Once u arrive, take a second and park ur truck on the street outside to get the shipper/receiving to open the gates. After, you will make a wide right then wide left. Take ur time. He'll instruct you to make a u turn in the dirt lot. Then,go back towards the exit to back up towards the docks facing the exit. Take ur time. It is pretty cramped for semi-trucks but not impossible. As far time. Pretty fasted

Location is fairly tight for a truck but not unbearable. Have to do a turnaround in the dirt lot or you can do a blind side. Took about 8 mins to get into a dock including the spin around in the gravel. As soon as you get into the dock they start unloading.

Unloading take 3&4 hours . Workers don’t care your time .

I have used Garland for Spray Foam Service twice. My house and at remote business office. Excellent results, more comfort in extreme temperatures that we get in Houston.

They take FOREVER to unload you so of your clock is low don't come here😒

"Truck Drivers"You turn in at the red white and blue Garland sign come through the iron gate make a sharp left there's a small parking lot that you can make a U-turn in make sure your trailer tandems are all the way to the front, it's tight, once you make a u-turn you'll go out the way you came in and back up to the sunken dock.

Our builder recommended Garland Insulating to add insulation to our attic. The sales person, Sharon, showed up over an hour late for the appointment. She inspected the attic, took notes and promised a bid within one or two days. After 10 days with no bid, I sent Sharon and email but received no response. One week later, I called her and she promised me a bid by the end of the day. Four days later, I sent her an email requesting the bid or the courtesy of letting me know she would not bid the job. It has been several days and I have received no response. The only conclusion is that Garland is very unprofessional and wastes potential customers' time. A week after writing this review, we indeed were contacted by Garland and provided with a bid. Yesterday, the work was completed to our satisfaction. We appreciate the prompt response to our complaint by the company and the neatness and efficiency of the workers.
