This morning Garcia, Oscar from Terminix to come do annual service. He checked each station in detail. And showed me the results and explained to me the reason. He also checked the attic.<br>His professionalism and patience impressed me very much.<br>Hope to have him every year to do the annual check.<br>Thank you Oscar.

I give Oscar Garcia 5 stars because he is communicative, prompt, detail-oriented, and pleasant. I give Terminix as a company lower stars....closer to 3 because in general they did not communicate well and would schedule and not show. I no longer use their services because of the history of frustrations, yet Oscar was very pleasant to work with on a warranty inspection.

I was charged for a service I never received on December 1st, I’ve called ever since and still haven’t received a refund the wkd before Christmas. Baby’s first Christmas in our new house, thanks terminix 👍🏽 finally got someone to refund me on December 19 (Friday) and they said it’ll take 5-7 business days before I receive the money. (After Christmas)

Failed to honor contract. Did not spray the agreed-upon front/back yards. One month later, my yard has a major infestation of ants/spiders. Ineffective treatment and no response from the company. Very poor service.

I was verbally accosted in the car with my children by a Terminex employee (location was S Post Oak in Houston, Texas) at approximately 8:10am on Thursday, October 2. Driver appeared to be a heavyset, early to mid-50s, fair skin Black or Hispanic male with a light beard and eyeglasses. License plate number is SMH 6394

Eric is a fantastic Terminix Tech. He always answers when I call and always responds quickly to our needs. We manage an office building and there are inevitably critters and creatures want to office there too but Eric makes sure it’s humans only!

Mark does a great job at our LaPorte power site. He is not only friendly and a pleasure to talk with but is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Great job Mark!!

Daniel Lucas is the best technician I've had so far. He is very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the process. Additionally the treatments he performed have been highly effective in eliminating the pest issue we were having. Very prompt as well!

My technician Kelly was prompt and very polite. He explained what was going to be done and asked if I had any issues inside my house. He asked if anything inside I advised nothing at this time but I did ask about the webworms we discussed it and he advised their was nothing he had for them. He let me know when he had completed his job and was ready to leave.<br><br>UPDATE:<br>My technician Robert Field came today for my pest inspection. I advised him that I was seeing some real small roaches and he did a spray but since I was cooking dinner he didn't spray around the stove. He was courteous and polite and also put some roach traps down and advised he would try to come back in about 2 weeks he also advised that he saw some ants and he would take care of them as well.<br><br>UPDATE:<br>The technician Isaiah came and checked my pest sites on the outside and gave advise about termite sites. He was polite and courteous. Had used that Robert would be out later. A few days later came to see if I had any I side problems and he did all pest control out and he is always friendly, polite and courteous.

Eric is the best!! Bugs where?? I have no bugs. He takes care of our store so well that I never see a bug, EVER. He is very nice and professional.

Mark is always very efficient and friendly when he stops by. Not only does he stop and chat to ask about your day but he checks in on his previous services to ensure that everything has remained up to par. Every time he is here doing his job he’s got a smile on his face and a very friendly attitude. We started using Terminex 4 years ago at our warehouse office, and haven’t seen a bug since. I’m sure other exterminators could achieve this as well, but what sets these guys apart is the technicians that do the work. I want to commend the technician who visited my home recently. He was extremely thorough and attentive. He located a hole in the living room that I had previously mentioned to other techs the exact spot where I’ve seen rats disappear. That hole has clearly been there for some time, and he took the initiative to properly seal it.<br><br>He also discovered a hole in the kitchen cabinet and another one outside near the roof. In addition, he identified an area where rats were likely accessing the roof by climbing a tree to gain entry into the home. Before starting any work, he carefully explained everything in detail, including what he planned to do and why. He then executed the job efficiently and professionally.<br><br>The technician was not only proficient but also friendly, patient, and understanding. I truly appreciated his approach and would like to request that he be assigned to return for any necessary follow-ups, especially since he also found a bee issue outside the home.<br><br>Thank you, Terminix, for finally sending someone who took the time to identify the root of the problem. I’m grateful for the progress being made in getting rid of these persistent and troublesome rats.

Terminix has been my provider for years now. They are reputable, professional and I have never obligated to buy a certain service. They are reliable and always do a great job in every service. Paul our service technician has been professional, friendly and thorough in his reports. Definitely a great company you can trust.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service company. Terminix has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I’ve been paying my renewal fees expecting reliable service, and instead, I’ve gotten nothing but excuses, delays, and total lack of accountability.<br><br>For over a month, I’ve been calling in trying to get a manager to escalate my issue—not a single call back. Every time I speak to someone, they promise a resolution or an appointment, and then nothing is ever scheduled. I have to keep chasing them down just to get basic follow-ups.<br><br>Even worse, one of the service techs tried to upsell me on a $10,000 service—completely unnecessary and clearly a rip-off. It felt like they were preying on fear rather than actually trying to help. On top of that, I’ve been charged hundreds, possibly thousands, with no actual problem resolved. The pests are still here, and I’m still waiting for someone competent to actually show up and do the job I’ve already paid for.<br><br>Terminix has become a money pit with no service, no integrity, and no accountability. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually respects your time and your money.

Darius Walker is AMAZING! He was super helpful. I was freaking out because I had so much prep to do and I had fleas!! He helped me take the trash out, calmed me down and worked with my schedule because I was not ready for the service yet. A few days later he came back to treat some spots again! I am so thankful for Darius. I told him I’d bake him my famous cookies once this whole situation was resolved. Darius was just the greatest! My house was a total mess and I felt no judgement from him at all which was nice. Darius is my Bugbuster and that’s who I’m gonna call!

I was on the verge of switching our contract from Terminix to another terminate prevention service after hearing nothing but negative reviews about Terminix and being underwhelmed by our 4 years with the company thus far.<br><br>We had our annual bait inspection today with Isaiah and I am now a huge fan of Terminix. Isaiah was polite and professional. He came at the early point of the appointment window and was extremely thorough with inspecting and refilling our bait stations. He also did an interior home inspection which we’ve never had done before. We received comprehensive feedback and photos of things that need to be addressed. He kindly answered all my questions before he left. While I imagine Isaiah had many other houses to service, he took his time with our home. I’ve never felt so confident in our termite service or so comfortable with a stranger in my home before today. I’m very impressed and have no intention of seeking prevention services elsewhere based on the great work Isaiah did today. I hope we get him for all future inspections.

He is very communicative leading up to the services and after. I paid $1,600 in full, expecting professional and timely service, but it has been over a week, and the job is still not completed. There has been no clear communication or urgency from the business to resolve the issue. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially after receiving full payment upfront. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliability and professionalism. Proceed with caution!
