Jeff came out to see what we can do about the rat in between our two floors. He spent the time to show me what he's saw, explain how serious it is, and ended up saying that I could probably resolve it myself. Even gave many, many suggestions on how to do so.<br><br>And at the end: no charge. He basically said paying them for my particular issue wouldn't really be worth it, and while I could still do that, it'd be easier (and significantly cheaper) to resolve on my own. Again, with a bunch of tips on how to do so.<br><br>This is the sort of honesty I just don't see any more. Half the time I'm paranoid about calling someone because I'm going to get scammed. I contacted Omega animal removal because of a squirrel problem in my yard. They called me to discuss the problem and informed me that it wouldn’t be worth my time or money to hire them or any other company because services are typically focused on squirrel problems inside the house. The representative I spoke to explained the difficulty of eliminating squirrels from outside the house and told me several different ways that I could try to deter the squirrels. He said many companies will tell you they can eliminate squirrels outside the house, but the reality is that it’s very expensive because you have to continue to monitor the problem on a regular basis and most of the time they don’t. However, they will take your money! He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and convinced me he was very knowledgeable about the subject. I really appreciated his honesty and the company’s long-term approach in developing customers and their business. I will definitely use Omega in the future!

Jeff with Omega came to help me with critters in my attic. After a thorough inspection, Jeff told me he had bad news and good news. The bad news is that I definitely had a problem in the attic. The good news was that he identified where the squirrels were making entry into the attic. But then he did something else— he allowed honesty and humankind and compassion to guide him to say to me that if he were to do this work, I’d be throwing away money. You see, my siding was so bad that had he done the work and repaired the current holes, that there was no guarantee that the squirrels wouldn’t make reentry at another location due to the very soft and damaged siding over much of the house. His suggestion— the money you are going to spend with me is much better spent on replacing the siding. Thank goodness for him not just being about making money at any cost.

I called Omega Animal the day after a holiday weekend and they were super responsive. Originally, Chandler scheduled me for Wed at 3:00pm, and then texted me a couple of hours later saying they can do it the same day. Jeff was the technician who explained every step of the way, he checked all attic access points, took pics from within, shared his findings, found the dead possum jammed between the attic walls. He had to cut the roof from outside, and he did such a clean job. Got rid of the animal, fogged the attic to get rid of the smells, and resealed the area well. 2024 Update to the review I left 4 years ago: Omega Animal Control is still the best company!!<br><br>After talking to four companies about my very difficult raccoon issue in a remodeled house, I decided on Omega and am very happy with the results. After talking to Omega it was clear that the other companies would leave me with ongoing problems like secondary pests. Their prices were competitive and have a solid guarantee. They were nice, punctual and clean. The work looks great! I couldn’t have asked for better. Plus, I liked the way they viewed the raccoons in a very earth-friendly way. (My research told me that many times the animals are drowned in cages by other exterminators.) If you have any pest issues, just call Omega and don’t waste your time interviewing anyone else. They are the best! Highly, highly recommended!!

Omega has been great we would recommend them to anyone. Wilson came and took care of an animal in our attic last fall and was very prompt, kind, and quick as well as affordable. Recently we gave them another call because we thought we heard an animal up there again and had also seen a small leak in our ceiling we thought might have been animal related. Jeff can to give an estimate for squirrel removal, provided a review of the entire inside and outside of the house. The area where the squirrels were was located on the second floor between soffits. Jeff took his ladder to remove branches. The squirrels placed as a nest, and four babies fell out . Jeff caught the four babies, place them in a cage and went back to assess the area.. He found the Area was sufficiently protected, but remained To catch the mama squirrel. I was very impressed with Jeff’s Work diligence and complaining the job

Great company to work with!<br>During the recent very cold period we had some noise in the attic. It seemed like something (probably squirrels) found their way in to keep warm. Omega Animal Removal went above and beyond for my squirrel infestation. Jeff immediately found 3 babies and was able to leverage them to catch the mama. He was extremely diligent and used a variety of methods to not only get them out of my house but them out safely with the mama and babies together. Just an absolutely phenomenal job.

Had a foul smell coming from what seemed to be from behind my fridge (or the wall or attic right above). I thought it was a dead animal. They sent someone out same-day. He even pulled out the fridge, unscrewed the back panel, and helped me vacuum out some dust accumulation while he was back there. I can’t recommend Jeff and Omega enough. I was having mice problems at a rental property even after having another rodent company service supposedly addressing it. After months of the issue not being resolved, I called Omega and spoke with Jeff and he came out next day to take a look. He immediately identified the source of entry and even honestly told me it’d be cheaper for me to have my existing service company come fix it however after months of runaround with them I was done and asked Jeff and team to take care of it and do it right. Not only did they immediately seal up the point of entry and monitor to ensure all live critters were gone, they did full sanitation to clean up droppings/mess that previous companies claimed to not be their responsibility. I had a great experience with their tech Jeff N. He was very helpful when he first came to look at the place and give an estimate, even climbed on the roof, taking great pictures and sharing with me. Today, almost 3 months later, he spent 40 minutes talking to me on the phone and answering questions related to his first visit (I haven't hired the company, am trying to get HOA to cover the cost). I found Omega online while searching for a company to help investigate rat concerns. Quick to respond, personable, professional, and very explanatory. Jeff came to our home and was thorough. Fortunately it appears we caught the situation early, hired Omega to seal everything up, and hopefully won't have to have them come back other than annual visits to make sure we are all still secure from the pests. While Omega isn't the least expensive service you may find in the area I selected them because I wanted this to be a get in/get out and be done scenario that didn't rely on poison. Most other places required continual treatments and check up along with using poison baiting. Jeff Narum from Omega Animal Removal was my point person for stopping the early stages of a roof rat incursion in my house's attic.<br><br>After calling several companies and having two stop out for bids, Jeff's level of detail in both inspection, bid line items and question answering was superb. He was able to fully explain the company's process, provide information on chemicals, trapping and "exclusion" work, negotiated a few points, and gave me expectations on resolution and timeline. The sealing and exclusion repair were accomplished in less than a day. He was able to use house paint I had on hand to paint the exclusion work to match the rest of the house, which I was very happy about, and within the first week the two apparent invaders were eliminated. Waking up the smell of a dead animal isn't fun. However, after being referred to Omega by a friend, the issue was quickly resolved. Not only did Omega send someone out within a couple hours, but the person they sent (JEFF NARUM) was one of the nicest people we've had help out at the house.
