Missy, Esther and the crew are professional and detailed in their work. I work with many contractors but I must say when it comes to insulation they are my favorite! You can get insulation anywhere, but the staff at Capital make the difference!

Call to confirm delivery order! Single lane road with a ditch on both sides of the road almost caused me to get stuck trying to leave! Definitely try turning left when leaving. Load was declined because no warehouse space and took 5 hrs to confirm new delivery location that I won’t even get detention pay for!

The wait time is horrendous. I had an appointment time scheduled and I wasn't able to be seen until about 90 minutes later.

If your unloading here with a 53 ft trailer come in from cypress creek road on to Haynes. You will not be able to make the turn if you come in from Theall Rd

They were used as a sub contractor on a major new HVAC system I had put in. They used an upstairs window on my home to put their insulation hose through to pump insulation in to my attic. When I returned to my home since I wasn't living there it was noted that the window was left cracked. It has been months and they still have not taken responsibility for what they did. They came to my home to inspect it and kept trying to come up with excuses or tried to blame others when they were the only ones that used that window for anything. Kept coming up with ways to try and blame others for what they did. Did you just have your house painted? No. After months they now call me weeks after coming to my home and offer to pay for half and that is after I get 3 estimates to send to them or allow them to have 3 vendors coming to my home. No respect for the damage they did or my time. This happened over 2 months ago. I was there and saw them using the window with the high pressure hose through it while they were working on it but left before they were done. First time I have been so upset by the way I have been treated by a company that I have taken the time to actually write a review. And understand I have worked with tons of contractors over the years since I have redone and updated this entire house over the years.

Capital Insulation is a family-owned business that cares about quality. Cody gave me a rough estimate over the phone based on dimensions I provided him with, and came out to confirm the quote after viewing my 3 car garage. I had questions regarding air/moisture barriers and really relied on his vast knowledge of products to decide what the best options were. The crew showed up and knocked out my 3 car garage with vaulted ceilings in less than 4 hours. This included switching the machines over from Open cell (ceiling in my case) to closed cell for the walls. I had a crazy work schedule for them to work around, but Cody took all my calls and answered all my texts in order to fit in my schedule. I’d recommend these guys to anyone looking for a high quality job from people who care about what they do.

Capital Insulation came to my house and did closed cell spray foam after Harvey. Not only did they come out and give me a quote they stopped by my dads house and quoted his shop for Batt Insulation as well. Not only were they cheaper they did a great job. They finished both the day they said they would be there. I called 3 other places and couldn't get someone to come out and give me a quote they just told me a square footage price. I wasn't 100% ready when they showed up being that I changed my floor plan at the last minute but they understood and are now coming back to finish. I highly recommend Stephanie and Brittney to anyone looking for insulating their home, office or shop.
