We have been with Hartz Pest Control for over 25 years and we love the service, the effectiveness and especially the technicians. Jake is our current technician and he is completely awesome. Just like family!!!

Tim is the BEST pest control person I have ever had in the 48 years I have lived in this house. He is nice, kind, polite, personable, professional, thorough, on-time, and even made a second trip to accommodate me when I wasn't home.<br><br>He has been my professional pest control person for many, many years that I have been a customer of Hartz Pest Control, and I always want him to be the one to come to my house. He even reminds me every visit when he leaves to "be sure and close my garage door". (Just like a friend would do!) My pest control could not be in better hands.

I have used Hartz for many years and have always been pleased with the service. Tim has always been my favorite technician and most of the time I will request him when he is available. He is always very thorough and lets me know when he is going upstairs and outside.

Ray is the technician that came to my home to address an ant issue. He was at my home on Thursday for a quarterly extermination treatment. He noticed 2 different kinds of ants outside my home and pointed them out to me. Ray told me if I see any ants inside the house call and he will come to fix the problem. He came back the very next day because I saw ants inside my house. Ray is amazing, he addressed the issue immediately outside and inside. I have not seen any ants since the treatment was applied. I highly recommend Hartz Pest Control! Ray is thorough, professional and is excellent at his job.

My mom have been using Hartz for many years now and we’ve always had a good experience. Mr. Richard came and treated my home back in July and I didn’t have any issues until the rain we had recently. I had a tree roach in my room and for peace of mind, I scheduled a re-treatment for my house. Mr. Richard came out, did the attic, the inside and outside my house. He’s a really nice gentleman and I love his positive attitude. I was running late for work so he brought the service note for me to sign and I was able to make my way to work. Just an fyi: I get my home treated every quarter and it’s about $115 which I think is a affordable price

Technician Jake arrived at my scheduled appointment on-time. He asked what issue we were experiencing (ants, ants ants). Hartz Pest control has been providing service to my house for many years and I must say that today was a different and great experience. I always request the first appointment of the day so I can go to work right after and for the first time in all these years that the technician (Jake) was at my house at 7:30 am, in the past, there was always the excuse of traffic, but I was pleasantly surprised that he came in at the time I had requested, he was polite and professional. I’ve used Hartz Pest Control at my properties for several years. All the technicians I have experience with have been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Alan maintains and services our in ground Sentricon system for termite prevention. He has taken time to show us the bait stations with activity and explain the Hartz plan to mitigate and control pest. Greg, Jake and John have all performed my quarterly routine indoor and outdoor pest control. They all treat my property with respect ensuring to close gates and lock up after service. John is particularly courteous and thoughtful about ensuring my flock of chickens are not exposed to any potential harmful pesticides and always ask if there are any pest issues we are noticing to ensure appropriate treatment is applied. I have recommended Hartz many times and will continue to do so.

Your employees should be more careful driving. The man in this car swerved in front of me and my child when I was at a green light to turn left and he was in the middle lane at a red light and just decided to cut me off and turn left instead which causes me to slam on my breaks even though I had the right of way. So unsafe and an illegal turn for him. Do better.

I previously posted a one-star review because the technician did not show up on Monday, or if he did, he did not come to my door. However, after receiving a call and letting the office know of this issue, another technician, Reece came out today. He was very thorough and very professional, with a great personality and eager to address my concerns! I'm very satisfied with the service that I received today and it is indicative of what I have received from Hartz over the years.<br>In the almost 10 years that I have been doing business with this company, I have only had a couple of problems which they have corrected in a very timely manner. If there's anything that needs to be redone, they will have someone come out promptly to make it right. In addition to that, their rates are more than fair!

Hartz Pest Control does a great job for us. We've used them for over 10 years. Often, we get the same technician, Tim Smith, who we just love! He is professional, works quickly and is thorough. Plus, he's just a nice guy! We have rarely had any insects in the house, and if we do, they are already dead or dying. But Hartz will come out at no charge if you feel it's necessary to have your home re-sprayed.

Tim was fantastic. He provided a detailed assessment of the issues and solutions for treatment. I called as a second opinion to verify what I was originally told from another company. Tim spent time with me to ensure I understood the problem and options. Very impressed and happy with the service.
