This company, was by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. My family and I had no insulation in our home and we began the process of looking for a company to provide the services. I went on the FPL website and looked at the approved contractors and went through each and everyone of them, looking at their reviews and what they offered. I came across American Insulation and they did not disappoint. David and Mary were extremely pleasant, very welcoming, and so patient. Even if they saw my missed call after hrs, they called back. They explained the process and once we got things settled, we made the appointment and they came out within a week. Their technicians came out as scheduled and they were done in less than 2 hrs. Very professional, very timely, and the work was done to our satisfaction and completion. I am glad to have gone with this company. My family and I have no regrets at all!

American insulation did a great job insulating our attic. Our technician, Fernando (if I remember correctly) was up in the heat for hours, ensuring the job was done thoroughly. He even took the initiative to fix an air duct that was leaking. Our house has been significantly cooler since their work was done. Before, our AC was running around the clock and struggled to reach our set temp of 78, running at 82 during the hottest days. It shuts off now and is remarkably more comfortable in the house. I highly recommend this company and am so grateful for their work!

My house is 24 years old and after doing some research it was time for some new insulation. His guys found parts of my attic that had no insulation which explains why we had certain hot spots in the house. They take before and after pics. So happy I did this service and chose American Insulation. Very nice and easy people to deal with.

To my surprise they reached out within 10 minutes with a quote and appointment for when the job could be done. Next day, I receive an email from them to confirm the appointment. They show up early in the window they announced they’d arrive. An hour later, the workers had set up, blown in the insulation, cleaned up, and packed up to their next job. Pictures of the work done before and after were shared later in the day along with an emailed receipt upon payment. This is a great company and does beyond what they promised. I couldn't get a good reading on my thermostat since the hot summer started, my house was getting to 80f when putting to 68f , after getting a 5 ton unit, my friends said I should try this company. They finished in 2 days, today was probably the hottest day this summer and my house was exactly at what I wanted my thermostat to be. It really works.

We used this company for attic insulation and they did a great job: they arrived on time and did everything very efficiently and professionally. My only complaint and biggest recommendation for everybody using this company is to take "before" pictures because we had some problems with the ceilings after they were done and they said it was not their fault and refused to fix it. Other than that they are ok. Just make sure you speak Spanish so it is easier to communicate with the person doing the job.

I also saw they had a special ongoing and wanted to take advantage of the service. David and Mary was prompt and very professional in answering my questions and setting up my appointment. Outstanding service. When unforeseen obstacles arose on the job, AI’s staff adjusted the invoice and emailed me an update within ten minutes. They even called me during the job to make sure everything was OK. The techs were prompt and extraordinarily diligent. One of the obstacles was a barrier to attic space over my son’s room, the hottest in the house. Upon hearing this, the tech was determined to find a solution and did. When he finished, he insisted I climb the ladder to inspect his work and look at 17+ pics/vids on his phone including the space above my son’s room.
