I thought I had mice biting through my water lines but right after Christmas, I realized a squirrel was the culprit. I called Hathuc Home & Commercial Services when another exterminator failed to assist. They scheduled me within two days right after New Year’s holiday. He came around noon finding the squirrel entry point and placing 1-way access so the squirrel could get out but not enter. He is also planning on checking back with me in the upcoming weeks to make sure it is no longer causing problems. It cost about $650 for the whole process.

Very DISAPPOINTING experience with Hathuc Home. The technician arrived 45 minutes late, rushed through a 10-minute inspection (confirmed by my security cameras), and provided NO photos, report, or treatment options—just a BILL. He showed me some "fake" photos on his phone of gaps in my roof. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.<br><br>**I hired a roofer who thoroughly inspected my roof: NO gaps where found. Photos and drone views doesn't even match photos Hathuc person showed me. Another pest control company was hired and is handling issue.

I had a German roach treatment from them as I had just moved to a new house with my stuff from the old place that had an infestation. Both the woman on the phone and the guy who came to my house were very pleasant and knowledgeable. the service was super well priced for my 2 story townhome at $150. This was September 2024 and it is June 2025 and I have yet to see a single bug. Thank you guys!

Seriously.. who in their right mind likes roaches? After the last storm here in Houston, I have had some type of infestation of critters in my home. I do live in an older home, but never had a problem before. I called, they set me up an appointment ASAP, they came out .. critters are gone!!! I received this number from a friend who used the services her self and boom critters gone...when my parents had a problem, they did my parents house..boom critters gone...we then referred my aunt who had a problem also..boom critters gone.... I don't know what else to say, if you have an infestation like we all had, this is one of the best companies in Houston period.

We saw Hathuc Exterminator do an excellent job on the neighbor’s house across from our house . . . so, we hired them to exterminate for pest control and kept them for several years. The tech has been the same one . . . very professional and constantly asking if there any areas he should concentrate on. Prices are reasonable . . . these days, we need dependable companies . . . so, give them a try.

This was my first time using this pest control service at the recommendation of my neighbor. I was previously with another company and my rep retired and I wanted to look for something less expensive but still of the same quality. This company really came through. I had to reschedule last week due to the tornadoes that came through Houston and then today we had some more storms come through and yet the technician still came out in the storm and did the inside of my house and coming back tomorrow to do the outside. I am signing up with them for quarterly service , as their customer service is exceptional and less expensive than what I had been paying. Great job Hathuc.

I kind of got lucky to stumble across them. I’m really glad I did. They got rid of my flea infestation and my avalanche of German roaches they say what they’re gonna do and they do it.

Price is competitive. Alessandra and Jony are both very responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. We have them taking care of several of our properties for termite prevention and general pest control, no complaints or issues so far. The company is also on point with their reminder for annual termite prevention spray. Haven't experienced any problem with scheduling as I usually try to schedule at least 1 week in advance.

We haven't had to call back Harhuc since 2017.. Gui came to exterminate today, he was very professional and was able to answer any questions that I had. They will always be the pest control company I will call and recommend to family and friends. My sister recently came and used their service about a week ago and was very satisfied.

I initially called Hathuc last year for a flea infestation. When they came out they were very thorough and took care of the problem. They even came back to do a follow up to make sure the fleas were gone. After that experience it was only right for me to call them back for general pest control. Again they were very thorough and even educated me on what type of infestation I was experiencing. Then came the drier weather and because we stay by a field there was a mice problem. Called Hathuc and just like my other encounters they were there, came and educated me on how mice operated, sealed up places where the mice were coming in, and set traps to catch the ones in the house. And just like last time they will be coming back to do a follow up. There is not enough stars to represent how wonderful this company has been to me and my family. I will recommend them to whoever is in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional pest control.

Best exterminator service I have ever used. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention personable. Phenomenal customer service, as well as service before, during, and after, the sale. We have used Hathuc for about 2 years, and they previously helped with a bad sugar ant infestation and a rodent problem in a rental. We moved to a new house and found the process to be quite simple in transferring service.<br><br>When we opened a wall for water damage in our new house, there were fire ant hills in the walls. There were also carpenter ants and some other type of ant in the kitchen. Hathuc came out twice, on short notice, to thoroughly treat and inspect both inside and outside. The ant problem was immediately fixed: I haven't seen any signs since then.<br><br>Billing is simple, straightforward, and easy to handle. Alessandra is pleasant to talk to on the phone, answers questions thoroughly, and responds quickly. The technicians we have seen have been respectful of property, answer questions thoroughly, and clearly take care to treat all problem areas. There is a reason we've paid for their services for over 2 years and chose to contract with them when we moved: they are the best at what they do. I do not give 5-star reviews lightly, but this one is earned.

The personnel are knowledgeable and provide sensible advise, not trying to unnecessarily upsell any product or service. I’ve been a customer for over a year and every visit has been a great experience. First off, there is no pushy sales pitch like most companies, you get a text reminder when it’s time to schedule service, and it’s up to you if you need service. I like that I can text or call to schedule an appointment which is very convenient. The technicians have been very thorough to make sure they spray every nook and cranny in my house. Hathuc staff are very friendly and they always take the time to talk to me, ask me about my bug concerns and explain to me what they plan to spray around the house. One time they noticed that I grew vegetables in the backyard and took the time to switch to organic spray around that area, which I truly appreciate.<br>This is a great family company with great employees to do business with. They did a really nice Christmas lights installation for us, at a time when other companies were unavailable or out of lights. They were always on time. For us their best strength was communication. They were very quick to respond to my urgent discovery that we had major termite damage in half of our home sub flooring. They waited until the contractors had the floors removed, came in to treat under the exposed floors to rid potential termites and save remaining flooring. Did full treatment around perimeter of home, along with a 10 year guarantee. Super easy to work with. Would recommend.

I've been using these guys for a while but I had an emergency yesterday and we had so many ants coming in from like three different doors and they showed up today and did all of it without a question. They did the full service without charging again because I'm on their quarterly plan. Not only that, they took their time and went over every little area and said let me spray these other areas just in case even though they're coming back here in about 8 weeks again. I would recommend them hands down for any job and they have never overcharged for anything which is absolutely amazing also. Not to mention their customer service is absolutely dynamite.

Hathuc has definitely been the best decision we made in the upkeep of our house. They have come out twice now and have been so professional and within their time window. Randall texted us when he was on his way and was very efficient. Poor guy was soaking wet as he came when it started to pour outside. This company had excellent prices. They treated the entire inside and outside, and the price included a follow-up treatment. They explained exactly what would happen during and following the first treatment and why the second treatment was necessary, which I really appreciated. I was also able to send text messages to adjust times, as well. That was great!

Was recommended to Hathuc by a friend, and have very satisfied with their service. They only give 2 hour appointment windows, which is nice, their scheduler Ailia is very easy to get in touch with, texting with quick response back. Pricing is reasonable and they provide opportunities for discounts.
