Very thorough inspection of house, including tight crawl spaces in attic. Responsive and seem to really want to eradicate the critters so that we could get back to normal life. A bit more pricier than others ($9k+) but the others didn’t even bother going up in the attic which I suspect that’s when they would have doubled the final price after they had me under contract.

We had couple of big name companies come by the house but we wanted a company that is local and can easily be reached Incase of any emergencies. From the first day we met Ashtin, till now. First had Old Reliable come over to get rid of a squirrel that was making its way in to our attic and now we have them take care of our pest control too. Ashtin is amazing, very professional, always lets me know ahead of time when he will be by, when he gets there and when he leaves. The last time he came he noticed our hose was on and called me to ask if I wanted it turned off, now that is excellent customer service!

I spoke to several pest control companies and Cesilia was the only one that asked about pets & children and mentioned an option that are well suited for those households.<br><br>The initial cost was slightly higher than a couple other companies I spoke to, however their reviews amongst our communities facebook page were phenomenal. It seemed like the kind of instance where the highly reputable company with good recommendations I from my neighborhood was worth the difference. We had our initial consultation and spray recently and everything went great!

Dev and Ash made quick work of my pesky racoon removal from the attic with her kits. Extremely knowledgeable and very insightful in answering questions as well as addressing concerns. They show utmost care when dealing with wildlife and your property to ensure that the wildlife is removed and no longer destroying your property.

This group is the best. I reached out concerning a pesky squirrel in our attic. They came out the following day to inspect. Followed by surveillance cameras inside my attic and outside on the roof. Got the squirrel ran out and blocked several entrances that we could not see. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and thorough.

Asked for bid for rodent exclusion bi€d was sent and just wow.Included was things that need inspection but not fixed, things that don't even have holes in them, I spent 40 years in the Construction business I have never seen a bid proposed based on things that might need.BUYER BEWARE.

Dev is the man! Family owned business. They did my inspection and gave me more ammunition for my negotiation process. Then I had him do my pest control after an infestation. He came on very short notice from the other side of Houston to spray some of my furniture that was infested. Don't look any further for an inspection or pest control!

We were not allowing our kids to play outside in the back any longer it had gotten so bad, but now all is right with their summer time fun again!!!<br><br>Old Reliable Pest Control was super easy to deal with and their customer service was impeccable! We had a number of squirrels make a home in our attic. Dev came out to investigate and propose a rodent exclusion program. He walked through all that would be done and we got a very reasonable quote within the next day. As we had activity in the attic, we wanted to get the work done quickly and they got us on the schedule to come back within the next three days to start the process. The weather was poor to get on the roof on the first visit, so a lot of the non-roof stuff was done first and he came back a number of times over the next days, in between rain storms to finish up the work. Dev came back a number of times after the exclusion was finished to check on the areas where access had been to ensure the squirrels were unable to get back into the attic and to look for additional activity. He even took care of a squirrel that we trapped after the exclusion (had been camping in the attic) late on a Saturday evening. HIGHLY recommend Old Reliable for this work. A friend, upon my recommendation, has used them as well and was also very pleased with the cost and the work. Great communication, good price and excellent follow-up.
