Great pricing, work completed quickly and already seeing the benefits of the air sealing and additional insulation.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Koala Insulation. They were on site at a property I manage for several hours, yet the job was left unfinished. Spray foam insulation was paid for, but none was installed, and I was not informed that the work had not been completed. I only discovered this after I got off work, by which time their office was already closed. Since they are also closed on weekends, I was left without any explanation until Monday. When I did finally reach them, multiple reasons were given as to why the work could not be completed, including weather-related issues which were not brought up when they arrived at the property. Regardless of the reasons, the failure to communicate during or immediately after the visit is unacceptable. Their office was open for over an hour before I had to initiate contact myself on Monday morning. A neighbor even met them at their arrival and let them know someone is still home next door if they had any issues to go and speak with him which they never did. During the in-person inspection, I was clearly told the area underneath the house would be cleaned out as part of the scope of work. However, the photos show the crawl space was not cleaned as represented, despite being charged $500 for that service. After raising this issue, I was then informed they would only remove insulation and not the wood debris from the subfloor removal, despite that debris being specifically discussed as part of the clean-out during their on-site walkthrough. While the property was not left in worse condition than before, the work performed does not align with what was discussed, quoted, or paid for. The most concerning issue is the complete lack of proactive communication and follow-through. Based on how this job was handled, I would never recommend this company.

I recently had a wonderful experience with Koala Insulation. After having some issues with increased humidity in my attic, we hired them to install a solar fan to the roof to help with ventilation, in addition to adding more insulation in the attic. From the very beginning, the process was seamless. Ryan handled the initial inspection and quoting process, and his professionalism and expertise were truly appreciated. He was thorough, answered all our questions, and the final cost was very competitive. When it came time for the service, Ryan's team arrived on time and did a great job executing the work. They were professional, efficient, and left the work area clean. We are very happy with the service provided by Koala Insulation and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home insulation services!

Ryan gave us a detailed estimate and we moved forward and had two attics insulated with Koala. We appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of the team. They provided the most technically sound quote for insulation for my house. They were the only ones that I quoted with who told me about a safety issue with the recessed lights in my ceiling. When it came to the job, they were professional and quick. We were very satisfied with the work.

Robert and Victor came out and did an amazing job incredibly fast, I can already feel the difference. They arrived right on time, used a nice smelling insect and rodent repellent before starting. In 2 hours they finished insulating our attic and cleaning up. Previous homeowners only had 4inches of various insulation types throughout the attic, in some spots zero coverage. They added enough to get us 17" for a good price. Comparing estimates and DIY, Koala is worth it. I would highly recommend. I'm also able to use their service as an energy efficiency tax credit. If I ever need insulation again, I'm going with them.

Great service, very professional, showed up when they said they would, did what they said they'd do. I just used them to blow in fiberglass insulation in my attic. Booked on a Thursday, they came on Saturday (today), arrived on time, were very respectful, and completed the job in 2 hours just as I was told they would. I will recommend them to anyone!

Was having an issue with the insulation/humidity in a home I just bought, was able to book an estimate, process was very easy. Ryan was able to come out, was extremely personable. Thoroughly inspected everything. Took many pictures to show me the issues and provided me with so much good advice and direction that I truly needed. Would definitely recommend!

I had a problem with hot attic air entering an internal wall and condensing. After discussing with Ryan at my house, the Koala team came out and removed insulation, sealed an open chase cavity, a bathroom vent fan, and the top plate of the internal wall before blowing in replacement insulation. The team arrived on time, were courteous, kept me informed of progress and cleaned up well after themselves. Ryan listened to my concerns, validated them by inspecting and proposed an agreeable solution. Would recommend.

Koala was very responsive and the project was on time for them spraying foam insulation under my house.

Completed the attic insulation replacement on Feb. 21, 2024. Took longer than expected because the removal of the old insulation was quite harder than expected. They did a good job overall and did not increase the estimated price even though the removal took them a lot more efforts.

I highly recommend Koala Insulation. This team was highly professional, respectful, and honest in a world of unprofessional, rude, and dishonest people! We will use them again 100%.

I had a great experience with Koala for an insulation/soundproofing install. The job was completed faster than expected and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and follow through!

They did a great job and were always courteous and patient. The installed insulation in the attic. Prior to installing they went over all options. They found some issues in my attic that I was able to fix before the installation which was great service. They did have a worker step through the ceiling but was quick to fix, sheetrock and paint to our satisfaction. Overall 5-star service despite me being a difficult client.

I highly recommend Koala Insulation. We had them spray foam a walk in freezer we were building for a food pantry. They worked around our schedule, showed up on time and cleaned up after they finished. They also communicated with us during the entire process. Great job.

Ken and his team did a great job blowing insulation into the attic of our 40 year old home. AC system was struggling to cool and after the service performed upstairs usage the following month was 60% less. The difference was immediately noticeable for us. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ken again.

Koala Insulation is awesome! We recently moved into a house that needed new insulation. Chuck got back to me the same day I reached out and scheduled an estimate the following day. Chuck completed our estimate and luckily they had an opening for the afternoon that same day to do the insulation. They did an awesome job! Highly recommended!

A few months later I had a problem with condensation. Even though this branch of Koala closed, Ben Golden at Koala Northwest came out right away to fixed the issue right away. Nice to have a larger organization to fall back on if individuals shut down!

Ray and his team were super professional and clean. They were also fairly priced. There was some dry wall repairs needed and Ray also coordinated those repairs with a separate contractor so that everything was seamless. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone needing insulation.

This is such a high integrity company! They were honest and told me I didn't need additional insulation and didn't try to sell me anything. The service advisor recommended I add an attic door cover and said they were easy to install and cheaper to do it on my own if I wanted to save money. How considerate is that? The next day they called to tell me they were in the area and would be happy to install the attic cover for me at such a reason price, I let them. I am not ready for the summer! I highly recommend this company.

I received multiple quotes for adding additional insulation into my attic. Not only did they quote me a better price, they provided excellent service from the very beginning. Unlike a lot of other service calls that make you wait during a 4 hour window, they gave me a 30 minute window and showed up on time. They also called before they came out. They described everything they were doing and asked if I had any questions. When complete, they showed me everything they did and again asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the experience with them throughout. If I do anything else that they provide service for, I will certainly call on them again. I couldn't be happier.

Professional from start to finish, including a follow up after the install was complete. Punctual crew, pricing was a good value, and I felt a difference in the house right away. I went with blown in insulation bc foam required modification to my gas water heater and furnace. Ray explained the pros and cons of each type of insulation which helped us with our decision.

I had a good experience with Koala. Ray came out to do an inspection and was respectful and professional. They came up with an estimate quickly and relayed it to us. Ray came back with the install crew and knocked out the project faster than they thought it would take. They even got us better material for the insulation for a big discount.

I really appreciate honorable businessmen like Ray with Koala Insulation. He completed some work next door and at the recommendation of my neighbor he assessed my craw space and confirm my insulation was not in dire need of repair or replacement yet I share some challenges I was having with potential moisture uptake. Ray and I discuss potential issues and referred me to another expert in the area for further this assesment. My neighbor shared Ray was competitively price and very professional. My experience was the same.

I was looking to have spray foam insulation installed in my home. Ray was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out and inspected my attic, my house was built in 2009 and was up to code. Ray told me that the new standard for attic insulation was raised, but I had adequate insulation for now. With me having gas ac/heat and water heater, his recommendation was that foam insulation wasn't the route to go; due to possible carbon monoxide exposure. I appreciate Ray being so transparent and honest, this could have been a situation where sales person wanting to be a sale at whatever cost. The bottom line is she kept my safety first. My concerns was lower utility cost and Ray took the time to give tips on how manage that. I would refer Ray and his company to anyone that's in need of attic insulation..And if there should be any future needs, I will certainly call Ray. Thank you

Ray was extremely professional, thorough, and timely. He was courteous and responsive. We got three other bids and no other company was an professional and thorough as Ray. In particular, he pointed out that before we put in more insulation, we need to safely cover the recessed lighting boxes so that it is fire safe. No other insulation company that quoted for us pointed that out. We highly recommend Ray and Koala!

Ray performed a risk assessment on the need for a potential project and ultimately concluded there was no need to move forward. This means he drove all the way to our house to tell us how to resolve the issue on our own-- for free! It was so generous of him! We will hire him for all insulation needs in the future. He is transparent, thorough, honest and knows what he is doing!!

Ray stopped by to provide us a free estimate on placing a cover around our chimney flue in our attic. He went the extra mile by performing a risk assessment on the need for a cover and ultimately concluded there was no need. He walked through all considerations with us and how he appropriately moved insulation away from the flue by hand to address any risk. We will hire him immediately for all insulation needs in the future. He is thoughtful, professional and very knowledgeable!

Ray and his team from KI of West Houston were terrific. From the immediate response with a bid to the finishing of the work, Ray did his best to ensure that we got exactly what we needed to improve our insulation. His initial bid was quite reasonable, and in spite of plenty of opportunity to 'up-charge' me, he always recommended value over expense. He showed evident pride in the work they did, and he even stayed behind to make sure my A/C started back up. (Someone had accidentally bumped the power switch while working in the attic.) A class act....very highly recommended.
