing department stated to disregard the bills. Whom to contact to address this ? Tried calling your number and soon we share our concern, they place us on long wait and no one picks up....plz let us know how to address this peacefully!

Would recommend Terminix for businesses. Caleb has always done a great job on addressing our pest control needs every visit!

We purchased an expensive service that is for six months. After the initial treatment if there were any issues we were told to contact the person that did the treatment. We did and got no response, so I contacted the main number and now we have to wait almost another week for someone to come and inspect, then however long it is going to take to get placed on the schedule of the person that treats the house. I would recommend going with another service that will honor their commitments and get it taken care of in a timely fashion.

I wish I would have used Terminix from the start. Dodson won't come out for less than 200.00 what the what??? I don't think so!!!!!! Plus everything that's included when you work with Terminix that i didn't even know about!!!! I will never call that place again. Terminix is our home base for our pest control from here on out!!!

Mr. Joshua Dunn treated our home (inside, outside, and garage) for general pest control and spiders, he also explained how their product may affect our pets. He brought back extra bait stations to put under my rear patio deck after the job was done. The online account was very helpful as I was able to see pictures of the exact areas treated and also provided information about the exact substance/spray used, something that previous exterminators didn't do. He was polite and reminded us that if we have issues prior to the next scheduled call, to submit a request and they'd come back, as well as great customer service. Shows up on time and throughly checks that there are no issues. I would highly recommend their services.

Oh man, I had the worst experience you can imagine. I don’t know how I even got to this person on the phone, because the normal person I speak to is very nice - her name as Latisha Butler and she was the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in a professional business environment. She used completely inappropriate language and spoke to me like I was stupid. I have known Terminex to be a professional company and I can not believe they would want to employee someone like this. She was not at all helpful and she even went so far as to hang-up on me, like as a customer, I didn’t matter. Well I will be taking my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do the same.

Service technicians have been pleasant, knowledgeable and completed tasks thoroughly. I noticed a difference immediately after each visit; already knew that the extent of issues would need repeated treatments. The quarterly package is definitely worth the price. Haven't had the need to call in between treatments as advertised but it's relieving to know that I can. Tell a friend to tell a friend...

Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was due to two appointments being cancelled without contacting me. Had to call main office 3 times to get a termite inspection. Responsiveness was lacking but when they did show up, the inspectors were professional, competent, and polite.

We had Alexandra and Jeffrey to do our service. They were both so nice and thorough and took care of our problem. They came on time or even early and let me know when they left with instructions and even checked back with me to see how things were going. I was very pleased with Terminix and would use them again. The technician that came to our house was very helpful answered any questions that we had and was quick and to the point he even interacted with my toddler! I would definitely recommend them to anyone pricing was very reasonable and I haven’t seen any more bugs or mice in my home since they came this week!

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! They were able to work with my financial situation while still providing excellent service and treatment for my home. And my technician, Dler Anwar, went above and beyond to come out on his day off, just to make sure that I get timely treatment for my home, even though I work during the week and usually only have time on the weekends. I don't know many people or businesses that would do that, and it means a lot! Thank You!!

It's hard to say if there is quality with a big-box company, but Michael Lewandowski was terrific! Very professional and trustworthy. If I can guarantee his service for someone, I would definitely recommend!

Dler has been outstanding. As a night nurse, I am often challenged by scheduling my appointments without work/sleep conflict. Dler has gone out of his way to accommodate me. Dler is highly competent, efficient, and excels at communicating, while explaining targeted goals of treatment and the expected outcome of his services. He made the effort to treat again after the initial treatment as needed and expected in termite prevention. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in my area. His professionalism and expertise is unmatched.

At the end of March 2020, I hired Terminix to do an inspection/treat my home. The day they treated my home, they would not treat the area of my house most affected by pests. The excuse given was they “do not have a ladder, but we will get it the next quarter” (treatment plan is once every quarter). I offered a ladder to the provider however he refused to use it and blamed company policy. I advised him that his boss (who performed the initial inspection) had no issues using my equipment so why did he?<br><br>Fast forward a couple weeks, I had not heard anything from the company in regards to their return to treat the rest of my home. So I contacted another company to treat my home. I was advised of the wrongdoings performed on my home by Terminix so I called Terminix to request a refund (there is a “30 day guarantee”). I was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. After a few days, I called back requesting another refund/call, was told to wait 24-48 hours. With no response still, I called back and was directed to a division coordinator, she...yet again...requested I wait 24-48 hours and she would contact me. I waited, yet again, no calls. I was told she would be in contact with me (within 24-48 hours) yet she still hadn’t called (been waiting about a week). I called today and she now doesn’t accept direct calls and I was told “she will call you back”. I doubt she calls..<br><br>I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I highly recommend you to not use this company, they are terrible. I used Dodson Pest Control after Terminix and I could not be happier!

I love how Michael came to the property, explained what he was doing, and went to work. He knocked down cobwebs and spiders around the property, which was awesome. He also took the time to come and explain what he did during his visit, and gave us his contact information if we needed anything in between our next service.

Very pleased with service. Very helpful from 1st contact to toll free number to visit for treatment. My husband and I both are very happy with service and do highly recommend using Terminix. Did quite a bit of research on pricing before deciding to use Terminix. Offered lowest price and treatment covered more options.
