Used them in the past for squirrels in my attic and they were great, was told the work was under warranty if they came back. Unfortunately squirrels are back and when reaching out to the company they seemed to dodge all contact from my husband and I. When we finally got ahold of them they came out to do an inspection and never came back just to tell us they no longer service our area after coming out to our area…..I would just like the work done warranty or not.

I initially had work done by the company and they were great. After I got my pest control problem handled initially they told me they warrantied their work. When I needed a piece reapplied they made me 3 different appointments and the company kept missing them. After reaching out to see what was wrong I was told they “no longer service in my area” and nothing could be done for me. Would’ve happily paid them to fix what else I needed done but it felt like they just were worried they’d have to fix it for free and just didn’t want to send anyone out.

I’ve used SOS-ASAP for several years and have had excellent service. The technicians are always polite and respectful. They have a very earth friendly spray to keep the snakes away and the product works. The customer service is 10 Stars!

I had no idea what to expect. We are moving out of our house and needed to clean things up for sale. I had anticipated that we might need to repaint the whole exterior of the house, but the team at S0S-ASAP did such a great job with pressure washing and soft washing that the house looks like new. We love the great communication we get from the tram at ASAP! They are our pest control for quarterly visits and we’ve used them to block entrances for rodent control and my mother in law used the chimney sweep services and we have all been extremely happy! Prices are competitive and the service techs are extremely polite and on time! They use Serpent Guard to keep the snakes away. Environmentally friendly product and it smells like cinnamon. So no moth ball smell and does not harm the snakes or critters!

I needed a new chimney cover since the wind blew mine off a couple weeks ago. I tried to do it myself when I realized I’m no longer 21 and now seem to be afraid of heights. This brave dude climbed a later to what is the equivalent of 3 stories high in semi windy conditions. He didn’t even need anyone to hold the latter for him. He made it look so easy that my wife was wondering if it was really that difficult. But trust me, some jobs are just better to be left to the pros. All for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service

Everyone from office personnel to technician are always professional and answer all of my questions. What I liked best is that at no time did I feel as though they were trying to sale a product but wanted to satisfy me and my family with the services that I needed for my home and my in-laws home. I appreciated the special time they took to make my elderly in-laws feel safe with their new gas logs. I used them also for my mosquito mister repair and maintenance. We are very pleased.

After the pipes in my attic froze during the freeze last year, I decided to add insulation to my attic. SOS-ASAP did a great job. My attic is now covered with a thick blanket of blow-in insulation. I look forward to lower heating and cooling bills because of this as well as not worrying thru another freeze episode. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. I recommend their service.

THEY INSTALL FIREPLACES!!!<br><br>Ever since the Big Freeze I have been looking to upgrade our old prefab fireplace to something more efficient. A lot of vendors were really dismissive when I told them I was looking for a high efficiency wood burning fireplace. I thought I was doing the responsible thing by going to a fireplace store, but I learned the hard way that was not the case. I wish I had known about SOS-ASAP and called them first.<br><br>If you look up all the certified chimney sweeps in Houston, you will find that 99% of them work for Lord's Chimney. They were booked 3 months out when I called them. SOS-ASAP is the ONLY other company with any certified chimney sweep(s) on staff, which is how I found them. Manuel came out the very next week, and I could tell that he's very knowledgeable in his field. I asked if he could source and install a Heatilator Constitution. He was very responsive, gave me an excellent price, and ordered it right away. It took a couple months to get here but that's to be expected these days.<br><br>Manuel and his crew are very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure having them do the install in spite of all the noise and dust. Be aware that they do not do cosmetic stuff like mantels and painting, but I will sleep soundly at night knowing that this absolute unit of a wood furnace was installed properly, and that we will be able to stay warm no matter what.

So far so good. Tech came out to confirm what we thought was wrong. He's a nice guy. Ordering a part so we haven't seen his work yet.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the mix up with scheduling that happened twice... When the tech finally made it he was courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my fireplace. It didn't take him long and he cleaned up after his work. I would recommend this company for sure.

SOS-ASAP has generally been very good for us. We use them to service our mosquito system, which they do every three months. They send an email and a text before coming, and both have a link to reschedule if need be. The employees are always professional and polite. Overall great service.

The customer service was excellent- from my spontaneous walk in, to scheduling and performing the services. The rep kept me informed and the serviceman was knowledgeable and thorough.

After I called SOS-ASAP, they came over to give me an estimate and let me know how they are going to ride off the squirrels from my attic humanely. They showed up the next day to block one entrance on the roof and put a one way passage at the other entrance. This out-only passthru was pretty effective and I said bye-bye to those noisy animals. Today, they came to remove the little gate and fortified and closed the hole. They performed their job very professionally and they let me know each time they are coming even though they don’t need to come in.. I gave them a thumb up for their professional attitude and efficiency for a job well done.

I called ASAP-SOS on a Saturday morning, someone called my back to schedule a FREE inspection for Monday afternoon, and the work complete by Tuesday afternoon. They were responsive, timely, and professional. They Didn’t seem to nickel and dime, but did make additional suggestions related to my initial concern (birds nesting in outside vents), but gave a reasonable price for all the work. I’m pleased with the level of service provided, just hope what I paid for actually works with keeping the birds out... time will tell!

We had an almost immediate response for our gas fireplace after losing power from the winter storm. Jose came out as soon as he could safely get here, and fixed our fireplace. The work was goo, neat and as for expense, it seemed reasonable and not overpriced.

I reached out to them after hours, they responded the same day but after I’d booked a competitor. Competitor (who arrived late) tried to gouge me on price, so I paid their required inspection fee and sent them home to have SOS-ASAP come and do the job right for a fraction of the price. They called ahead when they hit the road, showed up right on time, did the job quickly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I wasn’t interested in. Highly recommend!

Really needed help getting my house in tip top shape after having a pool put in. The technician took his time and even worked with us to get around a project car sitting in the driveway. The house looks really amazing, even the white limestone that was all moldy. They also said they are doing free playground sanitation during Covid, and I think there is something to be said for a company that cares about their community.

Called SOS-ASAP because my wife saw a snake in the garage, Domingo was out at our house within 20 minutes. He was able to catch and bag the snake within on a few minutes. Turns out it was a fully grown cottonmouth, which are very poisonous. He was very pleasant and looked around to make sure there were no other snakes and really took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. Thanks for all your help! Literally a life saver!

A possum got into my house and I managed to lock it in a closet. Then I started calling critter-removal companies. I left messages on the phones of 3 companies but, even though it was a weekday morning, no one ever called back. After 12 hours I was desperate. Thank goodness I then called ASAP. Over the phone when I called to get information, the person I spoke with made me feel confident about the service that was to be provided. It was my first time using the company and I was told they would do a thourough check with the first visit (price is higher too because it's the first) and inform me of what needs to be done to insure bugs don't get in. The technician arrived about 1 hour after the scheduled time and he said he was just spraying the front and back...my husband asked him what about doing the inside and he said "I guess". He sprayed the inside and garage and back in about 20min...I was under the impression it would take about 1 hour. I would have thought the attic would have been done too, but it wasn't. I don't feel confident at all about the service.

On 4/2/2019 we thought we had a bed bug but Stefanie took a look at a picture we sent and confirmed it wasn't. Thing is, she stayed past closing to make sure she could back to us. Excellent service and we REALLY appreciate it!
