PRESTO X bought out Amity who we had for a long time. The overall bug control is good. But their scheduling is terrible. They show up unannounced in 80% of the time they miss us. They called me the first of the week and rescheduled my appointment this week For Thursday between one and three he calls and shows up at 11:35. Just luckily I’m home. This has been an ongoing issue with this company ever since we’ve used them. They don’t seem to have any concern when you question them about it.

I've been with this company for two years. While the service itself is okay, I've been trying to cancel for the past three months with no success. Despite my repeated requests, they continue to show up, perform service, and bill me—even though I’ve already canceled. They claim the service ticket hasn’t been closed, so they just keep charging me.<br><br>There is absolutely no customer service support, and it feels like all they care about is taking your money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.<br><br>After I left this review, a representative reached out to me—thank you, Joaquin, for your help. Although I’m still waiting for the cancellation to be processed (it's been nearly three months), I finally feel heard. I appreciate your support and sincerely hope this can be resolved soon.

We have been Presto-X customers for over 10 years and are still pleased with the service. Salim has been treating our property for most of that time and we always appreciate him touching base with us and addressing any bug problems we have. Have been using the services for several years for regular bug and insect treatment around house perimeter. Salim is very friendly, professional and responsive, respecting our privacy and always working with us as needed (we have pets). The service itself is very good, however, the used product does not work 100% - we still find coaches inside the house occasionally despite the treatment.

I have had Presto-X coming to my office for about 4 years. I found that I still periodically get bugs & insects and call them to come out again, between the normal services. The problem is that they never tell me when they are coming, my employees will say they just quickly sprayed in a few areas and left without telling anyone. Then, I'll get a bill weeks later with no signatures or any confirmation from our side. Now, I received a collections notice for 3 back payments. However, I never received any invoices from them for these payments, never had any proof of them coming here, nor do my employees recall them coming here. I called their number several times and they said they sent us a bill and that I need to work with collections as it is my fault for not paying the bills. So, we pay our bills on time, every time for years and they send to collections out of nowhere and are unwilling to help or discuss further when I call them. I should have moved to another pest control company long ago after their poor performance was an indicator of the company's quality.<br><br>In response to the reply: you leave no means to contact you and I've contacted multiple people at your company via email and phone.

I have both mosquito and general pest control service with PrestoX. Pest control techinicians that actually do my service are wonderful. Very nice and helpful.<br><br>Their administrative office is totally messed up. They are part of a larger group of brands which operate under multiple different names, so its always very confusing when trying to reach someone. The local number on my invoice to call for help sends me to a landscaping service and then they transfer me to one of the pest control groups. The invoicing is messed up right now because they are transitioning. Old accounts don't work, payment website listed on invoice it to a system that is no longer active and I can't seem to get into the new system to actually make payment.<br><br>Service is automatically scheduled every month and they are supposed to call to tell me when they are coming, but they no longer do this, so a tech will just show up and I never know what service they are actually doing for me on that day.<br><br>I started service with another group a few years ago and this group bought them out. It has been pretty messed up since then. If you can get past the mess that is the administrative part - they do a good job.

I chose this service because it was the one with the best reviews. I was hoping to give a very good review, I have asked the person who answered the phone to please call me at least 30 minutes before the technician arrives at my home. It hasn't happened, when my scheduled appointment for service the inside of my house was expected to happen, nobody call me to tell me that actually my appointment was wrongly scheduled and noone bother to let me know i happened to call to confirm and found out that, no technician was going to show up. I will continue with the service, which I have signed up for a whole year but. I don't have very high expectations. I am happy that it worked out for a lot of people.

Our regular technician is Salim. He is amazing. Friendly, courteous and accommodating. He always takes the time to help if you have questions or advise. Whatever the spray that PrestoX uses is...it works. Salim only sprays the exterior. Yet in all the years we have used them we have never has indoor pests. Once or twice in a season, we may see an upside down roach. Never any crawling around.

Had some issues. Called and talked with branch manager was treated respectful and problem addressed today my technician came out Salim and he did an outstanding job. I am so pleased with presto x. I would recommend them to any one.
