January 8, 2026.<br>Your employees are the best. Polite and responsive. Thomas is great at his job.<br><br>Terminix really came through. We live in a fairly new neighborhood and I was shocked to learn we had rats in the attic. We called on Thursday May 29th and they were there Friday the 30th. They wanted to do the work Saturday the 31st, but we could not be home. By Monday June 2nd, they sealed all the places rodents could get on the outside of the house and roof. They installed the termite bait stations and sprayed the yard for insects. . We have neighbors that recently found out they had termites so we had that treatment done as well. Their technicians were friendly and explained everything to us. The best part was meeting the four gentlemen that came to my house. They had outstanding customer service. Here are the people that came to our house and did the job:<br>Jose Nunez, Shawn Beal, Gerald Carolina, and Nelson Rodriguez.<br>Terminix has some really good people working for them.

Kolby is a fantastic technician! He always sends reminders, his arrival times & let’s me know when work is completed. He checks in with me before treatment to see if there are any specific requests. He goes above and beyond and I appreciate his awesome communication!

Needed a between regular service treatment. My regular service man called when he was in the area to ask if he could help me today instead of a future scheduled day. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and his 5 star service.

Terminix is only as good as the technician that services your home. I’ve had two that were excellent and 3 who were horrible.<br>Finally, Kolby is an amazing technician. He provides excellent customer service and takes his time to ensure the job is well done. He is the only reason I stay with Terminix.

Technician Dennis Richard was punctual, professional and his dedication to making our home bug free was exceptional. He kept me informed of the work being accomplished and the hazards associated with the chemicals. Great job Dennis Richards.

Terminix does an OK job, however one area they need to change is how they set your service date. They never ask the customer for his availability, but arbitrarily set a date and time and only give you 1-2 days notice. This is hardly good customer relations,

Dennis Richard did a great job! He took his time, found areas of concern, treated the areas of concern and made me aware of them. I appreciated the messages making me aware of his visit before and after.

Great experience! The associate, “Gary”, is always helpful, friendly, and professional. He sprays all areas not just some. He is familiar with my yard and house so he quickly notices any new problems. I like having the same person coming every time. I would definitely recommend “Gary” and Terminix to take care of any pest problems including mosquitoes. Today “Gary” sprayed for ants and other insects and did a great job as always!

He arrived well within the scheduled timeframe, was attentive to the my concern, set realistic expectations and did a thorough job. He pointed out areas that may be especially prone to mosquitoes that I'd overlooked. I have been using Terminix for basic peat for about 2 years now. I recently started getting termites about 5 months ago, I signed up for the service. I had to finance work being done. it's been about 5 months and nothing has been done and termites are spreading everywhere l. they still say I need to be paying but the damage on my house is getting way too out of hand with no help that I'm even paying for. I'm having a god awful experience, I'm being ignored and highly disrespecte. I'm a disabled veteran and on a fixed income. I can't just start paying for someone else to come do the job. Terminix screwed me big time. I do not recommend using them.

Had nothing but fantastic service. Our regular tech Gaurav is always on top of things, treats issues proactively, and points out where we can work on yard drainage to keep mosquitos and other pests down.

The service on my experience was not good at all. They were marking on the system "Service has been started" when no one was in the house. I have been asking for pictures or evidence of the service because they said they will put some traps, and I don't see the traps. And they keep saying that they cannot send the pictures but the "service is done". They charged me for that 2k dollars and there is no one that can help me. The only thing they could do was to cancel the service for the future

I have tried to cancel my service with Terminix for 3 weeks so far. Everytime I talk to a different customer service person on the phone, and I am told that everything is cancelled. But my account is not cancelled. The customer service person on the phone is a national person, and there is no direct way for customers to contact the local branch. This review is unfortunate because their ongoing house pest service is good, but when it came to cancelling, it is terrible. I cancelled because I now live an apartment.

I have issues with roaches for so many months until finally I was done with OTC chemicals and call Terminix gladly we did I can breathe again free of the creatures, my exterminator Gary was very good at the beginning of the process and came enough times to exterminate he is very attentive and send messages days before is time for him to be back and when he is here he send me pictures of what he found outside. Shawn Beal does an excellent job every time<br>To be clear, Shawn does a great job.<br><br>Terminix leaves a lot to be desired. Very deceptive sales tactics. Terminix salesman called saying Shawn had noted termites on his report. No such note was there. He got extremely defensive when I told him he was lying and he didn't even know I had termite protection already. He actually hung up on me when he didn't like my tone. Can't be a snowflake when you use lies on existing customers and expect to be thanked for the honor.<br><br>Never take the first price they offer. Negotiate down to 1/3 of the first quote at least. Salesmen inflate the price to increase their commission.<br><br>What say you Terminix?

Can’t tell you how grateful I am for Dennis Richard of Terminix. This guy is very professional, listens to all of my concerns, and is very knowledgeable. We’ve had Terminex for a year and I’ve always worked with Thomas C. , he’s friendly and always addresses my concerns around the house regarding pests. He’s very polite and respectful when he comes into our home. I appreciate he wears shoe covers to keep our floors clean. I appreciate his work and his professionalism.

Scheduled appointment was a no show after waiting all afternoon. I called back and the representative told me she couldn’t do anything about it, it wasn’t her fault, she’s just a scheduler. I asked her to schedule again and she did. The following day, I called to confirm, saying yesterday had been a no show. They confirmed Hugo would be there. He did not show, again after waiting all day. I called Hawx pest control and they were there within 3 hours.

I am extremely frustrated with this company and will not be using their services again. After multiple calls and follow-ups, I have yet to hear back from them about a serious issue with the service I received. It’s been weeks, and no one is returning my calls.<br><br>To make matters worse, the technician who came out had me sign a contract that was COMPLETELY different from what was originally discussed. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times to clarify and resolve the situation, but no one seems to care.<br><br>If you're considering this company, save yourself the headache and go with someone else who values their customers and follows through with their commitments.

Christian a representative from Terminix provided me with outstanding, very professional service, with a level of excellence, I’ve not seen in providers, that I use on a regular basis. Christian went above and beyond in pointing out and recommending a solution to maintain the integrity of my property. The company that I used to do regular HVAC maintenance who were just here for the semi annual check up missed this, the week before Christian came. If not for Christian, more critter invasion, possible damaged wires, cost of duct repair, & definitely Higher electricity (AC) Bills. As a result, the HVAC company came out this am, repaired all ductwork and waved the cost, of what they had missed. None of this would’ve been possible without Christian. I’m must also mention that all of his work was done with a great amount of enthusiasm and courtesy. It is so refreshing to know that there are still individuals with a good deal of integrity, Cordiality, & Professionalism. Please share this with Christian & those in management above him, to recognize outstanding employee that you have.

Gary is a great technician and takes his job at Terminex seriously. He always communicates what he saw in terms of bugs and what he did about it. If I have any other concerns, he takes care of it. I trust him being in and around my home. My tech before him was meh and I was considering cancelling my service until Gary took over.<br><br>I have regular pest control service (quarterly), as well as the mosquito service. I hardly had any mosquitoes last summer, which was amazing, so I’m continuing it this season (Mar-Oct). Gary sprays for mosquitoes every three weeks which is timed around their life cycle. The treatment kills live mosquitoes, larvae, and eggs. This is the best service Terminex offers in my opinion. Terminex only sprays around the outside of your house and the outside of windows and doors. They will spray under your sinks if you ask but they won’t spray your baseboards….which is crap for the amount of money they charge.

Great scheduling and communication by technicians! Very helpful with questions and always closes gate to my backyard so I don't have to worry when I let my dogs out later in the day. 😊

Gary with Terminix is fantastic. He’s always professional and does a thorough job. He texts me a few days before his arrival to make sure day and time works for me. Worst company ever. They can’t get scheduling right, cancel your appointments without a word, don’t ever send texts or emails and won’t respond to your emails. Getting an appointment for in between services is literally a nightmare. Their customer service is a joke. Lost so much money on their services, what a waste of time. The technician doesn’t even read your service requests or honor them.

Our technician, Gary is very good. He always shows up on time and is always keeping us informed on what services he is providing in a timely manner. He even came out on a Sunday so he could make sure and get our backyard. It’s hard to keep our pets inside during the week so we weren’t able to get the backyard serviced, but he made sure and came out when we were home to do our backyard.

Our Terminix Tech, Shawn Beal, has been wonderful to work with. He is a great communicator and has always been very flexible regarding our scheduled services when things come up on my end. I would highly recommended him as a tech to anyone considering using Terminix.

My technician Asiel is awesome, he arrives when scheduled, communicates ahead of arrival, during and post service. He actively listens and addresses any issues we may have.

Terminix sent Mekiahyee to spray for mosquito control for the first time. He explained the process to me before he began and then asked if I had any questions. He then proceeded to do his job and he did excellent. After the service he came to explain that if I had any problems seeing mosquitos to give them a callback.<br><br>Terminix had always been very professional and I am pleased with how they take care of their customers.

Our Tech, Cameron, was fantastic, very professional, polite & courteous. He listened, answered questions and looked at how to make the process work best. Dennis is the most polite, courteous person I have had servicing my home. He is always on time and on schedule , I never have to wonder where is the agent and when would Terminix service my house next, once you get the ball rolling, they manage the cadence and the schedule pretty well.

He is punctual, friendly, and thorough, always explaining to me what he’s doing and offering solutions for whatever pest problems I have going on. HIGHLY recommend Terminix and Michael especially.

We had an appointment for an infestation of termites and ants. for the time window 1-5pm under my married name, Brady for the area 77375 with “terry”. They never called or showed up. Completely unprofessional and when i called they didn’t care. We took time off of work for them to not show up. Thankfully we had three options that day,because i was afraid of that happening. The next day orkin took care of us and happy they took our money!

I have the greatest Terminix technician!! Sean is always timely and courteous!! He lets me know when he arrives and when the services have been completed!! I really appreciate him and the job he does !!!

Cameron is so focused and pleasant every time he comes. I had critters in my attic a couple of years ago. I called Terminex. They came out and took care of the problem and addressed the entry point. They were getting in from the garage through the covered walkway to the house. Haven't had a problem since and they come to check their work twice annually. I highly recommend Terminex if you have this type of situation. They also do my pest control.

Terminix tech Draylon Harris was professional and friendly through his service today. He ensured that I was aware of his presence and exit of the property along with anything I needed attention to on the perimeter. He inquired about the issues we addressed on the previous visit.

Get Lester if you can. Friendly, motivated, and knows his stuff. Always communicates when he’s coming and follow on steps. Keep him around, Terminex. He could probably use a raise as well. He’s one of your employees that go above and beyond. Making people feel comfortable and informed.

The North Houston Branch is inconsiderate and has a terrible scheduling system. They schedule your appointment but do not tell you they scheduled you until 1-2 days before they are coming out. No one ever checks to see if you are even available that day. They will also send a text message they are coming and then do not show up. This has happened mire than once. When we call about the appointment for today we are told the appointment has been rescheduled from 8/20 to 8/27 with no explanation and no notice of thechange. I'm not quick to give a bad review but this is ridiculous. We have called and talked to them about this multiple times. If it wasn't for the technicians who actually does the work, we would have gone with another company 6 months ago. We are told today our concern was going to be given to the Branch Manager Keith Walton. Let's see what happens. I have been a Terminix client for years because of the great and thorough service protecting my home from the unwanted pest. The technician communicates prior to arrival to let me know when on the way. During the service they let me know if there are any issues to resolve. Service technician is friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services.
