Really great all around! Royal came out and gave me a very thorough bid before I booked the company to install my attic insulation. He answered all of our questions and let us know everything upfront. Pricing was better than all of the other companies we looked at and it included more services. Royal was extremely patient with me rebooking my date a few times, which I really appreciated. When the crew came out, they were quick, clean, and efficient, they did everything I asked and more! They even pulled some old heavy junk out of my attic that I couldn’t reach. I will 100% be recommending All Attic Insulation to anyone that needs new insulation! Thank you so much!

Everything went well and as planned. The crew put down floor covering to keep everything clean and did a great job covering the whole attic space with the quoted level of insulation. They were very friendly and were done sooner than I expected. They even helped me bring down an old water heater I had just replaced. I recommend them to everyone.

I had my attic work done last week and wanted to wait a full week before writing a review to give it a fair chance. I’m going to be very honest — I haven’t noticed any improvement in cooling my house. It still feels just as hot as before. I followed all the instructions given by Mr. Royal, including installing a couple of fans on the roof and having new insulation installed throughout the attic. Unfortunately, there’s been no noticeable change. At this point, I’m not sure if the upgrades aren’t working properly or if this was simply a waste of money. I’m sharing this in hopes it helps others make an informed decision. I’ll be following up with the installer to see if something went wrong or if more work is needed.

I had one room that was 8-10 degrees hotter than every room in the house. It shared a wall with a second floor attic space that faced due east. Nothing we did could cool it down. Royal came out and checked the attic and said everything was good up there. He didn’t try to sell me something he knew I didn’t need. He looked at the attic space and came up with his best guess solution. He was very upfront that it was a best guess. He gave me a quote I thought was fair and I booked it. His guys showed up on time, were very nice and professional, and finished in the time Royal said it would take. I’m super pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them to anyone with insulation needs. That room is now 1-2 degrees delta and feels like a new space.

Super Professional! The owner Royal came out in person to quote removal and reinstallation of new insulation in my attic. He was very thorough and didn't try to up-sell anything to me. My 1979 home was in dire need of better attic insulation. The original insulation was old and inadequate, plus I wanted my garage ceiling insulated to keep the garage cooler in our hot Houston summers. Royal came out when he said he would and did a thorough examination of my attic, made several recommendations that I hadn't even thought of, and provided me with a detailed quote. Met up with Mr Royal last week and he was upfront and honest about my insulation situation. He did not try to upsell me nor hit me with hidden charges. His crew came out on time, were very professional, finished in about 90 minutes and left my place clean. I had additional insulation installed for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for insulation or radiant barriers.

2 weeks ago Royal and his team came out and installed insulation in our attic. We had 2 to 4 inches of coverage in most areas. I felt like I was losing heating and cooling in the house. His team blew in 14.5 inches of R38 insulation. They also replaced our attic light bulb since it went out. Coincidentally, my annual checkup for my AC was done yesterday and the serviceman commented on how well the insulation was blown in. It reassured me that I made the right call to have Royal and All Attic Insulation come out and do the work. He was reasonably price and I am looking forward to more comfortable days in the summer and maybe even a lower utility bill.

I had a very positive experience having All Attic Insulation redo attic insulation in my 55 yo house. Upon first meeting, Royal went to my attic and took many photos in regard to current insulation condition. He explained to me in details what his recommendations, breaking down into: blown in insulation, batt insulation and radiant barrier. He answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, very professional in all his communication. Upon installation, his crew worked very efficiently, respective of my property. They were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond not to make a hole for access to my main attic, but made do with the access currently available. Price wise, very similar to other companies I spoke with. They started at 8 am and finished by 4 pm. My house was cleaned afterward. Immediately within few days, I could see the difference on my 2nd floor temperature after installation. Although I did not end up using All Attic Insulation because what I was wanting they advised they could not do at the time. However, William was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of pointers and safety concerns to look out for when getting my project done. The day I met with Royal at my residence he spent several hours going through each and every attic space I had. Once he had finished, he went over all of his notes and was very specific on all of the details the job would require, and how much each task would cost. My wife and I felt that the prices he quoted were very fair so we hired his company to install additional BATT insulation in our attic, strap the existing BATT insulation, and wrap all exposed water lines in the vented attic. The day of the job it was very cold, and raining, but they worked with me quickly to create a plan. His crew put down drop cloths throughout the home so that none of our flooring would get dirty and wet. They were done within four hours, and you couldn't even tell they were there. The crew was extremely professional, and easy to communicate with. I would HIGHLY recommend All Attic Insulation to anyone wanting help with their insulation needs.

We used All Attic to improve the blown-in insulation in our attic, install an attic stair cover, and do some general air sealing. They did a great job, and finished the work about 3-4 days after we got on their schedule. When I called All Attic, I spoke to the owner, Royal King, and he also came out to do the quote. He was very knowledgeable about insulation and pointed out that we should do air sealing around some can lights that we had in the ceiling, an item that another company missed completely. All Attic was also the most reasonable quote by far of the 3 or 4 quotes that we got, so it was a no-brainer to go with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve the insulation in slightly older (25+ year) homes.

The insulation in our attic was matted down and old, basically not insulating and really disgusting to be honest. The All Attic team came in and did a really great job. Robert gave us an estimate for their Spray On Radiant Barrier, additional R40 insulation and the addition of 2 Wind Turbines in January 2019. I worked with Rob, I thought he was great. I had to add insulation to my whole house and I wanted to add it to my garage. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons and was very informative not condescending like some technicians. the price was awesome! I got the whole deal and radiant barrier for a reasonable price. I got a quote from HD just out of curiosity and they were talking in the double digit thousands for the same thing. Anyway, My house is comfortable. best summer so far. My electric bill peaked at about 150 and then wen right back down after summer was over. MY house is about 2900 sg ft and has a older system. I have already recommended them and I will again.

Robert at All Attic Insulation did a fantastic job at our home with radiant barrier, attic fans, attic entry tent zipper cover, and increasing the insulation height in our attic. At first, being first time homeowners, we weren't sure how much any of this would help with lowering the electric costs, and we had many questions comparing one product to another, but Robert took the time to explain the pros and cons, why a certain feature will or will not work in Texas heat, and gave us a price break down of each item on the list. We were very happy with the work, very fast execution and always his team showed up for appointments on time. They cleaned up well nice and tidy after the work was done too. Robert came out and did a wonderful job from the start with the estimate and didn't make us feel pressured into getting anything we weren't looking to get. No other company compares to All Attic Insulation Services!! I bought my first home about 8 months ago and the first thing I knew I needed done was the insulation. I had Robert come out to access what I needed for my new home. After he looked at everything we determined that I needed new insulation, a radiant barrier, 10 new soffit vents, 2 wind turbines, an attic tent to go over the attic access door and a solar fan. He told me the price to do all of it and I was floored by how inexpensive it was! I honestly thought that all of that work was going to be ungodly expensive. I had two other quotes before his that were way up there and didn’t include a radiant barrier or the new soffit vents! We scheduled the appointment right away and his team was here in 3 days!! They not only did en excellent job but were very professional and polite! Since having all of this work done I’ve seen a $90 to $110 decrease in my power bill!!!!! This company just finished an insulation overhaul on our house. Robert has tons of knowledge and experience in this field, and offered many constructive suggestion on how to improve the insulation efficiency of our house, without any pushy selling. They were one of the very few companies I could find that would remove our 60-year old insulation, and fortunately also the most competitively priced. The 4-man crew arrived on-time as scheduled, and took extra care to protect our furniture, floors, and belongings still in the attic. They removed the old stuff, sprayed in new stuff, and we also had them do the reflective coating against the roof. Our ~1700 sq ft single story house was finished within a half day. By the time the crew cleaned up, we couldn't even tell they were here. I've attached a pic of the new insulation with the reflective paint against the roof (I wish I had taken a "before" pic to show the drastic change). We are so happy to have this done and look forward to our energy savings.

Robert King came to our home personally. He didn't send a salesman who would earn a commission from a marked-up estimate of the work to be done, which we appreciated. Getting to know Robert and the service he would provide is very important to us. We found him to be sincere and he offered a couple of alternatives to help our boiling hot attic be less so. He explained his service and its advantages without pressure. We chose the radiant barrier with the attic tent to insulate our stairwell to the attic. When his men arrived, in the hottest month of August, they worked non-stop until the job was finished. They protected our floors, caused no mess and cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn’t use or recommend any other company. I’ve used them twice. Robert is always very professional and considerate of my time. They did a great job installing my attic insulation and insulated cover for the stairway. My stairway door is just a few feet from my upstairs furnace intake. I didn’t realize how much air was being pulled from that uninsulated door until Robert explained it & how that furnace filter will stay cleaner, longer with the cover in place. And he was correct! It created a noticeable difference in the temperature regulation upstairs thus money saved on electric bills. He always follows up with a friendly call which is something you don’t get very often. I often talk about how good customer service is a thing of the past. When I DO receive good service, you’d better believe, I make it known. And this is my way of saying thanks for the remarkable job!

Robert came out to our new house that was in need of help to control the upstairs temperature. He provided explanation of services he could offer along with quote. He answered all my questions including during follow-up phone call. After we agreed on quote, his team came out and they did a great job especially considering it was during the warmer months. They sprayed radiant barrier, installed some additional vents, added more blown insulation, and installed attic door cover. In looking over their work, I was very impressed as attic/ducting makes for some very tight places that they made sure to still address. Benefits were noticed as rooms upstairs maintain a more consistent temperature and we have been able to avoid the large temperature shifts after they performed all the work.

Robert was very informative and answered all of my questions in our initial visit and his tour of my home. He told me some services I had asked about were not necessary and thus, did not try to oversell me. The crew was courteous and cleaned up after they finished. As far as the products themselves, we installed a radiant shield and R-40 insulation in the attic. These two products made a world of difference in our 1950s-build home. Our home can hold the temperature much easier when it gets really hot or really cold--especially when there are sudden temperature changes that would have normally left our AC working overtime. We own a small 60 year old apartment building with a very large attic. We had done nothing for insulation for decades because we thought it a lost cause. Really had a good experience with Robert and his team from start to finish. Robert is one of the few contractors we've enjoyed working with in our home renovation--very straight-forward, careful about details, and timely.
