They came early and left efficiently-not too soon where you felt like they didn’t do the job, and they didn’t linger around wasting time. My technician, Juan, communicated very effectively from start to finish-contacting me to let me know he was on his way- well enough in advance for me to be prepared and anticipate his arrival. He also let me know everything he was going do before he did it and proceeded accordingly. Lastly, he let me know what the follow up would look like, providing my copy documentation and contact information in case I have questions or need additional services. Juan did an absolutely amazing job! I am a satisfied customer and look forward to receiving my services with Orkin.

I had been wanting to utilize Orkin for a while and they did not disappoint. It was time to get big treatment and the service was quick and efficient and takes a shorter time to kick in versus my previous company of service.

I’m really happy with my first service from Orkin! The whole team at the Hammerly @ Beltway 8 location has been super professional, friendly, and on top of things. You can tell Efrehem Del Rosario runs this branch really well because everyone I’ve dealt with has been so attentive. The technician who came out to treat my house was very thorough and polite. Chad Gwosdz, the rodent specialist, did an awesome job explaining the process and helping me pick the best option to take care of the mice issue. I really appreciated how clear he was and that the service comes with a guarantee. Pricing is fair, the service is great, and I can already see a big difference compared to other pest control companies I’ve used before. I am dissatisfaction with the recent experience I’ve had with your company regarding a billing issue that has negatively impacted my credit.Due to your office's failure to submit the correct paperwork in a timely manner, my account was unjustly sent to collections. This was not due to any negligence on my part but rather a clear administrative error on yours. I was not given proper notice, nor the opportunity to resolve the matter before it escalated.As a result, my credit has been affected, which is completely unfair and unacceptable.

This location has a horrible customer service rep. His name is Gilbert. Gilbert is very rude and arrogant. He acts like customers are not needed at this location. Do not ignore this review. Gilbert will not work with you at all. He is not reliable.

Great customer service from Gilmer! He listened to my concerns and treated the areas of my home that showed pest activity. He was also on time and very polite. I appreciated it.

I called Orkin for an exclusion for squirrels getting in through attic from my roof, spring 2025. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the job that was never completed and less than adequate. Fortunately, I was refunded money back from Orkin and the rest from the bank.<br>If you need an exclusion, call someone else to do this service.

I called to reinstate my service within a months time. They agreed to reinstate my service for the same monthly price but they lied. They never reinstated the service all they did was come out charged me more than double the price and didn’t even spray everywhere they were supposed to. And when I called customer service spoke to GILBERT he couldn’t do anything and had 0 concerns. Someone in your company lied, had me pay more than double and you don’t even want to try to help. I have been a customer for since past August 2024

Technician Morris B does good work, is friendly, professional and responsive to suggestions. We like him, and we like Gustavo, too. Both are excellent hands!

Orkin came out and turned my home from Arachnophobia into Peaceful Suburbia in no time! They tackled spiders, wasp nests, and even those sneaky mud dauber condos like true professionals. The technician was friendly, efficient, and didn’t flinch once—unlike me. If bugs are throwing a party at your place, call Orkin. They’ll crash it like pros. 🤣

I had the best expert and experience with Orkin-the Hammerly location. . Juan Bautista at the Hammerly location was amazing. What a professional! Horrible service. Requested service for bird nest removal. Job was half done and left in a mess. We had to provide the tools for the service as the technician didn’t bring any. Don’t recommend service. Not worth the service.

The two technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. The way they paid attention to the details of the home structure. They checked every nuk and cranny on the outside of my house trying to find any place a rodent could get into my home. I was very.impressed with their and the service manager.<br>By the time they were finished, they had answered all of my questions and concerns. Very impressive!!!

I called for removal of wasps from my roof that entered into my home. The guy came and sprayed my roof. I asked him if he found the nest and he said there was no nest which surprised me because there were hundreds of dead wasps on the ground and the roof after he sprayed. He said he would be back within a week to make sure they are all gone. He never did. Almost two weeks later I see wasps hovering on my roof. I tried to call customer service and left a msg. I hope they call back and fix the issue.<br><br>Edit:<br><br>Finally after two weeks they sent someone else to check out the wasps issue. The guy did a little more thorough job. However, the wasps are still hovering above my roof and more wasps are entering my home. I called customer service. No answer as usual. I just want my money back so I can hire professionals.

I had a problem with an old contract that was not explained clearly to me in the past, but because I am a long-time customer, they “made it right”. Michael, Randy, and Haeden were all very helpful and responsive. I insisted on Randy to do the actual work on my home because of his vast experience and dependability. He did not disappoint me. There is one more piece to be done, but I am not concerned that it will be taken care of in a timely manner. I am glad I decided to stick with Orkin.<br><br>And a year later (3/3/2023), Alex C came out and did our full 1 year inspection. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with patience (including calling the office to double check on a few things). I am very pleased with the PEOPLE with whom I’ve dealt with at Orkin in the past year and 1/2.<br><br>Alex Castillo continues to be a major asset to the branch of Orkin we deal with and Arlene is very helpful, too!

Both technicians they sent out have been knowledgeable and wonderful. Both were prompt at coming to their respective spots. Anthony was my first technician and he was the best. My followup appt was with Saidu and again, excellent service.

I called to clarify a service issue. I spoke with ARLENE at the Houston location and she was VERY RUDE. She hung up the phone while I was talking. When I called back she was very unpleasant. She gives Orkin a TERRIBLE name and doesn’t deserve to work in customer service. If I could leave zero stars I would. Thank you Stephanie at the other location for your help.

Darren was so kind, very professional and answered my questions. He was so willing to listen to what works best for our home and eager to do what was necessary to help keep insects at bay. Orkin helped get my home ready to move in and continues to go above and beyond to deal with mosquitoes and spiders. Anthony is our service representative and he takes the time to troubleshoot issues and create a plan to deal with the issue. Anthony is the best at keeping our home bug free!

Very unhappy with Orkin. Did not receive the service I had requested. The guy who came to perform the service decided to lie and did not perform the service I had request. When I called to speak with branch manager he was not available. Called their local office to complain and got a hold of a self pro claimed office manager to find a solution that self proclaimed office manager decided to hang up on me instead of helping. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely incompetent. Will terminate my contract with Orkin and take my business elsewhere. Very very disappointed in their poor customer service.

I have hired Orkin for general pest and termites. I recommend if you buy the termite service to include the warranty package. After the first treatment, we uncovered we had termites in our crawl space, and Orkin laid down over 200 gallons of termidor (may have the wrong spelling) in 2 sessions. This was all part of Orkin’s warranty, so at no cost. They truly live to their motto, they are not happy until the customer is happy.<br><br>Additionally, the general pest control is very tailored to your house from mice to all types of insects. At first I thought I was just buying for their name for peace of mind, but the customer service, expertise and professionalism is exceptional. Highly recommend them.

My technician was wonderful and worked with me on my time. I may cancel my service if I cannot make my own appointment time instead of a computer generated time that is sent to me the night before. I do have a life and plan ahead

We have been using Orkin for about 6 months and have great service since the start. The technicians that have come to the house have all been very helpful and understanding of our needs. I get text messages with updates and information on appointments which is great, and when I call on the phone it’s very convenient and easy to make appointments or change times.

The technician was friendly and courteous and respectful of the property. He addressed what problems I indicated to him and fearlessly took care of the issues. I appreciate the fast and friendly service.

I had another follow up treatment today. Their service is working beautifully. NO MORE BUGS! My service tech, Taylor, is fabulous. So professional and very courteous. He is very thorough and always asks if I have any questions or concerns before he leaves. He has a real gift with people and with his work. If you try these folks you will NOT be disappointed. The preventative plan is really well worth the money.

Orkin came out and did a thorough home check for my yearly termite inspection and all is good. I had termites about sixteen years ago and got my full treatment done by Orkin then and have yearly inspections to be safe on my house from any damage again. Highly recommended them for peace of mind for your home.

I had 2 appointments at the same time. One for sealing any openings around the house and one to spray for insects. While the sealing tech came on time, the sprayer didn't show up and the office didn't seem to have any knowledge of the appointment. I have been waiting over 45 minutes for a call back to explain and reschedule as of this post.<br>The second appointment was rescheduled. The tech did arrive on time, was quick and efficient with the spraying of the entire house, inside and out. Overall, a good job and worth the price and wait.

Russell did another great job! He was very thorough during his spraying process! The requests I make more often than not keep resprays at bay. He took the time to ensure my requests were met! We have used Orkin for years and their service has always been amazing. Every tech they have sent out to our home has been very prompt and professional. If we ever have issues between regular services they come out and take care of the problem.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the Office Manager, Irma Nava, at Store# 877. Despite reaching out for assistance with billing matters, I found her support severely lacking. Moreover, my attempts to communicate with Terri Langston via email went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness and support is concerning, especially for commercial clients like myself who often don't leave reviews. I now seek resolution by speaking with someone from the Corporate Office urgently. Improved communication and customer service are much needed at this location.

I’m giving them two stars because they showed up on schedule. I was suppose to receive follow up flea treatment. Tech act as if he didn’t know what treatment I was scheduled for. Came here sprayed up to three inches around my home. Didn’t spray garage area. I asked him why didn’t he spray that area he began to tell me the service I received was free. I told him nothing is free and that I paid for the service. He was the second Orkin tech this week the first one didn’t have time to complete the full service. Be advise. Lazy techs.

The technician was on time and he was informative of what the issue was in our home. He told me what I can do to help w the pesticide and I so far am very happy with the results. This is a great company to work with.

Service was ok at best.<br>Had quarterly pest control.<br>It’s a different person that comes every time the service is done.<br>If you need to reschedule is not the easiest process. It’s always another number you need to call… then you call the number and have to leave a voicemail…<br>(personally, I preferred having someone at the house in order for the service to be done inside the house as well/ this is included in the price)<br>Of course if you’re not there, they only do the outside which is usually not enough.<br><br>Whenever you need to cancel service, it’s difficult and it’s always another number and it’s always leave a voicemail…

In the beginning, the original sales person was really helpful in getting me to a price that I was comfortable paying. The technician was prompt, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great customer service the whole way through! And the company guarantees till satisfied. Love that!

Gustavo has been wonderful to work with. I had a tenant ruin my rental and needed lots of repairs and treatments. He was extremely knowledgeable, made recommendations based on my needs, and really made me feel like trusting him with this fix was in GOOD hands. Mr Jason was the absolute best most pleasant, trustworthy, professional who got the job down. When the initial treatment hadn’t produced the results (yet), Orkin came right away between services to retreat and was always willing to ensure customer satisfaction. Scheduling and communication via text confirmations with the direct customer service number included was great as well. The service manager never came to do the inspection … but the technicians (typically Jason) who came out and overall Orkin’s customer service was really a great experience. Oh and compared to our move in, they did miracles in the pest control department! Thank you!

The service tech (Corey) couldn’t have been any better, however the prepared service contract he presented me was double what I had thought it was to which I had agreed with the national Orkin marketing folk. I have since spent several hours talking to Orkin, only to end up with incomplete business and none of the promised return calls I was told to expect. As such I have cancelled the contract with Orkin in hopes that that action would have someone give me a call back and discuss how we might resold this difference in understanding.

We had Orkin come out to our home about a month ago for a carpenter ant infestation. The entire process was quick, easy, and effective. I felt like my family and our needs/wants were treated as a priority and everything was taken care of within 2 days of the initial inspection. My family is very pleased with the courtesy and knowledge of our inspector, Eduardo Campuzano. We are forever grateful for the services that we received and the individuals who helped us through the entire process - from the operator on the phone, to the inspector, to the men who came and treated our home. The lady that came and did the service was friendly and quick. We didn’t even know she was done and left until we saw her truck gone.<br><br>However when calling the main number to originally schedule service, we were told we would get any cracks and holes sealed and they would go through attic too for the price of $205. When our tech got here, I asked her about this and she said that is not the case and that is an additional service we have to ask for and that the call center keeps misinforming people. That had me a little upset cause I was expecting more.. I did even tell the lady on the phone it sounded too cheap for all that and to sign me up, and she said “yes, it is a great deal!” And restated what it included… I just think the call center needs a little refresher training.<br><br>All in all, our service today was good and we look forward to seeing how affective it is to get these red wasps away from/in our home.

Quite annoyed! Needed to re-schedule so that the inside of the house could be sprayed due to ants. Tried contacting the local office doing my service as the appointment reminder email stated to do and no one answered the phone. Clicked on the contact us link within the email and notified Orkin of my need to re-schedule. Other than an automated email response, no other communication until the Orkin technician showed up.

This is the first time I have use this company. So, I don't really know how the product is good or not. I have to wait and see then I can come back and tell how this product is. But the professional of this company is awesome and the technician was curious and on time. He explained everything he was doing. And informed me if I have any problem or concerns to get back with them. And he was very professional. So overall I like the service that I have received.

Let me start with my first impression. When i Was shopping around for a monthly membership they were the only ones to answer the phone right away. I didn’t wait, and that just tells you how much they value your time. The tech was very nice and helpful. It was the best decision i made.

From the moment I signed up with Orkin to the moment my service tech left I received amazing service. Stephanie, got us signed up quickly and got us on schedule as we needed services ASAP. I rarely leave reviews but my expectations were exceeded and the service was so good, how could I not. My service technicians name was Jose and he was so informative, very professional and went above and beyond for us. We’ve used other companies before for our pest control but Raul has far by been the absolute best. He was patient and answered our questions, gave us very helpful info and did his job effectively and cautiously. If you’re looking for pest control services please give them a shot.

They were awesome! I was very impressed by their responsiveness especially it being a weekend and the situation went from 100 percent horrible to id say 25 percent. I know there has to be a follow through, but the initial effect was amazing! Our provider was amazing! Thank you!

He was knowledgeable, service-oriented, and professional. 5 stars and thank you to Drew.<br><br>The technicians that came out were punctual, professional, and hard working. Some rework was needed. My feedback was respectfully given and accepted with a positive attitude. 5 stars and thank you to Jorge, Tyler, and the rest of the team.<br><br>However, things fell apart with the branch manager, Chuck. During his quality inspection, he missed some areas even though I specifically highlighted questions related to those areas. He stated that he would be present for the rework that needed to be done, but he did not show nor has he called.<br><br>Chuck, as the branch manager, you set the direction and example for the organization. You did not follow through on your commitment and appeared to be dismissive of some of my concerns. Even though your team received 5 stars, this review is for 1 star because of the position you hold and how your actions represent and influence the organization.

Our service technician, Andrew is awesome. He takes the time to talk to us and make sure we aren't having or still having any issues. He really seems to care that our home is pest free and doesn't treat us as just another number on his list. He has explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend!

He gave me the heads when he would be here...He came went to work and was done!He is always giving professional advise on how to maintain the yard and let's me know if there are potential problems that could arise. He take the time to check for areas that I had previous issues with. He is a great representative of you company.

Randall, the service technician, was very thorough and knowledgeable - we were extremely pleased with his inspection and are very comfortable with his assessment. Randall responded immediately to my request for an inspection and fit us in at our convenience, and sent us a report within the hour.<br>Excellent service!!

My brother works for Orkin in California, and suggested we call them to handle our squirrel problem in the attic. We’ve heard activity in the attic and there are some droppings. Orkin sent someone to check it out, and I was so impressed with the free and thorough inspection. Rich did and awesome job on the report and took pictures for the report. I was not pressured at all to do any of the services. In fact, it took us a while to call them back to finally have some thing a done, as we wanted to save up for the services and not have to finance anything. Rich did another report since some time had passed and updated everything. We had a gentleman come out today to do the services and I was very impressed. Very glad we chose Orkin. The prices were very reasonable too.

We have been using Orkin services for 4 years now, in 3 different properties. We are very happy with the quick service and the efficiency of their visits. You usually don’t even know they are there. You get a text that they are there. You let them in, and they get right to work. The visit usually take about 15 minutes.<br>We have had great success with the general insect extermination, seasonal mosquito service, and a special termite treatment for 2 of our homes with great success.<br>Highly recommended.

We’ve used Orkin on the outside of our home for mosquito treatment since we bought in 04/2018 and added preventative interior pest control in early 2020. To date they have always been respectful, accommodating and professional. We have a had 2 different techs and both have been great. The office staff has also been helpful as well. We’ve had to change a few appointment dates and times at the last minute and it was done with no issues and immediately. We are very happy with the services.

Our 5-Star service began with the customer service professional that scheduled our appointment (I’m sorry that I can’t remember his name but he’s based out of the Atlanta office). He listened to our situation, concerns, and offered options that fit our needs. He explained what to expect, payment, etc.<br><br>Abe is amazing! He’s the technician that completed the home visit. He is knowledgeable, professional, personable, comical, and thorough. He’s the “real deal”, a full package. They are great pricing! Another company was charging almost double. They are on time. Every tech has been great and answered any questions needed. They've come out when I was concerned about something. They are absolutely amazing! My job even uses them and the techs that come out there are awesome too.
