I was very impressed with Bug Trace pest control. I had a mouse and fire ant problem. Mohammad came out and went through my entire home and checked everything making sure nothing was missed. He explained what he was doing and why. He didn’t rush and made sure every concern was addressed. He was so friendly and professional. I appreciate how much he cared. Also, his follow up was excellent.

Five stars to Adnan! He helped us clear out some persistent squirrels from our attic. He was incredibly professional, walked through the whole process and fixed the issue permanently by sealing all the entrances.Beside the attic, he also installed a two door catch and release cage trap outside the house at the squirrel entrance and caught squirrels humanely. Highly recommend them for anyone dealing with unwanted houseguests! The attic is finally quiet!

Adnan does a tremendous job of keeping the pests away. We haven’t seen any pests since he started. He communicates well and is punctual.

We had german roaches on both Rental and primary homes. Recently we used their services. They (Moh) will go through the whole process with you on the treatment for roaches. After the treatments, they will follow up with you next two weeks. They will do another treatment if necessary. The work is professionally done. Highly recommend them.

I was happy to find this family owned business for exterminating the rodent problem in my home. When I realized I had the problem I was so rattled!! Mo was absolutely fantastic, not only did he remove the critter from my attic and clean up the mess, but he also took care of the tree that allowed the critter to get up there in the first place, and then sanitized the entire attic, all for a very reasonable price. I have had many pest control services over the years, but Bug Trace is the best! MO, the owner of the company personally handles each and every visit. He is very easy to work with and always attentive to all of my needs inside and outside of my home. I highly recommend him to everyone. I had a carpenter ant infestation outside in a tree and they were starting to come into my home and he took care of it within two visits. The next year I had field rats decide to nest in my attic for the Winter. Just recently, we noticed small pantry moths that were multiplying around our kitchen area. We weren’t sure where it was coming from until we opened up our flour bag, where they were hosting in. We reached out to Adnan (recommended by my mother) and he was able to come in the next day. We addressed the issue and he knew exactly what he needed to do! He introduced multiple pest controlling products and was able to disinfect our entire house, especially the kitchen and the garage, where the moths were mainly seen and laid their eggs. He was considerate and very well acknowledged and also prepared. We couldn’t be any happier and relieved that this problem has been taken care of by a professional like Adnan! Bugtrace llc is a professional pest control service. I have had the pleasure of working with them. I had lots of issues with the mosquitoes, wasps, roaches and mice. Adnan came to the house and took care of all issues. He explained each and every issue in detail and also told analyzed and found out the root cause of each of the issue and applied his knowledge and experience to eradicate the issue. He is been coming over a year and i do not have bug or termite issues now. He is also very reasonable in pricing, honest and trustworthy.
