Nathan green services : it was such a pleasure to meet your technician Mr Raul Espinosa. He was very knowledgeable about his job and meticulously checked the property and explained to us that unluckily we are connected to other neighbors which would’ve made his work impossible since the others apparently don’t care about the presence of mice in their attics and the six owners would’ve had to decide to do the job. We really appreciate his time and knowledge . Such a great asset for your company.

After the first pest control folks we used incorrectly told us we had American cockroaches when in fact we had mice, we reached out to Natran and they came by right away. Natran's traps helped us exterminate a number of mice and they also sealed the openings at our home. I highly recommend their services. And Kate at their office is great and will connect you to the right pest control professional, who is very well trained and dependable.

I had heard great things about Natran and there amazing pet friendly chemicals. So I knew when we bought our home I would be contacting them for services asap. Arturo came for our initial service and was amazing! He walked me through everything that’s was going to get done. He was super friendly and always with a smile! We have only had one treatment from Natran but I know this is the best decision I have made for our new home.

Gregory is a fantastic technician and I apreciate how serious he takes his work .<br>My concern is he did not find any other leaks other than the two I showed him the previous technician had missed , and he had to refill the barrel after I paid to have it refilled a couple of weeks ago. I have been with you over ten years and I have always only needed to refill barrel every three months or so ..you may be missing something

Tim Cloud did my service today, and he is great! So friendly, so helpful. As a bonus, he always gets all the spider webs out of my garage corners and ceilings. All the service people are friendly and polite and helpful, but Tim is exceptional. I love this company. I have a dog and have always had at least one dog so safe non-poisonous pest control is paramount for me. I hardly ever have any roaches or spiders in my house, and the ones I have had (maybe 3 or 4 a year) are almost always dead ones. I highly recommend Natran for pest control.

Customer service was on point. Robert H. Was my technician and was informative, thorough and professional. He took his time to answer and explain any questions I had. As for pest control it’s only been one day but their approach seems solid. They tackled my roach problem from multiple angles. Leaving traps, bait and spraying indoors as well as outdoors and put product on a nearby sewer. I like that the company is more health conscious about chemicals and uses a more holistic approach to pest control.<br>Thank you!

This is the worst possible choice for pest control. I have dealt with rodent and cockroach problems from living on the water in Galveston & under contract for years with them and I am still having horrific problems. They will show up but whatever they use doesn’t work I would definitely not use these people. this is a photograph of my water, glass water pitcher🤢

Mr. Jorge Ordonez did an excellent and professional job! He took extra care in dealing with fire ants and even moved water spout concrete drainage in order to spray the fire ants. All spider web and outside wasp nests were removed. I highly recommend Natran Green Pest Control!

I had noticed a few cockroaches, and he baited the attic and placed glue boards to prevent them from coming out near the stairs — which gave me immediate peace of mind. Excellent customer service! Everyone I’ve ever spoken with from Natran has always been kind, knowledgeable and eager to meet our needs as customers. They offer a service that works exceptionally well. Once we saw a couple of bugs in the house after our service and they immediately sent someone out again to make sure all was done to remedy the situation. When we first began, we were moving into a new home and needed move out pest control at our old home and then also to begin pest control at our new home. They worked with us on cost for servicing two locations and making it work. They communicate well, make sure all needs are met and are not pushy about offering new services (they will suggest, but drop it if you say no). I also love that their product is “green” and safe for my kids to be around. If I were to compare this company to another industry, they’d be the Chick-fil-a of pest control. Always going above and beyond with the KINDEST interactions at all times.

Excellent service from start to finish. I called and spoke to Sara and she was so informative and courteous so I made an appointment right away for service.<br>Lorenzo did and outstanding job. He explained what service he was going to provide and really represented Natran Green very well. Did a detailed inspection in my attic and even observed we had a slow leak from the roof that we didn't know of. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the ins and outs of the different pests. Will definitely recommend this company.

Technician Raul was so friendly and provided a comprehensive service at yesterday's visit. We asked for service at short notice, and Natran accommodated us quickly. Kate and Josh were very professional and nice. Josh did a great job taking care of the exterior and interior of our home. He applied a botanical barrier around the foundation, swept the leaves, window sills, and door frames. Josh also took care of the spiderwebs and wasp nests we had. Finally, he granulated our yard to help our home be pest-free. Our home hasn’t had pest control service in over 4 years so it was time. We signed up for the subscription for a good deal ($100 off) since we were referred by my brother and we are looking forward for the next service. Overall, we are satisfied with Natran.

I’m very happy with Natran. Their employees are always really nice and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything. I moved away from Houston for a couple of years and called Natran on my return to start the service again.<br>No harsh pesticides and animal friendly. The treatment works great at keeping roaches and other bugs away.

Timothy Cloud performed the last re-service at our house and he was prepared. He had looked up my account information, and took note of the history, and the specific issues we have been dealing with. He was extremely professional, took his time to address my concerns, and explained how the products are intended to work, and what he would do to help. Technicians become the face of the company and customers are often dealing with pests they don't want in their own when they arrive, so having the aptitude and experience to handle such situations deserves 5-stars, which Timothy demonstrated. I hope he will return for our next service.

My wife found Natran through google reviews initially while looking for pest control in our area, and who can resist these impressive ratings? One thing Natran does that almost no one else does is seal up your house from rats/rodents and they do it very well at a reasonable price. Damion was the representative that came out for the initial inspection and quote and the one who did the sealing of our home. Not only did he do an excellent job, this man did it in the middle of the day during the summer time, he was on the roof and outside and spent 5-6 hours. I really appreciate the work Natran did and would highly recommend them.

Update: from one star to 5. since this post, I was in touch with Natran and I think it was Jessica that I finally got through and discussed what was going on. They offered to re-service and the last technician, Lorenzo did a very thorough job. While I decided to cancel, I’m torn between sacrificing a green solution to procure something else. I let Jessica know a lot of the frustration I had was with the techs not knowing the history of the account and I would have to re-explain our challenges with spiders, and oftentimes they would miss sweeping webs and I’d see them afterwards. If Lorenzo had not done such a good job the last time, I may not be here still considering them for continued service.<br><br>—-<br><br>web on my floor robot charging station visible in the hallway. Attention to detail has been poor and they can’t get rid of my spider problem. Not sure how they can guarantee the services when we have had this problem for almost 4 months.

The young man who came to my home was polite, informative, professional and above all, honest, in his assessment of my home. He found no present termites. I do know I have some damage from previous damage, but he could have told me they were still there. In this day my and time, I find his honesty refreshing. He did suggest I get protection for my home, as its older, but no intimidated sales pitch or pressure. I recommend this company and are seriously considering his recommendations. Thank you

I called Nathan out due to a small rodent entering my home after Hurricane Beryl. The customer service was great and the service was even better. Marc the technician came out and set some bait and rodent traps and sprayed for other bugs and pest. Let's just say I haven't seen much of anything since Marc came out. I've never had a pest issue but with all the rain i feel like everything is in the house! It was an incredibly hot day but Lorenzo was very helpful. Made sure to check everything completely, took his time and got rid of all the spiderwebs around the house and I love that they cover their shoes before stepping foot inside your home! Then Antonio came out on a last minute emergency request (the same day) to inspect for termites! We have them! He was very thorough during the inspection and made sure to explain every possible option to me. Damion was my tech, he's been out twice to check on pest control in attic. He's informative, friendly, explained step by step what he was going to do. Excellent customer service. Sebastian and Victor came out 1st day on 5/25/24 and I don't have anymore mosquitoes in my yard. We can actually enjoy the outdoors without mosquitoes attacking us day or night. I'm glad I found this company. Especially, since they are Eco-Friendly I have pets and kids playing in my yard so I wanted it safe for everyone. I have rodents in attic so they keep coming once a week to check on traps and patch up entry points around the house. Highly recommend to use them!

He’s very professional and does a very thorough job. If any issues or questions arise, Nathan’s staff are quick and sufficient at resolving.

They are knowledgeable, user safer products, always listen and know what to do with any pest. My favorite part of their service is when they walk the property and remove any webs/nests. Today was my first experience with pest control in general and this company. Everyone was extremely professional and educational from Sarah answered the phone and help me put the right plan and scheduling. To Stephen, the technician that came out and performed inspection and services for my home. I felt extremely comfortable with him going in and out and around my home. He was very educational and pointed out things. I hadn’t even noticed and helped me decide how to approach taking care of them. I hope I’m able to get the same technician every time. as a small business owner technicians like him and the inside team as well have all of the qualities that I expect from my own employees. I definitely recommend them!

They have made the effort to improve their customer service and responses, which I truly appreciate.<br><br>If they serviced my new area, I would give them another chance. The services provided are good, and I never had any issues with pest or insects while they treated my property. **<br><br>I used Natran Green for a few years. The service quality and communications changed dramatically this past year There is an arrogance and entitlement now where they expect you to accommodate their schedule regardless of the inconvenience to you, the customer When called to discuss, the owner (?) was full of attitude and talking down to me as if I should be grateful they were coming to my home<br><br>Further, I cancelled my service because I was moving. This never translated into their records and I continued to get notices that I would have service scheduled and billed. Call after call, time after time they said the account is cancelled, no more visits, no more bills. I had to deal with it again today. I am tired of the amount of time, frustration and attitude from the company.<br>There are plenty of qualified pest control companies that will treat you right.

I wanted to wait and make sure the issue was resolved fully until I posted my review. It's been about a month now and my roommates and I have seen zero fleas. We had it REALLY bad, they were all over the house throughout October and I broke down to look for a service after the landlord tried some DIY measures that didn't give much relief. During my search a lot of other pest control companies told me the issue would never be fully resolved/we would be required to get in a 12-24 month contract with monthly treatments. That was not ideal for us and while Natran has the monthly option, they never pushed it on us, nor was it a requirement. Kate was very friendly, explained the two-part treatment to me very thoroughly and helped me schedule the best time and date for the service. After the first treatment we had stopped seeing them but the follow-up treatment provided us with much needed peace of mind after going through hell in October. All of the technicians were great, we had Gregory, Victor and Caleb (who came to finish the outdoor portion as it was raining when Victor came for the second part). They were all super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and gave us advice for keeping the fleas dead and away for good. The only issue I incurred was that of scheduling which is more of an administrative problem: During the follow-up treatment, since it was raining I was told that they would come back out to do the outdoor part and I mentioned that I would be in touch to schedule it but about a week later I got a text saying a technician was already on their way... without me having scheduling the time or date. I checked my email, calls and texts but I hadn't received any information about this visit so that is something to be mindful of for next time, it is lucky I was there that day too because I was just about to leave the house when I received the notification. While that was a minor inconvenience, it's easily fixable and I know they'll be a bit more thorough next time. They came and did what they set out to do and we are super grateful for Natran and their services!

I’ve been using Natran for a while and I am pretty happy with their service. Their costumer service is amazing, if I have any problems with billing or adding services they always get back to me fast. The technicians are always communicating with me on times of arrival, which is great because I have dogs that may be in the yard so they help avoid any issues. They are super friendly and my yards smell great when they leave. 10/10

We’ve had Natran as our pest company for about six months now. I can say with complete confidence that the staff is extremely polite, helpful, and enthusiastic. We’ve had 3 different techs come by and all have been the nicest humans and so respectful of our home. Customer service is great. I love the natural products that are safe for kids and pets. As far as I can tell, the prices are extremely reasonable and competitive. We have an older home and lots of trees so it’s been trial and error trying to figure out a solution for the occasional giant tree roach. I think Franco who was our last tech to visit was really able to narrow down a solution. It’s a tough job being close to the bayou in Houston, but thank you Natran for taking on the challenge. It improves our quality of life not having the jump scare of the occasional unwelcome guest.

Entire experience with Natran has been great. Their office staff is friendly and has consistently reminded me of upcoming appointments. Our technician, Hector, is brilliant. He took the time to troubleshoot and thoughtfully explain what he was doing and why.
