I hope this never happens to anyone else, but if it does happen again, Bugs Or Us is who I will return to. Never in a million years did I think I'd get a bed bug infestation, but I found out that bed bugs are equal opportunity destroyers. They don't care what your status is in life, they will wreak havoc on their unsuspecting victims. I must have asked the office staff, Sherri and Ariana thousands of questions, dozens of times thinking I must be driving them nuts, but they have always been extremely courteous to me. Both Jose and Zerian, the inspectors who came out have been on top of this from the beginning with quick follow-up. They both made me feel confident that this situation would resolve since I have gone into total paranoia. Don't wait until it gets out of hand. I highly recommend calling Bugs or Us Pest Control.

Fast, friendly service and they get the job done. The tech even came out twice on his days off to capture and remove a critter from my attic. I will be referring them to all of my friends.

Thought we had a critter in our attic but turns out we did not. They quoted $399 to get in the door then $950 which I negotiated down to $750. Paid the $399 now they want $750 more - all while nothing was trapped or caught. All they did is plug two small holes for $1000. They just now told me HAD they caught anything that would have been more and on an entirely separate invoice. Yikes!! Watch your cash with these guys!!!

We have been a customer since we purchased our home in 2014. A couple of years ago, I thought squirrels were getting in the attic. I paid a couple hundred dollars, had the area repaired, and a cage placed.<br><br>Hearing the same sound again, a technician comes out. He was not equipped to access the area where the noise came from. Walks around the outside of the house. He says it will be $1000.00 (never physically seeing the problem area).<br><br>My husband called multiple times to share his concerns. Yesterday, the CEO, Calvin, called and said he was headed to a meeting but would call me in an hour and take care of things—no call from him either. I called back again; I’m told he’s busy with meetings; read notes and was told they can fix it for $1k. I explain the problem again: fix something you have not seen and repair something repaired in the past—conference my husband in, and again, nothing but another runaround.<br><br>Making customers, especially long-time customers, feel valued and heard goes a long way; Bugs R Us dropped the ball

I had 10 wasp nests and he got them all taken care of! Very polite, respectful, on time, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend hiring them. I will the next time I have bug problems.

This is only the second service I've had with them, but so far they have been great. I have no issues with pests since they have serviced my home, and even if something does arise, they offer to come and retreat your home for free. The last service I received, the Technician John Few did an outstanding job in cleaning and servicing around my home. He also found a hornets nest in my back patio, and took the effort to clear it. And to top it off, he saw my displays and realized I was prior military, and added the military discount the company provides. Saved me more money! Before finding these guys, I had been looking at other companies, and very few offered a military discount. Definately recommend considering using these guys if you're looking for a pest control company.

The technician was professional and thorough.

First the technician was 30 min. late for his appointment. His job was simply to give my house a quarterly insect treatment, both inside and outside. Due to the threat of possible rain that afternoon, he told me he would only be able to treat the inside and the outside treatment could be scheduled for a later time. I agreed . He then proceeded to spray the bathrooms (4-downstairs, 1-upstairs). 5 minutes later he announced he was finished. I examined a couple exterior doors and found no evidence of spray residue on those door openings, nor on the kitchen floor. So I concluded he did not complete the treatment as was requested and noticed he seemed to be in a hurry to leave. He sent me an invoice to pay but I'm completely dis-satisfied with his service and do not intend to pay. I've now requested a complete re-work of the service with another tech. Depending on the results of the re-work I will determine whether I remain as a customer

Damond was great to work with! He was punctual, professional, honest, and very nice. We have used other companies in the past who were just downright rude (think snide comments, eye rolling, super late with no communication). I was even able to text these guys with a picture freaking out all the way in New York and with horrible picture, and got the info I needed and advice to get rid of the little problem, he was very kind and quick to respond. We've been using It's Bugs Or Us Pest Control for roughly a year for regular pest control. They're always on time, courteous & quick. Since they've been spraying, pretty much all bugs we find have been dead with the exception being between the last quarterly sprays. Hoping that was just a fluke. Otherwise no compliants.

Our technician was John and he was courteous, professional, punctual, and thorough. He checked our attic and exterior for carpenter ants and carpenter bees, and then put our minds at ease when he found no interior damage. Carpenter bees were the culprit and John treated all of the visible areas of holes/nests. This company was super responsive and sent out a technician to our home within a day. I highly recommend them 👏🏻.

We have been customers of It’s Bugs or Us since inception. Since they started with the Bugs R’ Us name and had to change it for copyright issues. Since the owner started this business and was spraying houses himself. This is the first time we have experienced issues with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Made and appointment for flea treatment. Interior and exterior. Ariana was very professional on the phone and assured me she would keep an eye on the weather for rescheduling purposes. Cool. We rescheduled once. Treatment time arrives and the technician tells me he can’t do the treatment in the backyard because of the rain. ? It hasn’t rained all day and sun is shining, but ok. Would rather pay for an effective treatment. Well then why didn’t you guys call me to reschedule? I wanted to treat both at the same time. So he goes out and speaks with his boss in his truck. Comes back to my door, says he CAN do the outside but now tells me that our family and our dogs have to be out of the house for 4 hours. What?! Why didn’t a single person mention this at the time I scheduled the appointment. Hey, by the way, you and your pets need to be gone for half the day. Does that work? Disappointed that we will be finding a new pest control company. Feedback would be to educate your employees that schedule the appointments on the procedures for various treatments before a technician shows up.

Javier was professional throughout the entire spray, asked questions, inspected the property. Even quoted the owners words of wisdom on running a solid business and putting the customers needs first. Have been with these guys from when they first started years ago and do not intend to change.

When cleaning out our rental property we ran into unexpected guests our previous tenants left behind! We assumed it was just a mere bug or two but boy were we in for a big surprise!!!! I am a property manager and we had a Bed Bug treatment done by Bugs or Us. Naibe, the tech, was amazing! I have not had to do this before and he walked me through the process, explained everything, and was very processional. He was very knowledgeable and didn't think I was "dumb" for asking so many questions. We also inspected other units to make sure we didn't have any other infestations and he was very thorough and had respect for the residents belongings.

I have been using this company for a couple of years now and they are great. Very professional and honest and always make sure the date and times work well for me and they always show up on time or call and let me know if they are running a little behind schedule. I have pets and appreciate how careful they are not to use anything that will harm them.

Customer service goes a long way, and when it comes to that, we won't use anybody else. Most places get your money and then push you to the side, but Calvin always responds to his calls and has it taken care of if not the next day the day after.
