Did tons of research to find the top three Houston companies for duct cleaning. Had all three come inspect and quote the job. Omri, from Quality Air Duct Cleaning, provided a detailed explanation of the findings and plan for the proposed work.<br><br>After moving forward with the work with Quality Air, Omri and the team were proficient and professional. We had three other hvac companies come to assess and give us quotes. What stood out immediately is that Omri is not only very professional and polite, he was extremely knowledgeable and CONFIDENT when conveying what needs to be done. This made us feel comfortable in choosing them to do the work. He and his team did not rush when working. They were so thorough and again they had the most professional and pleasant demeanor the entire time. They go above and beyond what you’d normally expect and we are grateful for this. On top of this, their price was very reasonable and broken down and explained. No hard selling or pushing us on anything which makes us further feel like we can trust them. Our home is fresh and we are happy. We will be using them for our annual hvac maintenance going forward. 5 stars all the way. We had a pretty neglected system that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time (if EVER!!!), and these guys did an awesome job getting everything back in shape. Omri was the lead on our crew and he was fantastic. Very professional, super knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything they were doing. You could tell they really cared about doing it right. No pressure, no upsells. Just solid, honest work. Highly recommend if your system needs a deep clean.

Thanks for the quick turnaround work. My AC and furnace unit was pretty dirty as previous tenant was very messy. Plus he had smoked inside house causing cigarette odor to contaminate unit. Crew came out and did a thorough clean up over a a span of 3-4hours. Before and after photos were night and day difference.<br><br>Update: Company charges extra for use of credit card which was an additional $75.80 with final bill $1970.80. Attempting to pay with the credit card initially failed. Thinking there may be issue with card I used another card. Later I came to realize that I was double charged on two different credit card; however, what annoyed me was somehow the first bill was lot higher than anticipated ($1,989.75). Now I have to go fight to get the extra charge removed. While the work is commendable, the billing practice is questionable.<br><br>Update: Jasmine was great to follow up on this issue and was able to get the extraneous charge reversed.

Omri was very transparent and knew the right recommendations to suggest for the results i wanted, not only that but informing me about the warranty in place solidified my confidence that they would do a “quality” job.

He was very detailed and went beyond the call of duty to help us switch out the dryer vent to a flexible one and sealed it nicely. Where most companies would’ve walked away and blamed it on something else, these guys stepped up and paid to have it fixed. They were kind and understanding. They didn’t try to blame it on something or someone else. It wasn’t a big deal and stuff happens, but I appreciate the honestly and the way they handled it. I’d definitely use them again just because of that.

guys are professional, courteous, guided done the same day along with the estimate. The vents or pressure washed the whole system was sanitized all in very easy seamless process to get rid of the old mold and mildew vents and ducts.

I just had all my ductwork replaced today!<br>I had a remodel of my home a few years ago, complete with tile floors removed. I had a huge dust problem and my Dr suggested that I have my ductwork cleaned. Avery checked out my ceiling vents and I didn’t realize that there was sooo much dust and dirt that had collected inside the vent. After he found the holes in the ductwork that led to the areas of my house that I couldn’t get cool. I decided to replace all the ductwork instead of just cleaning and repairing.<br>I must say, Avery and his crew were very professional and when they left, I couldn’t tell they were here. We discussed a plan which included rerouting the ductwork. Boy, what a difference! I now have a back bedroom and master closet that are actually cold!! I can’t wait to see what the new setup of the ductwork does to my electric bill! I actually had holes in the ductwork. The air leaking from the duct was being sucked out of the attic by the attic fans. I should have had it checked years ago!!<br>I am extremely happy with the work performed. I plan on having Quality Air maintain my system each year. Very reasonable for the work performed! One thing that I did notice and was happy about, Avery is not “pushy”.
