We recently purchased a new Beazer home and were advised that Arrow Termite and Pest Control was provided by my builder for the first year. Luis was our technician and did an outstanding job of providing service and answering all our questions. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Luis or with Arrow. He called in advance to make sure I was at home which I really appreciate because I wasn’t and so he rescheduled for me without any issues. Another amazing job by Dimitri and his new trainee Hayden.<br><br>Dimitri and Hayden went above and beyond to take care of the inside of my house, my outdoor kitchen/bathroom area and my garage for pest control.<br><br>They also completed my termite certificate and were able to add on my mosquito treatment today even though it meant returning later in the day.<br><br>Dimitri goes out of his way to accommodate us, he is so careful around our pets and he treats our house with so much respect.<br><br>Dimitri is also doing an amazing job of training Hayden who is so professional, kind and polite just like Dimitri.<br><br>Arrow, you are so blessed to have Dimitri and now Hayden on your team and we are beyond blessed to have them caring for our home.

Ordered a one time service to get rid of ants, pest guy said that it would get rid of them for 3 months, he sprayed the inside and out. He was a nice guy, but he kept asking me where to spray and aside from spraying he laid traps where I told him to. I’m not the exterminator, when I order a service I expect people who know what their doing and not need to ask the customer for direction, he didn’t give me that impression. 1 week later I still ants coming in the house , and then a month after more ants. I check the traps and it looks untouched. This one time service didn’t live up to the $150 price tag. 0 stars

We signed up for the year (Once every 3 months) insect extermination. Our first encounter with Arrow was a pleasant one. The service man was polite and listened to our questions and concerns. However we continued to have a problem with an excessive amount of bugs one month after service and we were told we could get someone out to retreat but we received no answer when we contacted them requesting a retreat. A few days ago we had someone come for our second service. It was a different service man and he was not at all like the first. We asked that he put granules in the grass around our house instead of spraying the grass as it was going to rain soon and we were reassured that he would sweep the eves to get all the spiders webs. He was done in five minutes and only spread granules EVERYWHERE. Even on our back porch and across our door where it is routine to sprays as the granules will never dissolve from the rain and only get tracked in every time someone comes in the house. He also didn’t sweep the eves. When I called customer service the following day so ask for someone to come fix it they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and they couldn’t let us out of our contract with us paying for the full year. I’m very disappointed in their services and will not be renewing with them.

Arrow pest control has been to our home twice. We had problems with carpenter bees and Arrow pest control eliminated the bees. We then had our second quarter visit and a great technician named Mike. Who took time to explain how the pest control treatment works. He entered our as a professional. Our first technician was also very professional and I sorry to I don't remember his name. Choosing Arrow Pest Control was a great decision we made to keep our home free from insects. We thank you Arrow Pest Control. 🦋🌹

Arrow pest control has extremely professional and courteous technicians. Jarison, Jamie and Brandon clearly outline the process, so I understand all of my options. I also get notifications on my appointment time and it’s confirmed with a phone call prior to arrival. Safety measures are in place for current concerns/precautions so it shows their customer first attitude. Amazing job and highly recommended!

Mike was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained in detail the products he was using. I was concerned because of my dogs. He told exactly how long I should keep them in their kennel before letting them back out in the house and yard. I will request Mike as my technician the next time service is due.

We had wasps in our chimney which kept invading the house. Sean helped us out & we couldn't be more happy with the results!! He was fast, knowledgeable, efficient and so respectful to us and our house. Those wasps are gone!!<br>While there, he let us know about the quarterly service package... and with the great price and service, we signed up on the same day!! I have called this business several times and the phone just rings and rings! Is this 2019? Don't most business have a voice mail system? People can't give you business if you won't answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Jimmy came out to inspect our home for termites and to help us get setup on an annual maintenance/inspection plan. When you meet Jimmy, you’ll quickly learn that he knows his stuff when it comes to termites and other pests. After Hurricane Harvey, Houston has had an increase in Termite activity. For our peace-of-mind, we wanted to prevent termites in our home since we live close to a bayou in Houston. Jimmy went over all of our options and helped us pick out a treatment and prevention plan that is right for us. In less than a week, he had us on the schedule to have our home/yard trenched to prevent termites. We have used them for the last 12 years. They call before they come, they arrive on time, they treat for bugs on the outside of our house and don't need to come inside and it works! All good things. Jimmy has done a great job, always courteous and professional.

I’ve been a customer with Arrow Pest Control for several years, and this company is the best of the best! I’ve had other pest control companies out there, but Arrow is truly the best. Arrow has outstanding customer service & knowledgeable technicians that outshines the competition. Arrow Pest Control is the right choice!

I have used Arrow Pest and Termite service for 25 years since I bought this home brand new. The company has kept up its standards and above them to take precautions from termites, pest, Formosans etc. They attempt to stay a step ahead for the protection of my home. I have not had one single bad episode or visit from any employee in that time. Aaron and his partner put in my 28 Centricon traps today and were very careful not to interfere with any of my electrical landscape wiring, underground watering system, or disturb anything else. Outstanding work and professionalism shown

Came out and did a service that only lasted for 1 month. Cancelled soon after, do not trust these guys. I went right back to my old company and happily paid more for service that works.

Tony did a great job taking care of my home with pest protection. He answered all my questions and covered the entire interior and exterior of the home. The pest control service was on a special for $20 first time set up for new customers with a $82/3 month contract for 12 months.<br><br>Arrow is the second pest control company I have used. I was not happy with the first pest control company I contacted. Arrow has been very professional and up front about all costs. I am very happy with Arrow & would recommend them over the local company I started with.<br><br>One thing to note - the basic pest control does not include termite protection. That is a separate service. It is transferred to new home owners, but if the previous owner suspended their contract, you have to pay for their missed renewals in order to start the service again. Termite protection renewal is $98/6 months. First time set up though is very pricey ($800 and up is what the customer service representative told me. Exact pricing depends on the home). They did agree to do a full set up on the home though since it had been a while for the cost of the missed renewals. Still aggravating that I have to pay for another homeowners missed renewals, but better than paying the initial setup fee.

They guy that came out was super friendly and did the job in a timely manner. He explained everything he was doing and how often it needs to be done. I would recommend Arrow to anyone that needs an exterminator. Also i would recommend getting Daniel as the person that comes out. He was very friendly and helpful.
