Beware of this company. My review is based on my true experience that happened couple weeks ago.<br><br>My house had these black rust particles coming out of 2nd floor air vent system so I called Pure Airways to inspect and clean.<br>Originally, the price was $99 per unit to do dust cleaning but they told me they found some mold and it will require deep cleaning, which is $1,978 for two units. I asked technician if this will get rid of both mold and that black dust. He said yes so I agreed to pay.<br><br>After they performed the cleaning, they told me everything has been taken care of and just let the fan on for two days. When they left, my house was mess. They didn’t fully clean everything after their work. My carpet was full of dusts where they opened the vent. I had to vacuum everything again.<br><br>But I didn’t care as long as my air vent problem is fixed. After two days, that black dust was still coming out of the vent.<br>I called the technician and he came back to my house to look at it.<br>I was checking to see what he was doing and this is what he told me. “You don’t trust me?” Last time, you kept following us around so we didn’t do a good job”<br><br>WHAT KIND OF EXCUSE IS THIS? I can’t even look at what they are doing??? IN MY OWN HOUSE??<br>OKAY. So I gave him some space. I let him do whatever he needs to do.<br><br>Well here comes to worse part. DUST WAS STILL COMING OUT after he left. I am not sure what he did but definitely didn’t change a thing.<br><br>I called their office and explained this whole situation. This lady at the office told me she will send different tech to fix it. (I will skip the nightmare conversation I had with this lady). It took me more than two weeks for another tech come out because they cancelled at last minute.<br><br>So this tech comes out for the third time, he was there for like 10 – 15 minutes? And of course nothing is fixed.<br><br>I still have same problem that I had before I paid $1,978.<br><br>I asked for a refund and they are not replying to my emails anymore.<br><br>It doesn't make sense to me to pay for the service that they didn't fix!<br><br>I just hope this review will help you to decide before you pay that big chunk of money like I did. IT WAS STUPID OF ME TO TRUST THEM! BEWARE!!

Very friendly and helpful person, he explained what is going and what work needs to be done. He took pictures of before and after for the job he did on the A/C units in addition to the ducts. Little I new that we had mold and mildew in our system. I am glad I called and got it fixed although it was a big expense that I did not anticipate but that is no fault of theirs, mostly because we never had cleaned our ducts before and had clogged up our water drainage which caused the mold
