I was cleaning out my garage on a Sunday and a very polite gentleman named Quatro walked up and asked to see the house as it was for sale. I walked him through and he mentioned he had an extermination business. I did not think I needed anything at the time, buy not more than 15 minutes after he left I was moving some plywood and found water had seeped into the garage and I could see ants and or termites in near the soaked wood. I called him right away and he was at my house in 15 minutes. Confirmed what the issue was and recommended a service. His partner came and completed the work the very next day the same time the Inspector arrived from the buyer. Rates were fair and the work outstanding. Could not be happier with the service level. Thank you.

He now does quarterly treatments at my 2 bedroom townhouse. I had a terrible roach problem until he told me the sewer drainage hole was the cause. It was sealed and now no more roach problems.<br><br>I highly recommend Pestop!<br><br>UPDATE: Zach came by today and did my quarterly service. He’s been here before and is very friendly, helpful and professional. He explains what he is doing and he is very cognizant of my dog, and her safety and well being.<br><br>UPDATE #2 I just have to say that Zach also went on my back porch and he knocked all of the spider webs and mud dobbers’ nests. I am so grateful that I didn’t have to knock down all those above my head with live spiders. Yuk!<br><br>UPDATE #3 July 17, 2024 Jason has been here a few times and is knowledgeable and very friendly with my dog. He did an excellent job but wasn’t able to finish treating the outside because it started raining. He returned yesterday to finish. The mosquitoes are at an all time high since Hurricane Beryl hit last week. They were literally swarming at both my front and back doors. I couldn’t open either door without them getting inside. I called the office and asked for the fogging treatment. Jason did an amazing job fogging and spraying at both doors and he told me through the door not to come out until the solution had dried. It didn’t take very long and the swarms were completely gone! I was very pleased that the mosquito treatment was discounted because he performed it the same day as my quarterly treatment. Well worth the extra money! I won’t hesitate to get the treatment again if it is needed.

All the techs over the years that Pestop has provided have been very good: prompt, competent, courteous and knowledgeable. Today, I had a question about a flying insect problem the last two months and Jason was very thorough in explaining why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. In addition, there were a couple of other things that he did that others might have been done before, but I have not been aware of it.

Francisco is terrific! He's friendly, polite, responsible and does good work. He is responsive when I call and explains when I ask questions. And he actually cleans up when finished working!!

This business was referred to me by my landscaping company. I called them for a problem and they sent someone to give me a quote the same day. Their pricing is competitive and I ended up signing up for their services. They showed up the very next day (on a Saturday) first thing in the morning, performed a job well done, and were very thorough about it and did everything they said they’ll do. They spent half the day at my property and made sure everything was done on time and thoroughly. I expect them to come in a year for the warranty extension. Until then, I’ll keep an eye out on the results and update this review accordingly.

Best pest control. I had roaches bad from the neighbor's moving out. Plus there is nothing but woods behind my house that people used as a dumping site. Anyways he has only came one time so far and I have not seen a roach since. Thank you very much for A plus service.

Pestop performed an inspection during which the offending squirrel left the eaves! We quickly closed up the opening and left it at that. The next day I heard what might be juvenile squirrels and call Francisco back. He came out and we drilled a hole and installed a one-way trap, allowing any other squirrels to leave. Well done so far.

When my wife and I began to smell a bad odor coming from a can light in our ceiling, we concluded that an animal must have died in our attic. Soon thereafter, dead insects began falling from the can light opening. I tried to find the dead animal, but the smell was coming from a particularly inaccessible part of the attic. We called Pestop, and they promptly scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians, Francisco. Francisco is the best. He went beyond what was necessary to solve our immediate problem (locating and removing the dead rat). He cleaned the entire attic of residue that had been left by the rat, and he positioned some planking in our attic to get to the location of the dead animal. (All while the outside temperature was near 100 degrees.) The cost of the services was very reasonable. Francisco is very punctual, personable, amiable, and efficient! We highly recommend him and Pestop. We will continue to use them to close external openings where pests could enter our attic, and for other pest preventative services.

We had some small bugs that we guessed to be bird mites, super tiny. I couldn’t sleep during the night and called Quatro on Saturday morning. He picked up the phone and told me he could give it a shot. Even though it’s Memorial weekend, he showed up on time and helped me get rid of an abandoned bird nest on the patio and treated the patio as well as the room next to the patio. It has been a week, and we haven’t seen any of those bugs. I couldn’t thank him enough and really liked how professional he is!

We discovered that we had a termite issue in our house recently in the wood around a bay window. Our regular bug exterminator recommended that we call Quatro Swisher, the owner of “Peststop” to come take a look.<br><br>GREAT recommendation. Quatro was able to come to our house the day after we called him and confirmed that we did have termites in the bay window. But, he did not stop there- he walked the entire house to be sure there were no other areas of infestation and made some recommendations as to some wood treatments that needed to be done to prevent any new issues. Then, he noticed that we were under construction in our back yard and told us to be sure and call him to treat the yard once the old pavers were removed and before the new concrete was put in to prevent termites from coming in under the new construction. Certainly a great preventative move!<br><br>Quatro was knowledgeable, considerate of minimizing costs while at the same time making sure the job was done right- which was most appreciated. He was punctual, called to let us know he was on the way and overall just very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend him to anyone with termite or other pest issues!

It's rare to find someone like him who genuinely cares about their customers. I've used Terminix and other pest control companies in last 3-4 year and no one but Quatro could get rid of my ant infestation. I pretty much gave up (I even had some ants crawl up on my bed! It was disgusting! ) but Quatro was able to get rid of them on his first visit. He was able to quickly identify where they were coming from and target those areas. I no longer have the random roach or spider either ( Thank God! I hate roaches so much!). If you're looking for an amazing pest control service, look no further! I bought a house which had more fleas than I have ever seen. They told me I would need 2 separate services with 2 weeks in between. The first would be to kill the fleas and the second to kill the fleas that were still in the eggs during the first visit. After his second visit I never saw a flea again. I found his price and service to be exceptional. Definitely recommend.

Pestop goes out of their way to give you service. I was removing drywall and decided to get a pest treatment and they did it at no charge and considered it an update based on my previous treatment. They are the best!! Try them out, you will be happy.
