Getting tired of scheduling an appointment and no one showing or calling. I've waited all day today and no show and no call. I requested at 3pm for an update but never heard back. This has happened quite often. I am very much considering another service. Thank you Conner for correcting the company's errors and coming by yourself to take care of us. It was a grand gesture that changed my mind.

Conner is the best! A baby lizard got in the house and he came right in the house and caught the lizard with his bare hands. I’m so thankful because I definitely would have lost sleep over this.

Cyrus did a great and thorough job while explaining every aspect of the service in a detailed yet understandable way. He had a great customer service attitude and was extremely friendly to everyone including our senior pup. 10/10 recommend their services and 10/10 recommend Cyrus!

In a world of large conglomerate pest control companies, it’s great to see a true small business that is out there providing top notch service. I only suggest Gulf Coast to anyone that asks about local companies. 10/10!

Pretty bad customer service. Called seeking a simple inspection for a potential multi $thousand dollar job and was told I would have to wait until next week. I'll take my business elsewhere, there are way too many companies in the areas that can provide services within a reasonable turnaround.

Had termite annual inspection today. Austin the technician texted me that he was 20 minutes out. Arrived on time. Very pleasant and respectful of home and property. Did an internal and external assessment. Found no activity. Sprayed insecticide inside and out as a preventative measure. I would highly recommend Austin for your service needs. Great guy and pleasant to work with. Very happy with service and great value! I would recommend them. I have had a contract with them for 10yrs or better.

Quoted me $900 for a spot treatment for termites that aren’t even there. Had that confirmed with another company.

Manny and West Coast Exterminators was awesome! WHY? Because he recognized that I did not need to spend a ton of money on a product I did not need. This is called Integrity! We should all follow this example and we will all live a better life. BTW I do the same in my life.

I've attempted to utilize their services for months. I call and do not receive a response. When I do speak to someone, my concerns are dismissed.<br><br>Today, I called another pest control company who immediately discovered termites in my home. I called them to cancel my monthly service. Their response? Ok, and hang up. Then they call back giggling? The health and stability of my home is not a laughing matter. Is this place ran by children?<br><br>If you have entrusted this organization to protect your home, I would highly recommend reconsidering, and immediately.

I have been using this service for years now. Conner is our usual exterminator and he is very kind and knowledgeable. I initially got HGCE the huge job of treating the exterior of our property inside the galleria loop (288 units). This is one of those great service mom-and-pop type services that is so hard to find.

We have used this family run, owned business for over 10 yrs .They are awesome. Yeah you can probably find cheaper but you definitely wont get the peace of mind they provide!!! John has bn w them over 20? Years. I highly highly recommend this co. As a matter of fact I'm waiting on a call back now? As I bn getting up early in the morning hearing what sounds like scratching above my kitchen!!!?? Oh lord now what?? No I'm not gnna get my husband to go up there as he dnt know what the hell hes doing . Lol seriously this is by far the best exterminators in the state , probably this side of Mississippi. Stop reading this get up , walk to phn call them . That simple they'll do everything else. Love this co. ❤❤. Being a pet parent its important they are safe so I trust these guys to do that.

He was fast identified the entry point and had everything done in a hr for more than reasonable pricing. I will definitely use gulf coast again. Thanks so much.

John sawyer is the most professional, and knowledgeable exterminator I've ever used.

The whole team was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is hard to find people that know and love their work and I can confidently say Connor Sanford is one of them. I Called them because I had wasp come in to my home and since I have a month old I wanted to take care of the issue immediately. They were on time and most of all detailed in their work. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I was very happy to get an appointment so quickly, and to have answers to my questions with a plan of action. The treatment was affordable. I have paid for multiple different pest control companies to try to help with the fire ant issues and not one of companies could solve this issue, I had given up until I stopped by the gulf coast store on clay Rd and as soon as I said the word ant problem, Misty already knew what to give me and informed me all about ants behaviors and habits. Well they gave me what I needed to said wait to give this review, I be damn if within 2 days I can not find a single ant in my yard, flower bed or garden, I paid other companies for over 2 years to do what gulf coast did in 2 days. These guys are for real and if I have any pest problems, I'm going to gulf coast first. Thank you guys!!

We have had Gulfcoast Exterinators as our pest control company for well over 15+ years and Jonathan has taken care of our home many of those years. The company has always provided great service and personnel are professional and knowledgeable. They keep up on the latest technological ways to treat for pests.

This company is amazing and so professional. I have a literal phobia of critters, especially rodents - and their team made my concern their priority. Victor was our assigned expert, and he did an amazing job. In just moments he could point to evidence that [unfortunately] proved a problem; with his great tips and info, we are now on a solid plan to resolve this matter. They do inspections FREE, which is remarkable for how helpful he was. I will always recommend their business, and intend to give them all of mine. Disappointing service for me. Exterminator came and performed flea service for my apartment. He showed up unannounced (within the window but did not call before hand as was discussed...no big deal but still, c'mon man...). I was gone for the next 5 days and when I returned I immediately had fleas on me. When I called to report this and inquire about the follow up service as per the warranty, I was told on the phone that the service takes 21 days to work, something I was not told until this point. I have had fleas on me multiple days now and must continue to make alternate arrangements for myself and my pet. Seems like some either some pretty important details were left out when to begin with, or they are not being honest about the warranty. Either way, I wanted to share so others will be more alert to my situation and be better versed if they choose this company.

The service provided was excellent. When I made my appointment, the no haggle price was given. It was very affordable compared to other companies. Mr. Vic, the technician arrived on time to set up the trap to catch a possum. He educated me on precautions to take to avoid any hazards. Mr. Vic was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The next day, the animal was caught and removed from my yard. I was very pleased that Mr. Vic was able to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend the Gulf Coast Exterminators.

Great service! Tech was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about critters coming thru back door. They got rid of the roaches, flies n flea problem after the first service. Fast, Professional, Effective. Go Local!

We used to use the company with tubes in the walls. The customer services was lacking, the treatments didn't seem to work well, and the prices were not competitive with other companies. We found Gulf Coast Exterminators in 2010 and haven't looked back. Their customer service is excellent, our technician (Jonathan) is very knowledgeable and kind, and the price is excellent. But most importantly, the bugs are gone!

I called them to help relieve a critter issue in my walls and attic. The guy who came sealed areas of entry but didn't come back to place the rodent control box and to seal one undiscovered area that I found. I paid $250 so I shouldn't have to chase or call, your word should be kept and I didn't get a follow-up call either.I still have the same issue as to now, I guess it's trapped with no way of getting out and so now I have to call another company to come and remove it.

I do not like this bug man he is unprofessional. He came into our house and sprayed our food in the cabinets. And sprayed over our dishes in the cabinet without asking my wife to move anything. He acts like a prick towards my wife. Unfortunately he is the one my landlord uses so I'm stuck with the guy. I don't recommend him to anyone. I think people are better off with a larger outfit like terminex.

After picking my dog up from the kennel I noticed she had fleas so I quickly called an exterminator to ensure I could get rid of the pests. I called on a Saturday morning and was informed that I would have an appointment on Monday afternoon by 5pm. I took Monday afternoon off of work so that I could let the exterminator in, but 4:45pm rolled around and I had not heard from them so I gave them a call. When I called I found out that the girl on the phone had not booked my appointment. The girl I had spoken with informed me that she had gotten very busy on Saturday and forgot to book my appointment.<br><br>I re-booked and called multiple times to ensure I had a valid appointment. The exterminator showed up and so far the pest control has gone well, but it is overshadowed by a second mistake by the office staff. When I opened up my credit card statement I noticed I had been double charged the fee ($156). I called the office and the girl again on the phone informed me that she did not realize that I had already been charged and went ahead and ran my card again. When I asked for a refund they said it would take a week to process because the owner was out of town. I hope the exterminator follows up with his 21 day treatment (that I have paid for), but I will not hold my breath with this office staff.<br><br>In the end if you want extermination with no customer service then Gulf Coast Exterminators is the place to go. If you appreciate a competent person answering phones and doing the billing then look elsewhere.

I found that a honey bee hive (Honey bee removal technician later told me it was honey bees) was in my front yard and bees were flying occasionally into my home. When the honey bees were coming into my home<br>more and more, I knew they had to be dealt with as soon as possible!  So in need of immediate honey bee removal services, I was searching for a pest control company that had great reviews and hoping for a good price.<br><br>After a few calls to pest control companies I chose Gulf Coast due to cost estimate and reviews. Upon contacting Gulf Coast Exterminators, I made an appointment that worked for my schedule. When the bee removal technician came he was on time and looked presentable.<br><br>The procedure was explained more so than on the phone and then treatment began. The honey bee removal treatment worked and I am very pleased with the way everything went down.

My experience with Gulf Coast Exterminators and their bed bug treatment was fantastic. I had a horrible bed bug problem and needed it solved fast! I contacted Gulf Coast Exterminators because the bed bugs were getting seriously out of control. All my efforts to treat it myself didn't work, no matter what I did or how spotless I cleaned, I could not get rid of them. GCE explained what their bed bug removal technician was going to do and I booked an appointment immediately. My bed bug problem has been completely resolved, proving their bed bug control extremely effective. I want to talk about payment, some of us are feeling the pinch in the economy and GCE charged me a good rate for the high quality of work they provided. I can see why they have great reviews on Yelp and Google. I highly recommend them for all your bed bug removal needs in Houston.

Bad experience, look elsewhere. They came out to spary for fleas and were not able to correct the issue. Also their final charged price was $10 more than discussed.<br><br>They came out a 2nd time and still there were fleas. I had to hire another company to take care of the issue. Waste of money, if you have fleas look for another company!

We needed some damaged siding replaced on our house, but found out that no one would do the work unless we removed a bees nest located behind the wall. We employed Gulf Coast Exterminators to do the job, and were pleased with the results. The man who did the job was courteous, informative, and professional; and our house was relieved of hundreds of bees, several rows of honeycomb, and about two hundred pounds of honey.

This is my new go to Pest Control company. I was having a probalem with Bed bugs & they sent Miguel out to take care of my problem right away. He did a great job. I can sleep peacefully again. Thank you guys so much! I will definitely be calling back when I have another pest nightmare!!

I never liked bugs because they freak me out. I especially hate those big roaches that sometimes get inside. I love being on their Maintenance program I think it is so worhth it. We appreciate you guys because we can always depend on you to take care of any bugs we might have a problem with.

I asked Gulf Coast to come out and provide some extermination services based on the suggestion of a friend. I found them very informative and helpful. They were prompt and answered all of my questions. My friend said they have been helping him for over 4 years so I am looking forward to the same quality pest control service. So far, so good.

We recently signed up on Gulf Coasts Maintenance plan & its the best thing we have ever done. They make sure to service our home every 3 months to keep the critters away. I love that we do not have to be home for them to do our service. My technician is very nice & knowledgeable about any pest I have questions on. Their prices are also very affordable. We have lived in the Memorial Villages for over 30 years. We have always had a<br>professional Exterminator service our home.
