Easy going workers and starting unloading me early a.m. just be on time for appointment and if running late call the number on your BOL. Small space to back in because it’s for box trucks but you can get it in if you take your time (big rig).

Do the trucks always unload there excess at the end of the day unto unmarked trucks at a truck stop. Looks pretty damn fishy!!!

I don't rate often and a 5 star is not easy to earn. This company (IBP) earned it! I had coordinated to have my barn walls filled in Insulation. The salesman was knowledgeable and went above and beyond on his day off to help me out with questions. The office staff who set the appointment worked with me to receive pictures of the project and how the crew could access the property (I was out of town when install was scheduled to happen). The crew who did the installation did a fantastic job working with what they had on site to get the job done correctly and professionally. On top of that, their quote was the best one I received out of 3 quotes. I am thrilled and impressed by IBP. Thanks to the ENTIRE TEAM!

Extremely slow. Took 8 hours to go through 3 trucks. Docking is not made for big rigs but doable if you know what you're doing. It's made for box trucks

Great people and reliable

They don't take you by your appointment time, but it didn't take them that long to get the truck unloaded that was backing in at our appointment time, and we got there 15 minutes before our appointment time

Slow

The workers...steal...my tools..im work an eléctricy...and that guys steal...my drill...my saw...my baterys....and my vátery...chargers...wen i lunch...on richmond texas...recomendations....no trust...on that guys...

Unloaded me as fast as they could. 2 trucks there when I arrived. Was out in about 2 hrs.

One of the best installers around!

I had radiant barrier sprayed. Crew and sells were very nice but I checked the work and they had not covered the roof as they should have. I took pictures and sent to the sales personnel. They did send a crew to correct the issue, but this created another day of time for work to be completed and another day of the barrier not in place. Check the work.
