I live in the Heights and Drywood termites are unfortunately something you have to deal with all the time. You cant really completely kill them you have to manage the damage they cause. I have been working with Ken for over a year and a couple of treatments. He is very knowledgable and fair. Would very much recommend.

Bug State Pest Control and owner Ken were outstanding! They came out within just a couple of days from my call concerning termites, confirmed and treated within the same week.Highly recommend!

Very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Ken came out for an evaluation the day after we called, and kindly worked his schedule around getting access from our neighbors’ yard (townhome life!). He took the time to explain all the different bugs & termites normally found in the area and what the recommended treatment plans are. We really appreciated the quick responses and flexibility.

Found a small hole the size of an eraser head in the wall with a little pin hole above it. When looked at it, termites were coming out of the drywall. Called Ken and he came out next day and we found some tunnels on upper wall in my entryway 16 ft up. Was in an upstairs closet and also laundry room. Found them coming in on the water pipe in laundry room. Destroyed many 2x4’s, which will be reframed. Did a great job tracking these down and getting treatment done!

Ken and his team were top notch. He was able to come out on short notice when we found evidence of termites in our house. He took extra time to explain what he found, info about termites and how the treatment would work. Very knowledgeable and I'd trust him to do work again!

Ken and crew did a wonderful job treating our house when we discovered termite nests coming out of the walls. He was honest about the work that needed to be done, and the price was fair for the work done. Our house had some challenges, but they did a great job and I would recommended them to anyone that has a termite problem.

The team at Bug State provides exceptional service. The great service starts with Claudia in the office - she is responsive and resourceful and always takes care of us from the best timing to following up on any questions. Paz is also so helpful in the field - he is respectful in our home and outside. He primarily sprays but also can consult on our Mosquito system as needed. The level of detail from our attic to outside is great - I have texted pictures of pest droppings to identify how they can help make our treatment plan specific and accurate. We are grateful for this local business!!

On the 3 Mar 2023( Fri), I used Bug State PC. I was having a hallway floor installed and my workers told me that I had termites. I immediately called my home warranty and gave me the info of another company. One hour passed and noone called me, so I called the company. The young lady said that she seen my order and was not able to get me in until Mon or Tues. Called my warranty company back, they assigned me to someone else. And I received the call from Bug State within 10mins. They made the appointment for the same day, being the floor was about to be leveled. The moment I spoke to Ms. Claudia on the phone and Mr. Ken arrived a little ahead of my scheduled time, I knew I was in good hands. Mr. Ken was very acknowledgable on determining that I did not have termites. He walked me through the process and outside to show me etc.. Better safe than sorry to have someone come out and see. Been using Bug State Pest Control for several months now and continue to be impressed with the company and Parker. He's always very professional and courteous. He recently treated for termites that were only discovered with the monthly pest control services, so very glad it was caught and minimized the damage. He's been proactive in treating the house for scorpions as that's the main concern for the pest control. Highly recommend this company and Parker!

Our service technician, Paz, is super professional and customer oriented. He is also timely and/or transparent about scheduling challenges that may arise (e.g. uncontrollable weather delays). We have an infant and toddler so have unique needs when it comes to coordinating with pest control. Paz is always very accommodating to focus first on spraying outside the home while we load up the kids to venture out for a couple hours so he can do his thing inside. Paz has also educated me on the treatment being applied and other treatments I request information on (e.g. mosquito mister system). I highly recommend Bug State as their technicians are top notch as well as dispatch/scheduler being attentive to our preferences and friendly. If you're after pest control that know their stuff, shoot straight with you and stand behind their word give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I started having issues with roaches and large leaf cutting ants after we moved into our new house in Seguin. We called Bug State and met Parker, who came to the rescue and took care of all of our pest problems. He services our house every 2 months and is considerate of our living conditions. We have dogs and other animals, and he makes sure to move their water bowls outside prior to spraying so no harm is caused to our fur babies. I have no complaints, he even cut us a good deal since we went straight to Bug State as opposed to being linked with our home warranty plan.

Ryan Roberts was one of the 2 pest control techs that came out to take care of my pest issues, and they both did an amazing and thorough job! However, Ryan REALLY stood out as an exceptional technician. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in a friendly and professional manner, in terms that I could understand which I really appreciated. Ryan was so friendly, and I was actually on he fence about switching pest control providers before this last visit, but because of how impressive Ryan was during the entire service, I have decided to stay as a customer. I typically do not leave reviews online, but I had to take the time tonight to leave this review bc ryan went above and beyond in every aspect.

Friendly service! It’s never an ideal situation to have to call for an exterminator, but Bug State makes it less overwhelming.
