They did work on my home...ended up dinging up walls throughout my house. Despite spending over 10K on their services, when I asked them to spend a couple hundred dollar to fix my damaged home/walls...silence and broken promises. I'd pick a different company.

Excellent experience. I found a team that I can trust. They use small consistent crews. The foreman was on site and got his hands dirty to ensure all critical points of the job were handled correctly. They spent significant time answering my questions and working with me to find suitable solutions. The finished work price met the initial estimate. They did stucco, windows, drywall, painting (interior and exterior), tile work (including a complete bathroom), and cabinetry. The quality of the finished product was better than when it was new. I'm glad I now have a go-to contractor when I need work on my home!

This company is horrible. The head guy Hugo is very dishonest. DO NOT Use these guys. He did his restoration work. After he had just begun, the owner, the GC, and the insurance adjuster all told him to stop so that the adjuster could take pics and he refused to do so. All the time he said he was taking pictures of the damages and the cause of the leaks. When all was said and done, he didn’t have the proper pictures and all his work was covered up so that nothing could be made of the cause of the leaks. Then he was asked repeatedly to send the pics which he finally did, but made excuses why the wrong pics and insufficient pictures were sent. He has horrible communication skills. He doesn’t follow through. He claims at the beginning to be able to help with the insurance claim and work with the adjuster, none of which did he do. He has cost 10s of thousands in losses due to the fact that no claim can be made now on the insurance. He’s a fast talker and does the work quickly just to get paid and move on. I would not trust this guy. He doesn’t know what he’s doing as far as recording for the insurance, writing reports, or talking to insurance adjusters. This company was an epic fail!!!

Greg, as always, is prompt in his communication and was able to come out shortly after we called. We found mold in our plenum box and had tears in the ductwork. Throughout the remedial process they were flexible and communicative. After they were done with the remediation, we had our hvac company come out to fix a separate issue and they were super impressed with their work. Oneplus is the only remediation company I fully trust and we definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done

I can’t say enough great things about One Plus Restoration. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Greg and his team took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure every concern was addressed. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything spotless. Most importantly, the musty smell is completely gone and the air feels fresh again. If you’re dealing with mold, this is the company to call—top-notch service all the way!

They did a major mold restoration job for an entire 2,300 sqft 4 bedroom house for me. They did a great job! Great communication and great work.

Update to my previous review. Still rated 5 stars for my second experience with One Plus. This time we needed both remediation and reconstruction due to a leak behind a wall. Greg and his team did a great job as they did previously with the remediation work, and Rafael and his team were outstanding with the repairs and reconstruction. They were courteous, easy to work with and knowledgeable and worked with us as far as providing the information we needed for the insurance claim. Everything looks great and they cleaned thoroughly at the end of the job. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again should the need arise.<br><br>I'd like to add my 5 stars to previous customers' reviews. I was so impressed with One Plus, from Greg's initial visit to review and give an estimate all the way through completion. Greg was very thorough in explaining everything, and they started our project within a couple of days. The whole process took 2 days and the crew was courteous and hard-working, and showed me the before and after at various parts of the process. They cleaned up everything afterwards and we are, so far, very pleased with the results. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I highly recommend!

I felt comfortable and at ease the entire process.<br><br>The work they did was incredible. We have brand new beautiful floors and walls and everything looks even better than before.<br><br>I could not recommend this company enough if you find yourself in the same unfortunate situation needing immediate assistance. They came out and gave an estimate but never answered or returned my calls to start the work.

As anyone who has dealt with a mold problem can tell you, it isn’t a lot of fun. However, I’m thrilled to have used OnePlus for this job. Greg was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and really went the extra mile. The price was great too, and they beat out all other estimates I had got by a huge amount. For anyone else unfortunate enough to be dealing with a mold problem, I can’t recommend OnePlus enough.

The service for the water damage issue was great. The team dealt with the issues professionally and also cleaned the area after their work was done.

One plus did an excellent job remediating and repairing my living room after a toilet leaked on to the ceiling and down the wall. They were timely and professional.

Greg and his crew were great. They were very efficient in taking down the damaged ceiling and walls and removing the wet insulation. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterward. There was a small problem regarding a broken light fixture but Greg was very responsive and remedied the problem right away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had a flip house that suffered water damage. Greg was awesome. He quoted me a price and even though the work ended up being a lot more than he quoted, he stuck to his price. Instead of being there 3 days his crew was there for almost 2 weeks. I can't say enough nice things about this company. Use them - absolutely the best.
