I had the absolute misfortune of hiring Pro Attic Insulation, and it was a nightmare from start to finish! First, they arrived hours late without any explanation or apology. The crew was rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no idea what they were doing. They left a mess everywhere, including insulation debris all over my house, and didn’t even bother to clean up after themselves. To make matters worse, the insulation job was sloppy and incomplete. They missed several spots, leaving my home drafty and uncomfortable. When I tried to reach out for a resolution, I was met with dismissive customer service that refused to take any responsibility for their shoddy work. I deeply regret choosing Pro Attic Insulation and would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually cares about their customers and knows what they’re doing!

The attic insulation was fast and great. We appreciate the quick job and the cleanliness. We were not able to be at the house but Alexander and his team were great and respectful. I will definitely recommend to others.

This is probably the most profesional company I’ve worked with unlike other companies that ask 50% up front Alex asks for no money up front, I’m seeing a huuuge difference with my house my electric bill dropped about 40%

Alex and his team were extremely professional. Came out and gave a quote the same day I gave reached out, had him scheduled shortly after. He gave great recommendations on what was needed to better cool my home (additional attic insulation + solar fans) and we can tell a huge difference already. As a general contractor myself I can attest his work was professionally installed with great quality, and had the best prices out of 4 other quotes. I trusted him in my house with nobody home and didn't have a single issue. I will be using his team for additional projects down the road, and will continue to recommend him to others.

Alex and his team did an amazing job. He came out, gave us a quote and explained the process. When the project started, him and his team worked on one area at a time and layout runners for the area they worked on. Kept everything clean and professional. Price was amazing. He also gave recommendations on other non related things so it was greatly appreciated. Will always keep him in mind for any future needs.

Alexander came out on a Sunday. They came on time and did all the work on the contract. They were in and out. When they came in they laid down runners.and put plastic where needed for protection. Alex and his team came to our house to increase our R-factor in the attic, install an attic fan, and deodorize or attic. They were thorough, fast, convenient, and r respectful of the environment of our home. Alex is straight forward with evaluation and pricing. Alex and his worker are very polite and on time as he promised. I am pretty pleased with their work ethic and quality. He took him time to do the blow in insulation right and make sure that all areas are covered and at the required height. I can’t wait until this summer to see how much electricity I am going to save. I wish Pro-Attics would give customers more choices on the blow in insulation type.

So I called alexander the owner of the company and he responded quickly to me and he was able to come by my house the next day and he quoted me for radiant barrier and r38 insulation and it seem like a fair a price which I decided to go with him. He completed the job last week and I can definitely tell a difference the house is so much cooler and I'm hoping it will also reduce my electricity bill .
