Annoying door to door sales people that won’t quit coming to our door. Seems like new people every month.
Horrible pest control. Not only did their pest tech guy break our fence. The manager did nothing about it. I called 4 times to get it fixed. And when we tried to cancel they had the audacity to charge us a cancellation fee. I’ve caught the pest guy not even going into my backyard before and claiming they “ finished the job” . I have cameras and no one ever stepped foot in my backyard before. I do not recommend.
Worst company ever!!! Go elsewhere. They make their money by providing horrible service and getting you for the $231.00 cancellation fee.
Horrible.<br>Hired them because I had mice. Came over and "put traps around" didn't come back to check if anything had been caught. Called them to come back. Turns out the traps were put down without bait. Contacted supervisor and came back to do an inspection. He left saying they'll make an appointment for them to come back. Didn't come back. I keep calling and calling until they canceled my account. Mind you I paid over $1000 for services. Finally a supervisor came back and put down some boxes outside the home. Account still closed. Customer service refuses to help claiming account is closed, even after supervisor assured us it was opened back up. Horrible service
This company is a full on scam!! Be ware they put you on an 18 month contract without your consent and when you call to cancel they charge you $150 just to cancel! Oh, and they still have the nerve to add taxes to it so I ended up paying 162$ just to cancel otherwise I would have to pay till June. I wouldn’t do business with them even if my house is infected and I have to evacuate for how bad it is. Please find anyone else.
This company sucks. They are WAY too expensive for what you get. The bugs never go away after their visits. The techs are nice people but put forth very little effort to get the job done. THEY PUT YOU ON A CONTRACT FOR 18 MONTHS. So while you’re paying over $900 per year you can’t get out of it and when I called to discover this, their customer service rep thought it was funny.<br><br>Customer service finally dropped me from $120/month for monthly services to $32/month for quarterly services after calling a year ago to cancel. They are not a good and trustworthy outfit.<br><br>Aggressive solicitors, expensive service that doesn’t work and poor customer service. This company hits the trifecta. Don’t use them.
Justin did an outstanding job. He was on time, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He addressed every concern we had and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend his services!
Anthem pest control is awesome. The associate Gavrel was outstanding. Walked me through the process. Explained everything and answered all my questions before I signed up. Definitely recommend.
Just had someone come up to my door and rudely knock and made a pushy door to door sales pitch about how this company is better than existing pest control. I told them I wasn't interested and they wouldn't take no for an answer. When thanked them for their time and attempted to leave the conversation, they make a snarky remark. Her name was Mariah, and she was training David. If their approach to conquesting customers is like this, I wouldn't be interested in any of their services. This isn't the first time they have attempted to make a sales pitch. Aggressive sales pictches need to stop. You could simply leave a brochure at someone's door and provide information that way.
This company was soliciting at the lake ridge subdivision yesterday a their employee ensured I will not be using this company in the future
Called this company for rodent control in my attic. The guy came and didn't even have a flashlight. I already have pest services with another company and was very clear that the service was only for rodent assessment. They refused to cancel and charged me 300 after poor service was rendered. The customer service and management was no help. Do yourself a favor and avoid the autopay trap. This is a horrible company who does not stand on their word!
Bradly was extremely professional. Very respectful of our home and thorough in the treatment inside and out.
They communicate well and show up when they say they will. And with their package deal we got a free inspection for other things like termites.
I was given promises that were not kept. Although they came to my door as Anthem, this company is really called Azura. That should be a red flag right there, but I 'll them treat my home anyway, with the promise i I don't like it or couldn't continue I could cancel free of charge. I was not home because it was so late but there with three other adults in the house.. YET the interior did not get sprayed. And whose to say if the exterior even did? They are making it extremely hard to cancel and now they want to charge to cancel. I do NOT recommend them.

Jake arrived to my scheduled appointment on-time, asked about the issue we're experiencing (ants, ants, ants). He then explained the service, treated the outside perimeter of the house and treated the indoor affected areas. Based on the service received today, I recommend this company and their technician Jake.
I signed up with Anthem Pest Control because their service included interior spraying, which was very important to me. After Anthem was sold to Aruza Pest Control, they completely changed the scope of service and stopped offering interior treatment. Since then, I’ve noticed more pest activity inside my home.<br>When I asked to cancel because the service was not what I originally agreed to, Aruza refused and charged me a cancellation fee. This is very unfair and shows poor business ethics. Customers should not be forced to continue paying for a service that was materially changed after the contract began.<br>If you’re considering using this company, please be aware that they do not honor the original scope of service and will charge you unfair fees if you try to cancel.
The attention we have received for more than three years has been excellent, with no complaints whatsoever and, most importantly, no billing problems
Stay away from this company. They lie to you about the services they will perform and barely even do what they come to do. Cobwebs and wasp nests will never get removed. Don't give them any account information because they won't stop charging you even when you keep emailing them. Had to start a dispute with the bank. They will charge you on time but do a terrible job of actually controlling pests.
Scammers will take your money and not do what was promised. Don't give them your account information. Even 5 months out of contract they are charging me although we have attempted to cancel. I don't understand how you can run a business this dishonestly.
Malik did a great job! Showed up on time, addressed any questions and treated everywhere giving special attention to specific areas we've had issues with in regards to wasps, etc.
To Anthem Pest control/Azura Headquarters<br>Not a customer- Today 8/15/25 4:30pm Katy, TX, a representative of this company came and knocked on my door. Our neighborhood has a sign at all 5 entrances that specifically mentions NOT SOLICITING. My driveway has a sign saying no soliciting, AND my door/doorbell has a sign of NO SOLICITING. I don't understand what part of that is not understood.<br>I would really appreciate it if you all could just understand the signs and respect others and their communities. I understand this is an honest job, but please save me and my community from the awkwardness.<br><br>8/19/2025- answering to Anthem..... You're representative said Anthem and had same logo. After over a year they still continuously knock on my door after telling them NO multiple times. This is harassment. NO MEANS NO. I will NEVER use your services. Stop knocking on my door and stop having your sales people walk and/or roll on my grass with their hoverboards.
Excellent services. Awesome customer services. Very responsive and helpful. Keep me in the loop of what going on. Give me written reports. Always address my needs and willing to come back again to make sure I get what I wanted. Happy to have them come out to my house every month. If you are not satisfied with the treatment of your house they willing to come back to make it the way you like it.
Tech Jonathan Sneed-Ortiz provided excellent service. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, making sure everything was addressed. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and customer care. I’ll definitely be recommending Anthem Pest Control to others.
Jason was my technician, and he did a fantastic job, he sprayed the back yard , the front yard , and sprayed every room inside the house. This was my first treatment and he gave some helpful hints on controlling the pests.
UPDATE: 1 year later.<br><br>Not a fan. We actually liked the company we were with when we agreed to try Anthem for a year because their services included fogging the yard for mosquito control. That happened twice, second time we had to request it and were told it wasn't part of their usual services. Not what the sales guy told us. Then in the 10th month they told us they no longer treat inside the home because their product is a barrier to keep pests out. Nope. Didn't work, we've had more activity inside and in the garage over the last month and half since that treatment and none of the creatures were looking like they were dying. Their services are more expensive and mediocre in truth. We usually don't agree to contracts, another red flag. If your services are what you promise to be, you don't need a contract. Period.<br><br>Previous review at signing the services:<br>Zander was professional and personable. He seemed to take care in the service, also appreciated him removing his shoes before walking on the carpet since he had no booties left in his supply.
Worst company ever! They do not keep their promise to keep pests away but they are great at charging your credit card! The last person came to my house with a spray can and only sprayed my windows seals. They claim they no longer spray the base boards, spray outside my house, or clean outside spider webs. What is the use? Then to cancel they charged me $334.00. I will never recommend them to anyone! Ever!!
I really wanted to support local businesses, but when they do shady stuff it makes me rather go to bigger companies. I lost my job in August and when I called to ask if I could cancel the lady told me I would have to pay $300-500. Which was messed up. Come to find out 5 months later. That I was able to cancel without paying out of pocket to cancel.<br><br>They took advantage and when I told them about it, spoke to a manager and nothing was done.<br><br>PLEASE AVOID THEM! They will take advantage if you are not on top of it.
This is one of the worst potentials I have ever dealt with extremely unprofessional services for them for over six months full services never completed. They actually charged me duplicate times more than once when I have asked to speak to a supervisor the representative were extremely rude, including the supervisor, who hung up on me several times and stated they will block me from their system if I continue to call when all I wanted was to resolve the duplicate payments or have them finish the full services that were promised The free in between months that they come out and spray that’s not free I got charged for them and I have all the invoices to prove it, it should submit a lawsuit against them because the signature agreement was never followed by anthem Pest Control now three months later, they want to send me a text message saying they’ll give me $150 off my services too late for that nooo thank you
Signed up with Anthem-Azura Pest Control. They were okay until a technician knocked on my door and requested a payment for a service I had already paid for. The technician didn’t service my home. It could’ve been a misunderstanding so I tried calling their customer service number only to be left on hold and then hung up on multiple times. Tried the chat option as well and could not get any help. Not sure what is going on but something does feel off about this.
I am truly thankful for Louis signing me up for their general services. Juan came out and he was very professional, informative and very nice. He even set up for an inspector to come out to check my attic. He also informed me that the inspector coming out would be free and covered in my contract. I am so happy I decided to sign up with Anthem Pest Control. My family feels protected and we're now able to enjoy our pest free home. If you need help with getting rid of pest call Anthem. They are the best!!
Absolutely a scam, Liars they take ur money and don't service. Give great price but they dint service. They came to my door and begged for me to used them guy door sales man promises and up sales. He came to my door like 6 times same freaking dude also when I wasn't home talked to my wife like it isn't my money that was gonna lay for it. Anyways I got tired of this kid knocking I went ahead. Not only did I not get my money to pay the last bug contractor. He said he would Cash app me the $$ never did also they charge you for 3 months before coming to service so like 135$ before they spray again. I remember I asked the guy if they could just come every month and spray the place.<br>He said that they would do it automatically. Lies and then when I called and told them to just set it up every month, they didn't even do that.I did it three times. I've paid more money than I have gotten service to this place.And every time I call they make me look like the bad guy. They said that I have to schedule it.I don't understand why I have to schedule their services when they take my money. Absolutely.The worst people to deal with.I tried to cancel it and they were gonna charge me 360 bucks.So they told me.To wait a year. I waited a year and tried to cancel it.And they told me that it's eighteen months and I don't have to wait even longer. Absolutely the worse legal scam I've ever encountered. I am a real person and this is a real review. Don't trust this company.
I have had this pest control company for a few years and we just recently moved and was easy to change address for new home and continued pest control.<br>Cedric came to the house today and he let me know when he was coming and gave me pictures and explanation of what was done. Much appreciated.
I've been with Anthem Pest Control for 1 year now. First, I did have my doubts about them because of the following:<br><br>1- The service was supposed to be bimonthly. The first inspection was in June, but they didn't come until Sep. Since then, they've been on time, coming bimonthly<br>2- I was still seeing ants and spiders in my home for at least 6 months after I started the service. But now with spring almost ending, so far no ants or spiders yet.<br>3- 1/2 of the techs come and go quickly without offering to treat inside the home or garage. These were offered in the first visit and guaranteed service per sale. There was one time that they almost forgot to treat the spider web and missed the wasp hive.<br><br>BUT, despite all the above, my most recent visit by Justin this month was very thorough in inspecting and treating the house inside and out. Justin was also very informative, explaining how to deal with wasps, snakes, and spiders. Also, he's the first tech to remind us that termite season is coming and that Anthem offers free termite inspection. So far, he's the best tech that Anthem has sent.<br><br>Needless to say, I think that experiences with Anthem are a hit or miss, depending on the tech that's scheduled for you. If I can choose, I'll appreciate Justin to keep returning to treat my home bimonthly.
Armon was awesome! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even showed me his work and made sure it was to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond and took the dirt that he drilled out of the ground, and put it into some of the holes my dog dug in the yard. He is a real asset!
The customer service personnel who answered the called couldn’t be any less professional. I think her name was Dolly? When I scheduled a service and asked her to send me a confirmation, her response over the phone was “the confirmation of what??”<br><br>What a great way to respond to your customer. Anthem Pest Control, please train your staff members and increase their courtesy level. Thanks.
I wouldn't recommend at all. It's a 12month contract and even if u have a balance due its a 10% penalty they still charge you each month. Even if you do or do not receive service you still get charged $100. It's not a fair contract even though they spray it doesn't always last due to too much rain the pesticide still get washed away outside. When u have a balance due they would come to your door and said they can't spray your property due to a balance due the next week the month ends and they charge for the month they deny you services due to the balance and still charge you. When I sign up they said you pay as you get services. They didn't said I will be charged for services that's denied to me due to a small $178 balance due and charge me for that month I get denied. Makes no sense there's better pesticide company out there that's not this unfair when it comes to getting service.
READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING ANTHEM PEST CONTROL!!!<br><br>I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with Anthem Pest Control and hope this helps at least one person make an educated decision on their pest control services.<br><br>Red Flag #1: The salesman, Nathan, was overly aggressive. Despite telling him I was in a meeting, he insisted on staying at my door and even invited himself into my home when I said my dogs weren’t friendly as he was "good with dogs" (in his own words). He took my phone and emailed my previous pest control company to cancel my services without my full understanding of the situation and prior to any decisions having come to a conclusion.<br>My mom and I both tried multiple times to get him to leave, but he would not take the hit and insisted on discussing his pregnant wife, their new home, and their new furniture.<br><br>Red Flag #2: After a routine spray service, in which the technician left my floors and baseboards completely drenched in spray (see photos) I had a severe allergic reaction, breaking out in horribly painful hives. I called 4-5 times in October to ask for the ingredients in the spray (per my allergists recommendation - this would allow us to make an educated decision on what caused the hives) and to speak to a manager, but never received a callback. I only heard from them once in November, but missed the call and as I didn’t know it was from Anthem. They did not leave a voicemail, or follow up at any point to indicate that he was calling with Anthem.<br>The only reason I know he attempted to reach me was because I was able to reach the manager at the end of November and informed me that he attempted to call and that there were no notes on my file showing I had requested a call back in October - shows how much this company cares about their customers, right?<br><br>Red Flag #3: I gave them one more chance in December after speaking with the branch manager, and not only did they send the same technician who drenched my floors - the same one I asked specifically that they don't send - but they new technician they sent then proceeded to soak my cabinets with spray. I had to wipe it all off immediately in hopes it wouldn't stain my cabinets or damage the wood.<br><br>Red Flag #4: I paid for a full year of service upfront and requested a refund in October to switch to another company. It’s now January, and I still haven’t received my refund. The branch manager, David (the only person I have been able to get a hold of in 3+ months), has stopped responding to my calls and texts for an update, and the company leaves you on hold for over 30 minutes when you ask to speak to a manager, my guess is hoping that you will give up.<br><br>Please avoid Anthem Pest Control at all costs. They don’t care about their customers, your time, your home, or your health. It is quite obvious that you are just a cash cow to them - unlike what they portray online.
I'm glad my friend referred me to Anthem Pest Control! The technician was friendly with a great sense of humor. He listened carefully to all my concerns, checked everything out, and did a very thorough job. I'm looking forward to seeing him again in three months!
I was very impressed with all the representatives. From the very first interaction they were friendly, positive and informative. I like the presentation and how well in detail it was explained especially being a first time home owner. I like the promptness of the tech and updates via text. Also the tech was very educated on the services that he need to provide and explained everything in details. Very happy with them!!
So far all the techs that we've had come service our home have been very nice and knowledgeable of their work. Karen came today to start rodent exclusion service. She was very friendly, personable and helpful. She did a great job explaining the process and answering my questions.
Jonathan of Anthem Pest Control came to service my home and he was excellent. Initially, upon meeting him, I felt very positive vibes. He was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I enjoy my service with Anthem and they are definitely providing solutions for any of my pest concerns.
The tech Emerson, was very thorough in asking the questions he needed to know and fully understand how to service my home. He was quick, polite, and careful to treat my belongings that may have been in his way with respect. I have been using Anthem for maybe about 5 or 6 months now and thus far I am seeing results from the services. So I do recommend them.
Francisco is the best service tech! He is always super nice, courteous, and really listens to us when we ask him questions or have concerns about certain things. He also seems very knowledgeable about his craft. 👏🏼
This rating can change I'll explain. Joseph the service tech today was very friendly. I was kind of upset because we've been having problems with fleas. But I believe he took care of it. He replaced the traps in our garage that the last 2 service men didn't. Hopefully this takes care of the flea problem we've been having over the last month. We treat our dog with flea medication from the vet. When she comes in from our back yard we've noticed 3 or 4 fleas on her belly because we've been bitten lately. I spoke with him and I believe he did a good job we'll see. Because this is an expensive service and takes maybe 10min to do a yard. For the money we shouldn't have had problems so some guys haven't done something right mixed the chemicals right or something I don't know. But I'm gonna be very upset if this continues because 1½yr contract and we still have problems with fleas or any other insects something is wrong. I believe Joseph did a good job so I giving him a good rating. But if we continue to have problems we will finish our contract and let people know about the services truthfully.
The technicians of Anthem pest control are very professional courteous friendly and helpful . I didn’t even have to take pics of the stations, Ashton volunteered to take them<br>for me so I could send them to the yard pro.<br>I highly recommend this company
Michael Beard was the most thorough tech I’ve had come from Anthem in well over a year. He was efficient and kind, doing the work quickly but still making conversation with me. Definitely want him to service our home in the future! Thanks Mike!
Kelly with Anthem pest control has been servicing my homes with care and consistency for almost a year. I appreciate knowing each time she comes that she will do an outstanding job of finding the nesting areas of various pests and insects in and around my yard. I have yet to see one critter in any of my homes since I have had the service. The chemicals are not only effective and odorless but also pet-friendly too! I would recommend Anthem pest control to anyone wanting a high quality pest control product coupled with first class servicing.
I was away on business when Devin serviced my home. I appreciated the professionalism and communication he provided. My stepdaughter was home to allow him access in which he did a great job and communicated the work he had done. Very appreciative of his attention to detail and great service.

Garrett was great! Super informative and friendly too. He made sure to pay extra attention to the problem areas I was having and put ant gel at my outlets to help. He was fantastic, didn't leave a mess or residue, and I hope he's our future tech.
I did not see any changes in my house. The bee moulds are at the ceiling and doors. I will cancell if this service continues this way. I need picture evidence of the work done.
Excellent service given by Montre J. He was timely, prompt, very knowledgeable and professional. I was rest assured that all my concerns were addressed and he took it upon himself to give me additional advice and he knocked down a wasp nest on my neighbors house which was the culprit. Great customer service and I do recommend Anthem Pest control for all your Pest needs.
Read update below<br><br>Nick was very thorough when explaining the coverage and pricing. I was apprehensive about purchasing coverage then after seeing the pricing and benefits I was confident i was choosing the right company to keep the bugs out of my house. Josh arrived later in the day and got to work immediately he was very courteous and worked quickly. I will recommend this company and treatment to friends and family.<br><br>We were able to call them out and get the inside and outside of the house sprayed which was great. They came out in a timely manner<br><br>On 09/07/24 We expected Raul to come out and spray the house and he didn't do it, he actually sat in his truck and didn't do the job then sent me a message stating what it was he did when i reached out to him it seemed like he had either sprayed the wrong house or continue to lie about his services.<br><br>Another visit was scheduled afterwards<br><br>09/12/24<br>Another pest pro came out and didn't do a whole lot. He sprayed the outside of the house and the yard but nothing else. When we called and asked why we didn't get the same treatment we got the first time we were told to give them a list of concerns otherwise they won't do additional stuff like take the wasp nest out, scrub the corners for webs or get rid of ants. Unless we tell them they won't do it. Makes no sense the initial treatment from Josh was exceptional. This last visit was below average. Starting to question my decision on this company.
They do a horrible job and get you roped into a contract that is next to impossible to cancel. These photos were taken immediately after a “treatment”. I was told that all cobwebs would be removed, and that is obviously not the case.
Caleb provided excellent Pest Control service at our home. He was very thorough as he treated the property both interior and exterior. He was very professional in his approach and offered to answer any questions or address any concerns that I might have. Overall, Caleb did a great job and I'm happy with the outcome of service provided.
Salesman Ethan was great. Signed us up and first service was the next day. Our tech showed up on time and was very professional. He was thorough and did not cut corners. I strongly recommend Anthem for your pest control needs.

Mr. Ken Good came to our house and did an amazing job. There have been different employees that have came but none of them have done a thorough job like Ken did. Ken sprayed the house so thoroughly as if it was his house and that is greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend. Keep doing what your doing Ken, your hard work will pay off!!
The manager, Nate, was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about how the service works. When dealing with a company, it's nice to have a point of contact if needed. Ivan, who serviced my home today, did a very thorough job. He was also very willing to answer all of my questions and gave me very detailed explanations. Good people and good service are what make good businesses.
Ivan did a great job. He stayed late to service my home but still took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He was very polite and efficient.
The service technician, Justin, was very personal and professional. He explained the treatments, answered all of my questions, and reminded me to reach out should we not see a decrease of activity in about a week whereby he would return at no extra charge. Great first service call!
He was very courteous and professional. When I asked questions he was able to answer them with a positive attitude. I was cleaning my house and he was still able to complete the task. He went above and beyond by taking care of the garage for me. I really appreciate his help.

Josh did a damn good job! I just moved into my first home in one of those new builder communities. Had a TON of pest control people offer services. I had signed up with one company and my problem wasn't going away and I wasn't getting the services I was paying for like some of the other pest control services i had in the past. So i switched to Anthem and so far I'm pretty impressed. I stood back and watched him do his work without saying anything to see what he would do. He's the ONLY one who has ever treated the weep holes. He brushed the top eves that everyone misses. He pulled out appliances and treated behind them even if there wasn't anything there. Most companies will tell you five feet up and blah blah blah. Josh actually did what they said they were going to do and fogged the whole yard. He asked for specific problems and concerns and he also reported back to me that he found a couple brown recluse and where, and took care of the black widow he found in my garage. I could keep going but I'll just say I'm happy with what I'm seeing so far. I'll update later after a couple more services, but I'm sure with what I'm seeing i made a good pick. Thanks again Josh for the treatment and thank you Cody for the knock on the door and getting me signed up.
I love anthem post control, the representatives are always so respectful and on time. They are also reasonably affordable. Noe E was awesome, he listened to our concerns, worked around our little toddlers and serviced our home in a timely fashion. I would recommend if you could request him that you do.<br><br>Anthem has also been very responsive when we've had issues in the past. Keep up the customer service. We've been using their service since Spring 2021 and even though others have tried to get us to jump service we stay because of the kindness in service.<br><br>Update: Today we had Karen service our home and she was awesome, attentive and very thorough. I'm still pleased with Anthem's service.
I had an excellent experience with Anthem Pest Control. Daniel, our salesman, was honest and kind, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our technician, Branden, was exceptionally friendly and thorough while servicing our home. I was genuinely impressed with the professionalism and sharpness of these young men. This was our first time getting a pest service done. Max who quoted our service did a great job explaining what the service entails and addressed our pest issue with detail. We mentioned that we have a wasp and black widow spider problem prior to moving into the home. He explained how the treatment would work and had this detailed in the quote he sent via email for review in how they would take care of the pests. If we were to see any insects alive and well, they would return to treat the home free of charge. Max gave no inclination as to this happening, but if it does, we would not be charged for the additional treatment. He even provided some discount being an active military family, so I appreciated the thoughtfulness with our bill as he made it more affordable at the end of the day for me. He also provided contact info via email and through text so getting ahold of their company or him would be easy.<br><br>Anthem came the next day and Brenden treated our home with care. He was focused on the task at hand and was in and out within 30min. He answered all the questions I had and asked us at the end if there was anything else to address. He was nice and respectful and took care of us. Anthem as a whole did a splendid job! See you all at our next treatment!
Justin was very professional, courteous and caring. He kept me updated on everything he was doing. I was unable to physically do a face to face due to isolating myself with COVID. But he communicated every step throughly. I really appreciated the extra step he took to keep me informed. He also reminded me to close the garage after he finished the service...AWESOMENESS!!
Good experience with Anthem so far and Casey and Ruben’s team. Sales experience was smooth and the gentlemen who came and did the service were polite and efficient and easy to communicate with. We will see how well the treatments work but right now things are going well.

I had an incredibly disappointing encounter with this pest control company. What started as a simple door sale turned into a 40-minute dispute that left my family hungry and frustrated. Despite my clear indication that I needed to leave to grab food, the salesperson, Alex Do insisted on pushing a contract on me. Their refusal to take no for an answer was not only disrespectful but also inconsiderate of my family's needs. To make matters worse, the promised technician was delayed, adding insult to injury. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

Josh and Daylon were great on treating our home. They were straight to the point with pricing and did everything to make sure they took care of us. They completed servicing our home in a timely manner and made sure not to disturb since we have a newborn here. I’m happy to have them keep our home free of bugs so our pets can run around not having to worry.
So far so good. The sales guy was very friendly, knowledgeable and was quick to the point. Service was done 2 days later and the gentleman that came out was also friendly in his text messages, letting me know what was going on even though I wasn’t home. We will have to see how good the stuff works but the customer service has been wonderful up to this point.
My tech Justin yesterday was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The fact he came to do a reservice on a Saturday was amazing. Literally best tech ever. If all your techs are like Justin I will never leave! 6050 Sandy Creek are very happy customers!

The sales representative Zach Fischer was very courteous and thoroughly explained in detail regarding the services I am going to be receiving through Anthem Pest Control. He was able to give me a great deal and I was very satisfied. Also David Lemon, the technician who had serviced my house today was very thorough and quick to treat my entire house and yard! I was very pleased for their awesome services.
Just received the first treatment today, so it is very days. That said, it was a very positive experience The tech (Jermill) was very professional and polite to deal with. He was interested in understanding what I wanted done and not done. He had what looked like brand new, upper tier equipment with which to work. and went about his work in a thorough manner.<br>We will have to see how things go over the course of the summer, but I would have to say “so far so good.”
This is the first time using Anthem so I give them three stars as neutral ground. Jermill was was very friendly, professional and thorough. He went around everywhere outside and made suggestions which I never thought of. He kept me updated on his ETA which I appreciated.<br>My initial contact was with Jay. He was very friendly. The entire process of selling the services wasn't normal. He presented everything within a conversation that was like talking with someone I've known for a while. That short encounter showed he is a genuine, intelligent and determined individual.<br>I will update the services from Anthem so you're in the know. So far they have a great team as a couple of my neighbors have mentioned nothing but good things.
The salesman Jay was polite and easy to talk to, willing to negotiate a reasonable price. Kristian, the technician who did my first service, was polite and on time. He made several passes around the house with different sprays - as far as I can tell, everything seems to be as advertised. I hope to follow up this review in a few months once I’m able to see the results.

Anthem has outstanding customer service and they never give me any issues. The tech showed up on time, super friendly and informative. Let me know what he was doing, why he was choosing that direction and what my next steps should be. He was efficient at the house and left everything the way he found it, even turning off the lights. I was super impressed and felt at ease and confident in his service.
Beware Terrible company there services do not work!!! When they sell you the service they promise you that you will have no pests and that has not happened they put me on a 2 year contract and I would be more that happy to pay if it would work but there are spiders and other pests in my house and ants roaches spiders outside spider webs and even spider eggs right by my front door I just saw these after they had just servised my house today this is so frustrating I have a bug phobia and that’s why I pay to have my house serviced and this is not working at all! It’s been more than a year since they started servecing my house and nothing has changed I have called several times and all they say is that they will send someone out to re service but what ever they spray doesn’t do anything and they don’t care that I’m telling them it’s not working they say I’m obligated to keep paying them even though there service does NOTHING!!!! They are also very rude and I find this to be terrible business practice. I own a business my self and any time someone is not happy with something I fix it and if I’m not delivering what I have promised I certainly would never ask for them to pay for something that is not being delivered!! So sad that there are companies that do not care to steal peoples hard earned money!! Just sharing my experience so that who ever reads this doesn’t fall for there false promises
the last spray did exactly what they said it would do. tons of insects were everywhere.🤦🏻♀️ and today thomas was great. he had a good personality. but he did not know what kind of holes had emerged in my backyard since my last spray. please educate ur techs. i had to google they are wasp holes. all over my backyard now. over 50.

Ronald was very professional and educated me as we went on through the house and yard. I was very pleased with his proformance, friendliness and enthusiastic attitude. But I had one slight disappointment. As a professional project lead/ estimator, I've learnt<br>that perception is everything to clients. When Ronald drove up in Front of drive way with a beat up company truck, I thought "is this how this company is representing itself". Food for though. Give Ronald a better truck. Other than that good job Ronald with Anthem.
The company is amazing and always on time when they visit my home. Great with communication. The company core values and beliefs is what ultimately sold me as a customer! Very affordable! My service tech Alexander was exceptional!! He was so informative and the product he would be using. He used his time wisely and effectively to treat my entire home!! I rate the company and their techs a 10 out of 10!!
I can’t express how much I DONT recommend. We used Sure Pest for years with absolutely no bugs and no problems. Anthem approached us and we decided to switch to them and try them out. We have never had more spiders and bugs in the house than what we do now. I can’t wait to cancel. They are absolutely awful.
