The company was great to work with, from the first talk on the phone thru the quote and the work. The crew that came out and sprayed the foam was friendly and considerate. They showed up, got to work, made sure everything was done and cleaned up.

Don Doyle at Lone Star Spray Foam provided a professional opinion during a home purchase inspection process. The issue was an unusual foam install situation. It is clear that Don was interested in providing an expert opinion and practical recommendations rather than selling a product.

Had a great experience with Don and his team. He gave us a quote right after the freeze, but due to our delay in fixing the house timely, he was out of chemicals. Once supplies were available Don honored his quote, and knocked it out of the park. On a side note I received several bids, Don was by far the most professional and quite competitive pricing to boot.

I have nothing to share other than I submitted a quote request through proper channels and they ignore me. Perhaps they're no longer in business. Upon further information gathering, it seems instead of identifying and closing gaps for business development, the Lone Star Spray Foam Services spokesperson prefers to seek out blame in others and burn potential future business. Sadly, the same business rating applies.

After the 02/14/21 freeze, Don was amazing! When I asked him about insulating an area from a burst water pipe, he told me that It would be rather expensive to have him spray foam in the small area that I needed to be repaired. He told me what material I needed and even contacted his supplier so that I was able get the supplies to make the repairs. I appreciate his honesty and the several phone calls that he made to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I feel very blessed to made a phone call to him today. I would never use anyone else for insulation!

Lone Star made our huge project happen on time with the highest level of quality and commitment to our deadline. They were awesome to work with. They paid attention to the details in our request and hit the mark! They went over and above and exceeded all of my expectations. So we scheduled a job to spray foam the ceiling in my garage. They were scheduled to come at 9 AM. They showed up @10:30. Secondly they needed access to some electrical outlets 220. They first said they have a extension cord. Then they said they we can connect to the electrical box by removing breakers. That didn't sound good to me. They are not licensed electricians, they spray foam. So I told them let's use the dryer outlet it is 220, then they said that they didn't have the extension cord. 3rd they said that I would have to pay to have a generator on site an additional fee. After that comment, I had heard enough and I cancelled. Not sure what kind of business they're running but they should be more professional and better prepared to perform the work they are hired for.

I have been working and communicating with Don to ensure we were prepared for our Master Bath remodel. I chose a contractor for this project but they did not have a subcontractor for the closed cell insulation I needed for the open exterior walls. I contacted Don at Lone Star Spray Foam and I am glad I did. He is personable and very interested in providing great customer service. Don assesses the job for the most cost effective method of insulation installation. He provides advice that maximizes the effects of the insulation and minimizes the cost to his customers. Don provides the most value for his customers and delivers on his commitments. I am glad that we chose Don and his company for our project and I will choose him for all future insulation projects.

Lone star Spray Foam; Don and his crew showed up early to the house and hit the ground running. They had a pretty tuff job ahead of them spraying under the floor for us. We live out in the woods, so friendly little critters awaited them under the house. Never heard any complaints just the sound of spraying all day long, and never stopping until they were finished. Wow, what a great job they all did. When they left we all shook hands and we thanked them for a job well done. You couldn’t even tell they had been here when they left. I can’t say enough, very friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you again Don, Larenzo, Dewayne, and Christian. Continued success to you all!!!
