Robin provided outstanding service and showed great patience—although the job took a few hours, he managed it with complete professionalism. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him to others. His response time was far better than any other company I reached out to; most didn’t answer or couldn’t come out, possibly because it was the weekend. Robin arrived promptly, resolved the issue at my home efficiently, and returned the following day to perform an injection treatment to fully address the remaining problem.

Great Experience & fast work !!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The person got here in my house and could not get his ass out of the car to ring my doorbell. My gate was not locked and he went away after calling me several times. I was not expecting a call, I was expecting a door knock. My celphone was charging in the room while I was taking care of my 2 yo by myself.<br>All that is fine even, confusion happens. The problem is me trying to reschedule the visit and he insisting, on a power trip, that he will only call and will not come to my door step. Wtf dude? How are you planning on performing a inspection if you are not willing to get out of your car? And I have cameras, nobody ever came to my gate.<br>Never again I will call this company and I will make sure to let every single friend and neighbor I have know how entittled they are.

The first treatment didn’t work and Robin came to do another treatment 8 days later with a stronger pesticide

Jamar did a great job at our house. He was very knowledgeable and showed me several possible areas of entry that I need to be aware of.

Robin was very quick on delivery of service. Most of the service I called that wouldnt be able to come out till at least 2-3 days later. Robin came within the hour. He took of my situation at my house fairly quickly and came back the next day to do an injection in the house to get rid of the remaining problem. He followed up in 2-3 days later dropping by to make sure everything is good.

I've been using them for about 2 years now and they're awesome! I haven't had any issues since and even small ones get taken care of quickly. Their technician is always polite and helpful and asks me if there are any indications of pest return. And if they are, he assesses the area and takes care of it. It's been really great so far

Good services in spring

Had an issue with wasps in the backyard. Provided quick and excellent service, including going above and beyond to help us! We will definitely be using his services again!

Delighted with the service. We noticed noises after the hurricane - a hole in the roof allowed some creatures to enter the attic. Houston Pest Control was incredibly responsive and turned up the next day to set traps. Three days later and the unexpected houseguests were evicted. Once again, I called in the evening and HPC turned up first thing the next day. Fantastic, timely service. Highly recommend.

Horrible service this guy came to do my house ,increase the price dramatically from what they have on their website ,and when I asked for explanations he hang up on my face, also he also barely spoke English.<br>Stay away

Houston Pest Control came out and Robin did an excellent job and answered all of our questions. He came in an hour just like he said. Then he went straight to work.

There was a possum that got into my house. I called Robin in the middle of the night at 1. And he came even though my house was 40 minutes away from his. He's very good at what he does. And he even came next day to catch it free of cost. Just a bit expensive but good service.

I am so thankful Robin was able to come at such short notice on the holiday weekend! He was helpful and explained his services. He gave a fair quote and did not begin services until I was confident it was a fair price. He allayed my fears of rodents which I did not have but gave great pest control measures to prevent any further concerns. I will surely keep him on speed dial because my current services were not available! I am so grateful!

We called Houston Pest Control on a Saturday and they came to assess the problem later that afternoon. They were very timely and came exactly when they said they would. Luckily we did not have any pests that required treatment, so they came and evaluated for free. We will be using them for any pest needs in the future.

I requested a heat treatment, but tech recommended a chemical treatment.<br>There were no actual results. I called back a day later a week later, and 3 weeks later, he came back twice, but there was no real difference.<br>They offer a warranty, but when requesting a refund, they just offered to come again.<br>Will not recommended.

I like their service. I don't like the jawz traps. Haven't seen a mouse in one yet. Houston called me and are very accommodating about putting in traps I prefer on my property. Thank you for great customer service! Love it.

FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!! ROBIN IS NOT A PEST EXTERMINATOR!!<br>DO NOT USE THIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY!! BASICALLY STOLE MY $$$. Paid almost $300 for "creature " in attic. Robin came by, went to top of attic, claim he sprayed peppermint spray, (even though I couldn't smell it), put mini rat poison out, and small non stick pads at front of attic, although I told him the noises were in back of attic. Called him 2 weeks later said, still hearing noises, came back put poison on roof. A week later, still hearing noises, called him back and he BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER!! Called him from my work phone, he answered...SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEPTIVE! STILL HAVE CREATURE IN MY ATTIC!! He didn't call back to follow up on ongoing problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR HIS SO CALLED PEST SERVICES!!

Best pest control in town!! Service was super thorough, reasonably priced, and exterminator came immediately for my cockroach problem. Huge plus is this business is open 24 hours. I will only be using this service going forward.

I am very sorry to put this comment but I got to my house an hour after the fumigator arrived and I was surprised to see water on the floors as if someone had thrown water indiscriminately how bad it was not water it was poison. I have pets, I have children and I know that this job was not well done, although my house is very small, the payment was the same as an average house. It bothers me a lot that they didn't take the time to do their job well. In the end, I don't know if this will work, but I didn't feel safe hiring these services again. I do not doubt the effectiveness of the product but I know that it is not organic otherwise the staff would not bring protection such as masks and uniforms, it must be for some reason. What makes you think that I wouldn't harm my family or my pets?<br><br>They offered me to remove this publication and I accepted it on the condition that they reimburse me 50 dollars of the 150 separate from the tip that I gave them in advance before their service, but it's been a little over a month and they haven't done anything. I only expected what was fair and I did not want to take advantage of it by asking him for a full refund for his bad service, until now I was left with a couple of towels ruined by the excess of fumigant that they threw (the liquid was floating all over the floor) and I had to hire another service . Please do not call because this time I will not remove the post. you have no word

The technician removed the bat with no issues and did a treatment on the front and back to prevent other bats from returning. He explained the process and also let me know other services he performs.<br><br>I called other companies that were supposed to be open on Sunday and he is the only one who answered his phone. Great service and very timely!

Came in very swiftly stating he was with pest control and doused my kitchen with what I assume is a chemical replant. He did ask if I had a dog. He didn't have a card or anything but pulled up this review page and asked for a "good job" review. I have a toddler with special needs who likes to sit on the kitchen floor so the fact that my floor is dripping wet is beyond bothering so I'll be contacting my leasing office and mopping my floor.

He came knocked on my door stating that he will spray the kitchen for free if i gave him a five star review. So i did but once i went back in the kitchen he had sprayed so much chemicals there was puddles of liquid i had to mop and he sprayed inside of my food pantry which was doused with the spraying chemical and i had to throw away my kids caprisuns and a bag of potato's because they were exposed to the chemicals. Dont recommend!

I called this guy and indeed he came within 2 hrs to help me , but it’s been 2 days since and I still see the bed bugs moving around on my floor and etc . The roaches literally got worser . I asked him to come back out and spray again for discounted price since it didn’t work the first time and he wasn’t willing to do so. This is an issue that I’m trying to get rid of ASAP , and he isn’t really much help .
