Outstanding job by Augustine and Sami. I called Augustine on a thursday morning and he came out to my house that afternoon, to evaluate the damage. He got in touch with our inspector and in less than 24 hrs. I had a proposal. Sami and his crew came out to the house on Saturday and worked until late to ensure the job was done properly. Finally they came a couple of days later to ensure the remediation job was complete, they took their final readings and they installed a new vanity in my bathroom.<br><br>They were always on time, they were always very professional. WARNING: This review ONLY APPLIES to PuroClean's capabilities to extract water and remove water-damaged material with utmost professionalism and precision. It is my civic duty to warn others that PuroClean has proven incapable of restoring my property even after what was estimated to take one month has taken over one year and is still not completed. Perhaps PuroClean's failed attempts at restoration work and lack of completion would be acceptable to a homeless person because my roof is intact. It's likely only because PuroClean did not touch my roof.<br><br>Back to PuroClean's water extraction and water-damaged material removal, Sigi, Vicente, Vladimir, Joshua, and the pack-out team were all very professional. They showed up for each appointment on time and were very polite. Their competence was readily apparent, which brought me immediate confidence and allowed me to breathe easier in what had been a stressful and worrisome situation.<br><br>The water remediation team did not leave anything to chance and tested for water seepage even in places far away from where the water leak had occurred, further than I would have ever imagined water could have seeped into. They then brought in a large dehumidifier for each room and even one for the garage. They also brought in colossal drying fans I had never seen before in that the fan blades were horizontal to the floor.<br><br>Once things were dried out, the pack-out team arrived and brought brand-new packing boxes and giant rolls of bubble wrap. The boxes they used were sized correctly for each purpose, meaning they did not simply stuff all sorts of things in a box until nothing else would fit. They also inventoried each box and created a list, so once the reconstruction work has been completed, I foresee the unpacking will be an equally smooth process.<br><br>The deconstruction was also completed in a very organized fashion. They used new plastic tarps to cover up my furniture and hanging light fixtures to keep the dust off when they removed my flooring, sheetrock, tile, and cabinetry. Instead of bashing things out, they made clean cuts along the chalk lines they had created. They then removed the debris as they went along, so there never was a pile of ruined pieces of my home to step around or to look at, which I imagine I would otherwise become depressed over.

Izzy and his team have helped our water damage nightmare become a lot more manageable. I received several quotes and their price was the best by far and didn’t have any hidden agenda. They came in and remediated all the water/mold damage and have been diligent about making sure everything gets dried out properly. They’ve checked in several days over the past week and communicate very well about the progress that’s been made. I usually only write when I’ve been wronged on reviews, but PuroClean of West Houston has been so good to us, I wanted to send out some positivity their way. I hope you give them a chance, they’re the real deal!!

Although it took an extended period of time for all the repair work, I can tell you that John Villon is a man of his word and worked through some tough situations. Having extensive damage to personal property is difficult and stressful, however John kept his promise through the entire job and we left the ordeal satisfied with what was accomplished.

I want to thank PuroClean for the amazing job renovating, packing, and unpacking my home! The first guy that came, Joshua, did an amazing job cleaning up all the water and pulling up the carpet, so I recommend him for stuff like that. Augustine came out and acessed our situation and reviewed the process with us. The next day Joshua came to our house to prepare the areas to dry out. He has such a friendly personality and really knows his work. Highly recommend them to take a bad situation amd correct it.

A 24" diameter Tree fell on our house and damaged four rooms. The team from PuroClean came out to remove water affected areas to prevent mold and rot. Joshua, Vincente, Ale, and Gio were professional, friendly, on time, and took care to respect our home and belongings. After a pipe burst in our wall, PuroClean helped dry the waterlogged wood and spray for mold. They did a great job! They were professional, helpful and very communicative throughout the process. Sigi F. has done great work on my fire remediation. Very professional interactions with all work crews. Only thing puroclean could improve on is turn around time on cleaning contents of home. It has been 4 weeks and I’m still waiting on some of my contents to be returned.

The crew who came to our place , Sigi and Joshua, were very knowledgeable about their work. They came on time and very professional. Our master bedroom have some incident of water damage and they came over to dehumidify our room in preparation for installing new wood floorings. They were able to accommodate with my tight work schedule and cleaned up the water damage I got in my home from a pipe bursting. These guys are awesome! I flooded during the February freeze, had 4 pipes bust in my house. They came right out and cleaned up and took all the wet sheetrock and insulation out. They brought fans and dehumidifiers and put them all over to dry the house out. They called me everyday with updates (they took moisture readings everyday). Oh yeah, if they tell you to take it out then let them take it out! Would highly recommend them! Thanks again guys!

Joshua & Izzy did a great job remediating damage done to my next door neighbor's townhouse after it flooded. My unit (downstairs) was, also, affected, so the guys worked tirelessly on both at the same time. My neighbor, an 86 y.o. disabled and hearing impaired senior, was thoughtfully accommodated during the process. I really appreciate the work done by the guys and would recommend them

They were there every step of the way from helping us get packed to dealing with our insurance and adjuster. They informed me that this would be a process, which it was, but they did great keeping me informed. Broken water heater flooded my 2,700 sq ft home.<br>Augustine talks a good game none of it is true. They worked one day a week for 2 1/2 months and demo is still unfinished. At the onset “demo will take 11 days” and that’s true but they only work one day a week and in the meantime leave you hanging to pursue other jobs! Myriad excuses but the most used is “takes a week to get a new dumpster”. There were times one man worked alone.<br><br>Augustine flat outlied to the insurance company and my public adjuster saying demo was complete three weeks ago. Finally had to fire him Friday and hire someone to finish the mess he left. Wet insulation still in place, furniture still in the house, 3 disconnected toilets still there and nails all over the floor. Stairs that sustained the greatest water damage are still not removed over 2 months later. There is Sheetrock in my garden beds and all over the lawn. Zero supervision and pays the actual workers (who are very nice) a pittance and keeps them hopping from new job yo new job never finishing. I could go on and on.<br><br>My neighbors were furious when full dumpsters spent week after week in the driveway. I had several warnings from HOA regarding abandoned dumpsters and Sheetrock everywhere.<br><br>If you want a smooth talker who will leave you in the lurch while promising the moon, Augustine is your guy. They start out great for the first few days so you are fooled. Then because he’s so nice you believe the excuses.<br><br>People please, please heed my advise and go elsewhere and I mean ANYWHERE besides Puroclean of West Houston.Feel free to message me for photos of 64 days of demolition.<br>These were taken yesterday, 3 weeks after he asked the insurance company for payment for a completed demolition. And by the way, after I gave him three days to finish before I hired someone else. This was his best result apparently.

Excellent Service from Izzy, Augustine and Carlos! They are incredibly thorough and professional. We were looking for a "one stop shop" kind of business for a mold issue in our primary shower and received even more than we expected! The prices were fair for work rendered and we didn't have to worry about haggling or feeling cheated. Their crew completed our repair in one day (we loved the work so much that we then hired them for something additional in the home and that only took an afternoon the next day) Every single person that came into our home was professional, knowledgeable and on time. One aspect that I truly appreciated is that Carlos knew that I was working from home that day and gave me a head's up on noise prior to being on my calls. I loved his consideration while still doing such a great job on the repairs. Highly recommend and would most certainly use them again!
