Javier is so detailed to make sure he addresses all of my pest issues inside and out. I won’t use anyone else but Javier!

Extremely disappointed. The company promotes itself as “natural,” but the treatments have been ineffective. Despite agreeing to a full-house service, the technician only treated select areas to save time. We’ve had to request retreatments for three months in a row, and now they refuse further service, calling it “too many.” Communication is slow and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs and go elsewhere, it’s not worth the headache.

Cassidy the owner is a very rude individual, calling customers a liar and when you prove her wrong, she goes silent and wont respond back. Word of advice from one business owner to another, flexing your muscle because you're a business owner will not get you anywhere Cassidy.

I signed up for a quarterly pest control service with green earth many years ago and I will say it was one of the best investments I ever made. 3 things led me to the decision: price, quality, and timely service. They are very affordable compared to many of their peers in the market. They offer high quality pest control treatments especially an organic one to use indoors which was very important for me, as I prefer to use “clean” products indoor. And last but certainly not least, their customer service is impeccable, all the way from people who answer the phone and schedule appointments to the technicians who come out & spray the house. This time, Brandon, a new technician, came by and he was amazing. He explained in detail why I was having a fire ant issue on the property. Advised me on the best treatment & protocol alongside what specifically not to do. He even offered to come back and treat the problem again, free of charge, if the ants come back. Such a nice guy! I will definitely ask for him moving forward! Honestly, this is testament to the kind of service you’ll receive from green earth. Most importantly, their stuff actually works! We’ve always had an issue with bugs and all kinds of pests but ever since green earth has been spraying our house, the issue has significantly decreased esp during rainy seasons. They’re even willing to come out between appointments if needed, at no charge. Great company! Sign up with them!

Armando serviced our home recently and he was cordial, efficient, and timely. He called me ahead of time to let me know that he was on the way and he showed up with no delay.<br><br>I have had issues in the past with Green Earth rescheduling at the last minute or missing their appointment window completely, but my most recent treatment went flawlessly.<br><br>Edit:<br><br>I have had a few more technicians come out to service our home and each one has been timely and respectful. Brandon, Javier, and Jerrod each serviced at separate times and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They listen to where I would like and not like treated and they are super friendly and helpful.<br><br>I still have issues with the office normally scheduling my service the day before, which isn't always ideal, but rescheduling is not an issue.

I really liked Brandon, my technician today, and hope that you'll send him back for my next service. Very polite, gave good explanations about what he was doing and why, and assured me he'd take personal responsibility to correct anything in the event there was anything I was dissatisfied with (there is not). Jerrod is our technician. He is always professional, friendly and goes above and beyond with his service. We are so happy with the work he does and the extermination. We live on a lake, so we get a lot of spiders and bugs. The service keeps them out of our home. Additionally, I especially like that it is non toxic for our dogs.

I signed up for Green Earth Exterminators' monthly service to get rid of ants in my home. However, the service was ineffective and only caused more problems. After the initial treatment and payment of $109.19, the ants simply relocated instead of being eliminated. When I requested a refund and cancellation due to the service making my children sick, the company was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. They even asked for a medical note as proof, which is a clear violation of HIPAA regulations. Instead of addressing the health concerns of my children, their only concern was charging me $608.91 for their ineffective service. I do not recommend Green Earth Exterminators due to their lack of professionalism, ineffective service, and disregard for their customers' well-being.☹️☹️☹️

Albert was super gracious and professional. I had to rearrange my appointment due to my own forgetfulness and he was very accommodating and made it in the short window I was available. He explained so I'm of the differences in the products they use and was very thorough. I'm not yet certain about the effectiveness of the product, but so far impressed with the service. The team handling scheduling was also very easy to work with.

I used Green Earth for several years and have now cancelled my service. I haven’t been happy the last year or so with the results from their pest control as we have had continuing problems with pests even after our home had been serviced. The last straw was we booked a 9-11 AM window due to having an infant at home and needing to work around a nap schedule. At 1045 I called and was told the tech was finishing up at the previous home. At 1145 I called again, now 45 minutes outside of my scheduled window and was told another 5-10 minutes. So, an hour outside of a window that was chosen for a specific reason with no sort of heads up or communication of the delay without me reaching out to the company. Not acceptable.

This service was horrible! The first initial appointment they called a push out. I had no idea what that meant but whatever they sprayed cause way more of a problem them I ever had before. I called them to come back because the bugs was horrible and they acted like it was okay and I was supposed to live like that. I had them come back and the guy that came rushed in and rushed out missing some of my rooms. I told him the initial assessment required a different type of spray on my next visit. He didn’t seem to care. I called back to the office and I setup an appointment that was canceled 3 times while I’m here living with bugs. You can’t get in touch with anyone after 5pm. Their phones are totally shut down. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! Got another exterminator from a different company to come out and I haven’t seen anything. He was very familiar with this company and told me they don’t use real chemicals and that the product does not kill eggs it allows them to hatch. I so believe it because I continued to see small bugs after they sprayed. These people just take your money. If you have a real problem DO NOT USE THEM!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM!! You have been warned.

**Update: they came out today as scheduled. We are pleased with the result. The technician was knowledgeable. One thing I like about them is they do not use harsh chemical. Would have given 5 stars if they had come last week. Overall, I will use them again. ***<br><br>When I first signed up for the service they told me they serviced quarterly but at anytime if there were any issues give them a call and they would come out right away. They just came not too long ago to spray for ants, mice, etc. Then last week we had a massive fire ant invasion to the house. The ants went into my son's room and gave him bites all over his neck and arms. I called and requested if they could come asap. They said no ma'am the earliest was this Wed, which is more than a week later. So i had to make work arrangements to stay home on Wed for the apt. They did not show up. Eventually i had to give them a call to find out why. There was an issue with the technician which I understand, things happen. But what I am upset is no phone call from them. They said they did text. I did not receive anything. Poor customer service. At first I thought they were great.

They lock you in with a contract. They won't let you modify anything unless you sign a new contract. I started with eco-friendly treatments which are every two months. When that didn't work I asked them to use synthetic material and they will but they'll still schedule you every 2 months even though you should technically be scheduled every 3 months and could have a free re-treat at two months. Bottom line - they've never cured my bug problem and I can't wait to never use them again!<br><br>The contract reads that you can have a re-treat at any time. Legally that means whenever you as the customer request it. If that is not how you're going to operate then you should align your contract language with your actual policy. Please beware.

I guess besucase of the heat, this go around we had lots more unwanted “activity”. Our service professional Javier, as always, was very thorough, professional and flat out a delight! He took he’s time to inspect every area and even provided prevention tips. We are super happy and satisfied with his work…wouldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you JAVIER!

I’ve been using this company for over 2 years. Edd serviced our home today and was very professional, thorough and he wore a mask, which is very important in these days and times. The service is a good quality and a good value.

Ed came to do our house yesterday and did a great job. He was efficient, respectful, asked about problem areas, and set bait appropriately. He verified some details about which product to use, which was a good catch because the admin office had it recorded incorrectly from what we had done during our first extermination. Also, he was just real nice and personable. Overall, quite pleased. The main office's method of scheduling is a bit of a mystery right now to me. My contract had a July spray scheduled, and this was not a quarterly one, but a 30 day follow up to my initial one to break the egg cycle. But when I called on August 1st or so to ask when it would get scheduled, or see if I'd missed an email, she said it was scheduled for the first Saturday in August (not a "july" spray 🤔) and they would've called two days prior. I am hopeful my next one won't be so bumpy to get on the calendar.

Green Earth Exterminators has treated my home quarterly for several years. They are easy to schedule and treat you so well. They confirm your appointments and send reminders. And if you need to adjust your appointments they are very helpful. The technicians are polite and professional. They are happy to answer questions about the service and local critters. This month, for the first time, I needed service in between the regular appointments and they did not charge me at all!<br>If you are looking for a company to treat your home for insects and a company to treat you well, you should call Green Earth Exterminators!

We had our initial treatment today and I am very pleased with Paul's work. He showed up at the beginning of the time estimate given, answered all my questions, and explained what I might expect to see over the next couple days. Hoping the product works well!

I just fulfilled my 1-year contract with Green Earth Exterminators and canceled my service. Unfortunately, their products did not work well for my lawn in Katy, and with 2 toddlers running around in the backyard, it's important to me to not have ant piles or wasp hives out there.<br><br>After having my home treated last week, I found 8 ant piles built within 3 days of the service that I had to take care of myself. I also found a large wasp nest, a roach in the house, and there were cobwebs all over my kids' backyard playhouse.<br><br>I will say that Javier always did a very good job for me when he was my assigned technician. Unfortunately, the products still just didn't keep the ants and wasps away for long.

This is the best and most financially reasonable exterminator I have ever used. My technician, Javier Mendoza, is very professional and thorough. I am lucky to have found this vendor; my previous company was so expensive and not as conscientious as Green Earth. Their office personal are also very helpful and courteous. You will really like this company.

I found out about this company from the reviews that I read. So I decided to give to give them a try best decision well worth my money. The tech came on time which I liked and he was very knowledgeable.

Javier was our pest control expert (this was our first time hiring a pest control company) and he took the time to explain and give me insight on where these spiders/ants like to live in (inside cabinets, dark spaces, etc). We did a walkthrough of the house together and went above and beyond to explain things to me and gave me suggestions for next time.<br>He did an excellent job inside/ outside/ attic and has great work ethic. Charges you full price for half service. I have been using green earth for several months and they came and treated outside only as they would not do inside due to Covid but yet still charged me full price and never came out and serviced the inside before my next service was due. Not a good way to do business.<br><br>Reply to Owner<br>I'm not talking about the service done on 7-30. Im talking about the service done back in april. The tech told my wife they were not treating the inside due to covid. I received my bill which was the full amount of my regular full service. I called and spoke with the office and questioned why i'm getting charged full price when only half the service was performed. The lady (sorry can't remember her name, but the same lady that always answers the phone) told me that they are not doing the inside right now to protect the safety of the tech's and that they would come out in approx two to four weeks to service the inside. That never happened and I gave Green earth every opportunity to do what they tell their customers they will do. Nobody called or came until my next service was due on 7-30. Customer service isn't Green Earths strong suite. I would suggest before commenting on a review that you check all the service calls. Plain and simple yall performed half the service yet charged me full price. For the life of me I don't understand why the lady I spoke with on the phone that day didn't just reduce the bill right then and there, boggles my mind. Again customer service is not y'alls strong suite.

Good fees for services, very friendly and attentive to special requests. They do a very through job and reach all areas outside on our two story home from the ground to the peaks. Highly recommend them, we have been a customer for a year now with quarterly visits.

I’ve been using this company for almost a year. However, this month we had a disappointing incident. The person who came to service our home it wasn’t the same who used to service us and this young tech came and was basically in and out. According to my husband he had to follow him around the house because he wasn’t very thorough. Also he didn’t to a good job outside. He man who used to service the house (Javier) was very professional and thorough and would pay attention to the areas we mentioned him ( like when we had sugar ants). I’m willing to give them the chance, because the products they use have environmentally friendly and bec I have little ones and animals in the house. That’s why the three stars.<br>Update.. they told me they would make it up, and send someone to do the house again. Never showed up. So I’m finding another company.

Thought I would use this company due to it's high ratings. Now I regret it. I received pest control services on March 25th 2020. The tech gave me an option to use the "harsh" stuff or the "natural" stuff. As much as I'm all for natural gardening, I chose the harsh stuff for maximum effectiveness. I waited several hours before the tech left to step out and examine my lawn. When I did, I saw no difference. Ok, maybe it needed time to work. So this morning I checked my lawn and it's like it was never treated. I called the company only to find out the tech used the natural stuff. Really? I have received no phone call back regarding if they will be coming back out to apply what I paid for. As a business owner myself, I say this is a terrible way to do business. Bottom line, avoid like the plague.

I love these guys. All natural products that make your house smell like you turned on a diffuser. They use essential oils that are effective and smell amazing.<br><br>I had a red ant problem and they said what they would use wasn’t.... green earth... gave them the ok and no more red ants.<br><br>Love these guys and would highly recommend for your quartet service.

I had Green Earth Exterminators, LLC come work on my house and paid for the service in September 2019. I paid $162.38. Right after the service, I have still been having ants in my walls at the back door ever since then. The job was not redone and my refund was not given back to me. I am not pleased at all with the poor service you provided. I do not recommend this company and will definitely not be using them ever again.

First of all, my husband made the appointment for this service (Lane since his response to my review is saying he can’t find me anywhere and this is my maiden name) and paid extra for a certain service that was NOT performed. Also we were told the spray is safe for kids and and animals but the exterminator had a mask on. At the end of the spray he had me sign his iPad it just had a line for my signature he stated “sign here saying I came by and sprayed” so I did! Well the spray they used did not work I called them to let them know and the lady gave me a bs lie about how it’s a federal law that they can not spray twice in less than 2 weeks. It just so happens I remembered I had a friend who does pest control and confirmed the spray used is a low impact spray and has no stipulations on the amount sprayed. She also told me she would have to get “approval” from the owner to come back and follow through with the service we had initially asked for. She told me she would call before 5 because it usually takes an hour for him to call back. She NEVER called back. With that being said in their AD is says if the spray doesn’t work they will come back free of charge and spray again so I don’t see why she needed approval. Also we were charged $107 to spray a spray that cost $21.00 (EcoPCO AR-X )on Amazon (I looked it up to see if I could find any laws). I also went to my email to look at my receipt to see how much I was charged and saw my signature on that very line where he told me to sign right under big bold letters that states “ This agreement is for an initial period of 12 month(s).” I was NEVER told ANYTHING about an agreement or that I was signing one. So please beware they are shady and it’s all a sham I have a really hard time believing these 5 star reviews are actually real. I for one am all for good customer service and these people could care a less and I damn sure don’t appreciate being bold faced lied to.

After my second treatment by Green earth exterminators and I didn't see any more roaches! They urged me continue scheduled treatment to insure all their eggs were killed as well. I did, and now I'm roach-free! I loved their sense of urgency and dedication. Very thorough extermination and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Deceptive and misleading contract and horrible scheduling. One star is too many. The contract says it's a 12 month contract. But in fine print it also says they will continue services unless you cancel in writing 30 days in advance. So they will show up at your door to spray without an appointment or consent (and without your knowledge if you aren't home) and then expect payment. The contract also says the "total agreement" is $340 + tax (it's the bottom line and written "total agreement amount" which is also misleading. They also know it's misleading and when you question why you end up paying $490 + tax for a year when the agreement says $340+tax, they point out that it's the amount after the initial charge. I find this totally dishonest.<br><br>Scheduling was also a problem. They call to tell you that you had an appointment at a certain time frame on a certain day without ever asking beforehand. Not once did they call to ask if that day or time would work (you have to be home for them to spray inside your house). They also showed up to spray in the rain on several occasions (not sure how effective that would be).

Green Earth Exterminators responded quickly to my call and took actions same day, I'm very happy with the perfect job done by this guys and I will be recommending their services to anyone who needs them. Keep it up guys!!

Green earth exterminators are awesome, they really put a smile on my face, i inherited this house and the rodents in it from my grannys, it has been a plaque but they came and all the rodents went into extinction. their customer service is top notch. i highly recommend them

Blake came out and did my pest control service today andnitnwas wonderful. He went above and beyond for my family. We have a major spider problem and my son isnhaving a birthday party on Sunday and I feel certain that we will be able to play in the yard safely now. This company is by far the best and cheapest pest control company in the houston area. The technicians i have had the pleasure of dealing with were Blake and Henry. Blake did my initial service. He arrived on time, was clean shaven and very presentable. First impressions are lasting impressions. He was very educated and answered every question i threw at him. Unfortunately i havent dealt with blake since then but i still have a decent tech named henry who is usually on time and takes care of business. This company is amazing and i would recommend them to anyone with pest issues. You name it they can handle it. 5 stars all the way!!!

I had a really nasty problem at my home and GEE was really professional in getting rid of it and the whole process went really smooth.
