While I am satisfied with the work done. I am pretty sure we overpaid (despite the company knocking off $700) . So I know the quote was overpriced. We decided to go with this company anyway because we wanted to get this problem fixed right away, but the entire process feels like a sales pitch. The guy that came to give me a quote made me watch a PowerPoint. He was very nice and I know he was just doing his job but it felt like I was stuck in a presentation for a timeshare that I was not interested in. I wouldn’t recommend unless you need the work done asap because you will be paying top dollar.

Professional from beginning to end. Did everything they promised. I have a 140 year old house in Galveston. They vacuumed, sealed, sanitized and filled the attic with clean insulation. As an architect and homeowner I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with my insulation work, took them all day to get all my old insulation cleaned out, plus all bunch of stuff left over in the attic from previous owners. They disinfected the attic and covered all the open areas air doesn’t escape. Overall they did a great job.

Would have gave them 5 stars had they not set the generator up so close with exhaust blowing towards front door with it open. Filled the house with exhaust. great company and even greater workers. both Tommie and Freddie (brothers) did my insulation on our 1500 sqft home. they were very courteous and professional. i was happy to have them improve my existing insulation as well as insulate a new room i enclosed. i can’t give them enough stars!!

Communication was an issue as their service team speaks no English. Additionally, this company does not own a watch. The work was good and neat. Only time will tell if this work will make a difference.

This company was selected to remove old insulation and install new insulation. The entire job took about 14 hours from 8:30 AM - 10PM. The crew worked nonstop to get the job done. There was an issue with the insulation blower, which delayed the job a bit, but a replacement unit was quickly brought onsite. The office personal (Kyle, Jackie, Raine) were very communicative, calling to check-in and provide updates on the job status. They were very much vesting in ensuring I was happy with the job. The only significant issue during the job occurred early on when one of the workers put a hole through the ceiling during the insulation removal. The office was quick to apologize and brought in a dry-wall guy to fix the hole while the job was taking place. The hole was repaired, textured, and repainted. Overall I'm happy with the work, it was completed in the timeframe specified and the cost was very reasonable.

EZ Attic Insulation did a great job on our attic! The crew was professional, polite and hard working. Our attic was cleaned of old insulation and over 30 years of dust/dirt. Once our attic was completely cleaned, it was then sanitized. Finally, new insulation was blown in or done by hand. The crew cleaned everything on the way out. Great job!

First crew who vacuum the old insulation out wasn’t to impressed , half ass work from them and had to call management but the guys who came out n done the duck work A+.And the crew who did the blow in insulation A+as well. The stars were for two two good crews who did the job and cleaned up the others, first crews work. And one other thing the salesman was more worried about selling you and not worried about being honest. He needs to be more honest and not try to sell you bullshit.

EZ Attic was able to provide a quick and free estimate, as well as many recommendations and options. They were able to quickly send out a team for a full clean out and blow in insulation job in a day.

I’m a 100% disabled combat veteran. During EZ Attic’s visit to create an estimate, their representative broke the light fixture to my AC room/attic while climbing up my ladder to inspect the space above the 4th floor ceiling. He promised he would return to fix it, but he never did. I called management a couple weeks after the incident and let them know what occurred, and the supervisor promised me they would make it right. It’s now 2.5 months later and they still haven’t repaired the damage they caused. Due to mobility limitations, I’m unable to reach over my head with both hands to make repairs myself. I suggest going to another company who doesn’t disrespect the homes of disabled military veterans by smashing their light fixtures and not repairing them.

Would not recommend !! they sprayed my husbands shoes with the foam sealer they use and kept promising they would make it right as they are $200 shoes. The sales rep also told me if I paid cash he would take off $200. Once I called the office and said this they said they would speak to the mangers and they could only give me $190?? I said okay it was fine. Then my husband noticed his shoes he had just bought were damaged I showed them photos and the sales rep kept telling me they will make it right and I have yet to hear back. I keep getting the run around and honestly I don’t like dealing with liars. They also missed an entire air vent in my upstairs bathroom.

EZ Attic was very thorough. They did everything that they claim that they were going to do. Pictures were taken Before & After insulation. they were very thorough about cleaning and never leaving a mess. They were prompt and efficient. Their pricing were reasonable for the great work they did. I would recommend them to anyone

Never had I contracted a company and had so many issues like this one. If you do ever contract them make sure you have everything talked about and agreed down to the T because if not they comeback and say that was not part of the agreement. I was going to hire them to do my parents house, but I regret hiring them to my house. The lack of communication between the sales man to the office and office to the workers is crazy, specifically the lack of communication to the customer is crazy. When the sale representative came he made everything sound easy going process, but on the first day it became a hell. They only did half of what we had agreed, workers would come and dint even know what they needed to do. I would not recommend this company to no one.

The crew came to my house around Christmas last year to clean the ducts and install new insulation. The ducts looked fine at the time, but this summer I noticed the attic temperature was unusually high. I called them for an inspection last week. The crew arrived, but none of them spoke English, so communication was difficult. The manager later told me that because a plumbing repipe had disturbed the insulation, my warranty was void. I explained that my plumber had done their best to put the insulation back as it was. During their visit, they didn’t actually check for the cause of the heat issue—just dismissed it as a warranty problem. I called the office at least five times asking for the manager to review the inspection video and explain the actual cause, but I never got a call back. I’m very disappointed in their post-installation support. It feels like they wash their hands of any responsibility once the work is done and will look for any excuse to avoid honoring the warranty. I ended up hiring another attic company, who quickly identified and fixed the real problem—completely unrelated to the plumbing work. I do not recommend this business. Their pricing isn’t competitive, the crew cannot communicate in English, and their promised post-installation support simply doesn’t exist.

Very easy to get a quote by phone or email. Very pleased with the work done today 8/10/25 took about a hour and half. Once the work was done took me in the attic and showed me the fans were working cleaned everything up and they were done. I would definitely recommend ez-attic.

Great service at a fair price. I have noticed a big difference in my Summer electric bills. Last year I hired them to re-move and re-installed my attic insulation. Such a positive difference that this year I had the HVAC / Air duct service. No, it's not the 99.00 duct cleaning from the other companies...but..they also cleaned the condenser, coil, vents, ducts and added a light to help from mold in the A/C ducts. You will get what you paid for and more here!!!! My house is 46 years old and smells like a brand new home now!!!!! It's amazing the work this company does. I will be a repeat customer when the ducts need a cleaning again. Stay away from the 99.00specials in the mailbox or online. All they do is clean the outside unit. They ( in my past experience ) will not clean the coil in the upstairs coil. I can run water through the put unit myself for free..lol this is what the 99.00 specials give you for service

Had 3 fans put in one morning, two hours after they left it started raining and one fan leaked. Had to put a bucket in the attic to catch the water. Had my roofer come out next day to repair/inspect and found all 3 fans installed were missing shingles and sealed improper. Had to remove and re-install them correctly. I recommend buy fans yourself and have a roofer put them in, they know how to seal a roof properly. You can buy these at Home Depot, different brand but same thing, cheaper...

Due to the excessive and unbearable Texas summer heat, we had 2 solar fans installed as well as new insulation blown in our attic. By doing so we were able to cool our home with a lot less strain on our ac unit! The guys came out and did a wonderful job! The work was complete in about 3 hours time! They were pleasant and professional and did a great job! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is considering having the same work done to their home.

I had Ez Attic Insulation install a solar fan on my roof to pull the hot air out of my garage that gets stifling hot in the summer. They were very efficient in installing the equipment and very friendly. The rep was also very informative as well. All was left clean after the install and the fan is working as designed. It’s made a difference in the garage. Lifetime warranty is a plus.

We had 2 Solar Powered fans in stalled on the roof to help cool attic spaces. They were done very professionally and put just where we wanted them. They work great. This project is the second one that this company has done for us and we couldn't be more pleased.

I saw the ad on FB for the solar powered fan and requested more info. I was contacted by Mariana and we scheduled a time for her to come and assess my home. We agreed on one fan so she wrote it up and it was installed 2 days later. They cleaned up whatever little mess they made. I'm happy.

Where do I start? Well, I was in need of replacing my insulation and I saw this video on Facebook. I was amazed at the work and took a chance. I asked for an appt and immediately receive a call from a rep named Haim with the company. He agreed to come do an estimate and was very professional and courteous. After he evaluated my attic which was horrible, he gave me an estimate and I told him I had to discuss with family. He was not persistent and understood. I checked a few other places but was not comfortable with them. So I agreed and it was scheduled. They came, they cleaned, they treated and replaced my insulation. I must of had 7 or 8 Gigantic 10ft bags of old insulation and garbage. Haim stayed in touch with me and we had a few snags, nothing is perfect, but we had resolution immediately. The techs were working digently and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed and pleased what they did. They even alerted me to another problem I didn’t even realize. Air ducts were so beyond cleaning and I had mold. If it wasn’t for them to alert me, I would if not caught it. But breathing all this dirt and mold Ohmygosh! But that’s another project and they do that too!! Another estimate!! Can’t wait to see what they can do!! Here are before and after pics! Thank you Haim and all the techs involved. I recently hired EZ Attic Insulation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The process was seamless, professional, and most importantly at a great price. It only took 2 days from first contacting the company until the project was complete. They worked with great speed but with no sacrifice to quality. I highly recommend using EZ Attic Insulation.

About a month and half ago we received service of attic insulation and ductwork replacement, everything went over well and customer service was great. Then, we had issues with our AC keeping the house cool which was an issue we never encountered before the work was completed. Within the past two weeks, we have called the office to get someone to come and check out the issue and have had terrible customer service and communication. Every time we call the office, we get the same response from the same person in the office. She states they will get back with us later in the evening or the following day yet, we never get a call back and we have to be the ones to reach out for a follow up. We have called multiple times already and have yet to hear back nor have anyone inspect the issue. We are very disappointed as we have spent thousands of dollars with this company for them not to follow up with the issues we are encountering.

EZ Insulation made this a flawless experience for me. The Company handled everything very professionally. Unfortunately, I had no insulation in my small attic space, ductwork was falling down and air was escaping from the plenum box. *UPDATE the day after they left..... water was leaking through the walls of exactly where they were working. They busted a water pipe and it is now under review with their company. MAKE SURE you check ALL WORK!!

EZ Attic Insulation showed up promptly in the morning. Did a great job laying out tarps to protect everything. Sucked out all the old insulation. Cleaned and sealed all joints and around all openings. They built cones to protect light fixtures and added insulated runs for the soffits. Moved all the plywood to do a thorough job. Installed a solar fan and an insulated cover around the attic door. Blew in the insulation to achieve R38 rating and afterwards cleaned everything up and put my plywood walkway back in place. Prices were reasonable. We are happy with their work and would recommend this company to others

Company saleswoman was nice. Text correspondence was professional, but, the day of the install came and the text message crew was cut to two guys. They did not show in the window time frame allotted and there was a serious language barrier. The company rep approved a discount so I allowed the work to continue. They finished in 30 minutes about 30 minutes ago so only time will tell if it was a good investment.

The overall process to have EZ Attie Installation out to the house to provide a quote was easy and they seem to be fair on pricing. We proceeded forward with the installation of two solar attic fans installed. The men that came out to complete the work did a great job within a reasonable amount of time And insured that they cleaned up after themselves.

Don’t believe the reviews and get lied to like my family did! These people didn’t do the job right the first time and made us pull teeth just to get them to fix their mistakes! There was no supervisor to check the work, our rep Isabel has no communication skills as she promised us deals but when we talked about it with other reps they had NO IDEA what we were talking about. EVEN after using them THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE! it is still hot upstairs. The only thing this company did fast was accept the money everything else made us lose our minds! There’s not enough bad things I can say about this company.

I had all of my attic cleaned out, sanitized, sealed fixtures, baffles installed, new insulation and an attic entrance seal installed. Only complaint was needing to communicate with Spanglish and google translate. The crew did solid work and finished earlier than expected. I received a 10% discount for paying by check, which I appreciated. The price they quoted involved more work than another quote and for significant savings. Highly recommend!

EZ Attic Insulation worked around my busy schedule and performed their amazing services on Sunday, over the Memorial Day weekend! The crew arrived as scheduled and were very courteous and informative about the process taking place. You could see how much pride each of the crew members possessed in their work ethic with their attention to detail. They draped canvases over the flooring and kept the doors closed as they entered and exited the home to conduct their duties. They worked diligently throughout the hot day and were extremely quiet. At the end of the project, the lead took me for a brief tour by each of the attic entrances so that I could survey their work. He answered all my questions and was very informative. They also provided incentives with optional financing to accommodate my needs. The first night after the project was completed, I couldn’t fall asleep because both of my AC units were not running during the night. The house was so cool and very quiet. Man I had a great experience with these guys. Angel came and gave me a quote of my insulation. He was quick, honest, and straight forward. There was no bull in his quote or hidden fees. She was funny and professional on the phone. Everything took less the 5 minutes and the job was scheduled for the next 2 to 3 days. I was impressed with these two representatives of EZ attic insulation. There are not many company’s that are honest and professional like this company. I really don’t do reviews but I had to for these guys! I highly recommend them and I don’t do that very often!

We had an excellent experience with EZ Attic Insulation. Marianna arrived was really friendly and professional. She arrived and spent a good while doing her inspection. She showed us pictures of rodent tunnels we didn't know were there. She pointed out other deficiencies and improvements that could be made. The next day the crew came, covered our floors and completed the work within a few hours. They allowed me to inspect midway and take pictures showing all of the old insulation had been vacuumed out before the new insulation was blown in. The price was lower than I expected and the work was high quality. I highly recommend this business.

The guys that did the work were great. I did have a small concern. A couple arrived at my residence stating that the owner of the company advised them that they could enter my home and take a look at the work being conducted. I was actually shocked per this request. I advised them to leave my property with hast. Other than that the work that was done was professionally, ever time they completed a task they allowed me to go up and inspect even take pictures. So the removal of old insulation. Vacuuming everything out, sealing any and all light fixtures, sanitation of attic, placing of vents, and finally blowing in new insulation!

I would happily be able to recommend them now as they have been able to follow through. ***4/14/2025*** I recently have had the, install insulation in my attic. That was a wonderful job. Team came when they said they would and did a fantastic job. However, when I tried to contact the company to get information that I needed to submit for my energy company rebate for installing insulation, they have basically ghosted me. I have emailed them and almost a week later I haven't heard anything back. I have called and no one has ever picked up. I have even left a message after the phone kept ringing and eventually gave me a VM option. So while they are willing to keep calling me prior to the installation, they fall off the edge of the world after the work is done.

Absolutely AMAZING! I have been putting this off for a year because the last time I got quotes the pricing was crazy and I did not care for the people that came out for the estimates. With EZ Attic Insulation EVERYONE was fantastic, from the people setting the appointments, to the gentleman that came to give the estimate, to the OUTSTANDING and professional crew that came and completed all the work!!! I had all old insulation removed, entire area sanitized/disinfected, new insulation installed, ALL old duct work removed and new installed, complete sanitation of HVAC unit, and a new handler box put in to replace the old one. The crew performing the work kept me updated every step of the way and asked for my inspection/approval at each step of the way to make sure I liked their work before they continued. The staff at EZ did a great job. I appreciated how responsive to communication they were across their entire staff, both in person but also over text and phone. They provided pictures of their work, and welcomed me up into the attic as well. I also appreciated how clean the staff kept their work area both during and after the job. They had been recommended by a neighbor, and I would recommend EZ as well now.

They remove all insulation and replaced with new insulation look 10 times better. They did a good job vacuuming this old house from the 60s.

And just because I can't give a half of star. The only thing good about this was the salesman that came to measure and give me the quote, after that the services sucks, no attention to the client, if I didn't call to ask if they would come out to finish, neither then. And acted like they didn't know what was going on. But yes the invoice gets send out even before the people start working.

Very unprofessional service and company. 1- they use sub contractors to do work that they do not quality check. 2 - They do not take accountability when they fail to have job completed correctly. I signed on with them to fill/insulate attic/crawl space to reduce energy use do to cooling. Company they assigned to job was late, had to jump through hoops to get EZ Attic to find out status on where they were. The used faulty equipment that made a 2hr job take almost 7. EZ Attic gave false measurements to charge more. That I has to fact check with another measurements to get adjustment after arguing with them for three hours. Have to hunt down management to resolve. Only to find out a week later they didn't even fill in what they did charge for. Found this out when I was having a skylight installed.. I noticed nothing was falling through the ceiling when they were cutting. Got a call the next day, stating that they're unable to make it to Florida to do that. And that management would call me to find a resolve. I have yet to receive that call. Cleaned old insulation, sanitized and showed me all the places that were not properly sealed, they sealed them up, blew in new insulation, added air rafters. Great communication and great price! Would definitely recommend!

Energy savings is just a side benefit. I presented to Dani of EZ Attic insulation that I have air quality issues (dust, must, and temperature control) in my 2700 square foot single story home. Dani recommended vacuuming the entire attic free of the old blown insulation and loose debris, sealing off all ceiling penetrations, deep cleaning my A/C system and ducts, replacing my A/C duct plenum, rehanging my ducts, installing R-38 insulation, and placing a foil tent over the attic access. I chose roll out insulation, so I can move wires without working in a big mess of blown insulation. Other quotes for less work were up to $9,000.00 higher than the EZ Attic Insulation quote and did not include the A/C work. I hired EZ Attic Insulation to perform all of the above. The work was performed flawlessly in two days. My air quality issues were all resolved! Dust no longer accumulates on counter tops and shelves. The house smells fresh. Most noticeably, the thermostat is set on and reads 70 F all day long when it is 97 F outside. Before EZ Attic Insulation, my house would only cool to 75 F in the middle of a 97 F day. As everybody else in this review section has stated, this is one of the few honorable and trustworthy companies out there. The project is was for my parents’ house, built in the 1990’s, and we started to experience cold areas during the winter and hot areas during the summer. I was on a business trip when we first engaged EZ Attic and I was able to negotiate a very fair price (they have discounts available for first responders and teachers). On project day, the crew was on time and covered everything that needed to be protected - even the corners that the vacuum tube would rub against. Everything was cleaned out and fixtures resealed - again the house is from the 90’s so code was way different back then. The insulation was sprayed in and done properly to hit the R value agreed to. Very good work.

There’s no way any other company is doing better work than this company. Before Dani came for an inspection and estimate I had two other companies come and both companies states they would blow in insulation but not remove the old insulation. They stated, “it doesn’t make a difference, you just need more insulation”. Dani stated otherwise and did a FULL inspection. I expected the quote to be astronomical but it was reasonable for everything they did. Both teams that removed the old insulation, cleaned the attic and blew in new insulation, were friendly and very clean and diligent with their process. You can tell they all have a great work environment and great management support. I reccomend these guys to ANYONE. -Dame

EZ Attic are awesome! From the beginning, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Itamar came out to give me a quote, he arrived on time and answered all my questions. When I said I needed to get a couple of other things done first before we could do the attic, he was understanding and didn’t pressure me, which I really appreciated. Since Jan/Feb are slowish months for their business, he quoted me a very good price. Once we were ready, scheduling for the job was very easy and convenient, Jackie on the phone was super pleasant. They have an invoice/appointment reminder system that is very up to date and easy to use. On the day of, Frankie (foreman) called me to give an ETA of crew arrival. Crew arrived on time and were respectful. Daniel helped answer all my questions, was friendly, and let me crawl around the attic and inspect their work (removed insulation, air seal, baffles, whole shebang) before blowing in new insulation. They cleaned up and were done earlier than estimated. Frankie called again to confirm that I was happy with the job, which I was. All in all, I would highly recommend EZ attic for your insulation needs. Get it done before the summer comes!
