I called EcoShield this morning with a problem I had. I spoke with Tabitha She was very professional but what made her stand out to me is I can tell she was caring and very pleasant to talk too. I have come across three bugs, two spiders And one bug since they were here. And they’re still ants. I didn’t take any photos because I didn’t think of it. I called once and let them know. I found a big spider. He said he’d send someone out, but I haven’t seen anyone.

Tyree was great. I mistaking thought he grabbed my hand spreader but false alarm. It must’ve been a tool. But he was very friendly and efficient.

Quentin has serviced my residence a couple of times and each time he has done a fantastic job and is always professional and friendly.

Patricia was very helpful when rescheduling my pest appointment. She was friendly and asked questions to determine my needs.

STAY AWAY!! Random stranger rang my doorbell, felt a bit pressured into trying the service, was told that I could cancel after the introductory services, which required two visits. I canceled after two visits. Now they are harassing me with text messages and emails about an early cancellation fee of $270. I tried calling them, couldn't get a hold of them, just kept getting text messages and when I'd respond, I only got automated responses. Now they've sent me to collections. I'd rather have a wasps nest inside my bedroom than use this service.

Steven did an excellent job and informed me of everything he planned to do and when he completed his work.

Steven was polite and very knowledgeable about my pest control needs. He covered all the areas of concern. He did a check-in with me before he left to make sure I didn't need anything else done. Excellent customer service.

I've been a customer for a long time and have been a happy one at that. Today, however - not happy. I called to reschedule my appointment that is schedule for this coming Tuesday morning, 2/27/26. Talk about making it difficult. I had to ask 5 times (literally) it started with you don't need to be home, we can do it with out you there, to why are we rescheduling - do I need to give you a reason? Aren't I the customer? calling with plenty of advance notice. Then it was well IF we do reschedule, then it has to be this month - meaning that week. Like I'm forced to do this? I told her I said I don't need this, you are about to lose me period, well I'll cancel the appointment and we can call you back to reschedule. My take is that corporate numbers are now coming before customers. They have to have so many treatments done to meet their monthly numbers. This call really made me feel like the bad guy for trying to reschedule before a huge ice storm rolls into town. And they make it as difficult as possible - "let me get my manager to see if I can reschedule" - Seriously?

Charles was knowledgeable in recognizing potential issues, taking care of them, and very precise inside the house.

The tech was very efficient and friendly. He even offered to have a free inspection of the attic scheduled

The only communication I received from this employee was one knock at the door prior to service. He did not follow up concluding service resulting in having left my garage door open because of this. He also did not service very long, so unsure of quality of work.

Tyree was efficient, friendly, and engaging in conversation when I was outside. Very kind man who clearly enjoys his job even on this very cold morning. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service and follow up! Always on time! Even when I’ve forgotten that the technician was coming and had locks on the gates. They will call and reschedule at no extra charge or penalty. They also remove all the spider webs around the perimeter of the house even in hard to reach places.

Asima @Ecoshield Pest Control call center was very efficient concerning my needs. Slight language barrier but over all knowledgeable at her position. Definitely grateful.

It’s like they’re just spraying water. The service does nothing to actually get rid of bugs. The technician rushes in and out in five minutes and doesn’t address the requests I specifically ask for. Customer care is terrible. They don’t help at all, no matter how much they claim their “loyalty” to value their customers. Don’t waste your time.

Every time Steve have came he have been a communicator on what he's doing today also finishing his task. He's very polite and makes sure he covers all service areas.

Use someone else. Scammed me into signing a contract as the cost and service seemed reasonable. After a few months I asked them to discontinue as we were still getting a lot of rodents, odd insects and spiders. They convinced me to me to stay. Another few months, no improvement. I let Aptive treat my place and they did an excellent job and much improvement. No more rats. No more weird bugs. No more spiders in the house. I stopped paying eco and explained why with only 2 mos left in the contract and they still sent me to collections. Crooks. Dont fall for these money grabbers.

I was not satisfied with my Technician, Kenrezki service. First of all, the technician was on his personal phone with his headphones during my entire service. That is so unacceptable, unprofessional and inattentive. When I spoke him, I didn’t know if he was talking to me or the other person on the phone. He did not remove my old stick pads.<br>Honesty speaking, I do not want that technician to return to my house because of his poor customer service.

Everyone please save yourself the trouble. They only come once every two months and do absolutely nothing. At the end of their 10 minute visit they list all the services done that weren’t actually done. Interior never gets done but is listed as completed every visit. Also very suspicious that I can never get an appointment when I can actually be home and present. Lastly if you decide that spending $160 for them to spend less than 10 mins per visit every two months is crazy they charge you a $250 cancellation fee. Scammers. Last time I give anyone coming door to door a chance. Shame on me. Pure robbery! You guys aren’t about to just take my hard earned money like that. Go ahead and send me to collections.<br>Pictures attached are from their most recent visit after giving them one more chance. Obviously they didn’t give a spiders ass.<br>You know where their work stands if they have to charge $250 cancellation fee. If anyone else was affected by this company there is a class action law suit against them. Please share and put an end to businesses like this.

Albee was very professional, customer orientated and exceeded my expectations with my requests. This company has really been a great pest service provider from the field technicians to customer service.

the one star reviews for this business is real<br>they go through door to door, their sales pitch makes it sounds like it is a small new family business and they care about their customers, apparently they are not and also they do not. when you want to stop their services, they will tell u you have an agreement with them and you will need to pay cancelation fee (even though you only want to cancel because their services sucks)

I use Ecoshield for bi monthly maintenance and they always do a great job. They ask what pests we’re seeing and they strategically remove them and set up preventative measures. Luis has serviced my home several times and he’s great, but everyone that comes has been nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Shield has been servicing my home for about 4 years now. They’ve been good about communicating appointments, arriving on time, making accommodations, and taking care of emergent problems (like new spider issues, wasps nests, roach incursions) with targeted treatments. Rafael helped me today, and was professional and helpful in helping me schedule a complimentary touch up service.

Sean was great. First person that provided great customer service from this company. The technicians were rude except the second one. The last one left my garage door open and drove off without telling me he left, so I didn’t even know the door was open.

We’ve been customers for over 2 years. It started because we share the same ecological values and expanded to both main residence and lake house. In both locations service is reliable, thorough, consistent and accommodating. If and when I have unusual problems, I call and they’re here in 48 hours addressing it. That’s one of the reasons we remain customers. Note that both properties are very big, so it’s not a matter of 5 mins and they’re done.

We’ve been customers for over 2 years now and I’m still delighted with EcoShield Pest Solutions. They notify before a scheduled service, go the extra mile when I need them to and are always accommodating when I need them to be. Last week they did the scheduled maintenance while we were away because they called the day of service and I approved it. We were abroad and returned yesterday. Today I noticed sugar ants in the kitchen. I called and they’ll be here tomorrow to treat inside. That’s one of the reasons we are still customers in both homestead and lake house.

It was a very good experience right from the start, starting with Mayo that came to my house to talk about Ecoshield and he was very convincing too then the service itself was top notch because I haven’t seen any nasty fly outside and inside my house. A pure relief! Finally, the customer service team including Boris was very helpful because they actually listened and help me out with rescheduling and giving me a very reasonable amount. This company has very courteous and hard-working personnel. I called to discuss some service details and Say answered the phone, and she was extremely courteous, kind, resolved my problem, she was extremely cooperative in making sure that I was taking care of. I highly recommend her and this company to do business with.

Maybe need to re-train your drivers on the road, one of your truck almost hit us, started from cutting me off on the freeway to almost hit me during the road. I am driving with my two kids and my wife. This is just unnecessary. Be careful on who do you hired.

i received the dreaded knock despite posting 2 absolutely no soliciting, no knocking / ringing signs on the front door at eye level.<br>1st knock at noon, 2nd knock 6 1/2 hours later after 6:30p.<br>i was in the middle of a call and got interrupted by the knock.<br>i opened the door and was greeted by antonio who offered pest control services. he was not pushy and explained their services in depth.

He appeared to be very thorough, took care of issues that I had no idea needed service. He Explained a lot of his processes to me after the service and made me feel very comfortable with him, the services they provide and the company itself. I Have always been a Terminix person, but I’m really glad I’ve given them an opportunity. They did great.

These door to door solicitors overlooked and ignored multiple no soliciting signs. After I pointed them out, they still started on their pitch. Nearly 6 pm on a Saturday evening, enjoying a movie with my family, interrupted by a sales visit.
