Reliable and reasonably priced

Since merging with Cypress Creek Pest Control, customer service has suffered a bit. The communication is not at all consistent and that is my biggest problem. That being said, the rest of the service has been good. Everyone is professional and polite, seems to know their job and do it well. All the techs take steps to be neat and tidy and extremely respectful to my elderly parents. I'm very appreciative of that.

Jason came by and did a fantastic job! He was very professional and share some good advice with me about the red wasp we were having trouble with! Haven’t seen ants or wasp since he left! I will most definitely use them again! I’ll ask for Jason!

We have been customers since 1977 and have never been disappointed. NW Pest has done our termite protection as well as our quarterly pest maintenance in our current and our previous home. Our current technician, Jason is very careful in his work. He is very respectful of the home and treats it as he would his own. He is prompt and courteous, and I don't have bugs!!!

Shane Reeves is excellent. He has been spraying our home for 20 years. We never have a bug issue or any rodents in the home.

When I had my foundation repaired last summer I had NW Pest Patrol come out and treat the holes in my foundation. We had the land treated years ago when we moved into the house 43 years ago. Apparently whatever they used lasts 50 years, so I had NW Pest Patrol redo the termite treatment. Within a week of the foundation work, I had little bugs coming out of the walls and lights! I called NW again, and they said they were drugstore beetles that had apparently set us a nest in the attic. They treated several times and got most of them. I just had Jason out again, hopefully for the last time, as I saw signs around the bathtub. At one time the bugs were coming in my front window and then around the pantry. As I said, after my foundation repair, they were everywhere!! I highly recommend this company. Even before my foundation repair I had them out for some kind of bugs in the yard. I have met the owner and he is very knowledgeable. This company stands by their work and will not let you down!! Call now!!

Terrible company - you have been warned!<br><br>Owner doesn't care - let's receptionist run a terrible show...filled with lies and bait and switch moves. So happy I found a reputable company to work with. Aside from being clueless about running a business, they are also not competent with their work.

They came out one time to begin my contract and about a month later I bought a piece of used furniture and started seeing German roaches. I wasn't sure they would cover that under the contract but they did. They also came out quickly so the roaches didn't get too established. I love this company.

I had 3 houses scheduled to get spray on a Saturday and they never showed up, They never called and they never answered the phone nor returned the call. 3 strikes in 1 day you guys lost my business!!

Been using NW Pest for almost 20 years. They have always been here on the day they said they would and on time. I love that they spray in the garage and the exterior of the home in addition to inside AND attic. Some pest control companies do not spray outside. I've been on a quarterly service from the beginning, and have had very few issues. When I do have a particular problem, they come right back out and have NEVER charged me extra.

After years of paying $60 four times a year, kandice attempted to charge $100+ for small (single roach sighting) roach treatment. This is site unseen... How does she know we have a "special pest issue" not covered under "common pest contract"??? Kandice was VERY rude, refused to allow me to talk to a manager. I am outraged! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Again we used and paid them for many years, we never had problems because we are VERY neat people in a six year old home. First time we call them, we get the hard sale!

I entirely disagree with the one star review. I've used NW Pest Patrol for over 10 years. They been professional, reliable, helpful and caring. They have inspected and given us great information on how to prevent further issues in our home (i.e. move firewood away from our structure, block potential pathways for rodents in garage). They check the attic and spray it, spray the house and spray the exterior. Retreats are covered under my quarterly service. Shane is usually been my exterminator but sometime Roosevelt. I absolutely recommend this service.

Unreliable, immature, do not show up for assigned neighborhood sprays, do not communicate with neighborhood rep. Dishonest. Take your money and don't follow through with commitment.<br>Ann Babbitt,<br>Norchester resident.
