Fantastic experience with Chimney and Insulation Solutions! They built an 8 ft chimney stack extension, installed a new crown and flashing, major repairs and finished everything off with a beautiful new gas logs set. The work was professional, clean, and clearly done with attention to detail. Everything looks amazing and will use for future projects. I have attached photos. I highly recommend them for quality craftsmanship and reliable 5 star service!

Zalman inspected my fireplace from down below with a flashlight with an open flu because the camera scope is down & being replaced. He also inspected our chimney stack with a drone. He noted it is safe to burn fires while needing a cleaning for $250. His work was informative, professional, & kind & the inspection was complimentary. We enjoyed a fire last night & this morning. Thank you. We intend to call you back for scope inspection & cleaning once this fire season is done.

I recently had work done with chimney and insulation services, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were easy to work with, communicative throughout the process, and completed the job efficiently and professionally. A little while after the work was finished, I had a question. He came by quickly to explain everything in person, making sure I fully understood. Their willingness to take the time to provide clear answers really stood out.

Great compan to work with! I thought I needed a chimney cleaning because my fireplace is several years old but I rarely ever use it. Zalman was very honest and stated I didn't need a cleaning and the fireplace practically had no residue. I have a gas fireplace and there are vents for the gases to escape but it's a ventless fireplace. I appreciate the honesty of the company not charging me for anything. It's really hard to find honest people these days. I will recommend this company to anyone. Great experience and wonderful to speak with.

They were so very professional and prompt in their service and their communications. We had 3 quotes and they won our business hands down, not because of the price (which we did find to be reasonable and fair) but because they made us feel like we were in great hands. We had them install a custom chimney cap and do a full service and log replacement in the interior. Highly recommend!

They cleaned everything thoroughly, replaced the sand and stones underneath the logs, and made sure everything was working safely and efficiently. I needed my damper replaced and a good chimney cleaning, so I called chimney solutions. They diagnosed what needed to be done and proceeded to replace the broken damper with a better way of operating it. The cleaning assured me that I will be ready for the cold weather coming soon. Very professional, courteous and explained everything they were doing. I definitely will recommend them for your fireplace needs.

Zalnan from Chimney and Insulation came out to check my electric gas fireplace but after several attempts was unable to repair my unit. He recommended that I contact the company that installed it for further assistance. Furthermore, much to my surprise, he chose not to charge me a service call fee since he was unable to service my unit! I certainly appreciate his decision not to charge and his assistance in finding an alternative solution!!

Great communication, fast and efficient service, and clear and thorough explanations about the process, as well as pleasant demeanor and excellent post-work cleanup. I would suggest only that clients be offered information on the possibility of variability of pricing, which seems to depend on the condition of the chimney being cleaned. For example, the ultimate price I paid for cleaning was quite a bit higher than quoted because of creosote build up, though I understand that such build up is fairly normal.

We have not had our fireplace inspected and cleaned for a long time. Zalman came out and gave us a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. He is a great guy and was very knowledgeable and up front with all that needed to be done.

Zalman and his crew were super informative, clean and careful in getting my fireplace inspected, cleaned and ready for use. Also, got my attic reinsulated (only had 3" and increased it to 13") Looking forward to better electric bills in the future and a nice renovated fireplace for winter. Highly recommended!

We needed blown-in insulation in our attic and had a great experience with this company. They were easy to communicate with, and I was able to get on their schedule quickly. The guys who came out to do the work were courteous and efficient, and careful to clean up after they left. Their bid for the work came in a little lower than the other two companies we contacted so that was a plus also. Highly recommend!

Chimney and Instalation Solutions came and gave me a quote quick! I have birds or animals in my chimney and need a new chimney cap. They gave me pricing for a special made cap (since my chimney is made differently), animal removal and a quote on fixing loose bricks in my chimney! I'm not sure if I will go with them yet (just bought new doors ;() but they are very knowledgeable and im sure they can get the job done.
