Their follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and it’s clear they value their customers.<br><br>Original:<br>I used Dry Force to address a water leak that affected a bedroom ceiling in my home. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The cost of the service was extremely high (around $4k) for drying the ceiling, especially compared to local companies that offer comparable services at a fraction of the price. I only know there are other options because the leak issue at my home was not fully repaired, which caused additional water damage, and I decided to use another company.<br><br>Punctuality and communication were major issues. The technicians were consistently late, and on one occasion, they didn’t show up at all. I only received a phone call around 8 PM explaining that they wouldn’t be coming, this appointment was simply to remove the drying equipment.<br><br>Additionally, dark stains appeared on my carpet after the equipment was removed. The technicians did not mention the issue; I had to inform the company myself. They did come out to inspect the carpet, but there was no followup. I had to call the office again after at least seven days to request a resolution. I will say that the supervisor/lead I spoke to was helpful and took steps to remediate the issue, but this level of effort should have been standard rather than contingent on my followup.<br><br>All in all, my primary concerns were the high cost, lack of punctuality, poor communication, and the need for persistent follow-up to resolve issues.

Our house flooded this past Saturday due to a failure in a return line for the AC. Woke up to squishy floorboards and water pushing up. Our first call was insurance, obviously. Next call was Village Plumbing who came out ASAP. Village recommended Dry Force and contacted them for us. Dry Force was out by that evening with a commercial dehumidifier. The next day they brought their fans and other dryers. Aaron set up our dryers and got them all positioned. We've also had Jordan and Dan who came by for the follow-up (most of the house is now dry, so we don't have 10 fans anymore!) and should hopefully be fully dry by this Saturday.<br><br>I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dry Force. This company promised to arrive within 60–90 minutes but took several hours to show up. When removing the baseboards, they unnecessarily cut into my walls and removed a few vinyl planks due to moisture, only to later say the planks were dry and didn’t need replacement. Rather than fixing what they’d already removed, they pushed to replace the entire floor — a costly and unnecessary expense.<br><br>Be aware that their mitigation contract requires you to pay 10% of what your insurance approves for repairs if you don’t use their reconstruction services.<br><br>We opted out, and they tried to charge us more than the agreed 10%, falsely claiming our insurance approved a higher amount. When speaking with the billing management about these issues, they became aggressive and demanded the increased payment without explanation. Eventually, they acknowledged their mistake and adjusted the invoice, considering the unnecessary damage caused by their team.<br><br>Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and poor communication.

Quick response time. They had someone out within 2 hours. The tech was respectful, knowledgeable and all around good experience. I hope I don’t need to use them in the future but if I did have an issue, they’d be my first call.

Their customer service is beyond poor ,and very misleading as it relates to insurance claims. They belittled me and treated me like trash when I was late making a payment after expressing losing my job ONE month ago... They called and text me from different numbers that I didn't recognize and claimed I was ignoring them. I get spam and election campaign calls everyday. Overall terrible treatment on the back end. The discount they gave meant nothing compared to the despicable treatment I was given YUCK.

JJ did a great job! He was very thorough. We had a roof leak several years ago that was fixed but the insulation got wet and a little mold appeared in the ceiling of an upstairs bathroom. We had other people come assess it and they all quoted us huge prices for remediation. However, JJ spent a lot of time investigating and taking pictures and moisture measurements. He determined everything was dry and none of the growth was active because the source of the water had been removed. He recommended we just replace the dry wall and wipe down any hard surfaces. I really appreciate him being honest and not making up a problem for his own profit when there was no problem. He talked me through everything very patiently and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for mold assessment and remediation.

If they are this reckless on the street, how would anyone trust them in their home. The blatant disregard to safety is appalling. This happened at 1:34p Sept 17, 2024.

I had a water leak in the pipes in my attic. Dry Force showed up in about an hour of notification. They were great about helping me with filing insurance and explaining to me what needed to heppen to assure my house is safe. Very much appreciate J.J. and his team.

I called Dry Force due to a water issue caused by a contractor working in an adjacent business space that had now caused damages to my space. They were very professional and quick to dispatch JJ to my building within 45 mins. JJ walked me through everything that was happening and going to happen to get my business back to original condition. The level of professionalism and responsiveness was exactly what I needed to keep me calm! Thank you JJ and I’m glad I called Dry Force! We still have some work ahead of us but I’m feeling confident we have the right remediation team in place!

I had a water damage emergency on Labor Day and Dryforce came out within a few hours of being notified. JJ was very knowledgeable and informative about what needed to be done and the process and letting me know the next steps. This is only day 1 but I am confident so far in working with them on getting my issue resolved.

Do not use this company. We tried to get them to come to our house to begin a restoration job after a leaky pipe. They first said that they would be over in 60-90 minutes. After an additional 2 hrs we called and were told that we were next on the list. After an additional, additional 2 hrs we were told that we were still next on the list but that our guy had been working on 4 apartments. That is fine, but it would only take a single phone call or text to let us know about a delay (it might also be possible to reschedule or assign a different workman). They said they would talk to a supervisor and get back in touch to make sure that we were seen that evening. After an additonal 2 hours, and when they had not gotten back to us, we called to call off any repair late in the evening. We discussed with them coming to do the work the next morning. The following morning no one came--no one called--no one has got in touch.<br>If you look at the other reviews you will see that we are not the only customers that have been treated this way. It is completely unprofessional. It would impossible for me to place any trust in the quality of their repairs.

Our water heater leaked from the attic, resulting in the need for water remediation services. We had a same-day estimate appointment. Tito, sales representative, who came to our house did an excellent job of selling their services and providing a verbal estimate. He indicated a second quote would be provided for the repairs and scheduled that appointment for a later date the same week. Now, 2 weeks later, this has not occurred. Fans were left the same day and sheet rock, base boards, and carpet were cut out - some areas were poorly cut and the carpet was ripped where it cannot be saved rather than being cut at the seem (see pics). The representative who completed the demo stayed at our house late into the night to get the wet areas removed to avoid additional damage, except we noticed days later that he had also missed areas that we had to point out to him. Of concern was that he missed obvious areas within the walls and we had to point those out during a subsequent visit, leading to additional days with the fans running in those missed areas. Then the storm happened, leaving us without electricity for several days. Two weeks later, we have not received the paperwork with the estimated costs that were verbalized to us and our insurance states they also have not received anything. According to DryForce, the costs are provided 5-10 business days after the equipment is picked up. It's been a mystery and we don't know what they'll be submitting to our insurance and whether it will align with the verbal quote, which is extremely stressful. Of course, they make you sign an agreement that states you're financially responsible for anything your insurance won't cover. The front end sales was convincing, but that salesman is out of the picture. The text message responsiveness from the office was helpful. However, at this point, we’re glad we did not commit and sign up for any restoration services from the start. I’ve added a few photos for context though there were many other areas. You can see how the carpet was ripped rather than cut at the seam, which now makes it unrepairable. Areas where the entire drywall should have been removed was missed, causing the wall area to remain wet and when pointed out had to removed. Missed to remove a damaged baseboard as seen in photo. Not good.

ARS recommended me to these guys after this leak in my home damaged my wooden floors. I felt so bad because this guy came all the way from Austin just to do a free inspection. John Fontaine was very professional, he explained everything to me very thoroughly that I was able to understand what the process would be. He let me ask any questions I wanted. His demeanor was calm & collect & I wish more people were like him. Highly recommend!

We had a water leak that damaged some cabinets in our kitchen. I called Dry Force in the afternoon, and they came by the same day to get the situation surveyed. Gabriel helped me understand what was going on and what was needed to fix my situation in simple terms that I could easily understand. When I said I needed a quote, he called his manager, Brandon, right away and they helped me with the estimate on the spot. Discovered upstairs water leak on Saturday morning. Called Dry Force and Anna came very quickly to assess the damage and get the clean up started. Kodee Edwards and J. Tapp worked into the night on Saturday and Sunday to get the water logged insulation removed and tearing out flooring, ceilings and walls to prevent further damage. I am very pleased with Dry Force and am hoping to use them for my repairs. In a situation where stress is built in--the Dry Force crew gives you one less thing to worry about.

I’m very shocked to see the high ratings. I rarely leave a bad review I think it’s petty and lame, but this is an egregious enough scenario that I am. First of all, Tito came and was WONDERFUL. However, he is a salesman, and what he sold we did not get. The structure is that he reviews the job, and then you are passed to a different team. Another person came and dropped off fans and looked for mold. I can’t remember his name, but he, too, was terrific. He found we had significant mold, and it would have to go to a “mold specialist” to test and write protocol. The mold specialist was fantastic. Their team was the only one that answered our calls. 2 weeks passed, and we heard nothing, and the fans have been running constantly. We had to call Dry Force, and it turns out they just forgot about us…. So we said no big deal, these things happen, and had them schedule the demo folks. What a mess. Aaron and Gabriel were the crew. Aaron was respectful and worked hard mostly, but he was on the phone constantly with the office (I assume), and it delayed his work, in my opinion. Gabriel was so unprofessional and did very little work. There was an incident with a work van, and they both stood on the lawn for about 2 hours, to which Gabriel said directly to me, “I get paid hourly.” The discussions that were had were very loud and inappropriate about their colleagues. I have owned many properties and have NEVER had such an unprofessional crew. We had to call for updates constantly despite being told we would be contacted daily with statuses. Queyton did not like answering us and just wouldn’t at times. We would have to call several times before we got someone, often having to engage Tito. We get to the end of the demo and mold plan, and it has been two months. Rebuild has not even begun, and we got an invoice for 8k. The problem here is we asked and asked several people and the main office if the 8k bid covered remodel as well and were told yes by everyone verbally. At the end of the job, it was 8k for just the teardown. Looking back, the language used in the bid is very vague, and it is easy to assume it includes rebuilding, so be very careful to get all verbal agreements in writing. Also, the entire time, we were told insurance would cover it, and they wouldn’t. We will be getting someone else to do the rebuild because what a nightmare this company has been. Maybe this was a fluke because, again, the reviews are good, but it was a bad start to finish for us.

If you’re reading this, it’s probably not under the best of circumstances as you’re experiencing some type of water or mold damage which from my recent experience, I know can be pretty stressful and exhausting to deal with.<br><br>Hopefully I can provide some insight that will make your experience a little less daunting which is what Dry Force did for me (more than once I might add).<br><br>First, I’ll say that Dry Force as a company is great to work with, super responsive to all requests that I’ve had, and more than capable to service your home/office/property/etc. They have all the top of the line equipment such as commercial dehumidifiers, negative air units (had to look this one up myself), blower/drying fans, all the supplies you can think of, etc. I will say I know more about how to dry out my home than I ever wanted to.<br><br>Aside from the capabilities and expertise that Dry Force as a company has, probably the most underrated value they have is their people. Specifically, I’d like to call out Nathan, who I have personally requested more than once or twice this past year as our complex’s entire roof needs to be replaced which is what has caused the water damage. In addition to water coming in through the side brick wall. Busy year, I know.<br><br>Nathan is so personable and willing to go above and beyond with customers that he really does make you feel like it’s going to be alright and that he’s got you covered. His expertise, attention to detail, and ability to show compassion when someone is experiencing this type of situation has made all the difference for me and my family.<br><br>One time Nathan wasn’t available as he was at another site and I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron, Nathan’s manager/supervisor, who was also amazing and stayed way longer than I think he probably wanted to, in order to make me feel at ease. I also recommended that he give Nathan a raise haha.<br><br>While I definitely would prefer to not have water damage in my home in the future, I will continue to recommend Dry Force and also continue to use them if anything does come up. I encourage you to do the same.

Hayden was immediately responsive, unbelievably helpful and polite beyond polite. Not being a water removal person myself, Hayden put my mind at ease, and was action oriented from the moment he arrived. He not only discussed the situation with me, but with my neighbors as well. I would proceed cautiously with Dry Force. Everything seemed fined initially, but quickly went down hill.<br><br>They made promises about the clean up post-mitigation that were unmet. They also had zero accountability besides “you can find someone to fix all of this after we leave. I had a toilet leak from the second story of my home which had leaked into the drywall of the ceiling as well as the support beams and floor below. My plumber referred me to Dryforce to help with drying things out. They were very responsive and thorough. They had meters to find all the wet areas, pulled up flooring, cut out sections of drywall and set up fans. Much more involved than I ever imagined. They are also helping me with a homeowners insurance claim. Fans are running now for the next few days. My house was stinking so they also applied an enzyme treatment. Quite involved. They were Informing me about every step and why they were doing it. so far so good!

Hayden did a great job showing us exactly what would be done and explained everything in great detail.<br>We actually need to have both bathrooms dryed out so once we get the master bathroom complete, we’ll be calling Hayden to come back out for the guest bathroom.<br>Hayden was awesome and I highly recommend him.<br><br>-Aaron W.

Kodee and the entire team were amazing. We have had no doubt in their attention to our home and situation from the mommy they walked through the doors. Everyone was so informative and helpful. Our situation was less stressful, less overwhelming, less impactful to our lives because of the care and service that dry force provided. I highly recommend this company.

Dry Force was recommended by my plumber after a pipe leaking left my kitchen with soaked cabinets. Before my plumber even left, I had a call from Dry Force to schedule the free consultation. Kodee rushed to my house within the hour, despite it being close to 10 pm. He explained everything so well and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

My fridge pipes burst overnight while hubs and I slept. My kitchen, living room, dining and hallways were soaked destroying my hard wood floors, carpet, sheet rock and more. We rented a Home Depot Wet Vac and were at it all day no no avail.<br><br>The first few companies we reached out to were either unethical, unwilling (why be on call), or unhelpful. When I called Dryforce the experience was far different. They talked and walked us through the entire process professionally. Aaron stayed til 11:30pm to make sure we were ok and promised to bring his crew Monday to get the Sheetrock dried out.<br><br>Kodee was the consummate professional. He explained everything before he did it and updated me without being prompted. Anna and Nathan were super nice and they all made sure that everything was functional before they left.<br><br>This process is stressful. Dry Force is a very professional company. We had a water leak from the sink out into our den. After the plumber fixed the sink- Dry Force came in right away.-less than an hour. Jeremy and Nathan were extremely efficient and thorough. They made sure all fans/ equipment worked and came in as needed to correct any issues. Even on a holiday weekend- Nathan came in to check and pick up equipment. Both were very informative and knowledgeable. We appreciate their services and highly recommend them.

Our office had a water line rupture in the attic over the weekend. We came in on Monday morning with more than 2 inches of water throughout the majority of the office. We called another well known company and they started the clean up, but by day 4 it was clear that they were the wrong choice. We fired them and called Dry Force on a Friday afternoon, and they said they would be happy to take over the job. We wanted desperately to be in a place to be able to open for business on Monday and their team made it happen! They were super professional and understood the pressure of a small business and the need to get back to work. Their team worked all through the weekend well past 10:00pm removing all the waterlogged walls that the other company failed to identify and got us successfully dried out and ready for business. Then their reconstruction company was excellent. Chris was a pleasure to work with and coordinated with our office to work during the nights and weekend to get us put back together. The job was huge and I thought it would take months to rebuild but they were able to get it done in a couple of weeks. The entire time they were very professional and considerate on minimizing the impact on our business. The attention to detail and craftsman's ship was top notch. They worked extensively with our insurance company to make sure that we got all our damages covered. I cannot recommend them enough and wish I went with them the first time. My washer hose caused a small flood event upstairs and into my lower level. I called Dry a Force out and they responded & quickly dispatched a crew. They were attentive and explained the whole process. All techs were polite and professional. Andy, Stockton and Brandon were all great. They set realistic expectations and answered all my questions. A lot of questions. The office team is very good at communicating and keeping me informed along the way. I had concerns on day 2 and Brandon was dispatched again and was here in less than an hour. They made me feel at ease and I am extremely grateful for their work. I highly recommend Dry Force for any water remediation issues.

I really appreciate the service that I received from this company today. I called after concerns that another water mitigation company did not properly mitigate water damage from a tub overflow a few weeks ago. The technician that showed up gave his honest assessment of the job even after realizing that the additional work I needed done did not meet their minimum requirement to actually finish the mitigation job. However, in the area that still had moisture he sprayed some microbial agent to prevent mold growth and made recommendations on what I could do to get rid of the rest of the moisture. I hope to not have a water mitigation issue again, but I’d definitely call them if I did to get the work done. In my experience dealing with previous contractors, most are so concerned about profiting from your unfortunate situation that they forget about actually providing a quality service to the customer. It was so refreshing to find this company after dealing with several money hungry contractors in the past that have taken my money and left me with many more problems. I highly recommend this company and concur with the many great reviews I saw that led me to finding this company. *grateful*

Dry Force was excellent for my drying needs after a pipe burst in my kitchen wall. The dispatchers kept me informed daily and let me know when a tech would arrive. I contacted the company with a couple questions. The supervisor called me the next day to address my concerns. Zell, the original tech that responded to the initial call was great. Very friendly and informative. He explained everything step by step on how the process works. A different tech came out to check on the status during the week. He was very informative and took additional steps to help get my house dried out. Zell then showed back up a couple days later and checked the final status.<br>Overall, I am very satisfied with the service Dry Force had to offer. Very professional group of people. The are also very accommodating to your schedule in setting up appointments when you can be home.
