Services were very thorough and professional. Elijah took his time to get everything. He took his time to explain what he would be doing and fully answered my questions and concerns. Elijah suggested services I might want to consider adding, when he noticed signs of infestation. I've been very pleased with this company and its employees. We had a great experience with this company. Our technician, Greg, arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and clearly explained the treatment process. He walked us through what to expect, how the products work, and outlined a prevention plan to keep the ants from returning.<br><br>We appreciated the transparency and thoroughness. Tech named Tim M. came out on a Saturday, which was not a scheduled appointment, I was able to get a same day appointment, thank goodness, cause no other pest companies in my had availability. Tim M. did an inspection in our attic space and helped identify the issue we reported. He implemented some mitigation measures. He was easy to work with and gave excellent customer service.

Called to request a Saturday inspection and service which I thought was a long shot, but thank goodness a tech was available. A short time later, tech Tim Martin showed up and he was excellent. He did a thorough inspection and was able to help with our situation. I totally recommend this tech. He was easy to work with and gave excellent customer service.

Mr Timothy came and treated our house today. He let us know ahead a day before coming and 15 minutes upon arrival. He was very professional and took his time to treat our house. He let us know what was the problem and offer us solutions. We will ask to have him as our technician going forward. We would definitely refer Bulwark our friends and family.

Mario came to my house in Katy today for my regular service and gave me the packets to treat silver fish I had requested.We discussed my problem with sugar ants and he recommended the traps and provided me with 4 to spread around. Mario sprayed the outside of the house and checked back with me before he left to see if I needed anything else.

I have been a customer for many years and in different cities. Their customer service is great and their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and aim for your satisfaction. Shout out to Craig Jelks who did our last service. He was great!

I have a subscription with Bulwark since many years and my house is pest free most of the time. If i see anything entering the house or even around it, they come for free for extra treatment and they sure get rid of them. They are always smiling and polite when they come, removing or covering their shoes if they have to enter the house. The last one who came today, who convince me to write a review, is Jefferson. He came many times before, always with a big smile and a attitude that makes us feel safe and comfortable around him. He offered to check my garage and he killed many spiders. I did not ask for it. I had a mouse once, they catch it in no time. After that, they put some baits to catch mouses all around the house to prevent any mouse to enter. I had few ants entering the house in various places, and they killed their nests outside. They also check regularly for wasps and kill their nests immediately, even if it's not on the house itself. I had some on the fence and they got rid of them also. I highly recommend them.

We have an infestation of German Cockroaches (yuck) 🤢that we couldn’t get rid of on our own. I had used Bulwark before and was happy with them so I called them back. I’m so happy that I did. Terry Beacom, our exterminator, explained everything to us about what he was doing, found the “hot spots” and took care of the whole house. It’s going to take about 6-8 months to kill them all off with the breeding cycle. Terry is great with our dogs as they are very protective of us but once they sensed he was a good guy all was well. If you want a great technician who’s knowledgeable, honest and friendly and is great with your fur babies Terry is the one you want coming to your house.

Ryan was great today. He took the time to treat the entire home including ant hills that i forgot to mention. He was overall very professional, arrived on time and did a great job.

Service call was helpful and fast with somebody coming the following day. Matthew was there no earlier and no later than 9:00 AM. He was super friendly worked fast and always had a smile on his face. This is a big plus for me and would choose a company over the other just for this type of treatment.

We switched over from Alluneedpest to Bulwark since we had Bulwark service our home in Austin Area for the past 5+ years and loved the service. Craig was our tech for the initial service, he did a great job inside and outside of our home. Very friendly and knowledgeable I would prefer to keep him as our tech but if this is how we start out our service with Bulwark I am sure all the service techs will be just as great. Jefferson was awesome! Before the service, he asked me about the problems I was having with bugs and if I had any areas I felt needed extra attention. He let me know that if I see any bugs between services, I can have someone come back to re-spray. He removed all of the spider webs from my garage & put additional glue traps in my kitchen. I had a mouse in my attic clawing and chewing at my ceiling early mornings it was so disturbing, but after Sam’s first visit I didn’t hear him anymore he laid traps bait, located the entrance filled and covered it.. I am so pleased with his help, I am finally able to get sleep after a little over a week of dealing with this mouse. I would definitely recommend Sam for any pest control you may need. Sam responded quick, very professional quicker than any other company I called… funny story is I almost killed this man earlier the morning he came out frm being so sleepy & having to be to work @7am I almost ran him off the rd that’s how I met him, look @ god!!! Sam has been the best pest control serviceman I’ve ever had. I’ve used a lot of other pest control companies, but he far exceeds any of them. He is timely, thoughtful, and ensures that my house is covered from top to bottom. It’s so easy to schedule with him too. I got tired of dealing with these young technicians who not only put outdoor chemicals inside my house but also ruined the stain to my wooden staircase. Sam has made this process so much easier to complete. I finally found a pest control guy I can trust.

Terry is the best! I’ve interacted with him on multiple occasions and he is just wonderful. He’s very kind, personable, respectful and funny! It can be ‘weird’ sometimes to open your door to technicians, however, Terry is extremely professional and caring. Additionally, Terry is very knowledgeable and efficient. This was the initial service visit by Bulwark at a new house for us after moving back to the Houston area. I was very happy with the service Nathan provided. He arrived during the scheduled window, was friendly and asked what pests I was seeing so far. Roberto always does an excellent job. He is professional and courteous and even gives me a heads up when he’s on his way. I pretty much never need to call him to come back because the bugs stay away, but if they did come back, he would come and take care of it free of charge which is fantastic. We have been customers since we purchased the house when our kids were small and are very happy.

I’ve been very impressed with the service I’ve received! My technician, Roberto Rivera, called a few minutes before arriving, was right on time, professional, and thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I truly appreciate his friendly attitude and attention to detail, highly recommend both Roberto and this company!

Sam came in and did a great job spraying around and laying traps for the last few roaches that still remain in my kitchen after this summer. When I told him I was going to cancel the service in the winter, he gave me suggestions to save money with a different subscription for less frequent times. I was grateful that he put the customer first. I have seen great success with this company. They are always polite and accommodating.

Technicians are always friendly and above and beyond with the service! I especially like that they will come and treat any issues between scheduled services free of charge. Quick and effective as they use an exterior treatment that can be applied without you having to be home. Brian came by today and was wonderful as well as everyone who has come to treat my home in the past! Definitely recommend to any of my friends in Houston

I had a great experience with D’Neiro! He was very professional and took the time to really explain everything he saw during the inspection. He walked me through the different bugs he found, what was causing them, and what I can do on my end to help prevent them from coming back. I really appreciate how patient and detailed he was — it made me feel informed and confident about the process. Alberto serviced my home today and was absolutely professional when he arrived at my door. Even asked if I needed service inside even though I didn’t put the request in prior to the service. I have been with bulwark since I purchased my home 15 years ago and have been completely satisfied with their work. Great company, great technicians and reasonably priced. Cant get any better. We changed our previous service provider to Bulwark a week ago. Their BBB rating and Angi endorsement led us to choose them. Jordan did our first service today which included rodent control. He arrived early and was thorough in his service which included treatment inside the house. Although he had only been with the company three weeks, he was clear about giving us instructions for the next steps and what to expect. Kudos for Jordan and five stars for Bulwark on the first visit. Keep it up!

Sam did a wonderful job at our home. He was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. He asked thoughtful questions to be sure he could help in the best way possible, took care to avoid our vegetable garden, and worked seamlessly with both of us to get everything done. I especially appreciated how considerate he was — putting on shoe covers without us asking and being so respectful of our space. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness really stood out.

I have been very happy with Bulwark and especially Joshua one of their technicians is the best he will go an extra mile to clean the wasp nest, look for red ants home and also clean the spider webs. I highly recommend Bulwark and especially Joshua Vasquez. This time he even cleaned the kitchen vent and help me secure the rite service that includes the attic of my home as well.
