So far, so good! Naturalcare has kept the pests at bay since we started using them. Their initial treatment was thorough and effective, and we have not had any issues. The tech was nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance appointments are scheduled automatically and communicated via email and text, which makes it extremely easy to manage. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are reliable and quick! I have been using them for several years, and Patrick is our regular exterminator…I always have him spray around the exterior of our home, and he also checks our yard for fire ants and other pests. We had an issue last year with fire ants. Patrick came inside up in our attic and also treated the affected windows—ANTS GONE!!! I definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

Patrick and Nick gave me a heads up on what time they’ll be at my house and they were on time! Both were very professional and treated my house with care. Natural Care Pest Control have been out to go pest control service for the past year. Their technicians are excellent, service oriented, professional and very friendly. We had good results overall. Special mention to Nick, who was so helpful during a raccoon invasion in our attic, he went above and beyond to help us, always with a smile in his face. No regrets on hiring them.

And Nick were all so amazing. My first impression of this company is 10/10 based off the service for scheduling and how fast and friendly making an appointment was. This is a review for Natural Care Pest Control services. My husband and I have been very impressed with our experience. Cynthia is the perfect person for an introduction to your company. She’s very warm and friendly. Nick was our technician and he was professional and easy to talk to. He made it easy for us to understand what needed to be done. Rodents have decided to “visit” our yard and Nick told us how Natural Care could help solve our problem. We’re brand new at this, so I’ll post again after we start seeing results. So far, I give Natural Care a 10!

These guys are great!!! We’ve got a butterfly garden and they make sure to take care not to harm the good critters in our garden but still keep the pests out of our house, they’re the best!!!!

Nick is a good listener. He is very knowledgeable and has helped to explain the environmental factors that encourage pests and provided a thorough spray and baiting service. He also took time to discuss preventative measures to take in addition to pest control service. He was very professional, positive and compassionate.

Nick was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and was able to offer additional solutions to prevent pests from coming in. The whole process was under an hour, and my house smells great! 10/10 will be using them again in the future.

Nick was so kind and friendly and gave me the whole spiel about products, coverage of which pests, survey of individualized needs, reviewing my quarterly package incl billing before spraying away. Love that they have different levels of chemicals from essential oil and lighter duty chemicals primary coverage (which they say works for most) to level 3 heavier duty pesticides if levels 1 & 2 don’t work out. Visits between your planned quarterly tune ups are included as needed! Can’t stress the friendliness enough, good with dogs too.

We had service today, so I don’t yet know the effectiveness of the products used in solving our pest problem, but my wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism, transparency, and recommendations of the technician Nick who came to our home today. The treatment involved laying of bait traps and direct treatments throughout our house and our patio. We were told what to watch out for over the next couple weeks and to follow up with them if we did not see improvement after those two weeks.

I appreciate that I always get a text the day before service so I can double check with my family about any issues I’m not aware of. Steve, our technician, always texts when he’s on his way and asks if there is anything we would like addressed. In addition to that if issues arise they are quick to respond.

We’ve had nothing but GREAT service from Naturalcare Pest Control. Our technician, Steve, is very responsive and thorough. Pricing is also reasonable. I always get confirmation texts and emails the day before and day of service. I like how the formula they use regularly is dog safe. It has been working well for our monthly services and keeping pests away. We recently had an increase in roaches with the rain, and they upgraded our formula for treatment at no cost. They will also come and treat indoors for no extra cost (but we don’t do that more than once per year or so due to having to be home for that type of appointment…it is just hard with our schedules to make that work). Just the monthly outdoor service has worked really well for us. I highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend this business. Their technicians (especially Nick) are awesome! Friendly, knowledgable, and super helpful. I did a TON of research on different pest control products and services while I was pregnant and the products this company uses passed the test for me. Nick was very reassuring, and told me that he also felt comfortable using the products in his home around his pets and family. They also solved an issue we were having with ants in our rental property essentially overnight, what a relief! They are quick to schedule a visit, especially if you are on their regular schedule and you need a spot treatment or notice an issue.

We have been using NaturalCare Pest Control for several years now. They fill the mosquito dunk tank buckets and set the traps. Steve has been our guy and he is friendly, fast and very good at his job. We feel that we get an excellent bang for our buck with Naturalcare Pest Control. They are easy to work with especially when we start and stop the service during the winter months.

They advertise Google that they do one time service but when they call to schedule appointment they refuse to come unless you agree to six visits a year. Then they claimed it was customer complaints rather than the obvious of trying to multiply their income! In the past they have provided excellent service but now they are acting corrupt.

We attempted service with Naturalcare for several months. We really really liked their people's professionalism and service approach. Unfortunately, their product did not work for our home with it's large trees, older structure and giant roaches. We had to have repeat visits and it just never got to the point of being pest free. I attempted to collect some sort of refund, especially after our new service jumped in an is working in our attic and doing things that Naturalcare never even tried. I was ignored for my request to get some of our wasted money back. I can't recommend them even though many companies could take a lesson from them in professionalism.

Ever since we switched to this company we’ve been insect free!<br><br>We had a pretty severe ant infestation in the middle of last year and with one visit they knocked it out completely. We have been doing quarterly sprays and haven’t seen any insects since!<br><br>I highly recommend this company, they are all super friendly too!

Love Naturalcare Pest Control. The products are effective yet safe for my two kids, cats and the hubby and I. They are very pleasant and kind people, and if we ever need them to come out for a specific issue, they get us on the schedule right away. We signed on with the mosquito service since we live by a bayou in Katy. Summers here are brutal. Within hours of putting out the pots, mosquitos were gone. It was too good to be true. We'd go for walks at night and once we left the perimeter of the yard, we'd get attacked by mosquitos but once with a few hundred yards of the mosquito pots, they were gone. We'll never not have this service again. Our rep Nick was always on time, professional and communicated about the service extremely well. I have recommended the service to at least 10 of my friends and would recommend rto anybody considering it.

We recently moved in to a newly renovated home, and a couple of months into our new life, we started noticing some roaches under the sink. Nick came to do the walk-through, took the time to check everything and explain it all to me, and offered to come back a few days later--free of charge-- to finish the job because, due to the weather, it would not have made sense to do the external application at the time of the first visit. I'm not a fan of pest control because of the toxic chemicals used. Most pest control companies claim they are 'green' but they are far from it. FINALLY, a company that IS! I love supporting a LOCALLY owned FAMILY business.... with someone (Nick) that is extremely knowledgable, professional, detailed, hard working, and exudes integrity! I've never been more impressed - and the cost is extremely reasonable!!! Nick is amazing! He knows what products to use that are GREEN, and non-toxic! There is NO reason to use harsh, toxic chemicals that are harmful for you, your family, pets, neighbors, wildlife, our water system, etc. You will not be disappointed.

We just purchased a house in the Heights and on our first night in our new home we were awakened by the sound of rats in the attic and the walls. We called Nick with Naturalcare Pest Control Services and we could not be more thankful.  Getting rid of rodents is a difficult task to take on. Nick came in for an assessment of the issue and an estimate and a few days later came in to do the work as agreed.  His level of professionalism is outstanding.  He guarantees his job and he means it. I have never met a more hard working person. He was very detail oriented and very patient with our requests and concerns.  He was not afraid to crawl underneath the home multiple times and climb on the roof. Every single hole was properly sealed.  He came to our property about 10 times to thoroughly eradicate the rodent issue. He even removed tree branches that could potentially facilitate any animals to climb on to the roof. Needless to say, our peace of mind has been restored and his job is guaranteed for a year. Meaning if any issues arise in a few months we can still call him and he will come free of charge to fix the problem.  Because we had such a great experience we also hired his company for regular pest control maintenance (e.g roaches, spiders, mosquitos, fruit flies).  We have a newborn and we want to have a pest free home but we also worry that strong chemicals can affect our child. The products sprayed in our home were all natural.  After the first treatment of pest inside the house it smelled like peppermint, which was great.  I would not hesitate to recommend you use this company.  This is the first review I ever write in my life but I felt compelled to write it because of the high level of service our family received.
