Ashly from Elite Wildlife Services is simply the best! She took a very detailed approach to solving our issues and made sure everything was perfect, even coming out to recheck that all of the critters were gone. The only ones unhappy were the squirrels!

Yeyser was great! We were dealing with a critter in attic. The first company was not as thorough going through the attic to identify the critter they also wanted $450. I contacted Elite Wildlife the next day and Yeyser was connected to our case quickly. He came over and completed a thorough walkthrough inside and out. He came back with pictures of Raccoon dropping and urine in the insulation. Once we were ready to move forward paying only $300, Yeyser came back to set up a one way excluder. Honestly once that was in place our raccoon friend was not heard from again. We waited about 4 days for Yeyser to return and remove the excluder. He then quickly patched the entry point with a metal plate. Ask for Yeyser Cabrera at Elite Wildlife Services next time you think you have an unwanted critter in your home.

We had a great experience with EWS. Mark and Josh were professional, got us on their schedule quickly, and got the job done in no time! I would recommend EWS to others that are surprised by unwanted critters and want them removed in an efficient and effective manner.

We were serviced regularly until they recently decided not to do bait station service anymore without any advanced notice. They don't honor their commitment to customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone rely on them for continuous service. One star is too much for this company.

He was able to remove what turned out to be a raccoon and made the necessary repairs to my house so that no more animals will be able to get in. A squirrel in the fireplace on Christmas Eve, oh my!<br><br>Guadalupe came out at 7:30am on Christmas Eve to remove a squirrel that had fallen down the chimney into the fireplace which, luckily, had glass doors that prevented the critter from entering the house. He enjoyed his 24 hours inside, but was not welcome on Christmas Day.<br><br>Very professional, prompt and courteous service! EWS also installs screening to keep this from happening again ... next week. Highly recommend.

Elite Wildlife Services was amazing. Very informative on how to solve my problem and very responsive! Definitely come recommend. Hello! We had multiple critters in our attic, so we called this company. We are very pleased with their service. The technician, Yeyser Cabrera, did an excellent job ensuring all openings were sealed and installed a few excluders to let critters go out without harming them. He also caught a baby squirrel that was lost and trapped inside. We highly recommend them 👍🏼

Ashly was so great! Critter Control quoted me 2.1k and said there were a lot more entry points throughout my garage.. Ashly came and squashed all of that and quoted me 1/4 of the price! I paid a little extra because I was paranoid about my crawl space but she even went inside and did a full inspection!<br><br>Great service. A shout-out to the guys at Elite Wildlife Services. After Hurricane Beryl, Phillip came out and secured the attic and crawl space from animals that did copious damage (ductwork, wiring, etc.). Every unwanted opening into our house was sealed off with hardware cloth. He did it in stages, based on his understanding of wildlife psychology 😉 .<br>"Now possums are dumb, you have to train them which way to get out of your house. So we'll block off the crawl space one side at a time, then we'll put a one-way door so they can get out but not back in."<br>"Rats are smart. They will find holes that their grandpa used to get into your attic. We can't leave any opening anywhere."<br>We had some work done under the house. Today, Phillip came out, inspected the perimeter and replaced the cover on the entry point where the plumber went under the house. For free.<br>I recommend them for any similar needs you might have.

Josh with Elite Wildlife Services was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had a rat infestation in our garage the week of our wedding, and he came over every single day to help us. He added mesh lining around our house, cemented the holes in our garage, and truly went above and beyond. I was worried the mesh would make our house less appealing, but Josh was so meticulous that you can’t even tell it’s there, and now we get to enjoy a completely rat-free home! While we were away for our wedding, he texted us daily with updates on exactly what he was doing and when he’d be at the house. Elite is a very fitting moniker for this wildlife service group! Mister Guadalupe was professional, polite, thorough and empathetic to my delirium after sensing we had bats without having seen them. I haven't stopped flinching since. Lol He and a partner technician were at my house for a while, setting the releases and later sealing, cleaning and sanitizing the attics and garage. Very responsive to all of my inquiries thereafter and the services were guaranteed for a year. Very impressive! I had a bat exclusion 5 years ago, performed by my extermination service, and Elite Wildlife Services was far more thorough and complete. Expert services rendered.

Called them to get rid of a dead possum carcass in my backyard and they responded quickly and arrived timely efficient. Ms. Ashely went straight to work and got rid of everything that was presented. She's a trooper! Very kind, professional and a listener. I didn't expect them to send her i was a bit surprised lol but she knows exactly whats she doing. Only small downfall is the pricing but hey they do their job effectively and kept it professional.

He fixed the other company's mistakes (we spent a month with a different company trying to get rats out of our attic with little success), secured our home, successfully got rid of the rats, and saved my sanity! They made it out to check on it the same day I called and quickly had a thorough analysis of my problem (raccoons and rats) after their inspection. Phillip Molis is our go-to man! He is so knowledgeable and has many years of experience. We called EWS for their services to remove a raccoon from our attic. He came the same day, assessed the situation and recommended a nontoxic approach. Upon application of a paste in our attic on the same day, within the next few hours, we see the raccoon leaving with her babies. What a nightmare for my kids when they found a life possum in garage. So I called bunch of wildlife company no one answer. Till ELITE wildlife services they answer the phone right away. Ashley showed up in 15 min. She has the baby possum within 5 min and also she inspected my garage doors to see if there is a a small access for rodents and she offered me to seal all of them for free with concrete.<br>Highly recommended

Absolutely recommend! I can’t remember the man’s name who helped us. We heard heavy walking above our bedroom days before thanksgiving and couldn’t find anyone till after that weekend. We had 3 businesses come out to give us quotes the following week, everyone said the same; we had rats and quotes were $1k and up. Elite was able to squeeze us in and came by and was the only person that actually went all the way into the attic when inspecting and got on the roof. He confirmed we did have rats but also what seemed to be a raccoon and showed my husband where it was coming in from. He seemed confident and experienced. He answered all our questions and after the raccoon was confirmed to be gone(about a week later) he set up traps for the rats and came by every 2 days to check on them. We did not have to remind him or check in, he’d confirm with my husband the time he’d be arriving and was consistent with coming by to check on the traps till we confirmed they were gone too.

I had a mystery animal in my attic, and everyone was freaking out, and nobody was getting any sleep. The company that I originally hired never showed up, so I called Elite Wildlife Services, and left a message. Minutes later, not only did Guadalupe call back, but he showed up to my house 1 hour later! Had a rodent problem at our rental property. Found Elite Wildlife Services online and got in touch with them. They were really quick to come out and assess the situation. They walked us through our problem, what their services include and how they go about handing it. Guadalupe is the service tech who came out to do all the sealing and installation of the cage valves. Guadalupe was very professional with clear communication of his timing and explains what he is doing and why. He is definitely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience dealing with rodent issues. Guadalupe did a fantastic job capturing a raccoon that was destroying my property. He is professional and knowledgable. He relocated the raccoon in a humane way so the animal was not harmed which was a concern of mine. The traps were set over the weekend and I kept Guadalupe updated and he answered my texts promptly. I can’t recommend EWS highly enough. I had a pesky little rat situation and all my do-it-yourself traps and other “guaranteed” methods were failing miserably. A neighbor of mine suggested I call these folks who took care of their raccoon problem. Initially they checked the outside for gaps or holes and sealed those. A few days later, they came back and put in a mechanism that would allow the intruder(s) to exit but not re-enter. And still, the pesky creature continued to wreak havoc. Each morning would be something different – a very heavy duty plastic dog food container would be demolished, an avocado left out to ripen would be eaten, same with any other fruit or oats, even those in Tupperware. EWS would come back every few days to check the traps and try to determine where it was hiding. Last week, Guadalupe just happened to take off the cushions from my sofa and there it was! Let me just say that over the course of a month, I can’t tell you how many times they came to the house and never asked for payment until the job was done. There’s not many companies out there that would put in as many man hours as they did and not ask for any kind of deposit or payment until completion. Pretty impressed with these folks. We used Elite Wildlife Services to get squirrels out of our attic and hopefully keep them out. Josh did the job at our house and was a pleasure to work with. He came out multiple times to check the attic and add either traps or additional sealing of potential access points. Finger crossed that he was able to eliminate our problem for good!

I had an issue with bats getting into and living in the fascia boards of my house. When I called Elite Wildlife Services, the owner Mark promptly came over to inspect the house and gave me a breakdown of everything that needed to be done. Over the next several days, Josh worked on sealing the house and installing the valves to help the bats exit. After each visit, Josh would provide me with an update about the work that was done and what the next steps would look like. He also sanitized the attic to make sure the bats didn't leave anything hazardous behind. When you want wildlife to be taken care of, you want to hire professionals who know what they're doing. Josh, with Elite Wildlife Services, was amazing. First he responded on a Saturday when I had found a bat inside of our gas fireplace. Then he completed the removal, made the necessary repairs over a specific timeframe to allow the rest the of bats time to exit the chimney. Fast, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable! He inspected the entire perimeter of the house to ensure there were no other entry points. Excellent customer service and communicated through the entire process. Highly recommend them! We had the best experience with Josh! He was quickly able to figure out a game plan to get 3 squirrels out of our attic and seal everything up! He was very quick to respond to any questions I had, we wouldn’t have been able to get the squirrels out without his help for sure! Happy to have a quiet home once again! Elite Wildlife Services came recommended by a neighbor who had raccoons in their garage in May 2023. I was hearing all kinds of noises in my attic and on the roof - heavy footsteps and babies crying - so I called Elite and Mark, the owner came out for the initial inspection. A momma raccoon found a great spot in a crawl space between the roof and attic of my house to give birth and to protect her babies, but it couldn’t be reached by humans. Mark sent Guadalupe over to my house find her entry and exit points and start the process of extracting them, even though we had no idea how many there were. He set live traps on the roof, then on the ground, and eventually in the attic. Over a number of days, momma and 6 babies were all successfully trapped alive! Elite was committed to making sure all of them were captured, and then closed up all of the entry points, to prevent this from happening after the next mating season. Guadalupe sanitized the attic once we knew they all removed.<br><br>Guadalupe was very polite and professional, and he certainly knows how to handle wildlife (2 opossums were trapped, as well). I am so glad I can sleep at night without hearing those raccoons not far from my bedroom! From the first call to the completion of the job hired to do. The representative was very professional truthful and honest. After gathering quotes from other companies.. his quote was worth the payments and time. The storm interfered a few days however upon returning job was completed as discussed. I originally went with another company by a poor recommendation from an Orkin employee who wouldn’t vouch for his own company. To my detriment the recommendation was even worse. The hole in my roof grew twice the size, the movement in my attic spread throughout the rest of the home and my messages were no longer being replied to.<br><br>Thankfully my cousin, in another part of town, had a raccoon issue in the attic as well and he did the due diligence finding elite wildlife services and especially Guadalupe.<br><br>Guadalupe is phenomenal. He resolved my cousins issue within 3 days. During the same period, he came over to my house, walked me thru the attic, actually figured out the tunnel system the raccoon was going to and from one space to the other, applied eviction paste throughout the attic bravely enough with the possibility of running into the raccoon while up there.<br><br>We had cages and cameras set up in the backyard. First day a raccoon was caught in the cage. Guadalupe came and got it out of there. Next day we caught another one and again he came and removed it. Then he set up a one way door in the hole. To our shock the original raccoon was still in the attic with babies none the less and when the coast was clear, it no longer could handle the eviction paste and I watched it climb down the home with the babies in its mouth and back getting the heck away from my home once and for all.<br><br>After we confirmed no more movement in the attic, Guadalupe came back and sealed all the entry points into the home, sanitized the entire attic and we haven’t had an issue since. Guadalupe was great ! We had trapped a raccoon and needed it released far away. Guadalupe said what time he would arrive and was right on time. We agreed that it would be best to leave in the cage until release rather than try to transfer it into one of his cages so he took our Havahart trap with him for the day, released the critter and brought our trap back that afternoon.<br><br>In conversation we also discussed some feral peacocks that are bothering some others in the area that we both have had to deal with too. Turned out we knew and had dealt with those same people.<br>Great guy, excellent service, highly recommended!

Our current ongoing experience with field technician Guadalupe Martinez with Elite Wildlife Services has been excellent. From initially conversing with him about our needs ( he was servicing another home on our street and politely stopped when I waved to talk with him as he was leaving the job site) to performing a quick overview and designing a work plan with costs for the management of relocating trapped wildlife and then beginning the job and returning promptly everyday to collect caught animals in a respectful manner to relocate to a better living space suited for them. . He is still in the process with much progress and has secured open gables and a vent and a space in the corner of the roof.<br>Mr. Martinez has been very respectful of our property and needs and very informative in providing his well informed knowledge on how we can help with the process. Mark and Guadalupe were very helpful in getting a family of raccoons out of our attic. My husband and I just moved into our current house that previously sat vacant for 3-4 yrs so who knows how long the raccoons were even living in the attic before we got here… but as you can see from our first few photos, they’d done some pretty extensive damage to our ventilation and made more than one entryway to get inside our walls. We could hear them making a fuss in our attic and crawl space at night and when we called EWS, they came to inspect our property within the same week. Hi everyone. Guadelupe and Mark with Elite Pest control are a lifesaver. Theres nothing worse than rats and squirrels and a raccoon/possum up in your house. Especially when mothers and girlfriends are involved. Besides the fact that they got rid of the pests and put out special traps, they offer a warranty so you don’t have to worry that the pests might come back and have an added cost. Ps. The pics show my horrible solution compared to theirs.

Noticed that we had an unexpected guest enter through our gutter vents. Turns out it was a pregnant raccoon who ended up having her babies in our crawl space. Called up EWS and they sent over technician Guadalupe who was very helpful! Went to attic space, set up raccoon removal kits, and switched our gutter soft vents with newer vents to prevent animal entry. In the end Guadalupe had to physically remove the raccoon and babies and he did it like a pro! Highly recommend their business if you need pest removal!

I had HVAC in my attic and they discovered a giant possum. I called Elite Wildlife Services based on their Google reviews and got a call back within an hour. The owner Mark and technician Josh were here the same day. They found a hole on one of the adjoining townhouse’s chimney that the possum was entering. They put a one-way door over the hole that day. They came back two days later and checked that the possum was gone. Josh also placed a bat valve and sealed my chimney cap because they had discovered evidence of bats in my attic and chimney. Within 5 days everything was removed, repaired and remediated at a reasonable price. They were very pleasant, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this local company to anyone!

Honestly this service turned the experience of dealing with a raccoon bursting through our ceiling and breaking into our home into something much more manageable and even seamless and painless. It was everything we could have asked for! The technician Guadalupe Martinez was AMAZING. He was there in less than twenty minutes and was able to catch and transport the animal in another thirty minutes. He also was very kind of patient with us and gave us a little bit of advice to prevent this from happening again. Even better was the fact that he was so responsive on a Sunday when no one else was picking up the phone. He was a true lifesaver. Another big thing was knowing that the raccoon would be humanely removed too. Great experience and will call again if needed!

Norman installed a one-way trap and blocked more points of access for other pests. This was exactly right, a very straightforward solution and very cost effective as well! Thanks so much!
