I was told by my close friend Richard that Arlington took great care of him in the past. I strongly recommend checking out other options. The dirt tracked in the house, the over priced bill, the ants still in my pregnant wife's work studio??? If all went well I was going to pass them along to a friend who has bedbugs in their home. But after the fast talking, no manners, sarcastic and rude tone I have to say it's an extreme disappointment. Wish that I could give zero stars.

Very happy with the service I had done. Darrin came out and answered both mine and my husband’s questions regarding some wasps and some type of nests we had, and treated our drains to help drain flies from emerging. He treated the inside and outside of my home and offered a quarterly service for a great price compared to other companies.

UPDATE: Just had Aviator come out to my Aunt’s house. Randy found wasp nests all over the exterior of the house and caulked every hole in the siding they were going into. There was also a really bad mosquito problem outside - as in, you couldn’t walk outside the door without getting bit 4x within 10 seconds. No exaggeration. We saw a dramatic difference within less than 24 hours. Within 72 hours, there was no mosquito presence around the perimeter of the house. These guys know their bugs!! Two years ago we bought our first home, we had just moved in a week earlier and we woke up cause of scratching noises coming from the ceiling. Aviator Pest Control has been my go to pest control for about two years now. Arlington is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He can tell you what animals or pests are on your property and how to remedy the situation. He is also very considerate when entering your home and makes sure that he wears shoe coverings to ensure that he doesn’t track in anything inside your house. He was able to locate access points where rodents were able to get into my attic and was even kind enough to fix those entry points so that they couldn’t get in anymore. Ever since I’ve been using his service, I have noticed a huge decrease in bugs and pests. I definitely would recommend his pest control service to anyone who is interested in getting rid of unwanted pests.

For years I have struggled with roaches and ants. I was a little hesitant about chemicals due to having a child under the age of two. Arlington has done an amazing job at keeping our house bug free! We just moved to a new area that has a bunch of land still developing so the critters were everywhere at first. After the first spray we saw a significant difference. There was still a little critters a few weeks later but Arlington came the very next day after contacting him and we’ve been happy since. Also love how his spray/chemicals are non toxic and we are able to still be in the house along with our dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a long term pest control service!

If you need pest control, you’re in the right place. Arlington is great. I recently moved in to my place and found out very quickly that my house had something living in the attic. I called terminix and they tried to charge me $7800 over 6 years. I asked for more options and the guy avoided it. I called Aviator and he was able to come out the same day. And only charged me a fraction of what terminix tried to charge me for the same service. He quickly found out there was a squirrel there and extracted it out.<br><br>Recently I’ve been having problems with with possums and raccoons circling my yard due to neighbors gardens. In less than a month he has trapped and removed 3 possums and one raccoon.

I reached out to Arlington who was very prompt in his reply and was able to come out to my house the same day. We talked over my concerns and I was very pleased to see he listened to everything I had to say and immediately started formulating a plan to resolve my issue. The last couple of companies I had used would give a blanket response of "yep that's hard to treat" and would do nothing else. Arlington provided very personalized service by following up with me to check to see if the traps placed were working. He kept in regular contact and came back by when the traps continued to be empty. Arlington was prompt when he showed up at the time that we agreed upon. He responds to text inquiries real quick. I managed to get a reply past 8pm after I got off work and he was able to set me up for an appointment right away.<br>As to the job he did, he was able to do a perimeter check and applied protective stuff around the house. He explained the necessity of having this solution applied to this part of the yard and in the house as well. He made sure I had my pets out of harms way before working inside the house which is a huge deal for me since I have 5 little dogs at home. He was thorough with applying the good stuff to eradicate the pests at home.
