When the team came to seal holes and place traps, they were thorough. I had just started with green army pest service and when william stepan came out he recommended some house work that I totally missed and while I initially was hesitant because of the price, the quality of work was well worth it. he was thoughtful, attentive, and did a great job following through on all the work he said he would do. he patched holes, put metal plates, cleaned my gutters and checked all around the house and informed me of things going on with the house I would not have otherwise known such as a bent pipe that was a opening for natural gas to flow out of the house. he along with Joseph reynard made sure the job was done to my complete satisfaction and I highly recommend them as a service and appreciate the work that was done very much.

Green Army did an excellent job on the wildlife exclusion project making sure that all areas both outside and an inside storage area were sealed off properly. William and Joseph were very friendly, courtesy and professional. William called to let me know he was running behind which I appreciated. Once the job was completed he took me all around the house showing me what had been done. I just switched to them for pest control and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

Knowledgable, polite, punctual, effective

I tried them as I got some great reviews.. Yes, they were brilliant when they first come in - good explanation - detailed overviews and they spend time.. But in time you realize - Green Army is just another company. Especially when it comes to follow ups.<br><br>Post the service, I had an increment on spiders and ants - Called them - no response - tried to get them in as part of the warranty support they provide - no luck - you call them - always goes to a voice mail - and then they land up 3 months later as part of their next service job.<br><br>You complain - The tec says - he was never informed.. Does the job - goes away - same problem - the invoice is in 3 days - in one week charged to your card. You complain - no response. The tec guys are good - the back office remains to be effective.<br><br>I have waited for six months to write this - and do realize... At the end of the day - no matter what - until they get your business - they are the best. End of the day - green / red or organic products.. Bottom line is the same.

We have been customers of Green Army for 1 year. The prices are comparable to other companies. We have not had an issue with bugs since we started. One of the techs, however did break our gate and didn’t address this with me when it happened. I did contact the office, the owner and the manager. They have been super responsive to this issue which is appreciated. We will update this review when the issue is resolved.

Had them for almost 2 years gave them so many opportunities but never solved my problem with roaches

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful about pests and pest control remedies. , , even offering suggestions with off the shelf products. No high pressure to purchase plans or contracts, providing the recommendations to solve your problem.

We have been using Green Army for about 6 months. They have been pretty good-similar results to other companies we have tried. Kim in the office is great to work with-very responsive. The only issue we have had is the last tech left our gate wide open and we have dogs-fortunately I found out before the dogs did! I have asked that closing the gate be part of our file. All in all I would say we are satisfied with the service and price.

Driver with long hair and glasses, almost missed the belt way8 exit so he decided that almost slamming into my car filled with children was ok. Then decides to throw stuff out the window. This is really unprofessional.

JC was prompt and courteous. He wore booties which we appreciate. Booking was very easy and he can even call 30 min. before getting here. Have been using him for 3 years with around 2 treatments a year. He comes in between of there are issues. Always able to get rid of and keep the ants away. Can recommend him wholehearted.

Service man came out was very confident in how to reach a solution.He discussed the plan with me and told me to expect results in less than a week.

We had a contract with them for a year, they stopped coming after one spot call (between treatments), then they have never come back. That was back in July. In December that was the time I realized that our house has not been serviced for 5 months, I called a few times, and no life person answered the phone, only ask to leave messages. So, I did. It has been two weeks, I have not received any phone calls from them. I am not even sure if they are still in business.
