Brooks has been great for peace of mind against all the pests that want to come hang out in and around my house (roaches, wasps, etc) Technician Leo did a great job - he was on time, worked efficiently with good chemical coverage, and was very personable and kind. He's welcome back any time.

On Brooks Web Site they state 100% Satisfaction ,I have 0 Satisfaction . I was told and was guaranteed that thier chemicals would not have any effect on my Dogs that are inside dogs but go outside to the back yard to play and potty. After the first applacation I seen dead lizards and geckos everywhere ,about a week later my little Dog started wheezing and sneezing after being outside . We ended up taking him to the Vet and it was discovered that his throat was severely swollen and red ,he prescribed an antibiotic (cost 300).I called Brooks and they assured me it wasnt thier Chemicals . I cancelled they fined me 250.00 to cancel .<br>100% Satisfaction guaranteed isnt true !

They used products that caused breathing problems for my Dachshund. I was told not to let my dog out for 2 hours. Online the TAURUS SPECTRACIDE recommends keep your dogs away for 6 hours but suggests 24-48 hours is better. I only looked up 1 of the 5 chemicals they used, already realizing I didn't want Brooks to ever come back to my house, as I don't want my dog to die. Their pesticides killed even my good lizards, disrupting our natural bug habitats. We never called them to come out. A kid crossed our NO SOLISITERS SIGN and came banging on our door for business. NOW THEY WANT TO FINE US $250.00 to cancel and SAVE OUR DOG. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!

They will do their job like any other pest control service. The only problem I have had was the constant harassment for being 2-3 days late. They will call you all weekend They will text you same day. They will never stop demanding money until your contract is over. Now that I see these reviews. I am afraid they will try to keep me from canceling my contract. Because I am done. They wouldn't know what GAAP was to save their company. This is not something worth signing up for. Never again.

The price is ridiculous. The technician just put down glue traps. $260 for 3 glue traps. (something I was already doing) He didn't even inspect my apartment for holes like they said they were going to do. So, I got rat poison spray, those plug in things that drives rats aways and some sealer to block the holes from Amazon. I Googled and was my did my own pest control for less than $200. I tried to cancel but, they act like you ar committing a crime. This is a very predatory company. They will charge you $200 for a cancelation fee. Which makes no sense. They didn't lose any money. I lost money. Everything these people are selling, you can do it yourself. I want my money back. Please, if you don't have the money to waste don't waste it on this company. You can literally DIY. They will ruin your credit. Well mine becuase I'll damned if I pay them another $200 for canceling the service.

Giving one star rating because there’s no zero stars! Just had a very very frustrating experience!<br>My initial encounter when I reached out for rodent issues in my attic, was incredible. A technician came out and did what they do and when he was leaving I asked him when was someone going to come back to reinspect. He clearly said you probably smell something if the traps catch some rodents. So great, last week I come home and it smells so bad, I was happy the traps worked! The smell is getting worse as the weekend rolls so I give Brooks a call yesterday- Monday and today Tuesday as scheduled a technician comes out only for him to say it’s against the company policy for him to go to the attic! WHAT?!!! Is this a joke. Another technician came out several weeks ago went into the attic placed the traps, they clearly have caught something and you are telling me now you CANNOT go up there and clean out whatever is making the house smell worse than a dumpster!! UNBELIEVABLE! I had to call the office but got no help, the lady on the phone kept asking where in the attic did they place the traps! If I could get into the attic in the first place why would I call for someone else to do it.what kind of a question is this? NO ma’am I did not go up there after the technician left to inspect. If you want people to do that please put that information on the website. meanwhile the technician calls his manager and yes they can’t get up there to clean out! After going back and forth he goes up there and he then leaves without even saying anything or saying he’s gone…while am on the phone waiting to be transferred to someone to cancel my subscription- I had asked to get it cancelled, what is the point of paying for service that is not being rendered. The customer service person asks why am canceling and I try to explain my frustration with the service today… puts me on hold and then says someone will come out and take a look. While am writing this he has called back to say someone will come out tomorrow… so for now I wait.

This is a scam, please do not use this company. The technicians are great they do a good job. But they will ask if you'd like a montly service and or never mention that it is a contract and when you deny, in the paperwork they give you it still states that you signed up for it. So they keep showing up at your door and trying to pest control when you never agreed to a monthly service. And typical scam artist play "well you should of read what you signed". Interesting then why offer it to begin with? If your just going to scam the clients into it anyways?

Scheduling an appointment is a headache as they request you to be available from 8am to 5pm. They offer a 1 hour call ahead but they sometimes they do not and they called me right when the technician arrived. Despite this, the technician my recent technician Darrian Chandler was very understanding and willing to return to the home to finish the service.

Works pest control has been servicing my home for about six months now . When I first started with them, they were very easy to schedule. They were out within two days to start my home on pest control. Their chemicals work so well that It’s allowed me to not have my three dogs on any flea medicine because their treatment covers the yard for fleas, which is something I am very cautious about. Their rates are comparable to other services and their billing works perfectly once a month and they come out to my home every other month. I have free in between visits if I need, but I have not ever needed to call them. I am very pleased with their service.

How much time the treatment would take and when it might be necessary to leave the home or keep the dogs inside. The technician asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood his response. Brooks Pest solutions is a great company. They have a reasonable price for regular customers. My technician was Kyle he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that he used, he made sure to explain the process every step of the way. he made me feel very secure and protective. Because I'm extremely afraid of rats and mices. Kyle, put all my fears to rest. I feel I can call Brooks Pest for any service. The company as a whole really makes you feel like family. Kyle even checked the traps making sure no rodents was present. I give this company a 10 out of 10. For great customer service. You really don't find companies that value customer service anymore but Brooks Pest solutions does. They hire people that have very good communication skills and knows how to treat people regardless of nationality. I recommend this company if you are looking for a reasonable price and great customer service.

Affordable and effective! I had a huge German cockroach infestation, I have had two treatments so far and they are virtually gone! I saw a huge difference even just after the FIRST treatment. First, I would like to thank Brooks Pest Solutions because I had previously made appointments with two other companies that I’ve heard of on tv and seems ads online but when the day came, which was today, no one ever shows up or called to confirm. During my lunch hour at work, I went online and found this place, called and was scheduled within 20 minutes or so for that same day. The technician Reid met my mom and she said that he was very informative, courteous, overall very nice, even the final video of what was done was informative since I was not at home when he came. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Follow up review, after a couple of days, I called due to seeing more mouse activity in our home and the company sent someone out on Saturday. The technician Kyle was nice, informative, answered all my questions, and even gave me advice on what I can use to patch up holes. Again, I would definitely recommend this company. Once again, I called the company and within a day, Julio came and resolved our problem. Communicated with my mom and aunt without any issues. I’m very content with the services.

Worst pest control people period. Totally different from what the salesperson says they will and can do, compared to what they actually do. And then get hit with a termination fee of 285$. Read contract CAREFULLY PLEASE!!!!They DO NOT DO what they promise you. We paid for them to treat inside and outside of my home/property, and did not take care of Any issues they promised to. The technicians stayed at the lonest 10 minutes each visit every month. And that was from the moment they pull up. I have cameras inside and outside, so they could not deny it. After 6 months of service, still HAVE ALL ISSUES WE STARTED WITH ants in yard, fleas, roaches, and they only treated inside of house once. Very disappointed and would suggest you spend the money on a reputal company that is established in your community. Crazy how I can spend that much once, and take care of all issues.

I called the company because I needed to figure out how some mice were getting in. Although we didn't detect the entry point, I did get some helpful tips from Matthew, he located what looked to be a nest, cleared and inspected it. He braved the attic and placed traps in there. He placed traps in the kitchen where I requested. He treated the outside including a huge ant bed I forgot was on the property. I look forward to building this working relationship with the company.

He was thorough in his approach, making sure to not only cover all the routine treatment but he went beyond to treat around a couple of additional buildings on our property plus he did blanket treatment for fire ants over a large portion of the property where they have been a problem. Complete Scam Artist company. Do not use their services. They offer a discount when you sign up then hold that discount over your head if you ever think to cancel the service. And then if you do bite the bullet and cancel, paying over 200$, you still get charged for the service for that month and not refunded. Even if it wasn't administered. It's completely a predatory business, and inflexible. The service also doesn't work, and I used it for several months.<br><br>And then they replied to my review, which you can see below, trying to "make things right" and when I called back they were still inflexible and hanging me out to dry. Nothing changed. Why bother offering customer satisfaction if you're going to stonewall the one thing you know your customer wants, which was VERY reasonable. Fantastic way to waste my time and piss of a customer twice in one day.

Very disappointed! Had what I felt was a rather unique problem and I needed help resolving it. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my son and his family, which includes a six week old, had to stay with us. Unfortunately they must have brought fleas with them. My wife contacted Brooks, spoke with them a minimum of six times before it was agreed that they would come out and treat the house and yard. My bride is thorough, always has a list of bullets points she goes over to ensure there are no communication glitches. Technician shows up, walks in and asks, "Where is the carpet?" We have hardwood floors and explained that there is no carpet.<br><br>He explains that he cannot help us. Now mind you that this is after a half dozen calls going over all of this. He leaves, stating that he will advise that we no longer require their services because they "Cannot Help Us."<br><br>We get a couple of calls. One claiming that she must pass off to someone else. "Some one else" calls, claims that we were sent a "trainee" that didn't understand what to do. "HE", will call back within the hour and will resolve the problem. Mind you that this all takes place on a Saturday. No call back.<br><br>It is Monday...No call Back. Not sure that the cancellation order was confirmed. Wife just looked over my shoulder and said, "Eight calls."<br><br>I was in the service business over 60 years. Brooks, this is not the way to do things.When you tell a customer that you will do something, you had damned well better do it.<br><br>Sadly, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

My tech was Lori and she was the BEST! She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, and went over everything again after. She took her time and made sure everything was taken care of. Lori was such a sweet person, she spoke to us with respect and was very outgoing! I will be requesting her from now on!

Juan came out to complete our initial treatment and I was very pleased with his work. In addition to treating around the house, the yard and along the fence line, he swept all the spider webs from the eaves and treated a wasp nest he saw on the side of the house. When he came inside to do the interior, he was very professional and friendly. Juan represented Brooks Pest Solutions very well and understands the importance of good customer service. Job well done!

He was able to explain all the products, which was safe for what (people, pets, Plants, Food, etc), how long it typically lasts, and was very thorough. He was patient, courteous, and kind. Utilizing Brooks Pest Control was the best decision we made. We have been battling German Cockroaches for over a year and it's been a nightmare! After trying everything I could on my own, a sales rep (who was VERY respectful and knowledgeable) came by and discussed options with a guarantee to work. Though skeptical, I decided anything was better than nothing. Within just the first month, Brooks got our infestation from "everywhere every day" down to MAYBE one over the course of a week. (My current tech, Matthew, informed me that still wasn't good enough for him!) We've had 2 different techs over 3 trips. Both have been awesome and I truly can't say how great they were. Very polite, extremely helpful, and thorough with their work. The last 2 visits, my tech was Matthew and he was incredibly awesome! He has gone above and beyond to help battle our problem areas. If everyone at Brooks is as amazing as the 2 techs that have treated the inside of my house so far, then you can't go wrong giving them a try. It was the best investment made this year!

I had a positive experience with Brooks Pest Control today, customer service was excellent with explaining the prices and scheduling me an appointment. My technician was Kyle he let me know in advance when he was going to be there, he showed up on time and was very detailed with his inspection and plan of action, respected our home, and showed true professionalism when it came to talking to me and wife and his work. 10/10 would recommend, and If I were this company I would be proud to have someone like KYLE representing them.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Brooks Pest Control was so consistently frustrating, disappointing, and costly that I feel a responsibility to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.<br><br>I initially signed up with Brooks Pest Control with the expectation of receiving reliable, professional service to keep my home pest-free. What I received instead was a string of missed appointments, poor communication, ineffective treatments, and surprise charges — all wrapped up in a customer service experience that felt more like dealing with a high-pressure sales team than a company genuinely concerned with solving a problem.<br><br>The first major issue began with missed service appointments. There were multiple times when a technician was scheduled to come and simply never showed up, yet my card was still charged as if the service had been completed. I had to call every single time to follow up, reschedule, and try to get someone back out to actually do the work I was being charged for.<br><br>After each visit that did happen, I noticed little to no improvement. In fact, things got worse. During the most recent and final visit, the technician left without resolving the issue, and shortly after, I experienced a noticeable infestation of spiders in my home. It was not only frustrating but also concerning for the health and safety of my family.<br><br>I called to report the ongoing issue and was told that a follow-up visit would be waived as a courtesy, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, the spider problem persisted. The treatment either wasn’t done properly or was entirely ineffective.<br><br>Given the repeated problems and zero improvement in pest control, I finally called to cancel the service. That’s when I received an even more shocking surprise: I was told I would be charged $800 to discontinue my service.<br><br>They claimed it was part of the contract, something I admittedly didn’t read in full detail. That part is on me, and I take responsibility for not combing through the fine print. But it’s extremely disappointing and deceptive that this cancellation fee a steep one, at that was never clearly communicated during the sign-up process. There was no verbal explanation, no clear warning, and no upfront discussion of the financial obligation I’d be tied into.<br><br>What made matters worse was the interaction with their customer service and account managers. I spoke with two separate account managers, both of whom seemed far more interested in upselling or trying to convince me to stay than in addressing my actual concerns.<br><br>Any time I tried to cancel or express dissatisfaction, the conversation would be steered toward retaining my business with various offers, but never a genuine apology or clear path to resolution. It felt like dealing with a pushy sales team, not a pest control company. It was exhausting and made an already frustrating situation even more stressful.

Tory C. is THE BEST! He has a very kind demeanor and listens to our concerns without making us feel rushed. He is thorough in his work but also goes above and beyond by helping us identify where ants are coming from in our new home. You can tell he cares about his job and values clients. I had Cody come out to spray interior and exterior at our home. He did a great job. More impressively, I had asked him several questions and he was knowledgeable from service, to billing, and the science behind it. He had a great approach. He was willing to offer as much information or as little, depending on what I cared to know. Very good representative of the company.

Service was great from the person I called in the office to the tech. I was scheduled within 24 hours and the tech answered all my questions and completed his treatment of my home very quickly. I also greatly appreciate the fact that they treated my RV when many other businesses have just ignored my calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A salesman came to my door and offered the Brooks Pest Solutions company. I have a large wasp nest on my backyard patio and hired the company to take care of it. The salesman, Levi Hassan, assured me, after seeing the nest in my backyard patio, that they would be able to take care of it and any other nests. The service was scheduled for Monday Aug 18th. When I returned home from work the nest was still there, fully intact, with over a dozen active wasps. On Monday night, I emailed the company and told them of the services that were not rendered. That I would like a full refund with cancellation of the quarterly services that I agreed to since the company did not complete the services. The technician, on Monday, did spray my front yard however he did not spray the backyard or patio. After speaking with an account manager on Tuesday, they canceled the quarterly services however, denied giving me a refund for the service because they completed some of it and used pest control products. I asked to speak with someone from the management team and was told “no one from management will speak with you,” Attached are time stamped photos from this morning when a new company actually exterminated the wasp nest. Not only was there the wasp nest I could see in the light fixture, there were 10 others nest - 6 were active. Brooks Pest Solutions is charging me for a service that they DID NOT COMPLETE.

My technician was prompt took the time to explain what he was doing prior and afterwards. my technician was respectful to me as well as my property kudos to him I will update my post after the second visit once again thank you I look forward to using your service.
